The camera pans down to the ring to show Maggie standing front and centre with microphone in hand.

Maggie: The follow contest is scheduled for one fall to a finish and is for the FFW No Surrender Championship!

"You FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!"

"Malevolence" by New Years Day fills the arena speakers, the crowd greeting the worldwide wrestling star a with a thunderous mixed reaction. The lights in the arena dimmer down and a gold sparklers fall onto the entrance ramp, as the audience waits in anticipation. The arena lights fade away until the only sources of light are the titantron and the pyro.

"Nothing's gonna save meeeee!
The evil that I see! Has taken over mee!
No one's gonna save meeeeee!
The damage has been done! I'm writing all the wrongs!"

The lyrics to Felicity's theme song echo throughout the arena as the Supreme comes out onto the stage with a smug smile on her face, the crowd nearly blowing the roof off the arena with cheers and jeers! Felicity makes her way through the golden sparklers, her arms extended to her sides and a Blowpop in her mouth. She pulls the blowpop out of her mouth as she slowly paces down the ramp, turning her back to show the camera the "Supreme" writing on the back of her sweatshirt. Once halfway down the ramp, Felicity glances at the fans at ringside and smirks once she sees them bowing down in her direction.

Maggie: PROUDLY REPRESENTING JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY! STANDING IN AT TALL ENOUGH TO WHOOP YOUR ASS! THE SUPREEEEEEMAH! ... FELICITY BAAAAAAAAANKS!

Felicity has a short exchange with the bowing fans then walks up the steps. She continues pushing forward until she reaches the middle of the apron, turning around to soak in the energy from the crowd. She enters the ring and spins around in circles until the lights in the arena begin getting brighter, not stopping until the arena was fully lit. Felicity unzips her sweatshirt, walks toward the nearest corner and climbs up to the middle turnbuckle. She stares out at the hundreds of bowing and booing fans, a smirk coming over her face as she glances back at the other side of the arena. She hops off the ropes and turns around, sliding her back down against the corner until she was fully seated on the mat. Finally, she jerks her neck from side to side and patiently waits for go-time.

Zack: After a brutal trilogy with Miko Ayano, Felicity’s got herself her first title shot in FFW. And this is a dream match if ever there was one.

Mai: You’re telling me, I don’t think I could more excited if I tried. Unless we could add in some jello and them doing this in lingerie… but I don’t think my heart could take that much excitement!

The arena goes dark for just a moment, the funky opening chords to Voodoo Johnson's "Dirty Angel" playing through the PA, before the white lights are replaced by swirling green replacements, bathing the arena in the favorite color of the Emerald City Siren. A few seconds pass, though, before Sophia Pike actually makes her way out through the curtain, met--immediately--by a chorus of boos, which she largely brushes off with a flick of of either wrist. She pauses at the head of the ramp, hooking her thumbs under the strap of the FFW No Surrender title belt, chewing a piece of gum fairly obviously, and shaking her head at the collective audience, for whatever reason.

Clearly in no particular hurry, judging by the utter lack of pace, Sophia makes her way down the ramp. About halfway to the ring, one fan is able to get past the practiced apathy of the Siren, and she actively gets in his face, shouting...something, that for the most part can't be heard over the music playing in the arena. Whatever the fan says back to her seems to amuse the self-proclaimed Queen of King County, who just smirks and waves him off, making the shorter trip down to the ring and climbing up onto the apron. She leans back against the ropes, grinning with a little more joy than one should probably get out of being almost unanimously booed. She unstraps the title from around her waist, raising it up with one arm, using the other to beckoning the crowd to get even louder--which they happily do. Sophia holds her pose, her title in the air, for a couple more seconds before climbing into the ring.

Maggie: And her opponent...from Seattle, Washington, weighing in at 137 lbs, she is the "Emerald City Siren," and the reigning, defending FFW No Surrender Champion...SOPHIA PIIIIIKE!

Sophia winks at Maggie and grins, climbing up onto the second turnbuckle and stretching both arms out, bending just a little bit at the waist and leaning herself forward. She shouts something at the sections of fans she can see, but again it's mostly unheard. Eventually, she hops off the turnbuckle and pulls her Queen of King County shirt off, tossing it out into the crowd. She scoops the title back up off the ground, draping it over her shoulder as she waits for the match to begin.

Zack: Sophia has been nothing short of dominant, but she could be facing one of her stiffest challenges tonight against the Queen Supreme.

Mai: I don’t even know who to cheer for?! This is so not fair, I want them both to win.. And then kiss it out.. Or they could just jump straight to that bit.

As Maggie leaves the ring with the San Jose crowd still cheering, referee Jennifer Stringer checks both women for anything untoward and then calls for the bell to get the match underway. Both women are straight out of their respective corners and lock up in a collar and elbow tie up in the centre of the ring, without hesitation. The Emerald City Siren manages to use her slight additional height to her advantage and comes out of the tie up with the upper hand. A trio of elbow strikes from the Champion into Felicity’s head force her backwards a step, and as she raises her left hand to protect her head, Sophia strikes quickly with an arm ringer into an elbow strike to that same arm. Felicity pulls her arm in towards in an effort to shield it, but as she does Sophia strikes quickly with a kick to her gut which bends her double. A forearm smash across the back of her neck from the Emerald City Siren then sends her down, face first to the canvas.

Zack: Sophia is already trying to target Felicity’s arm, but Felicity is well aware of her plan and is doing everything she can to keep it out of her grasp.

Mai: The Queen Supreme is a different level of challenger to what Sophia is used to.

Felicity pushes up to her knees, and then back up to her feet. As soon as she is vertical Sophia grabs hold of her left arm again, but as soon as she does, Felicity pulls it quickly out of her grasp and fires a stiff right into the side of Sophia’s head. Sophia manages to keep her feet planted, until Felicity fires another three in quick succession which send the Champion reeling from the impact. Before Sophia can right herself, Felicity uses a jumping DDT to plant her face first on the canvas.

Mai: Did you see how quickly Felicity saved her arm from Sophia’s grip, that is experience and natural talent shining through.

Zack: A nice jumping DDT has taken Sophia down, but it’s going to take more than that I think to keep Sophia away from a body part that she has targeted.

Banks gets straight back to her feet and with Sophia still on the canvas, she leaves her feet for a moonsault… but Sophia rolls out of the way at the last second and Felicity lands on the mat in a heap. Looking annoyed, Sophia rolls back to Felicity and mounts her chest to start delivering elbows in rapid fire succession into the side of her head. Stringer immediately orders Sophia to break, but the Emerald City Siren ignores her and carries on with one elbow after another. Felicity tries to shield her head and when that fails she tries to shove Sophia off her, but that doesn’t have much look either. Just as Stringer is about to count the five, the Champion finally stops her onslaught and storms back up to her feet, telling Felicity to get up.

Zack: Crash and burn from Felicity and it’s given Sophia an opening to show that she is not happy about Felicity hindering her from targeting that left arm.

Mai: I could watch these two go at it all day and all night long. They’ve got me like Niagra falls.

Zack: ...

The Jersey City native gets to her feet staring daggers at Sophia, and manages to narrowly dodge out of the way when Sophia aims a forearm towards her jaw. Felicity gets behind Sophia, but not for long as the Champion spins on a dime and immediately leaves her feet for a standing dropkick. Caught off guard Felicity staggers back into the corner, hitting the middle turnbuckle with a thud. Sophia follows her in and hits her with a high knee to the ribs which bends her double. The Champion wastes no time then in pulling Felicity out of the corner and using an armdrag to take her down to the canvas. Before Banks can respond, Sophia locks in an armbar on Felicity’s left arm.

Mai: Can we forget there’s a match and just let them roll around for a while? I’d be good with that.

Zack: Sophia has finally got hold of her target and now she has she doesn’t look like she has any intention of letting it go.

The challenger lets out a yell of pain as Stringer drops down to check on her. Felicity shouts at her to move then starts to use her free hand to pull herself across the canvas towards the ropes. Thankfully the ropes are within reach and she manages to get her hand onto the bottom rope without too much trouble. Sophia doesn’t release the armbar though, instead twisting more on the trapped appendage. Stringer reaches a count of four before Sophia releases her grip and gets back to her feet, stomping onto Felicity’s already tortured arm for good measure as she does.

Zack: Sophia is really pushing these referee five counts and if she isn’t careful she is going to end up getting herself disqualified.

Mai: Championships don’t change hands on a disqualification though, Zack.

Zack: No, but Sophia is not going to want to leave any doubt about whether she could beat Felicity or not.

Felicity pulls her arm towards her, cradling it to her body as she uses the ropes to steady herself to get back to her feet. Sophia watches her closely and as soon as she is back to her feet Sophia makes a charge towards her. Felicity spots her coming out of the corner of her eye and side steps before the Champion can make impact, causing her to crash into the ropes instead. Sophia bounces off backwards and Felicity hits a penalty kick into the back of her legs that drops her to her knees. A knee to her head follows from the Challenger which drops the Champion face first into the canvas.

Mai: Make love not war ladies!

Zack: Felicity is obviously having some trouble with her arm but that isn’t stopping her from showing Sophia she is far from a walkover.

Leaving her feet, Felicity lands a knee drop straight into the middle of Sophia’s back. She keeps her knee pressed hard into the Emerald City Siren’s back and attempts to lock in a chinlock, but struggles because of the arm that Sophia has been targeting. Sophia attempts to reach the bottom rope but it is just out of reach. Felicity presses her knee deeper into Sophia’s back to keep her in place and gives her arm a shake before trying again. This time she manages to get the chinlock applied. She tries to pull back to add more torque, but Sophia grabs her injured left arm and pulls it away to break the lock without much trouble. The challenger tries again for a third time to get the lock but Sophia manages to pull herself forwards to grab the bottom rope. Stringer orders the break, and Felicity grinds her knee into Sophia’s back before getting back to her feet.

Zack: Felicity had the chance to do some damage of her own there, or at least wear Sophia down a bit, but the work the Champion has already done on her arm prevented her from getting a good grip on that chinlock.

Mai: Who needs two working arms when you look as good as Felicity does?

The Emerald City Siren gets back to her feet holding her back, as Felicity does the same cradling her arm. The two eye each other and then start to circle each other. Sophia makes the first move and manages to catch hold of Felicity’s left arm. She grips it tight and twists it around behind her back, pushing her hand up towards her neck in a hammerlock. The Challenger lets out a yell immediately and that just prompts Sophia to push her hand even further, almost making Felicity touch her own neck. The challenger starts to fire elbows backwards with her free arm, but Sophia steps to the side avoiding them, applying more pressure to Felicity’s already tortured arm as she does.

Mai: Does nobody else find this hot?

Zack: When Sophia sets her sights on a target she will do as much damage as she can and that hammerlock is causing Felicity a world of pain. She’s desperate to escape, but those elbow shots aren’t doing her any good at all.

Felicity lets out an angered scream and then pushes back, crushing Sophia into the corner. Though that doesn’t help much as Sophia keeps her grip on Felicity’s arm. Felicity pulls herself out of the corner and then crushes Sophia for a second time, but still the Champion keeps her grip. With the pain showing on her face, Felicity does the same thing again for a third time. Only on the fifth time of crushing Sophia back first into the turnbuckle does the Emerald City Siren’s grip loosen enough for Felicity to yank her arm free. She quickly pulls it to her chest, cradling it there out of Sophia’s reach.

Zack: Well, that’s one way to get out of a hammerlock. How much extra pain she caused herself with that move remains to be seen though.

Mai: The Queen Supreme can take it! She’s the Queen Supreme for a reason after all.

Before Sophia can gather herself, Felicity hits her with a high knee to the ribs, and then pulls her out of the corner using her good arm, to fire her across into the opposite corner where she hits back first again with a massive thud. Felicity follows her in with a running double knee attack to her midsection which bends the Champion in two. Grabbing her by the head, Felicity delivers a knee to the Emerald City Siren’s face which stands her back upright again. She moves to pull her out of the corner again but Sophia plants her feet firmly and instead pulls Felicity straight into a forearm smash.

Mai: Look at Sophia go. There’s a reason no-one has been able to dethrone her and this is it!

Zack: Felicity wasn’t expecting that to go quite like that, she was set to give Sophia another painful introduction to the corner, but Sophia was having none of it.

Felicity composes herself and then glares at Sophia, looking furious at the Champion. She moves quickly before Sophia knows what’s coming to deliver an elbow strike into her face. A sidekick to her stomach follows and then straight away a spinning back fist to the side of the head. A jumping uppercut knee to the Emerald City Siren’s face finishes the combination and almost takes Sophia clean off her feet.

Mai: It’s a Jersey City Bedtime Story!

Sophia looks dazed but anger wins through as she yells at Felicity before a series of clubbing blows hit the challenger at speed. Sophia manages to force Felicity to bend forward before more of the clubbing blows push Felicity to her knees. Before she can get back up a superkick from champion flattens the challenger to the canvas. Sophia starts to lay kicks into Felicity’s side until the Jersey City native rolls onto her front to escape them.

Zack: Sophia’s anger is carrying her on here, and that is one way to get someone into the position you want them. I’m sure Felicity would have preferred a less footsie approach though!

Sophia drags Felicity away from ropes and closer to the middle of the ring before getting into position to lock in her seated Fujiwara armbar. The crowd erupt, knowing what is about to happen, and a few signs showing #LOLSOPHIAWINS can be seen throughout the crowd. Stringer drops down in front of Felicity to check if she wants to give in and is met with a negative response, despite the pain that is clearing showing on her face.

Mai: I don’t know why she is bothering to say no. We’ve all seen how this ends many times before now.

Zack: Sophia has SPACE NEEDLE locked in tight and with the amount of punishment Sophia has already delivered to that arm already, it could just be a matter of time before Felicity can take no more.

Sophia pulls back as hard as she can and Felicity tries to inch herself towards the ropes, but Sophia’s grip tightens and the challenger doesn’t move at all. Felicity still keeps trying though, using her good arm to try and pull herself closer to the bottom rope. Sophia pulls back even harder on Felicity’s left arm. Banks stifles a yell of pain and grits her teeth, trying not to let another yell escape but her face shows how much pain she is in, as Stringer asks again if she wants to give in. The challenger doesn’t have chance to respond before Sophia pulls her arm even harder and Felicity screams in response. She tries again to reach the ropes but realising it is futile and she has no chance of reaching them, she reluctantly taps out and the referee immediately calls for the bell.

Maggie: Here is your winner and still FFW No Surrender champion………….., ’THE EMERALD CITY SIREN’ SOPHIA PIKE!!

Zack: Is anybody going to be able to take the No Surrender Championship from Sophia? One thing is clear is that Felicity hasn’t managed it tonight.

Mai: Awww it’s over, I could have watched those two all night!

Sophia gets back to her feet to have her hand raised by Stringer and almost snatches the title back from her. She pulls it to her chest for a second before raising it high above her head. On that image we head elsewhere.

Maggie: The following match is scheduled for one fall to a finish and is for the FFW Tornado Tag Team Championships!!!

Zack: These two teams we are about to see have had their issues in recent weeks, and it’s all been about the Tornado Tag Team Championships. We’re about to settle it right now.

Mai: And you’ll see without question just how dominant Ascension truly are. Better yet, Claire and Serafina will feel it firsthand.

Red Hot Chili Peppers ‘Can’t Stop’ begins to play over the PA as Claire Black and Serafina DeCaro step out of the back and walk toward the middle of the stage. Claire fires off some shadow boxing combinations while Serafina gets onto the balls of her feet firing off a combination of kicks, elbows and forearms before finally finishing off with a jumping roundhouse kick. High fiving the pair walk down to the ring, Claire unzipping her jacket and sliding it off her shoulders as she reaches the bottom of the ramp and slides into the ring, where she begins to shadow box once more. Serafina meanwhile, stops to take off her hooded sweatshirt, leaving her in her ring attire before checking the taping on her wrists and ankles and applying a streak of petroleum jelly over and under her eyes. Stepping between the ropes Serafina retires to her corner, meeting Claire and discussing tactics as they wait for the match to start.

Maggie: Coming from Boston, Massachusetts at a combined weight of 253 lbs, the pairing of “TKO” Claire Black and Serafina DeCaro...KO/TO!!!

Zack: Claire and Serafina have traded wins with Ascension in recent weeks. The champions defeated them as part of a six woman tag, but Serafina and Claire have held their own in singles matches with them.

Mai: You mean Claire got SAVED in her singles match with Isis. She didn’t pin Isis at all, and Serafina….well the term ‘lucked out’ comes to mind there.

The opening chords of “Destroy & Conquer” by Future World Music begin to rattle through the arena, the curtains start to move as Valentina Lozano & Isis Morales slowly steps out onto the ramp. They are unfazed by the boos from the crowd as Valentina bends her right knee and angles her left leg, her right arm shooting up into the air with a cocky smirk with Isis standing behind her, raising her fist in the air with a cocky smirk, standing in a unified domineering pose while basking in the negative heat of the crowd. Valentina gets back to her feet and then begins to walk side by side with Isis down the aisle.

Maggie: Making their way to the ring…at a total combined weight of three hundred and sixty-five pounds....They are your reigning, defending FFW TORNADO TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS ”The Latin Goddess” Valentina Lozano  & “The Titaness” Isis Morales...They are...

ASCENSION!!!!!!!!!

At the ringside area, Valentina and Isis walk around the ring once before entering the ring, with Valentina making her way to a waiting human stairway next to the ring: one guy on all fours next to the ring and one guy lying prone in front of him. Causally stepping on the men, Valentina walks up and walks across the edge of the ring. She then reclines against the ropes and callously looks down at the men, giving them a smirk while they get to their knees and properly grace her boots with kisses before dismissing themselves to the back. Valentina then glares towards the referee in the ring and orders the referee to hold the ropes for her, which the referee reluctantly complies with doing. She wipes her feet on the apron and enters the ring. Meanwhile, Isis enters the ring by stepping over the top rope with ease. The ladies then go to opposite ring posts in which they climb up and raise their title belts in the air with complete confidence, taking in the atmosphere while the crowd reaction continues and the cameras flashing.

After the ladies taunt the crowd and their opponents, Valentina then goes to one of the corners to lean against.  After giving Valentina a few words and patting her on the shoulder, Isis smirks and stretches a little as they await for the bell to ring.

Zack: There’s never a time when the Tornado Tag Champions don’t look confident, supremely so. They recently added Valerie McKinley to their ranks in Future Shock, and that’s a combination I didn’t think I’d see.

Mai: Elite talent gets drawn to other elite talent. I think Valentina and Isis should be commended for taking an interest in the future by even bothering with Future Shock.

Malcolm Parks takes the titles from the champions, presenting them to the challengers and presenting them to the crowd before handing them off to a ringside attendant. As he does that, Claire and Serafina are discussing strategy as Valentina and Isis appear to be doing likewise, only for Lozano to pat her partner on the back, causing her to charge forward and catch both members of KO/TO with a double clothesline. Parks turned back just in time to see Isis run them both over and called for the bell as Isis drove a side kick into Serafina’s gut as she was the first of the challengers back to her feet; Claire close behind her only to get a forearm smash into the side of her jaw, followed by a stiff headbutt. Black fell into corner as DeCaro fired off a kick into Isis leg, followed by a second and was about to land a third as Isis lunged at her, catching her with an elbow to the jaw. Serafina staggered backwards but barely made it half a step before Morales wrapped a hand around the back of her head and hurled her towards the corner, catching Claire - as she was about to step out of the corner; the two members of KO/TO clashing heads on impact.

Mai: A little meeting of the minds there, not that KO/TO had much choice in the matter, eh Zack?

Zack: They are both familiar with Isis’ power, and have to expect things like that from the Titaness.

Serafina reeled backwards, turning straight into a spinning back fist from Isis that caused her to fall back into Claire in the corner once more. Isis shook her head in disgust as Valentina smirked from across the ring as she bent down and polished her boot before she gave a sign for Isis. The Red Haired Goliath nodded her head as took hold of the Buddhist’s hand, Irish whipping her towards Lozano who met her coming in with a Priceless Kiss bicycle kick; DeCaro’s hands coming up to block the shot - though it was still strong enough to knock her to the canvas. Valentina dropped down on top of the Buddhist to make the cover, hooking the leg as she did so. Parks slid into position to count the pinfall as Isis brought her knees repeatedly up into Claire’s gut as she kept her pinned in the corner.

...THR-

Zack Way too early to think she was going to put the challengers away at this point in the match. But it’s all due to that confidence in Lozano.

Mai: When you have tag titles and a Pick Your Poison contract in your hip pocket, you have every right to be confident.

Serafina kicked out of the pinfall and Valentina shook her head, coming up to her feet quickly as Parks confirmed the two count to her; the Latina Goddess pulling Serafina up with her only to send her crashing back down into the mat with a German suplex. Lozano quickly rolled back to her feet and began to mudhole stomp DeCaro, driving her boot into the former No Surrender Champions body, forcing her to roll across the canvas and out onto the apron before Valentina kicked her to the floor. As Valentina was clearing DeCaro from the ring Isis jerked the former boxer out of the corner by her wrist, straight into a raised knee into her stomach. Claire doubled over and Isis took the opportunity to hoist her up onto her shoulders, getting her into position for the Voyage to Armageddon. As she carried the Boston native towards the middle of the ring, Black started to struggle, delivering elbows and knees into the side of the Goliath’s head allowing Claire to escape her grasp.

Zack: What sets these kind of matches apart is they are basically singles matches since you can’t tag out, but you have to keep an eye on your partner too.

Mai: Why don’t you just say you don’t like seeing Claire get isolated and dominated?

Black landed on her feet behind Isis and balled her hand up into a fist, where she drove it into Isis’ kidney from behind. Isis froze for a moment, allowing Claire to tag her with another shot beneath her ribs before Morales reacted with a mule kick to her midsection. Black doubled up as the boot was driven into her gut and Isis spun around, jerked her opponent forward and with a cry of rage, flipped the boxer up onto her shoulders and slammed her down hard with a powerbomb before she made the cover, stacking her legs over her shoulders as she did so.

Zack: A powerbomb from way up, courtesy of the Titaness! The titles are staying where they are!

..THR-

Mai: Claire got folded up like origami right there, but she’s too dumb to know when to stop kicking out. That’s alright, Isis has plenty more punishment to give.

Claire kicked out before the three count and immediately she was forced to cover up as Isis took up the mount position and began to pepper her with right and left hands. Parks tried to get separation between the pair, granted his wish granted as Isis jerked Claire up to her feet and irish whipped her into the far corner. Valentina joined her partner and Isis whipped her across the ring at a high velocity allowing her to connect with a corner clothesline to Claire. Lozano spun away after delivering the move, making room for Isis to charge forward and deliver a corner Avalanche splash. As Morales connected, Serafina slid back into the ring behind Valentina, spinning her around before she connected with the side of her head with a roundhouse kick that staggered her. Serafina wrapped her arms around the Latin Goddess as she was still trying to find her balance and sent her flying through the air with a belly to belly suplex.

Zack: Serafina threw Valentina like yesterday’s newspaper, and it looks like she’s kicked into second gear after being deposited outside earlier in the match.

Mai: She can look it all she wants, but she still has to manage these two on her own till her partner eats her spinach or whatever.

DeCaro got back up to her feet and turned straight into Isis who didn’t waste any time at all in lifting the submission specialist off her feet driving her downwards into the mat with spinebuster. Serafina rolled away, holding her back and Isis turned her attention back to Claire; the brunette boxer coming out of the corner, waving the Big Red Goliath towards her as she raised her hands. Isis stared at her for a couple of moments before she shrugged her shoulders and raised her hands. The former boxer nodded her head as she got up on the balls of her feet and moved towards the dominant former Future Shock Champion and started to throw a combination of shots aimed at Isis’ body.

Zack: Look at that. Claire’s getting back into her comfort zone, and giving isis plenty of knuckles to the body!

Meanwhile Serafina and Valentina had made it back to her feet and were exchanging blows of their own; DeCaro peppering her legs and thighs with stiff kicks, while Valentina was replying with quick jabs only for DeCaro to get the upper hand until Lozano raked her fingers over the former No Surrender Champions eyes. While she was temporarily blinded Valentina hooked her head and delivered her triple vertical suplex - a regular suplex, followed by a stalling suplex and finished off with a slingshot suplex.

Mai: Nothing I enjoy more than a good ol’ Greco-Roman thumb to the eye, it opens up so many avenues for a wrestler!

Claire continued to throw shots only for Morales to block each attempt, batting away Claire’s hands before she retaliated with a European uppercut to her jaw. The boxer stumbled backwards from the force of the blow and Isis whipped her towards the ring ropes once more, waiting for her to come back…

Zack: Look at Isis, she’s got something in mind! This won’t end well for---I STAND CORRECTED!

...Except Claire grabbed hold of the top rope to stop her momentum. It only served to get Isis to line her up and charge towards her with her foot raised only for Claire to drop down to the mat, taking the top rope with her. As the red haired Californian brought her foot down, her momentum carrying her over the top rope as Claire released the top rope. As it snapped upwards it caught Isis around the ankle trapping her as she went over, causing her to dangle upside down by the ankle. Isis reached up to try to free herself, waving her arms as she did so while Claire came up to her feet and looked at the trapped wrestler momentarily surprised by the turn of events. Which allowed Valentina to spin her around and before Black could recover drive a heart punch followed by an enzugiri that sent Claire down to the canvas.

Mai: You ever been heart punched, Zack? It’s a terrible sensation, I assure you. If you want to turn this way, I’ll show you.

Lozano told Claire to kiss her boots as the Latin Goddess pushed up to her feet only for Serafina to surprise her as she came from behind and delivered a side suplex to her. Lozano tried to rise quickly only to fall victim to a tornado DDT from the buddhist. Again Lozano attempted to rise but this time as she did so, the Toronto native found herself introduced to the canvas face first thanks to an axe kick to the back of her shoulders. The submission expert immediately going for a cover on Valentina, hooking her leg as she did so.

Zack: Lozano got her running lights dimmed right there, but still had enough to kick out. She should have kept a closer eye on Serafina.

Lozano kicked out. As she did so, both members of KO/TO pulled her up from the mat and into a double brainbuster, dropping her on her head. Valentina immediately sits up and tried to come to her feet only for the two challengers to line up and catch her with a stereo roundhouse kick to the side of her head. As the Latina Goddess fell backwards, Serafina pulled her upright and into a Muay Thai clinch that she accompanied with knee after knee into her chest. As the fifth knee connected the Buddhist shoved Valentina towards her partner, Claire catching her in a front facelock where she landed a knee of her own before she spiked Valentina down onto the top of her skull. Claire quickly rolled her over and made the cover.

...THR-

Mai: Look at Claire trying to use her knees. This must be why she isn’t boxing now, because using your knees is illegal in boxing!

Zack: Or because she’s a wrestler now….why do I even bother?

The Latin Goddess kicked out once more, sitting up as she did so and Claire tried to pull her the rest of the way to her feet only to receive a jawbreaker for her troubles. Claire staggered backwards towards the ring ropes and Serafina looked to take up the attack on Valentina, surging towards her with a running knee to the jaw only for Lozano to catch her before she can deliver the move, lifting her off of her feet and dropping her backwards with a stun gun across the top rope. Lozano quickly straightened up and instantly fired off a superkick to the jaw of DeCaro that saw her fall backwards, through the ropes to the outside. Immediately Black skipped towards the Torontonian and launched herself into a superman punch attempt only getting air. The Tornado Tag Team Champion ducked down underneath the blow and immediately countered with a samoan drop. Valentina forced herself back up to her feet and dropped back to the ropes, coming off them and into a knee drop to the chest as Claire tried to sit up. As the Canadian wrestler made the pin, Isis managed to pull herself upwards and finally free her ankle.

Mai: Valentina should hook the tights in these covers, Zack. I think it could make a world of difference.

Zack: Right. Meanwhile, Isis is trying to get some feeling back into her ankle.

Claire kicked out on two and started to sit up only for Valentina to lock in a rear naked choke on the boxer. Isis pulled herself up using the ring ropes, favouring the ankle that had been trapped in the ring ropes only for Serafina to jerk her feet out from under her. As Morales landed on her feet on the floor she immediately started to favour her ankle only for DeCaro to sweep her legs out from under her causing the dominant woman to collapse backwards, hitting her head against the barrier. ‘Fina slid back into the ring as Claire was still fighting against the effects of the rear naked chokehold but was flagging as Lozano had the submission hold locked in tightly. The referee checked on the former boxer, making sure that she was still responding as the Buddhist warrior dove in and broke up the hold.

Zack: Very timely save there from the Buddhist Warrior, because I’m not sure how cognizant Claire was right there.

Mai: Let me enlighten you. She was dead as a bad date in bed!

Both Serafina and Valentina came back to their feet only for DeCaro to catch the Latin Goddess with a spinning back eyebrow. Lozano staggered backwards only for Serafina to leave her feet and catch the Tornado Tag Team Champion with a spinning heel kick to her jaw that sent her down to the canvas. Valentina scrambled to get back to her feet only to find Black was on her feet waiting for her. The boxer measured her up and began to fire off a combination of right and left hands to the woman - landing a jab to the head, followed by a right hand to head, a left hook to the body, then a pivot into a right hook to the body. Valentina staggered slightly, clasping an arm against her ribs as Black threw a right hook to the head before she finished with a jab to the head that sent the Canadian wrestler down to the mat. Once more Valentina scrambled to get back to her feet quickly only for Serafina to grab her head from behind and deliver a reverse sit out facebuster that bounced the back of her head of the canvas. Serafina reached forward to hook her legs for the cover as Isis rose on the outside only for Claire to sprint across the ring and suicide dive fists first through the ropes, catching Isis in the chest.

Zack: Look at Claire go! She’s back in this now! Isis getting hers, and DeCaro with the cover!

One…

Two…

...THRE-

Mai: You’re getting way too excited for near falls. Valentina had this under control, she was just getting a couple seconds to recuperate in that cover.

Lozano kicked out on two and Parks confirmed the count as Serafina held up three fingers to ask him the question while Claire rolled back into the ring. The Latina Goddess rolled away towards the ropes and started to use them to pull herself up to her feet while Claire and Serafina exchanged words quickly. Isis also began to rise on the outside, looking far from pleased as she shook away the cobwebs. In the ring, Valentina finally got her feet underneath and turned away from the ropes, taking two steps towards the middle of the ring only for Claire to dart towards her, leave her feet and catch her with a flying knee right under the jaw that sent her rebounding off the ring ropes and straight into Serafina’s clutches. As the Buddhist hoisted the Global Wars winner onto her shoulders, Isis pulled herself up onto the apron using ropes and started to step through the ropes. Claire moved to cut the red haired Californian off but got a hand wrapped around her throat by Isis as the woman entered the ring - right at the moment Serafina sent Valentina flying forward off her shoulders and caught with the Go To Sleep knee strike. The Buddhist dropped down to cover Valentina, hooking her leg as she did so and Parks slid into position to start the count.

Zack: There it is! That’s Serafina’s pet move!

One….

Isis delivered a chokeslam to Claire that left her writhing around in pain on the mat.

Two….

…. THRE-

Mai: That...was amazing! She picked her up like a puppy that just messed on the carpet! Tremendous!

Lozano didn’t move but Parks stopped the count thanks to Isis wrapping her hand around the back of Serafina’s neck and lifting her up out of the cover before using her grip to slam the Buddhist face first into the mat. Serafina almost immediately started to push back up to all fours only for Isis to come forward and deliver a leg drop across the back of her neck. Rolling away the Californian half of the Tornado Tag Team Champions, looked over to her former boxer opponent, saw her starting to rise and with a smirk stooped down over the Buddhist half of KO/TO deadlifting her up from the mat and into a release German suplex that sent her flying backwards into Claire. Isis got back to her feet and threw her hands up in victory, getting loud boos from the crowd.

Zack: It’s not time to celebrate yet, the match isn’t over! This is what tends to bite these two in the backside.

Mai: Fine, you go in there and tell Isis what you think is wrong with her. I’ll see you at the next show in traction.

Serafina rolled away from Claire holding the back of her head before she rose to her feet only for Isis to line her up and charge forward with a big boot to her face. Claire began to push upward only to also get caught by Isis who lifted her upwards and dropped her across her partners body with a Gorilla Press Slam. Claire rolled away holding her gut before she began to pull herself using the ring ropes as Isis pulled Serafina upwards, lifting her on to her shoulder into a fireman’s carry neckbreaker. Isis saw Claire was back on her feet and charged towards her, catching the boxer on the jaw with a running forearm that caused her to fall into the ropes and come back towards the Titaness who scooped her upwards and sent her across the ring with a fallaway slam. As soon as she’d delivered the move, Isis sat up and came back to her feet finding that Serafina had made it back to one knee and she moved towards the Buddhist, pulling her the rest of the way to her feet before she planted her back into the canvas with a powerslam.

Mai: There’s nothing Isis does in the ring that doesn’t hurt like crazy. I bet she wakes up in the morning, and her bed takes a deep breath.

As Isis rose back to her feet, Claire let out a scream causing the red haired woman to turn towards her as the boxer crashed into her, firing off right and left hands into her gut. Isis took a step backwards as Claire landed shot after shot only for her barrage to end as quickly as it began when the Titaness brought her hands together and crashed a double axe handle blow into the top of Claire’s skull. The boxer reeled and staggered away from her opponent, turning back to face her only to be turned inside out and spun upside down as the Titaness of Destruction caught her with a devastating Clothesline From Hell. Isis turned her attention back towards Serafina advancing on her as she got to her feet and delivered a knee into her fellow California native’s stomach, dropping her to one knee. Isis made a sign to the crowd, letting them all know that a Voyage to Armageddon was coming up as she lifted Serafina onto her shoulders and into position.

Mai: Make no mistake, Zack. If she hits this move, this thing is all over but the crying. Nobody gets up from it!

Zack: The sad part is I think you’re right! Isis calling for a Voyage that Claire may not remember taking after it’s over!

But she never got to deliver the move as Claire, in desperation, hurled herself into the back of her Isis knee, taking her leg out from under her with a chop block. The tall woman landed on her knees while Serafina landed on her feet. The former No Surrender Champion took a moment to get her bearings before she began to snap off kicks to Isis torso - not stopping even as Isis rose back to her feet and swung a fist at her that DeCaro managed to avoid as she swayed backwards and caught her arm, immediately looking for an armbar only to get shoved away. It was only brief respite for Isis as a second later Claire springboarded off the middle rope and caught Isis with a superman punch to the side of her jaw that wobbled the Titaness of Destruction. As Isis refused to fall, Serafina followed up Claire’s move with a springboard move of her own, bouncing off the middle rope into a knee strike to Isis jaw, that saw her drop to one knee but immediately stand back upright, though still fighting for her balance. The two members of KO/TO regrouped, breathing heavily as they looked at their opponent and immediately left their feet to catch her with matching dropkicks to her knee caps causing her to fall forward onto all fours. Almost immediately Isis pushed up onto her knees, getting her head hooked by both Claire and Serafina who delivered a snap DDT. They rolled Isis over and both made the cover on her.

Mai: DUAL COVERS AREN’T FAIR!! WHY IS THERE A COUNT?!

One…

Two…

...THREE!!!!!!!!!NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zack: You don’t get a much more authoritative kickout than that right there! Jesus, it’s easy to forget just how strong Isis is at times.

Isis kicked out from under both members of KO/TO at the very last moment and rolled away. The kick out forced Claire up to her knees as she looked at Parks who showed her the two count and the boxer never had a chance to question the count as Valentina caught her with a knee trembler. As soon as she had delivered that, Valentina spun to face Serafina, grabbing hold of her hair as she was still down on one knee and rammed the girl face first into her knee before she jerked the Buddhist up to her feet and into a spinning neckbreaker. Lozano was quickly back to her feet and delivered a leg drop across Serafina’s chest, quickly followed by a second. As she got back to her feet she stomped down on DeCaro’s face both she leaned backwards with a matrix style evasion as Claire attempted to catch her with a clothesline. The boxer stopped and turned back towards the Latina Goddess who caught her with a boot to the gut to double her over before she hooked her head and drove her down into the canvas with the Down to Earth spinning impaler. As she landed the move, Lozano threw herself across Serafina looking for the victory.

Mai: DOWN TO EARTH! SUCKS TO BE SERAFINA!!

One…

Two…

...THREE!!!NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Zack: She got the shoulder up! KO/TO is not out of this yet!

Serafina’s shoulder came up at the last second to break the pin; the Buddhist rolling onto her front as she broke up the pin. Instantly Valentina looked over at Claire as the boxer had rolled onto her back and dove across her, hooking her leg as she looked for the win.

One…

Two…

...THREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mai: Alright, this has gone on long enough! Either Valentina or Isis need to go get a chair, that’ll solve this!

Claire’s shoulder came up at the final moment, Parks holding up two fingers to the sold out crowd and the Global Wars winner who pulled at her hair in disbelief, staring at the referee then at the unmoving boxer and demanded the three count. Parks though refused, telling her that the shoulder came up before he completed the three count. She looked at Claire once more and then at Serafina who was starting to push back up to all fours. Valentina glared at the Buddhist and then back to the referee as she got back to her feet and delivered a running kick into her ribcage. Serafina rolled through, holding her ribs as she pushed up onto her knees only for Valentina to pull her upwards by her hair as she looked to set her up for the Divine Intervention, jerking her head downwards into a stomp facebreaker that she tried to follow up with a rolling cutter only for DeCaro to counter, shoving the Latina Goddess away from her. Lozano tried to stop herself in her tracks, turned around to face her opponent who caught her with a codebreaker. Valentina bouncing off her knees and away as Serafina stayed laid out on the mat breathing deeply.

Zack: You can see the effect this match has taken on all of these women. Serafina can’t really follow up, thanks to the exertion of energy she’s spent!

Mai: She’s probably just laying there thinking ‘what on earth did I do agreeing to sign for this title match?’

The four wrestlers all begin to rise simultaneously. Claire, checking her face before a smile started to form on her face, as she looked to Serafina and then to Isis and Valentina; the boxer performing an Ali Shuffle before she waved the Ascension members forward. With a face of fury, Lozano charged towards the boxer, lowering her shoulder as she went looking for a spear only for Claire to act like a matador, spinning out of the way of the onrushing Latina. The boxer turned to face Valentina as she turned back around, winding up with her right hand only to catch the Femme For All finalist and Global Wars winner with an left handed uppercut; she followed it up quickly with another combination of blows to her gut. Meanwhile, Serafina advanced on Isis, the Buddhist immediately firing off stiff kicks to her opponents legs, varying each strike and moving between each shot to try and keep the powerhouse off balance and prevent her from blocking the blows. The kicks taking their effect as she managed to bring Isis down to her knees. The Titaness of Destruction tried to push back up to one knee as Serafina dropped back towards the ring ropes, bouncing off them and coming back for a shining wizard...only for Isis to catch her coming in and driving her down into the mat with an STO.

Zack: Serafina may be the MVP of this match win or lose. She has taken a hellacious beating, and just keeps going like the Energizer bunny.

Serafina tried to push up, getting to her knees as Isis measured her up and began to slam her boot into her chest with a series of vicious kicks as she began the Titaness Stomp. Claire continued to pepper Valentina with blows to the ribs before she sent her across the ring, lining her up for the Lucky Lights Out and landing it perfectly to the jaw of Valentina who crumpled to mat lifelessly, the camera catching sight of her eyes glazed over as her leg kicked out involuntarily. Claire dropped to her knees and made the cover, hooking both of Lozano’s legs as she did so. Parks slid in to make the count.

One…

Isis turned and made to break up the count only to get tripped up as Serafina picked her ankle, sending her crashing to the mat as she applied a heel hook to the Titaness.

Two…

Mai: REACH, ISIS! C’MON REACH!!!

Isis tried to reach for Claire, grabbing her ankle and seemed to be about to pull her off when DeCaro increased the amount of pressure that she was applying, causing the powerhouse to howl, forgetting Claire as she kicked back at DeCaro.

...THREE!!!!!

Zack: Too late for that! We got new champions!!

Mai: DAMNIT!!

Malcolm Parks called for the bell and Serafina released the hold, rolling away and coming to her knee, holding her chest and looking in pain as she watched Isis; the Titaness of Destruction reaching down for her foot. Slowly DeCaro rose to her feet, still keeping her eyes on Isis while she moved towards her partner and helped the Boston native up to her feet.

Maggie: Here are your winners, by way of pinfall and NEW FFW Tornado Tag Team Champions… the team of Serafina DeCaro and Claire Black… KO/TO!!!

Mai: This is terrible, Zack. Absolutely terrible!

Zack: You can feel how you want about it, but the fact is we have new Tornado Tag Team Champions! And Claire & Serafina earned it….without a shadow of a doubt! Congratulations to them!

Parks presented the pair with the Tornado Tag Team Championships and raised their hands in the air as the two girls held the titles up for the crowd to see before they turned and hugged each other. Claire unsteadily made for the corner, climbing to the middle rope and holding the title belt aloft while Serafina checked on both Isis and Valentina who had regrouped in a corner and glared at the Buddhist; Valentina telling her that she would be made to kiss her boot while Isis expression of pure anger turned even colder. Serafina backed away, holding her title aloft as she kept her eyes on both members of Ascension before the show cut elsewhere.

Sophia’s Mounting Challenges

The next time we head to the back, we find Robby Reynolds with the No Surrender Consultant herself, Dr. Starla McCloud.

Robby: I’m here with Starla McCloud, who was put into an advisory position some months ago as it pertains to the No Surrender division. Earlier tonight, we saw Sopha Pike successfully defend her title once again against Felicity Banks.

Starla: Another very thrilling defence from Sophia Pike against a very highly decorated, very accomplished and acclaimed wrestler in Felicity Banks. I have to applaud Miss Pike on so far having a highly impressive, pretty much dominant reign as the No Surrender Champion thus far. She has every right to be proud of what she has achieved and deserves every plaudit that she has been getting over the last few months.

Robby: I’m sure that’s not the only reason you are here to discuss it with me. I’m curious to hear what you have to say tonight.

The good doctor gave him a soft smile.

Starla: No, it’s not. I’m also here to talk about Miss Pike’s future, something I’m sure she is most eager to hear about herself, especially as it pertains to the No Surrender Championship. I’ve made a couple of suggestions in my role as a consultant on the division. I’m delighted to say they’ve been accepted and I can inform you of them here and now.

There was a slight nod of her head.

Starla: First of all, as we’ve heard a lot in recent weeks, Natalya Demidov - as the previous holder of that Titanium title - is indeed owed a rematch for the No Surrender Championship. In my opinion that should come sooner rather than later and there’s no better time than the very next episode of Velocity.

Robby: Natalya gets her long-awaited rematch for the title at the next Velocity, that sounds like a main event and a half to me.

The red head looked more than satisfied at the reaction that got from the interviewer.

Starla: And the second suggestion I made that was accepted was that the winner of that main event should head to Relentless where they will defend against Chaotic Temptations very own OE Ayano. OE has put in some very good performances in her recent outings and has shown plenty of ability as a submissionist, therefore I think it’s only fair that she gets an opportunity to challenge for the title.

Robby: Wow! Alright then, I’m sure O.E. is somewhere very happy. Or at least as happy as O.E. Ayano gets. Relentless is already shaping up, and we aren’t even finished with Fury. Thank you for taking the time to talk with me tonight.

The camera focuses on the pleased expression on Starla’s face before we head elsewhere.
