Femme Fatale Wrestling Presents A Future Shock Production FFW Future Shock All Star Season 21 - Episode Two February 16, 2016
The FFW logo appears on the screen as snow begins to fall around it. It disappears as we settle on a quiet suburban neighborhood, which apparently is all set up for Christmas. Lights line some of the roofs, illuminated reindeer sit in the front yards of a few homes, and then we see a small group of carolers walking up to one of the houses. One of them rings the doorbell as the family inside peers through the window while the dad answers the door before the group begins to sing.
As the camera pans down to the carolers (seven in all), they begin to sing “Silent Night” aloud with not the most harmonious unity. The carolers are Andi Takata, Chrysta, Kaylee Clarke, Shauna O’Connell, Tabatha Belmont, Samantha Tolson, and Kimberly Aries (who is wearing a Christmas themed lei around her neck). The family gathers at the door as they begin.
Silent night, holy night, all is calm, all is bright Round yon virgin Mother and Child, holy
Kaylee glances over to Tabatha on the word “virgin”, holding back a snicker as the stripper shoots her a dirty look while the rest continue to sing. Aries glances around and thumps the back of Samantha’s ear, causing the brunette to turn around to see Aries pointing at Chrysta. The Change of Heart member looks over to Kimberly, who is singing and acting as though nothing happened.
Silent night, holy night, shepherds quake at the sight, Glories stream from heaven afar, heavenly hosts sing
The mention of the heavens causes Andi to look up longingly at the sky before Shauna bumps her in the back of the head, and points to the family to get her focused on the singing. Andi’s face frowns in annoyance, glancing back to her again before Shauna turns her head back around again.
Silent night, holy night, Son of God, love's pure light,
Tabatha is still giving Kaylee a dirty look before the Canadian star turns back to the hymnal when Belmont thwacks her with it, taking her down to the snow and starting to unload. Andi has had enough of SHauna, and catches her with a back elbow to the head. Shauna fires back, while Samantha gets thumped on the ear again, and turns around in time to see Aries pulling her hand back. Tolson uses a double leg takedown on the Hawaiian as Chrysta backs away from the group as a full-on brawl erupts in the snow. It was at this point Zack and Mai arrive with headseats on, starting to call the action as if it were a show. The family slams the door shut as the brawl continues.
Zack: Tolson raining right hands right onto Aries, and Chrysta’s just watching it unfold!
Mai: What do you expect, Zack? Bitch had it coming!
Chrysta shakes her head as she looks up to the sky amidst the group melee, and there we see the Future Shock logo with the stars spelling All Star. From there, we head inside the Future Shock Center in Boston with a small but enthusiastic crowd awaiting as they see themselves on live television.
Mark: The fire marshall would shut us down if we let anymore fans into the Future Shock Center here in Boston! You are looking live at a raucous crowd, and you are watching the 21st season premiere of Future Shock! The final season is upon us, and it’s all about the All Stars. You could say the same here at the booth. I’m Mark Horton, joined by my Hall of Fame co-host, Wendy Briese.
The cameras head to the booth, where we see Mark and Wendy standing by with a very lively crowd making noise behind them.
Mark: Welcome to the Future Shock Center, as we are back in LA thanks to some rather inclement weather currently ongoing in Boston. You’re watching the second episode of the All Star and final season of Future Shock. Mark here, alongside Wendy Briese, and we have two matches on tap. In our opening, we’ll see Austin MacKendrick make her Future Shock debut against the highly charged Kassidy, who has become something of a favorite here amongst the Future Shock faithful.
Wendy: Well, fans love people with energy… and dear God, Kassidy has energy! But can Austin weather the storm and shut the warrior princess down?
Mark: And in our next challenge, it’ll be a gauntlet battle royal as our six All Stars look to move to round number three. Adam mentioned just yesterday that he’s putting a Skip card on the line for the winner of this match, which puts someone right into round three!
Wendy: A huge prize for a huge match! And all we know now is that Andi Takata will be in the final match!
Mark: It’s also worth mentioning that Adam Grant is not here at the Future Shock Center. He was here earlier today, but has since vanished. And Wendy, one could surmise this may have something to do with the fact that the Ultraviolence Commissioner IS here in the Center. I saw Amy arrive just about an hour before we came on the air.
Wendy: Ugh, I can’t believe we’re letting that woman into this. She should be gone from the company, not here ruining our show! I can’t blame Adam for not wanting to be anywhere near where she can see him, though. That woman is nuts.
Mark: We’ll see what impact Amy will have tonight, but in the meantime, let’s send it up to our guest ring announcer for the opening match.

The cameras head back to the ring, where we find Herbie waving to a few of them and looking a bit nervous.
Herbie: Um...the following match is set for one fall to a finish!
The camera shows the very well built Austin heading towards the ring. She greets a few fans on the way before she steps in, rolling her head on her shoulders and loosening up.
Herbie: Hailing from Piedmont, South Dakota, standing 5’11” tall and 175lbs, please welcome...AUSTIN MACKENDRICK!!!
Mark: Austin will be part of the relaunch of Future Shock, and gets her first taste of action tonight against a woman who is currently dating her brother, as I understand it. She’s also, to my knowledge, the first wrestler from South Dakota in FFW.
Wendy: A very pretty state, with a lot of open air! I bet she built up those muscles working on a ranch!
The crowd starts buzzing as suddenly the orange-haired warrior charges towards the ring, which brings them to their feet as she runs circles around the ring before diving under the bottom rope. Kassidy starts hitting the ropes repeatedly, shaking the top rope in one spot and criss-crossing the ring as she resumes hitting them again. Herbie barely avoids her as he stares in disbelief at her.
Herbie: Hailing from Dublin, Ireland by way of the Faroe Islands....standing at 5’6 and weighing in at 132lbs... this is the Warrior that Time Forgot.....KASSIDY!!
Mark: I like this woman, I like her a lot. And I wish I could bottle just half of that energy! Kassidy will never get a sponsorship from Sanka, but the crowd loves her enthusiasm!
Wendy: Maybe she’ll get a sponsorship from Energizer! She just keeps going and going and going!
Herbie escapes the ring as referee Kevin Fisk waits for her to bounce off the ropes closest to him before he gets into the ring. Meanwhile, Austin watches her running back and forth like she’s watching a tennis match as Fisk calls for the bell. The fans in the Center immediately begin chanting for Kassidy as she lets out a couple war cries, stops running and begins violently shaking the top rope for a moment. She spins around on her heel, and pumps her arms in and out to her chest like she’s pulling in power from thin air as Austin shakes her head.
Wendy: Kassidy looks like an eighties muscleman wrestler. We should tie tassles to her arms and legs… just a thought.
Mark: I’m not surprised she has the crowd support, the fans know her much better than they do Austin. But I’m sure the South Dakotan can win them over ultimately.
With the fans very much supporting the warrior, Kassidy stops in the center of the ring and offers her hand to Austin. As the powerful woman is about to reach out to shake it, Kassidy surprises her with a short running clothesline that backs her into the corner again. She starts to wail away with forearms to her chest one after another before she sends Austin into the far corner. MacKendrick stops herself before she collides as Kassidy comes in from behind and sweeps her legs out from under her. The brunette faceplants herself into the turnbuckle, snapping her head back as Kassidy grabs her head on the rebound and drops her with a reverse DDT.
Mark: Kassidy with a bit of subterfuge there, luring the powerful Austin in. And she’s put her down with that reverse DDT.
Wendy: Eck… if you’re not going to shake, don’t shake. Don’t lure someone in. That’s just dumb- and makes you look so cheap.
Kassidy pulls Austin back to her feet, driving a pair of knees into her abdomen before she picked her up and drove her into the mat with a hammerlock scoop slam. She rolled the brunette over, beginning to drive knees into her shoulder blade before planting her foot against it and dropping backwards to the mat, trying to hyperextend Austin’s arm in the process. The brunette shouted in pain as Kassidy crawled over her, locking in a Fujiwara armbar as Austin tried to get back up. Kassidy attempted to get her down on the mat to get the most leverage, but Austin remained on her hands and knees. The warrior left her feet, driving her body weight into that same arm before MacKendrick grabbed the bottom rope and caused the break.
Mark: Kassidy was hellbent on getting that armbar locked in, but Austin wasn’t going to make it easy for her. Luckily she realized the ropes were easier than trying to break the warrior’s grip.
Wendy: They normally are! Ropes tend to be a No Surrender Girl’s best friend!
Kassidy released the hold as Austin started to get back up. The warrior closed the gap, trying to grab that arm again. But MacKendrick let her grab it long enough to jerk her forward into a hard right hand to her jaw that stumbled her backwards with one shot. Kassidy lost her footing on impact as Austin reached back and nailed her again with a right. The fighter fell backwards into the ropes, being the only thing that was holding her up at this point before Austin scooped her up high overhead in a gorilla press and launched Kassidy over halfway across the ring.
Mark: At nearly six feet tall and built like an Abrams tank, Austin has a well defined power base and just tossed Kassidy like she was throwing out the trash.
Wendy: That’s almost Karina level power right there! And Kassidy surely felt it.
Kassidy started to try to get up as Austin bridged the gap, running and delivering a punt into her lower back as she sat up. The powerhouse pulled her up the rest of the way and lobbed her with a German suplex before rolling into another and a third. The fourth one made the most impact when she sent Kassidy into the ropes and bouncing off them onto the canvas. The warrior looked more than a little glassy-eyed as she tried to get her bearings, meanwhile Austin dragged her from the ropes. She scooped her up and dropped her stomach and ribs first across her knee with a gutwrench before lifting her back up and doing it again and then once more before she hoisted her back up to her feet long enough to grab her and delivered an inverted Russian leg sweep.
Mark: That’s just flat out power right there, Austin is able to pretty much impose her physical will on Kassidy. And you best believe her brother, who is dating Kassidy, may be watching on with a bit of concern.
Wendy: Well, it's a simple matter of truth- the more wrestlers you have in your life, the more nerve wracking things can get. At least he’s getting the anxiety of them facing each other out of the way really early!
Austin rolled her over for the cover, hooking the far leg in the process as the referee slid into position to make the count.
ONE!!
TWOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
T-NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPE!!!
Kassidy got her shoulder up as Austin sat up for a moment. The warrior rolled onto her stomach and began to crawl for the ropes as though she were reaching for a tag team partner. Austin rose back to her feet and stepped in front of her, pulling her up by the arms and then delivering a double underhook into a suplex. MacKendrick stepped back a couple steps, and fell into a diving headbutt into Kassidy’s chest before she got to sit up.
Wendy: Oh! Those headbutts are nasty moves- both to give and receive! And Austin’s really starting to take over this match!
Mark: Austin uses them to great effectiveness, and for the most part, she’s pretty much had her way with Kassidy from the bell.
Austin lifts her around the waist back to her feet, and then onto her shoulders in a fireman’s carry. And with ease, she spins her face forward on one shoulder and takes off towards the corner. Kassidy faceplants on the top turnbuckle with a Snake Eyes. And as the warrior staggers and stumbles backwards, Austin bounces off the near side ropes and flips her inside out with a huge lariat.
Mark: For her first match, I’ll tell you, Wendy, this woman impresses me. Austin MacKendrick is just power personified, and she has dominated Kassidy for a bit now. I’m not sure if Kassidy’s faced anyone in her life with MacKendrick’s power.
Wendy: We’ve gone for years without any true powerhouses on the roster- Tara was honestly the best I could think of… and she still was more technical based. This influx sure is changing the metagame here.
She immediately drops into the cover, hooking Kassidy’s leg again as the referee slips into position for the count.
ONE!!!
TWOOOOOOOOO!!!!
TH-NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Kassidy gets her shoulder up again as the referee holds up two fingers. MacKendrick looks over to him as Kassidy has went back to her stomach, and began to crawl for the ropes and reach for them.
Mark: Kassidy is just getting worn out, and pounded. She’s looking to create some kind of reprieve here, you see her trying to get to the ropes to help her get up.
Wendy: Austin’s wrestling this perfectly- I said she had to do everything she could to suck Kassidy’s energy away from her… and she’s doing it!
Austin got back to her feet as Kassidy had managed to finally make it to the ropes. She grabbed the bottom one and pulled herself up to the middle on her knees….before the middle rope started shaking a little...and more...and more before it began rattling violently. Austin drove a clubbing blow into her back as Kassidy stepped to her feet, grabbing the top rope and starting to shake it violently as well. And while Austin looked a bit dumbfounded, the fans in the Future Shock Center came to their feet as Kassidy started shouting! Austin fired a couple forearms across her back, but Kassidy continued shaking the ropes and running in place.
Mark: I don’t believe it….Austin with those big forearm shots, and...NOTHING! She doesn’t even feel it…. Kassidy is IMPERVIOUS to those blows!
Wendy: It’s like somebody flipped a switch and launched the reserve stock of energy! And Austin surely wasn’t expecting that!
Austin spun her around and delivered a forearm into her chest as Kassidy screamed in her face, and started pounding her own chest. The live crowd roared at this point as Kassidy’s whole body shook before she connected with a spinning backfist to Austin’s jaw. It rocked the brunette backwards as Kassidy started hammering right hands into her head as well. MacKendrick staggered back a few more steps before Kassidy whipped her across for the ride. And as Austin went one direction, Kassidy did the other and rebounded off into a flying shoulder tackle that flattened Austin.
Mark: Listen to this crowd in the Center...Kassidy’s back in it again! I don’t know how she does it, but it’s like those ropes electrify her!
Wendy: Well, hopefully not literally! We already had one ring malfunction this year!
The brunette started to get up as Kassidy pressed her hands over her head, scooped Austin up and gave her a massive bodyslam into the canvas. She hit the ropes and began criss-crossing again and picking up speed. Austin started to get back to her feet before Kassidy headbutted her in the ribs. It doubled her over before the warrior hooked her head and lifted her up into a vertical suplex...which she held as the fans counted the seconds while she yelled out some kind of war cry. And as the fans got to ten, she dropped her finally to the canvas. She quickly rolled to her feet, and started violently shaking the top rope again while the live crowd was deafening.
Mark: Look at this…..I’ve never seen anyone quite like Kassidy….stalling vertical suplex and Austin’s in deep trouble right now! The fans here in the Center….they love her!
Wendy: Yeah, but pumping yourself up is nice, but she’s got to keep on Austin! She’s got a huge opportunity here!
Kassidy pulls Austin to her feet, scooping her up for a bodyslam before she drops into a sitout driver that sends Austin’s head into the canvas before her body collapses behind it! The orange haired warrior hooks her leg for the cover as the referee falls into position.
Mark: A sitout tombstone right on MacKendrick’s head, that’ll do it!
ONE!!!
TWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
Fisk called for the bell as Kassidy got to her feet, pounding her chest as the referee very slowly tried to grab her arm. He did, and finally raised it to a roar from the crowd.
Wendy: DANG! A huge rebound win for Kassidy- once she got going, there was NOTHING Austin could do to stop her!
Herbie: The winner of this match………….KASSIDY!!!
Kassidy began to hit the ropes again running back and forth before stopping to shake the top rope again on one side. The fans chanted her name as Kassidy let out another war cry and climbed the corner to pound her chest again.
Mark: Kassidy picks up her first win in Future Shock, and in decisive fashion! I’ve been doing this for over fifteen years, and I’ve not seen anyone quite like this! And you can hear this crowd at the Future Shock Center….they love her for it!
Wendy: How can you not? She’s got energy for days, and a real fun style to watch! Kind of wish we had seen a submission attempt here, given both womens’ backgrounds, but all in all, what an effort from Kassidy!
Kassidy finally exited the ring, taking off into a sprint towards the back as the fans chanted her name before she disappeared. From there, we head back to Mark and Wendy in the booth.
Mark: Austin came with the right game plan tonight, I’d say. She wanted to take the energy out of her opponent, but Kassidy is on another level when it comes to finding that second gear! And the Warrior That Time Forgot finally has her first win in FFW.
Wendy: She needed that for her confidence, I’d daresay!
The PA system in the Center begins to play a familiar tune, which doesn’t sit well with the fans at all when they turn back to see the Ultraviolence Commissioner heading towards the now empty ring. Dressed in a black top and some tight-fitting jeans, Amy ascends the stairway to the ring before stepping inside.
Mark: Amy promised she’d be here tonight at Breaking Point this past Saturday, and I’m not surprised to hear the boos for the Killer Blonde.
Wendy: Oh for Gods sakes, Mark. If she comes anywhere near here… try not to get in the middle.
She gives them all a royal wave as she climbs up into the ring, asking for a microphone which Herbie takes no chances and just lays it on the mat and leaves. She picks it up, continuing to wave to the booing crowd in the Future Shock Center.
Amy: Thank you ALL for this warm welcome! I can’t tell you how excited I am to be on this show, how thrilled I am to be here at Future Shock tonight. I’m sure a few of you are wondering why I, the Ultraviolence Commissioner and next No Surrender Champion, came to Future Shock. And that would be for two reasons. Number one, I know what a big fan Adam is of the job I’ve been doing as YOUR Ultraviolence Commissioner. Look at all the Ultraviolence style matches that have been part of Future Shock over the years, including after he took over. I mean the last season finale was No DQ. And since that falls under my domain, it occurred to me that...Future Shock must also fall under my domain. Adam didn’t even tell me he needed me, but I am nothing if not a woman who looks out for the best interests of this company.
She flashes another pearly white smile, as the fans in the Future Shock Center sound not at all happy for her presence.
Wendy: I suppose this isn’t where someone tells her that no DQ matches are traditional big match fares because no one wants to see a cheapo winner?
Mark: Amy has never let the facts get in the way of a good story in all the years I’ve known her. That hasn’t changed tonight.
Amy: And for two, it’s a little known secret that Future Shock’s ratings….well they’ve fallen terribly. It went from a hit show with high numbers to falling off the deep end. Look around you, the whole thing is falling apart. FFW was THIS close to closing down the whole thing, but you know who stepped up to help make things right? Me, YOUR Ultraviolence Commissioner and Future Shock favorite...Amy.
Mark: As the former executive producer of this show, I’d like to submit that Amy’s facts are….well, missing in action here. This isn’t true. At all.
Wendy: I didn’t think so. I figured I’d have been kicked off at some point if they had…
Amy: And it’s not hard to see why this has been going on, because even Adam himself isn’t here to oversee the show he’s in charge of. I guess he had an accident or maybe was just too ashamed of being in charge of a sinking brand like this, but fear not! As Adam’s superior in FFW, I AM here and I promise you I am going to singlehandedly right this Titanic and steer it clear of the iceberg it’s been careening towards for ages! And with Adam not being here, that starts...TONIGHT! And it begins with this match he booked coming up, the gauntlet battle royal.
Wendy: An accident or someth- suddenly I’m a little suspicious here…
Mark: I’ve been from the opening of the show. He never misses these, and given the fact he didn’t want Amy here, I can’t imagine he’d take the night off.
Amy: I’m not a big fan of the idea in all honesty. So we’re going to make a SLIGHT tweak, and turn it into a normal battle royal. Two women are going to start, and every 2 minutes, another will enter. And the last woman left is your winner, and gets the Skip card thing I saw him mention the other day. Doesn’t that sound exciting?
Wendy: Well… that’s actually not the WORST idea in the world… in fact, if I got a lower number draw, I’d be really happy right now.
Mark: I’m just glad that’s the only change she’s making. Amy could do a lot worse, I have no doubt in my mind about it. She must want his job as Future Shock Director too.
Amy: Now with that said, I know there was supposed to be a random drawing and all, but I think my judgment is better. So….I’ll decide who starts! And because she did such a great job last show…..SAMANTHA TOLSON, come on down!!
Amy exits the ring, applauding herself afterwards as the brunette heads towards the ring with a scowl directed at Amy on the floor.

Mark: I guess Samantha’s reservations about starting this match were well-founded, though I find it difficult to believe she would have won two random drawings...but there wasn’t one tonight. This is apparently Amy’s rules. And I am still more than a little curious what happened to Adam, he doesn’t usually miss Future Shock.
Wendy: I kind of thought he was laying low in the back somewhere… but Amy’s… kind of acting like Amanda Saint did when she… well…
Samantha climbs into the ring, loosening up a little bit before she gives another scowl towards the Killer Blonde, who has taken a seat at ringside with her microphone.
Amy: Let’s see, who should come out next? Hmmm….KAYLEE CLARKE!!
The fans in the Center give Kaylee quite the pop as she comes out of the back, and heads towards the ring. She has a wide smile on her face as she looks up to Tolson, who had anything but before the former TV Champion got into the ring. Referee Kevin Fisk called for the bell to start the match as he stood on the floor, and Kaylee (much like her video suggested) offered Samantha the chance to leave the ring when she pulled the top rope down for her with an amused expression on her face.
Mark: Kaylee did say she wanted to give Samantha a shot at leaving on her own, but I don’t think it’s gonna work!
Wendy: On the bright side, both women no longer have to defeat five opponents in rapid succession. Now its just survive eight minutes until the other women come out, and be the last woman standing!
Samantha declined the offer by charging the Canadian, driving her back into the corner before she started hammering forearms into her chest. Tolson nailed a pair of forearms to her jaw next before she whipped her across into the opposite corner. Clarke stopped herself before she hit the turnbuckles, not that it helped much before Samantha charged in with a running high knee into her back that sent her into the corner anyway. She quickly grabbed her head and started driving it into the turnbuckles repeatedly before snapping her arms around her waist and delivering a belly to back suplex. Clarke was about to get up before Samantha dropped an elbow into her chest, and mounted her to fire a few more shots into her head. Tolson got back to a vertical base as she pulled Kaylee up and dragged her towards the ropes before she reached down to pick her up. She only got one leg off the mat before Kaylee boxed her ears by clapping her hands behind her head. It stunned Tolson a moment before Kaylee caught her flush with a spinning back kick that dropped her to her knees.
Mark: As we saw in her video, Kaylee decided to load up on about a half dozen plates of sushi for this match to make herself too big to pick up. Thanks to the magic of television, she still showed up slim and trim tonight.
Wendy: Someone should have told her Sushi isn’t a very good bulk up food. You need something a little more fatty or carby…
As Samantha started to get up, Kaylee caught her with a knee lift into the stomach before snapping her arms around her and using a belly to belly overhead to send Samantha up and over into the corner behind her. Tolson’s back hit the corner before gravity took over and she landed on the back of her head upside down on the mat. Kaylee rolled her onto her stomach, and pulled her back to her feet before she scooped her up into a fireman’s carry and headed towards the ropes to dump her out.
Wendy: Oh-oh-oh-oh! Samantha’s about to go out if Kaylee has anything to say about it! Better wake up, Tolson@
Mark: You gotta believe that Samantha would do anything not to have Kaylee cost her another match after the series of battles these two have had so far.
As soon as Samantha got within arm’s reach of the ropes, she started firing back elbows into Kaylee’s head to try to stop her. It took about four of them to wobble her before Samantha landed on her feet behind her. As Clarke managed to turn around, Tolson grabbed her head and delivered a facebuster into the canvas. The Missouri native executed a double leg drop across her chest before she pulled her up, and started to drag her towards the ropes again. As she lifted her up to get her out, that would be when Amy chimed in.
Amy: This is fun, but….let’s add a third, shall we? TABATHA BELMONT!!
Not many cheers followed as Tabatha sauntered towards the ring, taking her time to get there as Samantha looked back over her shoulder to see the stripper. Tabatha slithered into the ring, telling Samantha to go ahead and throw her out before she crouched in the corner and blew her a kiss.
Mark: Looks like Tabatha’s telling Samantha to finish Kaylee off here, she has no reason to stop her! But I wouldn’t turn my back on her if I was Samantha.
Wendy: I wouldn’t either! If Tabby was so keen to see someone gone, she’d help Tolson here!
Samantha seemed to think about it for a half second before she dropped Kaylee back on the canvas, and doubled back towards the stripper. Tabatha rose to her feet as she told her to go get rid of Kaylee. She pointed behind her towards the Canadian, and as Samantha glanced away, Tabatha jammed her finger into her eye to blind her before she hooked Samantha’s head and drilled her with a DDT. Belmont draped a leg across Tolson’s body, shaking her finger at her as though she were scolding a small child. Samantha shoved her off as she started to get back up, charging towards Tabby and starting to unload with big right hands to her head in a flurry. It backed Belmont up into one corner as Samantha climbed to the middle rope, raising her fist as the fans counted with her for ten shots to Tabby’s head. Meanwhile as this corner drubbing was going on, Kaylee had gotten back up and was sneaking up behind Samantha as she rained down those punches.
Wendy: Second week in a row Tabby’s tried sneak tactics and second week in a row it’s backfire- uh oh, Sam, turn around!
Mark: I wouldn’t be on the turnbuckles in a battle royal at all! Kaylee coming in from the blind side and Samantha….I don’t think she sees her!
As Kaylee got closer, Samantha turned and dove off the corner into a Thesz press before driving fists into Kaylee’s head. Tolson hammered a few shots in succession before she got back to her feet. She pulled Kaylee back to her feet, scooping her up into an atomic drop position but instead sitting her on the top turnbuckle facing the crowd. Samantha hammered a few shots into her back before she tried to shove her over to the floor. Clarke grasped the ring post as Samantha continued to try to dump her to no avail. Tolson realized it wasn’t going to work before she took off towards the ropes and doubled back, scaling the corner like a cat and going for a belly to back suplex. It connected beautifully as Clarke landed on the back of her head on the canvas, and as Samantha sat up, Tabatha caught her with a shining wizard to the back of her head and dropped her over face first onto Kaylee.
Wendy: Oh, Nasty shot to Tolson from Tabby. Until then though, its been amazing how hyper alert Samantha’d been- you couldn’t get the jump on her!
Mark: Tolson’s ready for tonight, she’s proven over and over again. And as you mentioned earlier, the task ahead is a lot easier for her under these rules than it was with gauntlet style.
Tabatha smiled as she looked down to both women, pulling Tolson up to her feet. She easily lifted Samantha onto her shoulder as though she were going for a Snake Eyes. but instead headed for the ropes. As soon as she got within reach, Samantha reached forward and grabbed the top rope and kept her arms locked as Tabatha tried to hoist her over it. But Tolson kept her arms totally locked the entire time before Tabatha reached for her top and started to try to rip it off. Samantha immediately let go of the ropes to stop Tabatha from disrobing her, and Belmont dropped her neck first across the top turnbuckle, causing the Missouri native to start choking and coughing violently on the canvas.
Mark: I think Tabatha was trying to take off Samantha’s ring gear, and Tolson had to stop her! Boy, did she pay for it too with that stun gun across the top rope!
Wendy: At least she didn’t go out. But come on, Tabby… let’s keep things PG here…
Tabby smiled at her handiwork as she pressed her boot into Samantha’s neck, while holding onto the ropes to further choke her. The Killer Blonde applauded and chimed in again.
Amy: Hey, let’s see what number four can do, huh? CHRYSTA!!!
Chrysta got quite a pop as she charged (like Kassidy almost) towards the ring. And as soon as Tabatha turned to greet her, Chrysta speared her in half to the canvas. The Change of Heart member popped up to her feet, bouncing up and down. And as Kaylee started to get up, she turned on a dime and gave her the same as she took Clarke down violently. Chrysta rolled back to her feet, crouching in the corner as she watched Samantha, who was trying to get up now.
Mark: You get a spear, and you get a spear! And when Samantha manages to face her, I think she’s about to catch one too! Chrysta came in with a fire under her!
Wendy: Actions coming fast and furious now! With four women in, there’s no time to breathe and rest- you have to be ready for someone coming up from behind!
Samantha finally turned around as Chrysta charged towards her for another spear. but Tolson hit a leap frog as Chrysta dove under her. When she landed on her feet, Chrysta turned back to grab her, only for Samantha to grab her head and delivered a stunner that sent her to the canvas. Samantha sat up, trying to catch her breath as she inhaled deeply again and again.
Mark: Samantha’s damn nearing seeing things out of the back of her head, and Tolson just stunned Chrysta into next week! She better pull it together quickly, she’s got three women who aren’t going to stay down long.
Wendy: No, and that’s the problem with a battle royal- if they’re down and out and pinnable- you can’t throw them over the top rope. You got to find a way to lift them up, and that gives them time to recover and leaves you vulnerable
Samantha started to get back up to her feet, using the ropes to help her as Kaylee was up as well. The Canadian caught her with a clothesline from the blind side that sent her over the top rope. But Tolson landed on the apron, holding onto the top rope now with both hands as Kaylee began to kick at her midsection to send her over the rest of the way. The crowd came to its feet as Kaylee delivered kick after kick to Samantha’s body as she struggled to keep hold of the top rope while her feet dangled over the floor by mere inches.
Wendy: Hang on there, Samantha! Oh god, she’s taking SUCH vicious shots though vulnerable like that! She’s got to find a way back in!
Mark: It’s not about to get any better...here comes Chrysta to join the fray!
Chrysta did indeed join in as she reached over the top rope, hammering blows into Samantha’s back while Kaylee kicked at her stomach and ribs. Each shot sent Samantha’s body slightly bouncing against the apron. Kaylee and Chrysta glanced at one another as Samantha kicked one foot up onto the apron and tried to bring up the other. She finally did just that before Tolson regained her footing. Kaylee and Chrysta both grabbed the top rope and jerked it back to try to slingshot her off to the floor. The first attempt didn’t work, but on the rebound of the rope, Samantha dove over the top rope with a pair of flying clothesline that put them both back on the canvas! The fans appreciated that as Tolson sat on all fours, head hanging down as she tried to recover all over again.
Wendy: HOLY COW! Samantha with a PHENOMENAL job of saving herself! I thought she was DONE FOR!
Mark:
Hearing the crowd support, she started to sit up with a tired smile on her face as she looked out over the fans. Climbing back to her feet, Tabatha surprised her with a superkick to the side of her head from the blind spot in the corner. Tolson staggered into the ropes, basically holding her up before Tabatha grabbed both of her feet and scooped them out from under her to send her over.
Mark: I think it’s about time for number five, but Amy’s as enthralled by this as we are! Tabatha’s about to send Samantha out of here right now!
Wendy: Well, we know Kimberly Aries is next! And she’s chomping at the bit… this is why you use a timekeeper, Amy, and not try to break their legs!
Tabatha had Samantha’s leg over the top rope as Tolson seemed almost dead on her feet. The stripper seemed to have no trouble getting that leg up as she leaned over to try to pull Samantha over to the floor. And just as she was about to dump her, Chrysta came in from behind and scooped both of Tabatha’s legs overhead and dumped her instead! Belmont hit the apron and then the floor as Samantha landed on the apron exhausted!
Herbie: TABATHA has been eliminated!!
Wendy: HOLY COW! Everything just unravelled for Tabatha Belmont in an instant, and she’s the first woman out of this match! But…. Samantha’s not to safety yet either!
Mark: Indeed she isn’t! Belmont had a fantastic showing, but she never saw Chrysta and left herself vulnerable! Tolson’s on the apron!
Samantha weakly climbed to her feet on the apron as Chrysta went to grab her, hammering shots at her head to send her the rest of the way down. Tolson absorbed them one after another before Chrysta scooped her up into both arms for a power slam! Samantha’s arms dangled as she was clearly spent before a dropkick to the back sent Chrysta over the top rope instead, and Samantha with her before they collapsed on the floor. And standing alone, clearly exhausted, was Kaylee Clarke! And as Herbie was about to announce the elimination, Fisk pointed that only one of Samantha’s feet was touching the floor as her other leg was on the apron still.
Herbie: CHRYSTA HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!!
Wendy: But Sam’s not! Get back on the apron! Quickly, Sam, before Kaylee notices!
Mark: Tolson is like a spider monkey, she is hanging on each and every time!
Amy: Oh yeah...number five……...KIMBERLY ARIES!!!
The Hawaiian charged out of the back as Kaylee got to her feet to greet her. Samantha kicked her other foot up onto the apron finally, slumped over the ropes on her knees as Aries hit the ring. She started hammering shots at Kaylee, trading blows with her and getting the better of her for obvious reasons. She backed Kaylee into the ropes, delivering elbow strikes across her jaw before she backed up a couple steps. She then charged forward with a big boot, but Kaylee ducked it and it caught Samantha on the chin instead. Tolson teetered like a giant oak tree before Tabatha reached up from the floor and tried to pull her down the rest of the way.
Mark: Get Tabatha out of here, she’s trying to bring Samantha out with her! I don’t think Tolson has a clue where she is with all these brutal shots she’s taken! And Aries is fresh as a daisy!
Wendy: Oh, Tabatha, get over yourself. You lost, you were the first out. Go into the back like you’re supposed to and think of a way to convince the fans to not vote for you. Because you’re pretty much convincing EVERYONE right now that you DO need to go!
Chrysta had gotten back to her feet on the floor, delivering blows to Tabatha to try to get her to let go. A hard kick to Belmont’s arm broke her grip on Samantha. The Missouri native grabbed the rope with her other hand as Chrysta and Tabatha traded shots. Aries grinned widely as she measured, going for a big boot to Samantha’s face. Tolson ducked it as Aries straddled herself on the top rope for a moment. Kaylee grabbed the rope and began to bounce her up and down on it. The raven-haired beauty hit the near side ropes, looking to clothesline Aries over the rest of the way. But the big Hawaiian landed on her feet on the apron next to Samantha. Both of them grabbed each of Kaylee’s hands as they teetered backwards.
Mark: Look at that! Aries and Samantha say if we’re going out, you’re going with us! Andi could win this match before she even gets here, Wendy!
Wendy: I’m not sure Andi would want to win that way, but this could be bad for all three women remaining! Also… what a great sport Chrysta is. She’s out, she’s disappointed, but she’s going to play by the rules and make darn sure Tabby does as well. Good for her!
Amy: Hey number six...come on down…...ANDI TAKATA!!!
The live crowd erupted as the Tornado Tag Champion appeared in the aisleway. She beamed from ear to ear before she took off towards the ring. Meanwhile, Kimberly and Samantha still had a deathgrip on each of Kaylee’s hands as they tried to pull themselves up while Kaylee tried to pull herself back away!
Mark: Three women are woefully off balance right here, I think it’s Andi’s for the taking! Takata could eliminate three at once right now!
Wendy: That’d be a tough task evenin this situation- but even if she can just get a couple, her job will get a heck of a lot easier!
Andi rolled into the ring as Kaylee pulled backwards, jumping and dropping to her knees as both Aries and Samantha’s arms snapped across the top rope. They immediately let go, thanks to the pain in their arm as a result. Clarke got to her feet, turning around to see where Andi was before Takata took off! Clarke ducked her head as Andi rolled over her back, and caught Tolson flush with a roundhouse kick to the jaw that sent her over to the floor finally. The alien princess smiled at the elimination before she turned around into a goozle from Aries, who scooped her up and chokeslammed her onto the canvas before she climbed back into the ring.
Herbie: SAMANTHA TOLSON has been eliminated!!
Wendy: Oh, tough break for Samantha… Andi figured she’d get one out of that… and she did… but oh did Aries make her pay for it!
Mark: And then there were three, and Aries is the only one standing! Kimberly Aries is gonna win this battle royal, and skip to round three!
Kimbo pulled Andi up, planting her head between her legs before she hoisted her up for what looked like a powerbomb. But Andi went for a hurricanrana...only Kimbo didn’t go over as Andi hung upside down with Aries holding her legs. Kim stepped over each arm, and dropped the princess with the Styles Clash, which brought the fans to their feet.
Mark: Did you see…...Aries may have been out of the ring for 3 years, but she’s damn sure picked up some new moves! Takata’s out cold!
Wendy: Poor Andi! She just got in here, and already she’s been rocked senseless!
The big Hawaiian dusted off her hands as she started to get to her feet again. Aries leaned down, pulling Andi’s limp body up and easily sending her over the top rope in a heap to the floor.
Herbie: ANDI TAKATA has been eliminated!!
Mark: There was no way Andi or anyone else was going to get up from that, no way! And I stand by my prediction, that woman right there is running the table! Aries only has one woman left, and Kaylee’s not looking so great!
Wendy: She disposed of Andi so quickly… I can’t believe it! And Andi was the freshest woman in! Kaylees been in since the start! What can she do?
Kaylee started to get to her feet, staggering a bit as Aries turned her focus on her. She made a beeline for her, and as she went to grab her, Kaylee surprised her by ducking under her lunge. And when Aries turned to face her, Kaylee grabbed her leg and executed a dragon screw leg whip that caused Aries to shout in pain. The former Television Champion doubled back, grabbing her foot and applying her own ankle lock as Clarke told Amy this is how you do it! The Killer Blonde frowned at that as Kaylee wrenched Kimberly’s foot, with the big Hawaiian grabbing the rope….not that it did any good as Kaylee wrenched tighter!
Mark: Kaylee….I think she suckered Aries there...and now she’s in that ankle lock! And the ropes aren’t gonna help her!
Wendy: Well, neither is tapping out going to help Kaylee- it’s gotta be over the top ropes, right? But if she can take her wheels out, it makes Kimberly that much vulnerable!
Aries shouted in pain as she wrapped her arm around the bottom rope. Kaylee spun into her and dropped a seat on top of her thigh as she wrenched Kimberly’s ankle tighter. Aries ran her fingernails down her own face as the pain was excruciating, while Kaylee leaned backwards and twisted her calf in a direction it wasn’t meant to go as she kept the ankle lock applied.
Wendy: Oh, man… that’s vicious. Aries may be wishing she COULD tap here… Kaylee better be careful here,or she could BREAK that ankle!
Aries screamed in agony as Kaylee finally let go of the hold. She rose to her feet, moving a few feet away from her and crouching in the corner to catch her breath. Kimbo pulled her leg to her body as she lay on the canvas, clutching it. The big Hawaiian started to reach for the ropes to help her get up very very slowly, while Kaylee waved her hand to tell her to get up.
Mark: That leg and ankle, there’s no way it’s going to be too useful! I think Kaylee took it out so when Aries got up, she’d be totally off balance from her center of gravity!
Wendy: That’s a huge disadvantage for Kimberly now! Balance and footing is half the battle in a battle royal… and Kimmy just lost that half!
Clarke nodded her head with a smile as Aries leaned against the ropes to stand. The raven-haired beauty charged at her to grab that leg, but Aries turned into her and grabbed her around the throat with a goozle. Kaylee’s eyes widened as Aries’ face was thunderous!
Mark: Kaylee...she ran right into the waiting hand of Kimberly Aries! I think Kaylee’s about to go for a ride!
Wendy: Kaylee’s fought so hard…. but she’s going to come up just short it looks like. Unless Kimmy’s leg gives out-
Aries lifted Kaylee up for a chokeslam, but her leg gave out on her as she got her off the ground. She dropped Clarke to her feet as Kaylee ducked down, scooped up both legs ultimately and flipped backwards over the top rope to the floor before she collapsed to her knees on the canvas as the referee called for the bell!
Wendy: SHE DID IT! UNBELIEVABLE! Kaylee started at the beginning… and finished it all! OUTSTANDING JOB!
Herbie: KIMBERLY ARIES has been eliminated, and the winner of this battle royal and advancing to the third round…………..KAYLEE CLARKE!!!
Mark: Aries couldn’t hold her up, that ankle gave out on her and Kaylee used it to her advantage! And the second entrant in this battle royal just picked up the win...Clarke’s going to round three, Wendy!
Wendy: And you can’t take ANYTHING away from her tonight! Just a masterfully executed run through her five competitors- and she… might want to thank Amy… because Amy actually made things a bit easier for her since she didn’t have to flat out eliminate all five other women!
The fans gave Kaylee plenty of support as she climbed up to her feet, leaning against the ropes as the referee entered the ring to raise her hand. Clarke beamed from ear to ear at the support, looking up at her hand in the air as well.
Mark: Kaylee Clarke moves onto round three by virtue of this one. A very good performance from her, and now the fans have another decision.
We cut back to the booth with the broadcast team for a moment.
Mark: Wendy, who impressed you most? And given last week’s vote totals, do you think Chrysta did enough to keep herself around after coming in second in the elimination vote?
Wendy: I think it’s easy to say- Kaylee impressed me the most tonight. From the start to the end… just an incredible performance. As far as Chrysta goes… in the ring… I can’t be confident she did. But her gesture of sportsmanship will go a LONG way here. She looked so gracious… and Tabatha was just a petty sore loser.
Mark: Fans, it’s your call now. Head over to the FFW website and cast your vote for who you want to see out next. Kaylee moves forward, and you got a heckuva call to make! And--
The cameras cut to the entrance door as Adam comes in with a thunderous expression, making a beeline for Amy as he seems to be trying to control himself as he shakes with anger.
Mark: Well there’s Adam now….and look how angry he is! I had a feeling Amy may have had something to do with this.
Wendy: Oh… oh dear. What… what DID she do to keep him away? I swear to God, if she hurt him…
The Future Shock Director starts reading Amy the riot act as the Killer Blonde shakes her head. She starts to walk past him before he touches her shoulder to get her attention. She spun around and shoved him into the first row and then the floor before she headed for the exit as some fans helped him to his feet.
Wendy: OH HELL NO! I… I…. HOW DARE SHE!?
As the Killer Blonde exited the Center, Adam tried to compose himself before he congratulated Kaylee in the ring. Clarke rolled out to the floor as he raised her hand, though it was clear he was far from happy.
Wendy: I… I think he’s okay… But oh my GOD if Amy ever DARES to show up here again, I’ll run her off MYSELF.
Mark: She’s gone, Wendy. Calm down. What a night we’ve had! It’s your call now, fans. Make your vote, and Wendy and Adam will be back next week to share the results and find out what awaits in round three! Good night from Los Angeles!
A quick highlight package from both matches plays before Future Shock fades off the air.
