Live from the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona
November 8, 2018

The FFW logo is shown in one giant image across multiple monitors before it cuts inside the arena. The first sound to greet the viewers? A whole lot of boos. The camera pans the crowd, and heads to the ring to find the owner of FFW standing in the center.

Zack: Hello, everyone! And welcome to Phoenix, Arizona. We are live in the home of the NBA’s Phoenix Suns on the last Velocity of 2018. As you can see, we’ve been joined by the owner of this company.

Mai: We’ve been joined by her, and these idiots in Phoenix aren’t making her feel very welcome. She signs the paychecks, that makes her the best person in this place.

Samantha: Everywhere I go, this is the response I get from all of you. And if your opinion mattered at all, you’d be standing here and I’d be watching you. But that’s not the case, Phoenix. So if you ever want me to bring FFW back here, shut your mouths and listen to what I have to say.

That doesn’t help the boos at all, only making them louder before the owner finally rolls her eyes and begins.

Samantha: In just under three weeks, FFW will have its annual Global Wars Pay Per View on December 1st. A night where women represent their countries with pride. The points would be gathered, and then the team would share in the winnings. But this year, my brother decided to make the battle royal every woman for herself. And for once in about a year since he’s had the job of COO, I agree with that decision. In the battle royal, whoever is the last woman standing earns herself a guaranteed title shot at either the Ultraviolence Championship held by Mallory Bennett….

Mallory’s name does nothing but cause more boos.

Samantha: The No Surrender Championship currently held by Artemis Kaiser….

Artemis doesn’t seem to be all that beloved either by the reaction.

Samantha: Or the Evolution Championship in the possession of Missy. But this year, I am going to make a slight change or two to further make the prize more enticing. I’m also going to offer the winner a chance to name a partner and chase the Unity Tag Team Championship as well. It doesn’t have to be the partner they had in Global Wars, it could be anyone on the roster.

Mai: The milk of human kindness flows through every veins of this woman’s body, Zack. It’s really a touching thing.

Samantha: I’m going to change the points for the winner. This year, there will be ten points added to the total. But as we learned last year, winning the battle royal doesn’t mean you win the series. Whoever has the most points after the battle royal wins Global Wars and the contract of their choice to be cashed in at a time and place of MY choosing. The teamwork between all six teams comes to an end at Velocity, and then it’s every woman for herself inside the battle royal.

Zack: She’s right. Fans who saw last year’s Global Wars will recall that Team USA won the battle royal itself, but Canada came in second and beat them by one point. But with ten points up for grabs this year, that’s gonna be a huge boost for any team, especially if they are a little behind.

Samantha: Finally, allow me to address tonight’s main event for the FFW Championship between Emma Mackenzie and Leona Vega. This match was booked on a night I wasn’t here. You see, Shaughnessy O’Neill SHOULD have gotten the next shot. But my brother saw fit to give Leona her contractual rematch first. With that in mind, I’m letting both women know that Shaw will be the next mandatory challenger for that title in the new year, whether it be Emma or Leona.

Mai: Isn’t it sweet to wish Leona luck when we all know she doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of winning the title back?

Samantha: Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve seen enough of you all tonight. I already have your money, so I don’t really care about your feelings.

Zack: Samantha likes this Phoenix crowd about as much as they like her. But don’t move a muscle, it’s a stacked card tonight with the FFW title on the line in the main event! Let’s get this show rolling!

A woman in a tight black skirt walks out onto a track with several race cars lined up with their engines revving. “Shotcaller” by Taio Cruz begins to play in the background. She drops a flag to her side as the cars burn rubber and take off on both sides of her. In one car, we see Jo McFarlane and Savannah Taylor neck and neck as the blonde looks from her towards the road and switches gears before she pulls forward.

We then see the Brazilian Storm delivering their Tidal Wave finish for a three count. Kyle raises their hands in victory, and the shot then cuts to Mallory Bennett brawling with Emma MacNamara inside the Thunderdome. That’s followed by Jolyne Dysart unloading a flurry of punches with the crowd reacting louder with each shot.

The race continues as Andi Takata is caught between the One Woman Show in a three way race, with Shaw and Charlotte ramming her on both sides. Finally Harker slams her into the wall, causing sparks to fly until the car hits a full stop. Raven Knight is shown standing on the top of the wall as she douses the car with gasoline before Andi bolts out of it. A lighter drops on it, sending the car up in flames. Mallory Bennett swerves wide to avoid the flames in her car.

Next we find Casey Atherton leading the Choir in song backstage at a show, followed by Ruby Tyler wrapping her wrists before heading out of the locker room, and Alysson Gardner nailing a spear while Valerie watches with a smile from ringside. Artemis Kaiser lays in a loud Stockton Slap in the next clip.

The race is coming to an end as we see Scarlett Silver driving her car before “Killer B” pulls up alongside her. Reed waves to her, getting a roll of Scarlett’s eyes...before cockroaches start coming out of the seat over the brunette. She starts screaming and slapping them off as Bianca barrels ahead with a grin on her face before we head to into the live show. The crowd roars as they see themselves on television, while spotlights shine all throughout the crowd. Katherine Grayson heads for the ring with a smile on her face while “Shotcaller” starts to fade out.

Kat: The following contest is a non-title match and it is part of the Global Wars series. It is scheduled for one fall to a finish.

“Something New” starts up over the speakers, and the jeers have almost drowned out the music before Brazilian Storm have even arrived (though in fairness, the beginning is pretty quiet). Yellow, green and blue spotlights dance around the arena, while the tron shows images of both halves of the team in action. Suddenly, the music stops and the tron cuts out...only for the sound of crashing thunder to echo loudly through the arena.

Love to hate,
Repeating my mistakes.
But there’s no one left to listen,
No one left to listen.
Take a chance, and fuck the consequence
When there’s no one left to listen,
No one left to listen.

As a curtain of dry ice smoke fills up the entrance stage, the two Brazilian wrestlers walk up to the top of the ramp together, with their manager Kyle Kilmeade right behind them. Once there, they look over the booing crowd with matching smirks on their face before they stop for a pose: Bianca goes to a knee and opens her arms wide in the Witch of the Winds pose, as Mel does her own pose, twirling on her feet and taking a soft dip of a bow, also with her arms open. After a couple of seconds in that pose, Bianca lunges forth and twirls herself, as Mel swings an arm, and the best friends indulge in a loud high-five. Then, side by side, they walk down the entrance ramp, with their manager following them with a lonely round of applause.

Right now! We’re taking control!
Tired of waiting
Tired of waiting for something new!
Right now! We’re taking control!
Tired of waiting
Tired of waiting for something new!

Kat: Introducing first, escorted to the ring by Mel Avilo and Kyle Kilmeade… From Brazil… BIANCA SALVADOR!!!

Instead of going straight to the ring though, the girls walk up to a camera, getting right up to the lens with their mischievous smirks. As Bianca flexes her biceps for the gun show, kissing the bulging muscle, Mel’s smirk becomes a grin as she gives the camera, and the viewers at home, some choice words about their opponents. After that, the best friends roll into the ring and move to opposite turnbuckles, climbing onto the second rope and staring into the booing crowd, only to wave them off and regroup, going to their corner. Bianca sits on the top turnbuckle and Mel docks herself there, as they wait for their match to begin while they strategize, Kyle joining in their conversation.

Zack: Never without her entourage, Bianca is looking to pad the leaderboard and get Brazil a much better ranking. Also she was the first Fast Track Champion, and about to meet the newest in my broadcast partner’s Global Wars partner.

Missy: Being the first at anything is something that no-one can deny or take away from you, but being first doesn’t always mean best in this regard.

“All Stand Up” by Status Quo starts to play as the young lady runs out onto stage with the championship belt around her waist, heading to one side she urges the crowd to their feet, clapping her hands above her head. Skipping across to the other side, she waves them to their feet as she once more claps her hands over head. Quickly moving back to the ramp, she sprints down to the ring, sliding underneath the bottom rope and getting to her feet quickly. Bouncing off the ropes she powerslides across the ring on her knees before hopping to her feet and continuing to rally the crowd by stomping on the mat and clapping as she heads for her corner, climbing to the middle turnbuckle and holding the title high above her head before getting ready for the match to start.

Kat: The young lady approaching the ring comes from Sheffield, England by way of New York City, New York. She is 5’7” tall, she weighs 144 lbs and she is the FFW FAST TRACK CHAMPION….LILLY ARTHUR!!!

Zack: Each year we’ve had Global Wars, it seems like Team England has been lacking on one side or the other every time. But I’m sure you’d agree this year’s tandem has worked out far better than either Cereza did for you or Katherine Stryfe did for Lilly.

Missy: I’d like to think so definitely. I think we’ve both been pretty even in adding the points and keeping the total going in the right direction.

Referee Kevin Fisk completes a check of both competitors for anything untoward as Kat makes her way out of the ring through the ropes with Lilly’s title in hand. Finding nothing, he calls for the bell to get the match underway and both women make their way straight to the centre without hanging around much. Lilly attempts to go for a good old fashioned collar and elbow tie up, but Bianca is having none of that. Instead the Team Brazil wrestler grabs Lilly by the shoulders and yanks her forward to deliver a knee up into her a ribs. A second one follows immediately after, but as she goes for a third, Lilly arches her back, pulling her ribs just out of the way and making Bianca come up slightly short. Salvador quickly regains her balance and grabs Lilly by the head. Again she goes for a knee shot, but this time she aims it directly at Lilly’s face. The Team England wrestler tries to avoid it, but with Bianca holding her head in place, she can’t move far enough away and takes it right on the chin.

Zack: Remember, folks. This match isn’t for the title, only for points in Global Wars. Up to 5 of them can be attained here, and Lilly here added five for your team when she won the title on a submission recently.

Missy: It’s all about the points leading up to Global Wars, so every single one counts. I’ll not lie, I will be happy if Lilly could get another five for us tonight. That would be very nice indeed.

Bianca starts trash talking Lilly, telling her she should have just taken the rib shots, and then proceeds to fire three more knees in quick succession to her chest. She releases the Sheffield native’s head and then fires her across into the nearest corner. Lilly hits back first with a thud and Bianca follows her in with a running knee to her face. Arthur freezes in place for a moment from the impact, and Bianca grabs her by the arm to pull her straight out of the corner and into a forearm smash to the jaw. Lilly’s head barely has time to reel backwards from the impact before Bianca pulls her back into a second one. She pulls her back towards her a third time, but this time she uses a short-arm clothesline to knock her to the canvas.

Missy: Those knee shots of Bianca’s hit with some intent, but her trash talking only aggravates her opponents. And that doesn’t usually end up being a good thing, since it motivates them more to smack you in the mouth normally.

Zack: Bianca likes to get in her opponents’ heads if she can. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it’s like what you said. It just fires them up even further than they were.

Keeping the grip on her wrist, Bianca pulls her up into a second short-arm clothesline… and then a third, fourth and fifth before she leaves her laying on the canvas in a heap. Lilly starts to push back up to her feet, quickly but unsteadily and as soon as she reaches a vertical base, Bianca whips her across into the ropes. The Fast Track Champion rebounds at speed and Bianca catches her for a swinging DDT that flattens her to the canvas. Bianca gets back to her feet and puts a foot on Lilly’s chest for a cover, shouting at the referee to count. Fisk drops into place and Bianca starts to flex her arms, putting on a gun show to a massive amount of boos from the live Phoenix crowd.

Zack: This isn’t the time to show off the guns if you ask me, and she may regret this!

ONE!!!

T-WHOA!!!

The count stops suddenly as Lilly grabs Bianca’s foot and forcibly pushes her off the cover, sending the Team Brazil wrestler staggering backwards into the ropes.

Missy: That was an overly arrogant cover, and Lilly is not amused by it in the slightest. I really don’t know what Bianca was hoping to gain from it, apart from to piss Lilly off even more than she already has.

Arthur takes a moment to get back to her feet and gives her head a shake as she does. Bianca scowls as she pulls herself out of the ropes, but as she advances on the Fast Track Champion, Lilly strikes out quickly with a European uppercut that takes Salvador by surprise. Before she can recover her composure, Lilly grabs the Brazilian wrestler by the hand and goes straight for an arm wringer, which she transitions into a hammerlock. Pushing Bianca’s hand up her back until her fingers are almost touching her own head, Lilly starts to deliver knee shots into Salvador’s lower back. A well placed knee into the kidney freezes Salvador in pain, and allows Lilly to hit the same spot another three times before she pulls her down to deliver a knee into her face.

Missy: Lilly’s getting her own knee shots in now in response to Bianca’s earlier barrage. Any kind of kidney shot is going to freeze you in place when it hits, never mind four of them in a row!

Zack: There’s nothing enjoyable about getting hit back there, to say the least. Some parts of your body you can’t toughen up in training, organs are one of them.

Still with the hammerlock held, the Fast Track Champion runs Bianca face first into the corner and then drives her knee into the Brazilian’s back. She holds her there for a moment, before she pulls her back out again and uses a kick to the back of her leg to drop her down to her knees. Several kicks to Bianca’s back follow, before Lilly pulls her back up and releases the hammerlock to fire her back first into the corner. She hits with a thud, and Lilly follows her in with a running knee to the ribs before using a hip toss to bring her out of the corner, and send her crashing to the canvas.

Zack: Lilly is giving up a slight experience advantage to Bianca, but you wouldn’t know it. Part of me feels like Lilly is more motivated than usual here, because as a new champion, you don’t want to drop the first match after you won the title whether it’s on the line or not.

Missy: I think that could be a massive part of it. Plus with us being so close to Global Wars now, everybody knows how much difference the points in these late stages can make.

Bianca gets back to her feet looking furious, and Lilly grabs her by the back of the head to run her across the ring and use a bulldog to face plant her. A knee drop into the Team Brazil wrestler’s back follows getting a grunt of pain from Bianca and a massive pop from the Phoenix crowd. Lilly takes off towards the ropes as Bianca slowly rolls onto her back with a grimace. Arthur rebounds off the ropes with a leg drop that she lands perfectly across Bianca’s body. The Fast Track Champion hooks a leg for the cover as Fisk drops back into position for the count.

Missy: That leg drop was a thing of beauty! C’mon Lilly, three points for Team England please and thank you.

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-NOPE!!!

Salvador gets her shoulder up before the two is complete and shoves Lilly off of her with a disgusted look, before she scrambles back up to her feet, dusting herself off as soon as she is vertical.

Zack: I’m not sure, but it seems like Bianca didn’t expect to have this much trouble with Lilly. And it’s getting to her as a result.

The crowd only get louder in their support of the Team England wrestler as they see Bianca’s annoyance, which only serves to add to her annoyance. Lilly gets back to a vertical base herself just a moment after Bianca, and narrowly avoids an oncoming slap from the Brazilian. The Fast Track Champion rights herself following the evasion and immediately Bianca catches her by the head and pulls her forward to start delivering right hands into the side of her head. Lilly starts to fight back with left hand shots of her own into Bianca’s body, but still the Brazilian wrestler doesn’t release her from the headlock. She fires another volley of right hands into Lilly’s head, before she stands her up and sends her across into the ropes. As the Fast Track Champion rebounds, Bianca catches her to use a back body drop to send her to the canvas.

Zack: Bianca dumped her like she was tossing out the trash there. She’s gotta be thinking how much she and Mel need this win to get out of the low end of the scoreboard.

Missy: It looked a little like her pride got dented when Lilly went for her cover. Whatever the reason she’s come out swinging, but I’m sure Lilly can get it turned back around in her favour.

Bianca steps between the downed Fast Track Champion’s legs and grabs both of them. She twists them into a knot around her own leg. Bianca holds them in place as she steps over and turns Lilly over in the process. She leans back to apply as much pressure as possible, getting a yell of pain from Lilly as she does. Not to mention a massive amount of disdain from the the live Phoenix crowd, which makes Bianca lean even further back into the hold.

Missy: Dammit! Bianca has that sharpshooter locked in tight. She’s obviously trying to pick up five points to try and give Brazil a boost up the scoreboard.

Fisk drops down in front of the Sheffield native to ask if she wants to give up but he gets a very definite and clear no in response. Kyle and Mel encourage Bianca from the ringside area, as she applies even more pressure to the hold, getting her even more animosity from the crowd and another yell from Lilly. The Fast Track Champion looks around to find the ropes and immediately reaches out towards them. Finding them just out of reach she starts to dig her fingers into the canvas, using them to drag herself and Bianca closer to the ropes. The crowd get louder trying to encourage Lilly as she gets closer, which only seems to anger Bianca more. The Team Brazil wrestler attempts to adjust her hold slightly to apply even more pressure, but as she does, Arthur stretches out towards the ropes with a yell. She manages to get her hand around the bottom one prompting Fisk to call for a clean break… which Bianca does at the count of four.

Zack: Bianca’s gonna use every second of that count she can, and while it may not be legal, it certainly makes sense. If Mai were here, she’d say it’s not illegal till the referee gets to five….and then she’d probably bring up Bianca’s ass.

Missy: Sorry to disappoint, but the only way I’ll bring up Bianca’s ass is if it’s to remark on Lilly kicking it! Which now she’s gotten out of that hold, I can start hoping for again.

The Yorkshire girl slowly gets back up to her feet, using the ropes to steady herself as she does. Just as she reaches a fully vertical base, Bianca charges at her looking for a clothesline. Lilly manages to narrowly duck out of the way just in the nick of time, and Bianca barely stops herself from hitting the ropes face first.

Missy: Holy.. that was some sixth sense dodging from Lilly there, I’m surprised she saw that coming at all. Bianca did do well to stop herself from face planting the ropes though, I’ll give her that much.

Bianca spins around to face Lilly, just in time to see an uppercut from her before it hits and almost lifts the Brazilian off her feet. A back elbow follows from the Fast Track Champion that rocks Bianca slightly, and then another follows in quick succession after it. A third one visibly disorientates Bianca a little, much to the delight of the Phoenix crowd, before Lilly spins her around and locks her arms around the Brazilian wrestler’s waist. She lifts her up and over, using a German suplex to deposit her unceremoniously on the canvas. Lilly gets straight back to her feet and takes off to the ropes, using them for a springboard moonsault… which gets nothing but knees as Bianca pulls them up at the last second.

Zack: Lilly had outstanding form, but it’s the landing that’ll get you! Bianca’s knees could have caved in Lilly’s ribcage here.

Missy: Why is it always the knees?! Landing on them is never nice, and it winds you like a bugger.

Lilly bounces off to the canvas, clutching her back a little as Bianca stays on the canvas also. With both wrestlers down the referee starts a ten count, but he barely gets to three before both women start to get themselves back up. Lilly reaches her feet just a moment before Bianca does, and closes the gap between the two of them quickly. Bianca strikes trying to land a forearm across Lilly’s jaw, but the Fast Track Champion dodges it and clocks the Brazilian with an elbow shot to the head for her trouble. Once the first one lands, Lilly keeps them coming rapid fire style until she knocks Bianca onto the back foot, and the Brazilian tries to cover up.

Missy: Lilly looks like she is trying to knock Bianca’s head clean off her shoulders with those elbow shots. I’m not sure there is anybody that would actually mind if she did either.

Zack: Salvador’s getting rocked, and Lilly’s throwing those elbows with impunity! Going toe to toe is not in Bianca’s skill set, but Lilly can throw hands or elbows with the best of’em.

Using that to her advantage, the Team England wrestler spins Bianca around and pushes her face first into the ropes. The Brazilian bounces off backwards and Lilly leaps and hooks her head to deliver her combination of a double knee backbreaker and a reverse DDT.  The crowd come to their feet as Lilly gets into position for the cover and hooks both of Bianca’s legs as Fisk slides into place beside them for the count.

Missy: WATER LILLY! This is it, I think. Lilly is going to pick up three points for our team.

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Fisk completes the three count and gets back to his feet, immediately calling for the bell as he does.

Kat: Your winner, via pinfall…………………. LILLY ARTHUR!

Missy: Yes! Another three points for Team England. Job well done, Lilly! Very well done.

Zack: I know Japan and Canada have been very dominant, but for my money, I think Team England could surprise a lot of people in the battle royal! Lilly adds 3 more for England, and we’ve got one hell of a race for the top spot now!

Lilly gets back to her feet and a smile appears as the referee raises her hand. She soaks in the cheers from the live Phoenix crowd as the points are added onto the Team England. And on that image the camera cuts elsewhere.

Emi The Zebra

Breaking Point returns to the back as Amber Carano stands with a microphone in hand and a big smile on her face.

Amber: Hello, everyone. It's an honor for me to introduce someone very special to us here in FFW. She was known as Supa Sekushi. She was the hostess of Unstoppable 8. Of course I'm talking about the one and only...EMI YAMAMOTO!

The crowd pops as a bashful Emi Yamamoto, already donning a black and white striped top, sidesteps next to Amber, who embraces her with a comforting side hug. Emi has a nervous smile on her face, not just because of her introduction, but for her first live appearance since her retirement.

Amber: So Emi, let me be the first to say welcome back! We're so happy to see you back, but I have to say...something about you looks a little different...

Emi smiles as she looks down at herself. She then looks back up at Amber; her shy expression turned into a glimpse of cheekiness.

Emi: Oh, you've noticed?

She tugs on the collar of her top.

Emi: These stripes kinda suit me, don't they?

Amber chuckles.

Amber: Well they're certainly a big giveaway, but why don't I let you tell all the fans what you wanted to say.

Emi: Okay. Thankies Amber!

She looks into the camera as Amber steps back, leaving Emi to address the fans.

Emi: Hi guys!

The crowd pops at Emi's greeting, making her blush slightly.

Emi: Gosh! I guess a lot really has changed around here. Last time I was here was all the way back in Unstoppable 8. I remember being super uncomfy in that tiny little dress, walking on those crazy high heels. But that was still one of the best nights of my life, and I can't tell you guys how happy I am to be back. Not only am I back though, but I kinda got a new job...

Emi beams with delight, almost completely forgetting how shy she was just a few moments and showing a glimpse of the old Emi Yamamoto the FFW fans remembered.

Emi: I'm a referee now!

The crowd can't help but join in her enthusiasm.

Emi: I just wanna thank everyone who has supported me and helped me get here. When I retired, I never thought I'd get another chance to give something back to the industry that gave me the best times of my life, but now here I am, and I would never have done it if it wasn't for all my friends, the referees here, and of course my fans who helped me through the toughest time of my life. I'm so happy to have an opportunity like this, and I promise Imma do my best to be the best referee I can be!

The crowd cheers as Amber steps back into the scene and gives the emotional Emi one of the biggest hugs of her life. As Emi and Amber exit, Breaking Point heads to commercial.

The show heads back to the ring with Katherine Grayson standing in the center with her microphone in hand and a smile on her face.

Kat: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is part of the Global Wars series!

Zack: We got two countries needing some points about to meet right here, and I’ll be joined by the manager of Valerie, Vincent Belmont.

The lights in the arena dip, almost going out. Rather than going out entirely however, they are replaced by red, white and gold.

And who are you, the proud Lord said,
That I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat,
That’s all the truth I know!
In a coat of gold, or a coat of red,
A lion still has claws.
And mine are long, and sharp my Lord,
As long as sharp as yours!

The metal version of one of the most famous songs from Game of Thrones thunders from the speakers, which brings a chorus of jeering from the crowd. From the back walks Valerie Lamb, which only heightens the jeering. A step behind her is Vincent Belmont. She stops just before the ramp, where she widens her stance and looks around her as Vincent joins her. Suddenly, she claps her hands above her head, which sends a stream of coloured pyro across the stage.

And so he spoke, and so he spoke,
That Lord of Castamere.
But now the rains weep o’er his home,
With no one left to hear.
Yes, now the rains weep o’er his home,
With not a soul to hear.

The redheaded wrestler undoes her long coat, showing off the scarlet coloured ring gear she wears. A smirk on her face, she looks to her manager, they nod to each other and start off down the ramp. Despite the pace of the song, their walk is not slow, but certainly methodical.

Kat: Introducing first, from Edinburgh, Scotland, weighing 150 pounds, this is VALERIE LAMB!

Kat’s announcement comes as the pair are about halfway down the ramp. As a momentary solo is played, the pair reach the bottom of the ramp, where Vincent takes her coat from her and hands it to an attendant.

And who are you, the proud Lord said,
That I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat,
That’s all the truth I know!
A coat of gold, or a coat of red,
A lion still has claws.
And mine are long and sharp, my Lord,
As long as sharp as yours!

Valerie enters the ring, and walks to the centre, where she stops dead for a moment, a solitary white spotlight shining on her. She spins in a circle, almost in a pirouette and as she comes full rotation, drops down to one knee and leaning forward to face the mat. A camera closes in on her face, where she looks into it and tells us that on their knees is where her opponents belong. Standing up, she walks to her corner, where Vincent awaits her. The pair speak between themselves as the music dies, and the lights return to normal. Vincent then heads for the broadcast booth with Zack.

Zack: Vincent, welcome to the booth tonight. It’s not often you join me, and it’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance.

Vincent: Thank you, Mr. Hudson. I am most gratified to be here, especially as I doubt I need to worry about Miss Silver’s manager.

“Hands To Myself” by Selena Gomez starts to play through the speakers around the arena.

Can't keep my hands to myself
No matter how hard I'm trying to
I want you all to myself
You're metaphorical gin and juice

So come on give me a taste
Of what it’s like to be next to you
Won't let one drop go to waste
You're metaphorical gin and juice

As the opening verse ends and the tempo starts to increase Scarlett Silver walks through the curtain onto the stage with her manager, Christian Kincaid. The lights dip for a moment before she steps forward and a red spotlight shines down on her.

Cause all of the downs and the uppers
Keep making love to each other
And I'm trying, trying, I'm trying, trying
All of the downs and the uppers
Keep making love to each other
And I'm trying, trying, I'm trying, but I

Can't keep my hands to myself
My hands to myself
Can't keep my hands to myself
My hands to myself

Scarlett struts down the ramp acknowledging the crowd with a smile, with Christian following a few steps behind. Pausing halfway down she sways her hips in rhythm with the music and slowly blows a kiss out to the crowd.

Kat: Introducing at this time… Hailing from Los Angeles, California….Scarlett Silver!

Scarlett reaches the ring and slides under the bottom rope before jumping to her feet and climbing onto the turnbuckle facing the stage. She raises her arms up high then jumps down to join Christian in her corner, for a last minute, pre-match discussion.

Zack: Scarlett Silver has already made history in her short tenure in FFW by being the first woman to hold the Fast Track Championship on three separate occasions.

Vincent: Miss Silver is quite talented. But in my own estimation, she costs herself more often than she helps herself due to her fixation on her physical appearance.

Referee Emi Yamamoto asks both women if they are carrying any foreign objects instead of checking for them. As soon as they both say no, she calls for the bell to start the match. The American crowd immediately begins a chant for Team USA, which Scarlett tries to egg on a little bit more before she and Valerie meet in the center. The Scot looks none too impressed with the crowd, and asks Scarlett if she’s proud of them. When she looks out to the crowd, Valerie surprises her with a headbutt to her face. Four right hands to the jaw follow that before she whips her across into the far corner. Silver hits the corner and steps out as Valerie catches her with a running forearm to the mouth that puts her back against the turnbuckles. The Hall of Famer turns towards Emi, and then fires a back elbow into Scarlett’s jaw. Two more connect before a snapmare takes her out of the corner to the mat.

Vincent: These fans should hopefully know that their patriotism isn’t going to deter Valerie in the slightest here. She’s looking to give Scotland more points, nothing more and nothing less.

Zack: She’s also looking to detach Scarlett’s head from her body with some of these shots. I agree with you, because I don’t think the fan response matters at all to her. It hasn’t for months.

Scarlett tries to get up, and Valerie stops her cold with a clubbing ax handle blow across her back. A pair of well-placed kicks into her spine slows her down even more before she pulls the brunette to her feet into a front carry. She drops her across her knee twice before bending her backwards over it, and pushing her head back into a bow and arrow. Emi focuses on what’s going on, and asks Scarlett if she wants to stop. She gets a no as the brunette’s face grimaces in pain. Valerie tries to create more pressure after Scarlett refuses to quit.

Zack: There you see our newest member of the referee staff, Emi Yamamoto. She’s starting her refereeing career here tonight, and you can tell she’s watching closely.

Vincent: That is to her credit. I have always found Miss Yamamoto to be a delightful young lady, though I question letting her first assignment be a match of this importance.

Valerie tries to add even more pressure, but the brunette is still adamant about not quitting. Christian watches intently from ringside before Scarlett finds an opening, albeit an unfair one when she reaches up with her hand and rakes Valerie’s eyes with her fingers. She immediately lets go to hold her face, and Scarlett rolls off her knee to the mat. The brunette rubs her lower back before she starts to get up. Meanwhile, Valerie is already back up and heading for her when Scarlett catches her coming forward with a kick in the gut. It only stops her for a second before Valerie reaches to grab her again. But Scarlett surprises her by grabbing her wrist and yanking her forward into a short arm clothesline. That also doesn’t keep the redhead down long before she starts to rise once more, and catches a kneelift in the face that drops her to a seat on the canvas.

Zack: Scarlett’s having a hard time finding a way to keep Valerie off her, but a kneelift to the face will do it every time! Valerie got her running lights dimmed.

Vincent: Valerie is a very tenacious and relentless competitor. She will keep coming forward, this is only a temporary setback.

Scarlett rubs her back for a second as Valerie starts to get back to her feet. The brunette wastes no time as she grabs her head into a bulldog, and drives it into the middle turnbuckle. She quickly pulls Valerie’s head towards her, and then unloads with knee strikes to her face almost like she were bouncing a soccer ball off her knees and then plants her with a DDT.  Scarlett rolls her onto her back, and hooks the outside leg for the cover…..only Emi is waving to some of the fans who are waving at her. She finally turns around, and slides into position!

Zack: Emi may need a little more seasoning as a referee, but here we go! There’s the count!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

NOPE!!

Valerie kicked out at two, and Scarlett slid out under the bottom rope. She dragged Valerie with her, leaving her head hanging over the apron. Silver climbed back into the apron and used a guillotine leg drop to the back of her head. The former Fast Track Champion rolled back under the bottom rope, as Emi forgot to count to ten while she was outside.

Vincent: Miss Silver is showing some fine efficiency here, but the refereeing is somewhat lax, to say the very least.

Valerie was dragged back into the ring before Scarlett sat her up near the turnbuckles. She took off for the far side, and came back with a running knee strike that crushed her head against the middle turnbuckle. She then climbed up onto the second rope from the inside for a corner dropkick into her chest. Valerie was pulled by her legs out of the corner before the brunette headed up top, and fell backwards into an elbow across her chest and into a cover as Christian pointed it out to Emi before she slid into position to count.

Zack: You don’t see a back elbow drop too often, but there it is! Scarlett’s looking to close the show and pile on some points for Team USA!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

TH-NOOOPE!!

Valerie’s shoulder came up after the two struck. Silver rolled off the cover, and Valerie rolled away from her quickly. The redhead used the corner to help her get back to her feet before she slumped against it facing the crowd. Scarlett took off for the far side, and went for an avalanche splash...that Lamb sidestepped. The former Fast Track Champion hit the corner hard as Valerie slid down the rope a couple feet.

Vincent: Did you see how Valerie suckered Miss Silver in there, Zack? Most wrestlers just need the ropes when they want support getting up. If they go to the corner, they usually have a plan.

Zack: Very wise strategy from the Hall of Famer. And it couldn’t have come at a better time, because Scarlett was giving Valerie all she wanted.

Valerie doubled back towards Scarlett, and scooped her up to sit on the top turnbuckle facing the crowd. She followed her up, and rained forearms across the back of her head and neck. She then scooped her up after wrapping her own legs around the top rope for a fallaway slam that plummeted Scarlett to the canvas but allowed Valerie to stay up top. The brunette crashed hard on the canvas before Valerie came to a perch on the top turnbuckle. She glanced between her legs to see where Scarlett was, and launched into a moonsault! Scarlett nearly folded up on impact as Valerie hooked the leg for a cover! Emi was so impressed by the move that it took her a half second to remember she had to count.

Vincent: I say again this was not the best match for Miss Yamamoto have to been assigned! Valerie, however, still looks like she has this won!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THR-NOOOOOOOOOPE!!!

Scarlett popped her shoulder off the mat as Valerie stared at Emi, sharing a few pointed words with her as she got back to her feet.

Zack: That moonsault was a thing of beauty for Valerie, but it still wasn’t enough to keep Scarlett down for three.

The FFW Hall of Famer looks down at Scarlett after getting back to her feet, and leans over to tell her just who the hell she was facing tonight. Scarlett replied with a boot to the top of her head that stunned her. Lamb staggered back a couple steps as Scarlett struggled to get back to her feet. She made it, but Valerie came in from behind with a rear waistlock into a German suplex. She rolled on through with them all the way up to four before letting her go. The redhead went to get her as Scarlett was trying to get up to her hands and knees. Lamb took off for the far side, and came back with a leap into the air to drive her body down into Scarlett’s back. But…..the brunette rolled onto her back and brought her knees up. Lamb straddled them instead, causing her to freeze in pain for obvious reasons.

Zack: Valerie was looking to drive whatever air there was left OUT of Scarlett, but boy was she in for a surprise! Two knees as far south as they can go!

Vincent: One could make the case for a disqualification there, because that was clearly a low blow. But since Miss Silver merely brought her knees up, that won’t be the case tonight.

Scarlett crawled out from under her as Valerie was doubled over in pain.. The brunette took off for the ropes, rolled over Valerie’s back when she passed her and hit the far side ropes. Lamb rose up and turned to face her as Scarlett used the middle rope for a springboard into a disaster kick to the head! Valerie collapsed to the mat as Scarlett dove into a cover with a hook of the legs.

Zack: Scarlett’s picked up some new offense, and that disaster kick is well named for what it’s gonna mean for Team Scotland!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NOPE!!

Valerie barely gets her shoulder up in time before the three, and Scarlett rolls away to get back to her feet. The USA chants from the crowd begin all over again as Scarlett pumps her arm to get them to go louder as she measures the redhead.

Vincent: Is it just me, Mr. Hudson, or does Miss Yamamoto seem much more efficient in her counting when Miss Silver is in control?

Valerie begins to get back to her feet, but only gets halfway before Scarlett blazes past her with a twisting neckbreaker that puts her right back on the mat. She quickly heads for the corner, and comes off the top rope with a knee drop and follows it up with one more while the crowd gets louder still.

Zack: That’s the BOOM BOOM, and I’m not sure Valerie is aware of where she is right now! Scarlett is building up momentum here!

Vincent: I cannot argue that, Mr. Hudson. Perhaps I should have stayed at ringside for this match instead of replacing Miss Hotaru.

Valerie struggled to get to her feet. When she did though, Scarlett went for her thumb to the throat. But the Hall of Famer deflected it, causing Scarlett to thumb her in the eye with the other hand. Lamb leaned over holding her head before Scarlett executed her inverted overdrive! She quickly dropped on top of her with a hook of both legs before Emi slid into position to count.

Zack: SEEING STARS!!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Silver rolled off the cover as Emi called for the bell. The brunette got to her feet before Emi raised her hand in victory, and smiled about doing it.

Vincent: Miss Silver was certainly a bit more cunning on this occasion, but I would also add Valerie challenged her more than many of her recent opponents has.

Kat: Here’s your winner by pinfall…….’THE STAR DISTRACTION’ SCARLETT SILVER!!

Christian joined her in the ring as they looked up to see three more points added for Team USA on the scoreboard, which drew more enthusiasm from the crowd.

Zack: Team USA is picking up steam, and they are very well capable of winning Global Wars if they can keep this up all the way to Los Angeles!

Vincent: If you’ll pardon me, Mr. Hudson, I would like to check on Valerie.

Vincent leaves the booth as Scarlett nods her head to another USA chant from the crowd. We see the updated Global Wars scoreboard once again with Team USA now at 9 points. And on that image, we head elsewhere inside the arena.

I Always Play The Race Car Myself

We pop in backstage at the Talking Stick Resort Arena where...

...The Scarborough Fair is playing Monopoly.

Can’t make this up folks.

The Scarborough Fair is playing Monopoly... And they are joined by interviewer Kendra Barton... Who is also playing. This is more or less the classic version, though with the new tokens. Kendra looks down at her own T-Rex token sitting on St. Charles Place before she buys it up. One would expect the Witch of Wall Street, “The” Stephanie Stefano, longest reigning FFW Evolution champion to be winning this? She’s not. One would suspect one half of the Unity Tag champions in Mickey Scarborough to be winning this? She’s not. The camera pans from a sour faced Stephanie to a grumbling Mickey to... The other half of the Unity tag champs, Raquel Fair quietly counting her hundred dollar Monopoly bills, licking her thumb each time.

Steph: This doesn’t make any fracking sense, Raquel. I have Boardwalk. I have BOARDWALK AND PARK PLACE... HOW ARE YOU WINNING!? HOW!?

Mickey: ...I’ve got all Railroads.. AND THE UTILITIES! TOTES SHOULD NOT BE IN LAST PLACE LIKE THIS!? You’re cheating aren’t you basic bitch!? ADMIT IT!

Raquel continued counting her money nonchalantly.

Raquel: Yeah Steph, you’ve got Boardwalk and Park Place... And one house each on ‘em. Sure Scarborough, you’ve got all the extra stuff. Look at what I’ve got.

The camera pans down all the brown and cerulean spots. The cheap ones... Baltic and Mediterranean. Vermont, Oriental, and Connecticut Avenue, with hotels on each of them.

Steph: So... What. Those are the only properties you have. Me and Mickey have control of most of the rest of the board! Even Kendra has more worthwhile properties than you! She has States Avenue! St. Charles Place!

Raquel: All true Twinkletits... But the slumlord strategy is foolproof. Buy up and trade for the cheapest properties which happen to be right next to Go. Put hotels on each of them because they’re cheaper than anything else... And then let the other players haplessly walk through the minefield you’ve made, losing that $200 and more they totes desperately cling to when they’re in the hole.

Stephanie blinks before staring down at the board.

Steph: ...You bitch.

Pause.

Steph: That’s brilliant.

Kendra: Uh guys, I hate to interrupt our game but I’m kinda on the clock... I just wanted to get some thoughts. Mickey, Raquel, you guys made history as the unified tag champions and now will defend the Unity Tag titles once more against KO/TO at Global Wars. This time in a standard match... Are you worried?

Mickey and Raquel look at each other before glancing back at Kendra and there is not a hint of humor in what they both say.

Mickey & Raquel: Absolutely terrified.

Mickey: Me and Raquel are loving the fact that our names are in history, etched in FFW’s story for like... Basically ever. The ladder lolitas! And Christian was right when he told Claire and ‘Fina on behalf of us that we were ready for a rematch because after all... The ladder match is in our wheelhouse, and that moment will be ours... But Unstoppable is gone.

Raquel: And reality sets in because Claire and Serafina came this close...

Raquel points at Mickey’s current Monopoly funds of $20. The brunette grumbles as her current likelihood of game bankruptcy is coming.

Raquel: That close Kendra... To putting me and Mickey out for the night at a ladder match. It would be an absolute disgrace if we don’t give one of the best tag teams in the world a rematch and with as standard fare as the Fair can do. We’ve been tackling the most legendary teams up and down and down and up. We threw down with Canadian Chainsaw Massacre just recently and that was part in parcel with Steph’s help... My everything still hurts. So this is just another clash of the titans and are we fracking scared? So much so... But that’s part of the thrill.

Mickey: ...Plus you know, I bet this time I can leapfrog Serafina without getting my toned and tight rear handed back to me!

Raquel: My jaw is having flashbacks of Claire honestly, but that’s our stance on it, Kendra! One. More. Time.

Kendra nods before glancing back at Stephanie.

Kendra: Do you have any thoughts or opinions on your upcoming match against Savannah before she heads towards Global Wars with Bianca Salvador for a Last Woman Standing match. Do you also have any consideration of Bianca’s threat that she may or may not come down to the ring.

Stephanie sits in silence before the Witch of Wall Street licks her lips.

Steph: Understand that this main event match between myself and Savannah, I see as something of... A step. A step in one direction or the next for me and for her. It could be a step forwards to something much greater, or a step backwards to biding more time. Out of the respect that I have for Savannah and her prowess in the ring, I am going to throw every backbreaker, every punt, any and all spinebusters and the ounce of strength that I have towards her and this match. Now... If Bianca Salvador gets in the middle of that, or decides that she needs to put herself there, and knowing Savannah as I think I do... What you are going to see me do Kendra is walk backwards into the nearest corner and watch. Because if those two get their hands on each other...

Those emerald eyes of the Witch of Wall Street stared ahead in a foreboding manner.

Steph: I don’t think we’ll have to wait for Global Wars for a Last Woman Standing... But I don’t think we’ll be seeing either woman at Global Wars either. I sincerely believe Kendra... Those two are going to end each other and unlike this board game we’re playing... There’s no coming back from that.

Kendra seems taken aback by Stephanie’s response, slightly horrified.

Kendra: I... Uh... Thank you.

 Cut to commercial.

Lacey Days Ahead

Velocity returns from the commercial break amid quite a lot of booing from the crowd in the arena. Part of that is due to the fact that rose petals are falling from the rafters onto the crowd, and the other part is due to the fact that Kyle Kilmeade and Lacey are standing on the stage. He lifts her hand up to let her turn for the crowd amidst more boos before he begins.

Kyle: A few weeks ago at Sin & Sacrifice, I stood on this stage and introduced to a very uneducated crowd this woman right here. Her name is Lacey, and those of you who watch Future Shock already know her and probably fantasize about her. When I came here to Phoenix, I guess I was expecting you all to show her a little more respect. I thought it all added up.

The crowd continued to boo as Kyle continued.

Kyle: I mean here you are in the middle of the desert...the valley of the sun. So if anyone could appreciate something or someone who was hotter than the sun, I figured it might be people in this city. Clearly, I was wrong. But I’m not surprised by that. People often fear or dislike what they can’t have or don’t understand. Looking out at all of you, none of you qualify. I mean look at the women in this arena. They don’t understand how one woman could outshine all of them together. They don’t understand how their husbands and boyfriends couldn’t tell me their names right now if they tried. They don’t understand why genetics or God or whoever you believe in could be so good to Lacey….and leave you looking the way you do.

The boos don’t get any less loud after that, while Kyle points towards his client with a smile.

Kyle: And the men? Talk about something you can’t have. Every set of eyeballs attached to a man in this crowd are glued to this woman right now. If I were to approach either of you with her anywhere in the vicinity, trust me when I tell you that you wouldn’t have a chance. Look at this moron right here.

He points down to a rather obese male fan along the ramp.

Kyle: If she dated you, she’d starve to death. When’s the last time you saw your toes? I bet it was in pictures. You better give your girlfriend sister there some attention, she looks like she’s sweating Crisco right now.

He turns his attention back to the crowd as a whole.

Kyle: This woman won the Center of Attention award in Future Shock this year, and if that wasn’t the most obvious award ever for someone like Lacey! It wasn’t that long ago that Lacey decided to share her presence...her beauty with all of you during a match between two people most of you probably don’t remember now. I’ll remind you, it was Bianca Reed and Rose Gardner. Now she’s going to be dealing with Bianca at Nemesis on the 20th, but the fact is that just her looks….just her appearance…...can win matches for other people. Look at Rose….you know, if you can stand it. Do you think she’d have won WITHOUT Lacey? Of course not. We’re talking about a woman who can’t be herself for a whole match. And on the other hand, you got women in Future Shock dressing up just to be Lacey! So with that said, I think it’s only appropriate that Rose thank Lacey for giving her that win just merely….by being Lacey. Who else can say that?

Lacey: I can’t think of anyone else who can say that..certainly not Rose. I am one of a kind, and worth more than the majority of the FFW roster and Future Shock roster combined. Why else would I get so much hate from them? It’s pure jealousy, even though they are too proud to admit that. I know that they know I am superior in most every way that I could be.

Kyle: So Rose or whoever you dress up as next time, we look forward to your personal thanks for the gift that was the victory over Bianca. You should always appreciate those who give you things you weren’t expecting that enrich your life and career. As for the rest of you guys here in the audience, you can postpone your game of pocket pool you’re playing right now….because Lacey has left the building.

Even louder boos come from the crowd as Kyle and his client head towards the back. We head back to the ring as Kat rolls her eyes, and is ready to begin.

Kat: The following contest is scheduled for one fall to a finish and is a tag team contest in the Global Wars series!!

Zack: We got the two top teams right now in Global Wars about to square off to see who’s going to sit atop the leaderboard before Breaking Point in 9 nights.

Mai: The only one I like of these four is Valentina. Why couldn’t we just have her beating all three of them up and give the points out to her?!

The entire arena goes dark as the sound of wind blows through the PA, after a moment a strange whine kicks on, slowly getting louder and drowning out the wind as blue and white light starts to slowly creep along the stage.

The silhouette of a woman walks out, shaded by the increasingly intense lights she comes to stand center stage before hunching over at the waist slowly as the sound and the light dim slowly. The sound turning down to nothing and the lights going so dull as to barely be perceptible.

A moment passes.

“FIGHT!”

BOOM!

The stage erupts with blue fireworks as the tron rains down white sparks just behind the now revealed Miko Ayano!

Kat: Introducing from Saga, Japan. Standing five-foot-six-inches tall and weighing in at one-hundred-eighteen-pounds, “THE WARP-DRIVE DRAGON” MIKO AYAAAAAAAAANOOOOOOOOOO~!!!

The Japanese woman surveys the crowd as the vocal droning of Anneke van Giersbergen heralds the Ayano’s arrival. After a moment Miko starts her trek down the ramp.

“Now we’ve arrived in a new time and world,
And elements are we of gold,
How many times are we able to see,
In the infinite void of the soul”

Miko arrives at ringside, she hops up onto the apron on a knee then comes to a stand, resting her forehead on the top rope for a moment.

“All that way,
Gonna give it away?
You’re gonna give it away to some muscle?”

With that she bolts to the corner from the apron, standing with one foot on the top buckle bracket and her other on the middle buckle bracket she raises surveys the crowd again.

“Long, long way,
Til the pain is at bay-”

Miko lifts her arm then with the scream of Devin Townsend-

“-SO HIT IT-”

- and pumps her fist-

“ONE!”

-to-

“MORE!”

-each-

“TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIME!”

Word!

“FIGHT!”

BOOM! White sparks start falling from overhead as Miko leaps into the ring. The music twisting into a medley as the crowd is split between cheering and screaming along with Anneke’s backing vocals.

CROWD: ALIEN WORLD!

“ARROGANT MENTAL!
This world seems arrogant,
Sick and demented!”

CROWD: ALIEN WORLD!

“SOOO you bet your body and soul?”

Miko comes to a stand dead center of the ring as the chorus arrives, she slowly bends at the waist to rest her palms to the mat, the lights of the arena dimming as she lowers.

“IT HURTS, SO MUCH!
AND THAT IS WHY THEY FEAR IT!
BUT NEVER FEEEEEEEEEEEEAR!
ALL IS HEEEEEEEEERE!”

A blue strobe light pulsates with every word Townsend belts out.

“IT HURTS, SO MUCH”

At this Miko starts to rise slowly to a stand.

“AND THAT IS WHY WE FEAR IT!”

At this white spotlights star to spin around in dizzying patterns, highlighting the crowd in the darkened arena.

“BUT PAY NO MIIIIIIIIND!”

The entire arena starts flashing blue and white, just as-

“REJOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOICE!”

White and blue pyro explodes from each corner of the ring as Miko stands dead center of it, arms spread wide and head tilted back as powerful white floodlights illuminate the ring to an almost painful degree. The crowd roars and hucks several blue, silver and gold streamers into the ring for her as the lights slowly go back to normal and the music fades out.

Freeing herself from the streamers, Miko walks over to her corner to await the opening bell.

Zack: Could we be looking at the next No Surrender Champion at Global Wars in the Warp Drive Dragon?

Mai: No.

Kat: And her partner...

“Whoooa-whoa-whoa, yeah-yeah-yeah... (A disciple...)
Whoooa-whoa-whoa, yeah-yeah-yeah... (Shaolin here!)
People say, love is just a energy! (Don’t resist!)
Dealing with the claim baby! (Oh baby!)”

Kat: Accompanied to the ring by Christian Kincaid.. From Kumamoto, Japan and representing Chaotic Temptation... “THE OROCHI” O.E. AYANO!!

Walking towards the ring from behind the curtain is the The Orochi, O.E. Ayano. Ayano is dressed in a sports jersey of a hometown team to the current city the show is taking place, as well as a surgical mask. CK pops out of the curtain soon after and whispers something in his client’s ear as “People Say” continues to play over the sound system. Together manager and client walk down the ramp as the crowd quietly cheers on The Orochi. She stops short of the ring and pulls off her jersey and surgical mask, handing it to CK. Now visible in her wrestling gear, she leaps onto the apron as her entrance theme continues. Ayano stands in her corner as the referee checks her, pulling a zip-tie or three from her boots and giving her a look as O.E. shrugs her shoulders, ready for the match.

Zack: OE started the series with Andi as her partner, but due to circumstances, she ended up teaming with Miko! This is going to be a fascinating team to see how they work together.

Mai: Only for you! I think they’re both morons, and I wouldn’t give them enough credit to screw on a light bulb with their combined intellects.

Kat: And their opponents…

The lights go out in the arena.

Suddenly, on the screen, the following video is being played….

A pair of boots is shown walking across the screen. As they stop and turn to face the camera, the intro of "This Time I Want It All" by Pea McGee plays, with the camera pulls back to reveal Valentina Lozano, dressed in her wrestling gear and standing in a dominant pose. Before long, Valentina begins to “levitate” upward, as if she is flying, just as the song drops, ending up…

…rising from beneath the stage, with the lights of the stage and the ramp illuminating in gold while the spotlight focuses on the stage. She’s still standing in a dominant pose, hands on her hips and squinching at the crowd in a look of detest, but nonetheless, ready to take care of business.

Kat: Making her way to the ring, representing The Privileged Circle, hailing from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, weighing one hundred and thirty-five pounds. She is “The Latin Goddess”…

VALENTINA LOZANO!!!!!!

Valentina then confidently strides her way to the ring, with the spotlight completely focused on her and the arena erupts with a thunderous array of boos from the capacity crowd showering down on her, Valentina is soaking up the reaction, even though she ignores it. Meanwhile, while she’s walking down, Valentina's entrance video is shown on the big screen, profiling her likeness and footage of her in action.

As Valentina reaches the ringside area, she walks up and walks across the edge of the ring. She looks around the arena, not directly seeing the crowd through the darkness, but knowing that they’re out there as she sees the consistent flashing lights of the cameras and the still boisterous reaction from the crowd.

After wiping her feet on the apron and entering the ring, Valentina strides towards two opposite ring posts in where she climbs up and extends her arms out, looking on with a smirk and posing to the crowd with complete confidence. She’s taking in the atmosphere while the crowd reaction continues and the cameras flashing.

After going through her ritual, Valentina climbs down and makes her way towards the corner to take off her robe and then readies herself as she waits for her opponent to arrive or for the match to begin.

Mai: This is my pick to win Global Wars. I don’t count points added by her partner, because for me, Valentina is the only one who matters on this team.

Kat: Her partner…

Sounds of thunder and lightning cast out, setting the atmosphere of the incoming Conqueror. The lights in the arena die out to allow for the spontaneous bursts of light that reflect the internalized storm.  As the silence takes hold, the startling opening guitar screech of Rammstein’s “Sonne” overtakes everything. It is followed by the infamous countdown.

“EINS, ZWEI, DREI, VIER, FUNF, SECHS, SIEBEN, ACHT, NOIN, AUS!”

Darkness falls over the entire arena, only broken by the miniscule twinkles of camera flashes in the crowd. A threatening violin floods the airwaves, with smoke collecting on the stage. As another section of the orchestral livens up, a sudden spotlight blasts onto the stage with a jet of pyro flying high up into the air. As it does, the Orchestra of Justice truly comes into its beautiful existence. On the stage, Artemis Kaiser appears, donning a new set of entrance apparel. Embroidered with many shimmering designs, Artemis’s military trench coat lightly moves as she rises onto the stage with her arms outspread. Bearing fangs fashioned onto a facemask and her eyes hidden behind shining red shades, Artemis steps down from the platform and into the smoke.

Kat: On her way to the ring...fighting out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada by way of Mt. Pearl, Newfoundland, Canada...weighing in at an 135 pounds...she is the reigning FFW No Surrender Champion...she is the Last Empress...ARTEMIS KAAAAAAAAAISER!

Artemis marches down to the ring with her arms behind her back, not breaking her forward gaze. As the call concludes, the shot shows Artemis revealing her face to the camera and the audience. She removes her glasses, tucking them into the breast pocket of the coat. When she raises her head, the red streak, her scowl, and her stern expression completes all she wishes to do at her entrance. She continues to the western side of the ring, scaling the apron to stand on. She unbuckles the different pieces of her coat and politely hands it off to the stagehand. On her waist is the championship that she proudly carries. She abandons the athletic backflip in lieu of just stepping down to the ring.

Artemis steps slowly back into the center of the ring. Her head rises to scan the audience as she remains in the dead center of everything, of her personal universe. The Last Empress rises off the mat, tugging on her black gloves. She pops each of her knuckles by pressing her index finger over them. After that and with her theme dying out, she turns her head to back to reality. She walks over to her corner, and gives the turnbuckle a brisk kick and stretched out before she walked to the middle of the ring and raised the No Surrender Championship high in the air while staring a hole through Miko Ayano.

Mai: I didn’t just notice it till now, but I think that title is about as tall as the champion is holding it.

Zack: What an asinine comment! Artemis and Valentina are likely never to be buddies in any sense of the word, but they have to work together tonight regardless.

The Warp Drive Dragon stepped out of the Team Japan corner and strode towards Kaiser only for Kevin Fisk to step between the pair, keeping them apart as they started to jaw at each other. The official told O.E. and Valentina to leave the ring; O.E. quickly taking up her position on the outside even though Lozano only reluctantly stepped out onto the apron while Fisk took the title belt from the Last Empress and backed away, allowing the pair to go nose to nose, continuing their ‘discussion’. The referee handed off the title to the ringside attendant and called for the bell. As soon as it finished ringing, Kaiser unloaded on the wrestler formerly known as Whiskey with a loud, echoing, stinging Stockton slap that turned the Japanese wrestlers head to the side as Artemis continued to talk to her. Miko slowly turned back to look at her opponent only to receive another Stockton slap across her jaw, followed by another that saw her take a step backwards.

Zack: That right there is one of Artemis’ favorite strikes, and she’s laying them in on the former No Surrender Champion.

Mai: They were bound to get in the ring together in this match sooner or later. And sooner works fine for me. I hope they beat the ugly off each other.

Artemis immediately used the space that she was given to catch her with a roundhouse kick aimed at her head but only got forearm as Ayano tried to cover up. Kaiser landed another shot against Ayano’s defence with an attempted haymaker of a right hand only for her to grab her foe’s wrist and jerked her forwards into a series of three knees into her gut. Miko doubled over and got her hair grabbed for her troubles as the God of Anger yanked her violently backwards to send her crashing down to the canvas. The Japanese instantly sat up only to eat a kick from Kaiser that put Miko down on her back as the Mount Pearl native started to stomp away at her midsection. Fisk ordered her to move away and started to use his count as she continued, feeling seeing her stop on four as she flirted with disqualification. Artemis glared at him but only for a moment before she set off, hitting the ropes in front of Miko - and got a tag from Valentina in the process - and as the Team Japan member was getting her feet underneath, the No Surrender Champion caught her with a dropkick to the knee that caused her to faceplant into the mat once more.

Zack: I’m not sure Artemis was ready to tag out right there, but Valentina was ready to tag in either way.

Mai: Well she is the more talented of the two, and should be the captain of the team on top of that.

Kaiser rolled and came to her feet looking to go back on the attack only for Fisk to cut her off, telling there was a tag and Valentina was now the legal woman. She stared coldly at her fellow Team Canada member who slapped her hands together for her partners benefit before she turned her attention towards the rising Warp Drive Dragon and started to lay into her with stiff forearm shots to the jaw before she whipped her into the ropes and caught her on the return with a huge lariat as Fisk finally managed to usher the Last Empress to her corner. Again Miko started to rise only for Lozano to catch her with a rear waistlock that she used to pull her into a German suplex that she bridged for a pin.

One…

Zack: Only a one for the “Latin Goddess” there, but this is what she does best: ground and pound.

Mai: I don’t know, she’s pretty good at making peasants remember their place.

The legal Ayano kicked out of the pinning predicament and tried to quickly rise to her feet only to find Valentina was already lying in wait for her as the defending Global Wars Champion used the ropes to springboard off into a roundhouse knee to the side of her opponent’s face. Miko wobbled as she took the full brunt of the blow, staggering as she tried to find her balance and very quickly got a hand from her opponent as Valentina hooked her arm and swept her legs out from under her to drive her face first into the mat with a forward Russian Leg sweep. Quickly the Torontonian rolled her onto her back and hooked the leg as she made the cover once more.

Mai: Attagirl, Valentina! Any move that hits Miko in the face is bound to make her less ugly to look at.

One…

T

Zack: It’s going to take a lot more than that for her to put away Miko in this match, and you can see O.E. is focused in the corner.

Again Miko kicked out of the pinfall and this time found herself brought to her feet where she received three more stiff forearm shots to the jaw before Lozano grabbed her by the wrist and fired her across the ring into a neutral corner. As the Warp Drive Dragon hit the turnbuckles, Valentina charged in behind her and caught her with a corner clothesline. Instantly she backed up and raised her boot to press it against the throat of the former No Surrender Champion. OE began to move down the apron towards her, only for Fisk to send her back to the corner as he called for the break. Valentina milked as much as she could from the official’s count before she lowered her foot and pulled Ayano out of the corner to send her barrelling across to the opposite corner with another Irish whip. Lozano followed in close behind her and mere moments after Ayano’s back hit the pads did Lozano strike with a running knee into her stomach. Miko leaned forward slightly, holding onto the ropes as she did so only to be stood upright as Valentina again pressed her boot against her throat and kept it there as the referee counted to four again. This time as she released the pressure on her opponent’s neck Fisk reprimanded sternly, warning her about the choke.

Mai: So let me ask you this. When Valentina makes this idiot tap out or pins her, does that make her next in line for Shortstack’s title?

Zack: That’s not my decision to make. But if she somehow manages to make the “Warp Drive Dragon” tap out, I can’t see a reason why she wouldn’t deserve a shot.

Valentina smiled at the referee even as she delivered a closed fist right hand to Miko’s jaw. She landed a second as she told her foe to kiss her boot before she again pulled her away from the corner only to Irish whip across the ring into the opposite neutral corner once more. Lozano followed in hot pursuit once more, this time bringing her foot up to deliver a running big boot to Miko’s face as she connected back first with the turnbuckles. As Lozano stepped backwards, Ayano dropped down to a sitting position in the corner that allowed the Latina Goddess to mudhole stomp her chest and walk it dry. Fisk again subjected her to the count, telling her to let her opponent out of the corner and getting Valentina to back up, hands raised right before he was forced to count five. It was only temporary, however, as Lozano instantly stepped forward to deliver another three wicked stomps to Miko’s stomach before she reached down to grab hold of her ankle to pull her out of the corner. The Canadian dragged her away from the ropes and dropped an elbow into her chest before she reclined across the Warp Drive Dragon and lazily hooked her outside leg.

Mai: What a fantastic cover by Valentina! This is sure to win!

One…

Tw--

Zack: I hope that was sarcasm. Either way unsurprisingly, it didn’t work. Lozano’s still feeling pretty good after she picked up that win over Savannah recently.

Miko kicked out once more causing Valentina to sit up and stare with a small smile and a shake of the head at Kaiser who had her hand held outstretched, demanding the tag. The Canadian pulled the former No Surrender Champion to her feet and lifted her up onto her shoulders where she slammed her down into the mat with a Samoan drop. Valentina rose quickly back to her feet and strode towards the ring ropes, bouncing off them and came towards Miko, leaping into the air to come down with a knee drop...that only got mat as the Japanese wrestler rolled to the side.

Zack: Valentina might have been well served to make the tag while she had the chance, because I’m sure she’d have preferred to avoid missing that knee drop.

Mai: That was Miko’s fault for moving out of the way of it. No one gave her permission to do that.

Valentina came quickly to her feet, grimacing in pain as she advanced towards the woman from Saga who had only made it to one knee but stopped the Latin Goddess in her tracks with a forearm shiver into her stomach. She followed it with two more forearms to the same spot before she rose to her feet and begin to lay into the Torontonian’s chest with knife edge chops that light up her chest. As the fourth strike landed Lozano staggered away, trying to put a little bit of space between the two of them and as Miko followed her, Valentina lashed out with a kick aimed at her breadbasket. The Warp Drive Dragon caught the foot though, holding it in her hands as Valentina hopped up and down for a couple of moments before Miko left her feet and delivered a dropkick to her opponent’s standing leg that caused her to slam face first into the canvas.

Zack: The last place you want to be with an injured body part is in the ring with Miko, and it looks like she’s found herself a target.

Quickly the former No Surrender Champion kipped up to her feet and moved towards the ring ropes, bouncing off them and coming back to catch Valentina with a running knee to the jaw as the Canadian got up to one knee. The blow brought her upwards to her feet. Miko measured her up for a moment before she skipped forward and attempted to plant her with a jumping DDT only for it to be countered into a spinebuster.

Mai: I think we need a time out and let Valentina have a couple minutes to work out the kinks in that leg before we continue.

Zack: No one asked you. Besides that, she had a chance to tag out before all that and didn’t take it.

Valentina rolled away and pushed up to her knees as Ayano did likewise and the pair began to crawl towards their respective corners. Lozano was closest as she pushed upwards and dove to make the tag to Artemis. Kaiser stepped through the ropes and charged across the ring, catching OE with a flying forearm to knock her off the apron before she circled back around to Miko, grabbing hold of her ankle and dragging her back across the ring towards the Team Canada corner as she applied an ankle lock, wrenching on the joint to apply as much pressure as possible. Before she could grapevine the leg, Miko tried to spin into the hold and lashed out with her free foot, pulling her knees to her chest then fully extended them, kicking the No Surrender Champion away from her.

Mai: Now it’s back to how this match started with Miko and Artemis trading strikes and holds, blah!

Zack: This is one hell of a preview for the No Surrender Championship rematch we are going to see at Global Wars on December 1st.

The Last Empress didn’t waste any time at all in trying to keep the advantage for her team, moving quickly towards the wrestler formerly known as Whiskey who caught her on the way in, dropping back down to her knees and sending her over and down to the canvas with a fireman’s carry takeover. The Mount Pearl native rolled through and came to her feet once more as she headed straight towards the Japanese wrestler only for the Warp Drive Dragon to surprise her with an enzugiri to the side of her head. Kaiser staggered backwards, finding her balance as Miko came to her feet and darted passed her, springboarding off the ropes and into a spinning wheel kick that caught Artemis right on the jaw as she turned, dropping her to the mat.

Zack: That’ll rattle your molars right there, and it caught the champion flush! Miko would be well served to tag in the very fresh O.E., who has been watching this match since the bell.

Mai: She’s a traitor! I don’t give a crap if she ever wrestles again!

Miko rolled to the ropes and pulled herself upwards as her opponent began to rise; using the ropes once more the Japanese wrestler leapt into a springboard hurricanrana that sent Artemis flying and rolling across the ring into the Team Japan corner. Miko came back to her feet as Kaiser began to pull herself up in the corner and the Warp Drive Dragon sprinted forward and caught Artemis in the face with a fierce running dropkick that seemed to have every intention of trying to rearrange her features. Miko sat up and made the tag to her partner before she rolled out of the ring underneath the bottom rope. OE stepped into the ring as the No Surrender Champion attempted to step out of the corner and she drove her back against the turnbuckle pads with stiff machine gun like chops that quickly started to bring welts up on her skin.

Zack: You just know that O.E. would LOVE to get back into No Surrender contention, and she’s making a resume for herself right here!

Mai: TRAITOR!

Fisk ordered OE to allow her foe out of the corner only for the legal Ayano to yank the No Surrender Champion forward by the wrist and Irish whip into the far ropes. As Kaiser returned Old English took her down to the mat with a sling blade. Quickly the God of Anger looked to come to her feet only to suddenly get caught in a Cobra Clutch by the Team Japan member. OE wasted no time at all in tightening up the hold as Artemis struggled and tried to find an escape before OE stood on the back of her knee to take her down to the canvas and into a body scissors. Kaiser struggled against the hold, refusing to submit as the referee asked her the question, her body writhing and limbs flailing as she tried to find an escape from the hold. The Last Empress managed to roll over to face the nearest ropes and reached out for them, stretching as far as she could but came up millimetres short. She started to kick with her legs, trying to move her closer as Ayano leaned backwards.

Zack: Artemis has the right idea here, while O.E. continues to pour on the pressure in this cobra clutch.

Mai: Did I mention she’s an ungrateful traitor who looks like she’s put on 20 pounds?

Slowly her movements began to fade to a stop and Fisk raised her arm in the air. It dropped back down to the canvas. He raised it again and watched it drop once more. Again he raised the arm into the air, releasing it and as it started to drop, Artemis lashed out with her foot and hooked it over the bottom rope. Fisk called for the break and started the count when he didn’t get it; OE finally releasing on the four count. The Future Shock Graduate came back to her feet and waited for Artemis to pull herself back to her feet, measuring her up as she rose before sending her down to the mat in the Team Japan corner with a German suplex. Again the Newfoundlander tried to get to her feet quickly only for OE to catch her with a raised knee to her middle before she hooked her arms in order to pepper her body with knees. As she released her arms, Artemis dropped to one knee and Ayano took the opportunity to reach down over her head to grab her tights and yanked upwards to deliver a wedgie to the No Surrender Champion.

Zack: That’s….one of O.E.’s favorite things to do, and I’m willing to bet that’s not a move Artemis has ever had to contend with in a match.

Mai: That’s because O.E. has the maturity level of a toddler!

Kaiser came back to her feet only for OE to lead her a couple of steps out of the corner with a nose grab and chop that caused Artemis to drop to one knee. The Team Japan member quickly yanked her forward and slammed her face first into the ring mat with a sit out facebuster. Ayano made the tag to her partner as Artemis pushed upwards, only to pulled into a sitting position as OE locked in a sleeper hold. Miko entered the ring and immediately began to stomp away at Artemis’ knee. Fisk told OE she had to leave the ring and began to count her down, finding her release the hold on four and quickly roll out underneath the bottom rope. As Fisk turned back to the action, Miko had quickly pulled her foe a little further away from the ropes and locked on a figure four, driving hammer like blows with one hand into the knee that she had been stomping away at.

Mai: Just flip it over, Artemis! Miko’s not all that talented, you know. She was a lot more fun when she was a drunk.

Zack: I think she’s a lot better now that she isn’t. She looks more focused, and has only gotten better than she was before the change of outlook.

Immediately Fisk dropped down next to the No Surrender Champion asking her if she wanted to quit and got a definite ‘No’ as she began to slowly rock from side to side. Miko tried to stop her from building momentum, applying more pressure in the submission hold. The Last Empress continued to rock, however and finally managed to roll onto her front to reverse the submission hold. Quickly the Warp Drive Dragon reached out and grabbed hold of the ropes. The official called for the break and helped them untangle their legs, Miko grimaced slightly as she came back to her feet while Artemis was slower to rise and was only gingerly putting weight on leg. Ayano measured her up and before Kaiser could retaliate, Miko took her down to the canvas with a chop block.

Zack: That’ll cost you 15 yards on the gridiron, but it’s a very smart move from O.E. tonight. She’d love to remind Artemis that she knocked her off tonight going into their title rematch.

Mai: I don’t like her chances either way. I don’t really like either of them.

The God of Anger rolled to the ropes and immediately started to pull herself back to her feet only to get shoved into the ring ropes by her opponent, Ayano lifting her up on the return and dropped her backwards into the mat with a flapjack. The Japanese wrestler didn’t waste any time as she went straight back after her opponent’s knee, locking in an inverted Indian Deathlock in the middle of the ring. Kaiser’s face turned into a mask of pain as she was trapped in the submission hold, reaching for the ropes only to find them out of reach. Fisk quickly slid into position to ask the Canadian if she wanted to submit but only got a ‘No’ from her as she fought against the effects of the hold, trying to find an escape route. Miko applied more pressure, torquing further on the joint as she tried to score the submission victory for her team; the Canadian though refused to quit, attempting instead to reach for the ring ropes, finding them out of reach. Fisk asked her again, getting another pained and defiant ‘No’ as the Newfoundlander tried to drag them both across the canvas, making it a couple of inches before her head fell down to the mat, her hand stretching out towards the ropes but not quite close enough.

Zack: If Artemis was a little lankier, I think she’d be able to make it. But she’s not able to reach far enough yet!

Mai: She also has trouble reaching the countertop when she’s in her kitchen, I heard. Apparently she has a step ladder to reach the Rice Krispies.

Her hand hovered in the air as she groaned in pain, looking to be on the verge of tapping out only for the hold to suddenly be released as Valentina entered the ring and stomped away at Miko’s body, causing her to release the hold. Valentina quickly pulled her to her feet and drove a heart punch into her chest. Miko staggered backwards only to get hoisted into the air by Lozano who dropped to the canvas with a Gorilla Press Drop. Before the Latin Goddess could do anything further, OE entered the ring and delivered a Mongolian chop to Valentina, following it up with a front kick to the stomach and then a front kick to her knee cap. Lozano dropped to one knee which left her wide open for a titty twister from the Chaotic Temptation member. Valentina’s eyes went wide and OE released her hold on her chest. Fisk tried to get OE out of the ring but Ayano balled up her fist, beating it against her hand three times as she shooted ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ before delivering a chop to Valentina’s mouth. She followed it up with a punch to the face and then a double eye poke - The Latina Goddess getting played by the game. As Valentina staggered back towards the ring ropes, the Ayano cousins darted forward and delivered a double clothesline that sent Valentina over the top rope to the outside.

Zack: A little tandem offense from the Ayano cousins, and Valentina got introduced to the floor at a high rate of speed!

Mai: There’s only supposed to be ONE of them in the ring, Zack! Only ONE!

Fisk finally managed to get OE to back up across the ring to her corner, threatening her with disqualification as he did so. The Chaotic Temptation member shook her head as she backed up and stepped out onto the ring apron. As Fisk had his attention turned on OE, Artemis took the opportunity to get the jump on Miko, catching her with a low blow between her legs that she followed up with a hammerlock DDT. As Miko hit the canvas, Artemis kept the hammerlock applied, kicking up into the air and delivered a knee drop into her shoulder. Three more knee drops followed that before the Last Empress pulled the Warp Drive Dragon to her feet, holding her hand twisted up behind her back before lifting her off her feet and into a hammerlock suplex.

Zack: Look at the strength of the No Surrender Champion! She’s lifting her up with a hammerlock, folks! That’s not easy to do!

Mai: I could do it if I wanted to, but what’s the point?

Miko rolled to the side, holding her shoulder as she tried to come to her feet only to get cut off by OE who lifted her upwards and drove her back down with a shoulder breaker. Once more Artemis jerked her foe back up to her feet, lifting her upwards and slamming her down with a falcon arrow. Kaiser transitioned straight through into a gator roll with grounded knees to the Japanese wrestler. As she finished the move, the Last Empress once more pulled the former No Surrender Champion upright and into a snapmare roll that she followed up with a kick to the spine. Ayano rolled through and came up to her feet only for Artemis to whip her across the ring, catching her on the return with the Chestburst, pop-up kick to her chest. Kaiser dropped down onto her back on the canvas, holding her chest and the Canadian wrestler dropped down on top of her to make the cover, hooking her leg as she did so.

Zack: It looks like Canada’s going to take the lead right now!

One…

Two…

...THRE--

Mai: They could have, but Artemis doesn’t make covers as well as Valentina does.

Miko rolled her shoulder and the Last Empress glared at Fisk as he confirmed the two count to the No Surrender Champion. Artemis came to her feet with anger upon her face and moved quickly towards the ropes, bouncing off them as the wrestler from Saga began to rise. Kaiser left her feet and went for the Falcon Punch. Miko dropped to one knee to duck underneath it, spinning around and caught Kaiser around the waist, snapping off a German suplex. Kaiser quickly got back to her feet and received a Teep kick from her foe that caused her to stagger backwards before she was sent down to the canvas thanks to the Warp Drive Dragon’s Wormhole Kick - a spinning back leg lariat. The God of Anger pushed her way to her feet and once and this time as soon as she was upright, Miko stood her on top of her skull with a jumping DDT. Miko forced herself to her feet and used the nearby ring ropes to spring upwards into a double jump moonsault that connected perfectly. Miko made the cover, hooking the leg as she did so.

Zack: Look at that, absolutely beautiful form! Miko’s looking for the lead!

One…

Two…

...THR-

Mai: Well too damn bad because she isn’t getting it here!

Artemis kicked out and tried to force her way back up to her feet only for Miko to hook her arm and attempt a Japanese armdrag takedown only for Kaiser to block the attempt and countered with a series of stiff kicks to her side. Miko stumbled backwards two steps, catching Artemis as she followed her with a jawbreaker. Kaiser collapsed to the canvas only to roll and come back to a standing base at which point Miko pulled her head downwards into a single knee facebreaker. The Last Empress staggered backwards and Valentina tagged her on the shoulder to bring herself back into the match. Lozano stepped through the ropes and moved quickly towards Miko, leaving her feet for the Priceless Kiss bicycle kick...as Miko left her feet and also delivered a bicycle kick, both connecting perfectly with their foes jaw, causing them both to collapse to the canvas.

Mai: That’s copyright infringement! Miko can’t be using Valentina’s moves like that, there should be a law!

Zack: Both of them had the same idea, both of them connected perfectly! But we’re at a stalemate now.

Fisk checked upon both competitors and started to count them out, getting to five before they started to stir. Valentina rolled to her front and pushed up to all fours then onto one knee while Miko began to crawl towards her corner. Valentina managed to get her feet underneath and started to get her bearings as the Warp Drive Dragon dove full length and made the tag to OE. The Japanese wrestler wasted no time at all in climbing to the top rope and as Lozano turned to face her, OE flung herself towards her with a top rope clothesline that took Valentina down to the mat. OE quickly rolled to her feet and once more set off towards the ropes, bouncing off them and came back towards Valentina with a running big boot to the face as she got to one knee. Lozano reeled, turning her back on OE and as she did so, the Team Japan member left her feet to connect with a backstabber. As Valentina hit the canvas, OE dove across her body and hooked her leg.

Zack: There’s a backstabber for Lozano! O.E.’s sending Japan to the lead!

One…

Two…

...THRE--

Mai: No, she isn’t! This is Valentina we’re talking about here, Zack. Give her more credit!

Valentina’s shoulder came up off the canvas at the last moment and OE looked to the referee, asking for the three count only for him to confirm the two to her, pointing at the risen shoulder. OE nodded her head as she pulled Valentina upwards, applying a Cobra Clutch to her that she turned into a facebuster - the Black Mamba. Once more she rolled Lozano onto her back and made the cover, hooking the leg as she did so.

Mai: That stupid BLACK MAMBA!! O.E. doesn’t even know what a mamba is!

One…

Two…

...THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zack: It was a heartbeat away, but still just a two! You’re seeing why these two teams are at the top of the scoreboard in Global Wars!

At the very last moment Valentina rolled her shoulder, causing Fisk to wave off the count and hold up two fingers to confirm the two count. OE pushed up to her knees, asking, begging, almost pleading for the three count...yet was only shown the two by the referee as he explained that the shoulder came up in the nick of time. Shaking her head, Ayano pushed the rest of the way to her feet and retreated back towards a neutral corner, waving Valentina upwards before she dropped down into a three point stance. Lozano was slow in getting to her feet; very, very slow as she pushed upwards to a vertical base and began to turn towards her opponent. As she did so, OE exploded out of the corner, looking to connect with Kusanagi spear… only for Lozano to catch her coming forwards with a knee that stopped her in her tracks and straightened her upwards. Ayano turned away and as she did so Valentina trapped her arms and lifted her upwards into the Crash of Inferiority chickenwing facebuster. Lozano rolled the Japanese woman over onto her back and fell across her to make the cover, reaching for the leg to hook it as she did so.

Mai: That’s how you do it, Valentina! A CRASH OF INFERIORITY!!

One…

Two…

...THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Zack: They are pulling absolutely everything out of their arsenal, and neither of them are able to secure the win yet! You have to wonder what more can they do?!

This time OE rolled her shoulder to break up the pinfall and found herself pulled upwards to her feet slowly by Valentina who looked to set her up for the Divine Intervention, beginning with an inverted stomp facebreaker only for OE to shove her away. Valentina stumbled forwards into the Team Canada corner where she was tagged by her partner. Artemis stepping into the ring and immediately charged towards Ayano, catching her in the chest with a running single dropkick to the chest - the Falcon Kick. It sent Ayano stumbling backwards and Miko reached in over the top rope to tag herself back in to the canvas. The Warp Drive Dragon used the bottom rope to springboard onto the top rope and came off with a meteora that connected perfectly with the Last Empress.

Zack: Knees from the sky with that meteora! Miko got every bit of it, and the No Surrender Champion is in trouble!

The two wrestlers rolled away from each other and they both push up to her feet only for Miko to leap into the air and delivered a pele kick to the top of her head. Kaiser dropped down to the mat, immediately rolling to the side and began to push upwards only for her to get caught with a leg sweep sidewalk slam combination. Miko rose to her feet as quickly as she could and headed towards the corner, climbing quickly to the top and came off with the Dyson Sphere phoenix splash, landing it perfectly before she made the cover, hooking the leg. As she did so, OE came out of a three point stance and caught Lozano as she tried to break up the cover with the Kusanagi spear.

Zack: There’s the DYSON SPHERE...and O.E. running interference!!

One…

Two…

...THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The referee called for the bell and Miko rolled away, resting back on the mat for a couple of moments before she finally sat up and was joined by OE.

Kat: Here are your winners, representing Team Japan, the team of ...O.E. AYANO and “THE WARP DRIVE DRAGON” MIKO AYANO!!!!!

Zack: Japan has pulled out one of the toughest victoreis in the entire series, and congratulations to them! You can bet Miko and O.E. will be celebrating tonight!

Mai: Since it’s Miko, probably be Ovaltine or something stupid since she doesn’t drink alcohol anymore. Loser.

The two Ayano’s helped each other up to their feet and got their hands raised by Kevin Fisk. The crowd cheered them both as they began their celebrations. The video wall showed the points get added to the score for Team Japan, updating the standings before the show cut elsewhere.

Alysson Makes A Choice

We’re sent backstage once again, and this time we’re met with “the Outlaw” Alysson Gardner. The rockstar is dressed for the part, with her spiked jacket and her bandana around her neck, as well as a shit-eater grin plastered on her face.

Alysson: I’m not sure many people know about it, but… My wife, Valerie Lamb, isn’t really a fan of hardcore wrestling. And she has asked me to tone it down a bit after the last time she saw me exceed my limits in one of such matches. And to that I say… I’m sorry, love, but it’s gonna happen again.

This, of course, is met with a mixed reaction by the crowd in Phoenix.

Alysson: So. Nevaeh Summers. A stubborn little knucklehead, isn’t she? Just BEGGING, DYING to be run into the mat again. I mean, it’s not enough to beat her three times in a row, is it? She just needs MORE. Well, at the end of the day, I’ve thought about it and maybe she does deserve more. More of a beating… More of my hardware.

She raises the crowbar, admiring it like some kind of jewelry before she carries on, as she puts the crowbar on the nearby crate

Alysson: But… We have a problem. Last Breaking Point, Savannah Taylor laid down the gauntlet to Bianca Salvador. Last Woman Standing. And you know what? I’m all for it! Let the women of FFW go to war and desecrate themselves! Let’s see who’s willing to bleed more for glory and bragging rights! But at the same time… Bitch kinda stole my thunder, you know? Because Nevaeh… Putting her down for a 10-count isn’t enough. Nevaeh Summers needs to be destroyed. Nevaeh Summers needs to be put to sleep. And at Global Wars… This is exactly what I’ll do.

The grin grows larger as Alysson chuckles.

Alysson: I know you’re listening, Baby Peach, so make sure your ear holes are cleaned up for this. Let’s put our own twist on the Last Woman Standing match. Because even if you take more than 10 seconds to get up, if you still get up it isn’t gonna be enough for me. I want to make sure you DON’T get up. I want to make sure people BEG me to stop punishing you. I want to go to the point of no return, the point where you’ll be scarred for the rest of your fucking barrel bottom dwelling life and you won’t even be awake to see it happen. We will have a Last Woman Standing match… In which the ONLY way to win… is by COMPLETE. INCAPACITATION.

Another chuckle follows.

Alysson: Because I won’t stop kicking your ass around until it’s not moving anymore. And the only thing that’ll be there to save you is a referee to throw in the towel for you. At Global Wars… Our special little encounter… Alysson Gardner and Nevaeh Summers… For the sixth and final time… in a LIGHTS. OUT. MATCH.

… and as if on cue, the studio’s lights turn off. Alysson seems to be amused.

Alysson: … okay, that wasn’t planned, but hey. Great timing.

…………………….

Alysson: We can turn the lights on now, the dramatic effect, we… We don’t need it anymore--

And that’s when the lights turn back on.

Alysson: Thank you. That was pretty funny, but--

And that’s when the redhead turns to the side to grab her crowbar back aaaaand… It’s not there anymore. That’s when she realizes the light being turned off were not for the dramatic effect. As Alysson wonders where her prized possession went a voice speaks up behind her

Nevaeh: So this is the special weapon huh?

Alysson takes a dry gulp before she turns back and… Sure enough, there she is: Nevaeh Summers, holding Alysson’s crowbar. Nevaeh stares right at Alysson, all the while gripping the crowbar in her hand. Nevaeh looks at Alysson sternly

Nevaeh: Lights out match? Want to punish me more. Beat me more. Just gonna kick my ass huh? Like you did last week? or at Unstoppable. Just leave me beaten with this right here? I gotta admit getting hit with this hurts. It hurts alot..but you wouldn’t know that right. No, you do the hitting..you don’t get hit with this. You don’t quite know what it feels like getting hit with this do you?

Nevaeh now begins to pat the crowbar into her hand while looking at Alysson. The redhead seems to be beyond unnerved now.

Alysson: You put that down, that’s not a toy for you…

Nevaeh now acted flabbergasted.

Nevaeh: Oh? Oh you want me to put this down? Why? Something the matter? I don’t see what that could be. I mean this does feel fun to hold. Heavy too. I gotta admit holding this I can see why you just want to swing it at people. I mean I feel the urge to swing it right now….like right at your fucking head.

Nevaeh is eyeing Alysson with a very wide eyed look on her face. It’s right than that she acts like she’s gonna swing it at Alysson but instead stops instead she shakes her head before tossing it in the air. Alysson looks up at it, but as she does Nevaeh punches her right in the face. Alysson is stunned by the blow, but has no time to recuperate at Nevaeh now garbs her head and starts charging her towards a wall, ramming Alysson’s head into it. A hole is created into the sheetrock as Alysson crumbles backwards and lays on the ground. Nevaeh is fuming as she stares at Alysson on the ground. She squats down and stares at the redhead with contempt.

Nevaeh: Understand..I could really hurt you right now, but unlike you I’m not gonna take the liberty. No I don’t want it like that. When I do beat you senseless it’s gonna be at Global Wars. Lights out match it is. I knew you were gonna pick something crazy. You want to push the limit, that’s what you do Alysson. I did not underestimate you. But you didn't think this was gonna happen did you? We learn something new everyday Alysson. Now I just have one question for you.

Nevaeh reached over and grabbed Alysson by her jaw and forced the redhead to look at her. Nevaeh spoke through gritted teeth

Nevaeh:..are you still entertained?

Nevaeh scoffs as she lets go off Alysson and walks off.

A clip package shows highlights from their last match at Sin & Sacrifice in the main event before we head back to the ring with Kat ready to go.

Kat: The following contest is your main event of the evening scheduled for one fall. And it is for the FFW Championship!

Zack: The most prestigious and coveted title in all of FFW, and arguably women’s wrestling, is rarely defended outside of Pay Per View! But you’re getting it for free tonight! I’m joined by the Evolution Champion who was there with me ringside in the main event at Sin & Sacrifice, Missy.

Missy: It was great to be here to watch Emma win the championship at Sin & Sacrifice, and I’m glad to be here again tonight to watch her defend it. Although, I know that Leona is not going to make it any easier on her than she did when Emma won it.

The thumping war drums and the mysterious flute of "Aztec Temple" hit the sound system. The crowd comes alive as the Aztec Warrior Leona Vega comes through the main gate, looking over the cheering crowd, soaking it in for a bit. She points at two random spots into the audience before letting out a loud roar, which is followed by a lion's roar echoing through the sound system. She then slowly makes her way down the entrance ramp, sharing a high-five with the fans in attendance with their arms out for her.

Kat: Introducing first/And her opponent, from Monterrey, Mexico... LEONA VEGA!

She then stops a couple of steps before the ring, backtracking a little bit and then sprinting towards it, hopping onto the ring apron, and then immediately vaulting over the top rope, landing in a three-point stance inside the ring. Soaking in the crowd's cheers, she gets up and climbs the nearest turnbuckle, staring into the crowd with a big smile, raising her arms, with her fists closed, saying a quick prayer to herself before slapping the top turnbuckle and jumping back down into the ring, cracking her joints in the sequence.

Zack: It was Unstoppable 9 when Leona Vega finally achieved the goal she had been chasing for ages, and became FFW Champion. The reign was short-lived, but she looks to change all that tonight by becoming a 2 time FFW Champion!

Missy: Leona is undoubtedly going to be fired up tonight. I’m sure she is going to do everything she can to take the title back from Emma.

Black and blue lights douse the arena as “The Great Pandemonium” starts up on the PA system, and dry ice begins to rise from beneath the stage. As the softer beginningof the introduction plays, Ryan Mackenzie walks out from the back, bringing a chorus of boos from the crowd.

On a silent shore, I confronted fear.
I spoke to God, but he wasn’t there.
The sun is down and the war begun.
Assemble the great pandemonium!

The song truly kicks in at this moment, and as it does, Emma MacNamara comes through the curtain, raising the jeering from the crowd, belt strapped around her waist. Emma stands beside Ryan and the two look at each other, grins on the faces as they apparently enjoy the reaction they’re getting. Turning to face the ring, the pair begin their walk to ringside.

One more down by the book of Babylon.
One more down, in accordance with my fate.
One long drift ‘cross the lake of Avalon.
One more trip that I must create.

And my…
Eyes sweep a shore that was always there,
A blood red line in the Sonisphere.
I can’t resolve where it’s coming from,
I sense it’s the great pandemonium!

Kat: And her opponent, from Glasgow, Scotland! Weighing in at 140 pounds, please welcome THE REIGNING & DEFENDING FFW CHAMPION “PRETTY LITTLE PSYCHO” EMMAAAAAA MACNAMARAAAAAAAAAA!

The pair walk down, occasionally having to shift themselves as fans try to touch them. Reaching the bottom, Emma removes her jacket and hands it to a ringside attendant, while Ryan has moved to the apron, where he reaches down to help Emma up, and then allows her through the ropes.

One more day by the pits of Hell.
Just one more, when even yesterday was too late.
One more thought that I had to sell.
One last trick that you can’t debate

Emma walks over to her corner, where she pulls herself onto the middle turnbuckle, where she removes the belt and holds it above her head in one hand. For only a moment, she looks around, disdain on her face at the sight of the crowd before she jumps back off and Ryan joins her in the corner. As the word “debate” is sung, the music cuts out and the lights return to normal.

Zack: The 8 year drought without the FFW Championship came to an end at Sin & Sacrifice for Emma Mac! But it’s always said that winning a title is a lot easier than keeping it, and I have no idea if Emma’s broken hand she received has healed 100%. I’m sure we’ll find out though.

Missy: I think we all know though that even a broken hand wouldn’t stop Emma, she more than proved that at Sin & Sacrifice.

Referee Kevin Fisk takes the title from Emma, and shows it to Leona before raising it above his head. He hands it off to Kat as she leaves the ring, and checks both women for any foreign objects. He calls for the bell from there as the camera shows Emma’s hand still taped up. Leona begins rallying the crowd, getting them to be louder as she and Emma meet in the center of the ring. The two stare into one another’s eyes….and the fists immediately begin flying from there. Wild right hands from both women land on one another with Emma getting the better of the exchange. She starts backing Leona up, and then transitions into knife edge chops one after another. An Irish whip sends her across for the ride, but Leona reverses it midways through, and catches Emma on the rebound with a shoulder tackle. The champion pops up, only to get another one from Leona that takes her back down again. Vega keeps running this time, and rebounds off the far side with a sling blade clothesline. The challenger keeps running as Emma immediately rolls out of the ring to the floor, and is then joined by her husband.

Zack: That was very very wise by Emma! You could see Leona was building momentum quickly, and Emma couldn’t get out of her way.

Missy: She’s bought herself a little breathing room to regroup which is the wisest thing she could have done there. Any time you can stop your opponent’s momentum is always going to be a good thing.

Ryan shares a few words with his wife as she gathers herself, but Leona gives them very little time before she catches both with a baseball slide under the bottom rope. The crowd livens up again as Vega pounds the mat with both hands. She pulls Emma up to her feet, and whips her into the apron. Her back strikes against it before Leona charges towards her and leaves her feet. The champion ducks down as Leona ends up in a handstand on the apron. Emma raises back up as her husband shouts at her to turn around before Leona drops her with a DDT onto the ringside mat. She nips up to her feet with a yell, and throws Emma back into the ring. She slides in after her.

Zack: Did you see that? Vega with a handstand on the apron, and she drilled Emma as soon as she stood up! And the #1 contender is right in after her!

Missy: I knew that Leona was going to come out swinging for this one, and she is definitely doing that in spades!

Vega used the ropes for a springboard into an Asai moonsault that landed perfectly before she hooked the outside leg for the cover as Fisk fell into position.

Zack: Leona’s running the table and may be about to make history!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

TH-NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Emma got her shoulder up at two and half, causing Leona to grab her elevated hand and slam it down into the mat. She quickly moved around to the other side, pressing the taped hand against the canvas and rained elbows into it.

Missy: Leona has straight away gone for that same hand she targeted at Sin & Sacrifice. It didn’t work too well for her in their last match, so I’m not sure she’s going to get any better result from it tonight.

She got back to her feet, while Emma clutched her taped hand. The champion rolled away from her, and began to get to her feet when Leona charged towards her. But this time, the champion thought better of it and swept her leg out from under her as she approached. Vega hit the mat and got right back to her feet again, though Emma was already there and nailed her with a discus punch to the mouth with the other hand. Two more punches landed hard on her jaw before the FFW Champion planted her with a facebuster to the mat. She rubbed her hand as she sat there for a second, and then got back to her feet.

Zack: Emma’s finally starting to get some offense rolling here, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. Leona was overwhelming her, and it looks like the challenger was eyeing that hand again for tonight.

Missy: It was definitely needed, that’s for sure. She needs to keep that hand away from Leona though, as much as she would keep going with it injured, avoiding it would be preferable.

A look of irritation covered Emma’s face as she stared at Leona, who was beginning to get back to her feet. She yanked her up the rest of the way, and scooped up her over one shoulder. A snake eyes bounced Leona’s head off the turnbuckle, and sent her staggering backwards before Emma hit the near side ropes with a roundhouse kick to put her down on the mat. The champion used the ropes again as a springboard into a double knee drop into the challenger’s body. And to keep her down, she started grinding her forearm into the side of Leona’s head.

Zack: You know Emma has no admiration for Leona at all, and that’s proven by the fact she hasn’t gone for the pin once. She wants to prove a point first in the most painful way possible.

Missy: Emma’s really not about making things easy for her opponent in a match, and a pin before now would have been making it easy on Leona.

Rising back to her feet, she started stomping the challenger before Vega rolled out of her reach. She followed after her, and pulled her back to her feet. Emma put her into position for what looked like a DDT, but Leona surprised her by driving her backwards into the corner to knock the air out of her . The challenger took a few steps back, and picked up speed running towards her, but the champion brought her knee up and caught her on the jaw. She stumbled backwards before Emma grabbed her head, and planted her with a tornado DDT. The Scottish lass dropped on top of her with a hook of the leg before Fisk moved to make the count.

Zack: Emma’s looking for a knockout here with this offense, and she may have gotten what she wanted here!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THR-NOPE!!

Leona kicked out at two and a half, causing Emma to roll off the cover. She rebounded off the near side ropes before bringing her knees up for a cannonball senton across Leona’s chest.

Missy: Leona might almost be regretting kicking out of that cover, with that senton Emma’s just landed on her!

Vega rolled away from her, holding her ribs while Emma followed after her. When the challenger began to get up again, Emma caught her with a short knee to the back before spinning her around and delivering a spinebuster. Vega’s body curled up off the mat for a moment before the champion headed for the corner. She made her way to the top rope, and launched herself into a shooting star press. But Leona rolled out of the way, and let Emma hit the mat instead. The crowd began to get behind the challenger again as both women lay on the mat, and the referee began his mandatory ten count.

Zack: Shades of your manager right there, though I’m sure he’d have suggested hitting the opponent instead of the mat.

Missy: Yeah.. Christian wouldn’t usually recommend hitting the mat when it can be avoiding. It’s a shame she did though, that was a beautiful shooting star press.

Both women began to move, but it was Leona who was back to her feet first. Emma was almost there though as she had just gotten her feet under her when Leona darted across the ring with a swinging neckbreaker to take Emma back to the mat. Vega came to a seat on the canvas, and applied a headscissors before locking her ankles. As Emma tried to get free, Leona rolled onto her stomach and used her legs to spike Emma’s head into the mat four times and then roll back to a seat with the hold still applied.

Missy: I’ve always liked that move.. Although it is better to be on the giving side of it rather than the receiving end. Emma might be seeing stars after being used like a basketball.

Zack: I’ve been told Leona can do squats for days, and that helps build the leg muscles you need to pull off something like that. That’ll teach Emma for trying to get free.

Emma got to her knees, and tried to free her head from Leona’s grip. She pushed up with her hands, but still couldn’t find a way out as Leona pushed up on her hands and let herself drop back to the mat, effectively giving Emma a mini-piledriver that put her back down on the mat. Ryan shouted at his wife, trying to give her some wisdom as Leona lifted her butt off the mat….and dropped back down again to send the top of Emma’s head into the canvas once more.

Missy: I think I’ll have some aspirin waiting for Emma at the end of this. She’s going to have one hell of a headache I’m betting.

Zack: It’s clear to me that Leona doesn’t miss leg day at the gym. I’ve never seen anyone submit in this hold, but it’ll certain sap your energy trying to get free. And if you’re Vega, you are getting all the time you want to recuperate and plot your next move.

Emma’s fist hit the mat in frustration before she grabbed Leona’s thigh with one hand, and started digging her fingernails into it. Vega finally let go as little trickles of blood formed on one leg, which she rubbed with her hand before getting back to her feet. The FFW Champion shook her head to get her equilibrium back as Vega circled around behind her. Emma crawled forward a couple feet with Leona still moving in from behind. The champion rose to her feet before Leona swooped in, and applied a cobra clutch. Emma used her free hand immediately to try to grab onto the ropes while Leona attempted to step on the back of her leg to bring her down to the mat.

Zack: From a head vise to a cobra clutch, and Emma better do everything in her power to keep Leona from bringing her down to the mat! You see her trying to step on Emma’s leg to do just that!

Missy: Emma needs to find a quick escape from this, because if Leona brings her down… well, we’ll cross that bridge if we come to it!

Emma fought desperately against the hold, finally using her feet to push off the top rope and land on top of Leona, who still had the hold applied. The champion had her pinned to the mat before Fisk slid into position for the count.

Zack: Leona’s gonna get pinned in her own submission!

ONE!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NOO!!

Leona managed to shove her off before the three came down, and quickly roll back to her feet. She checked with Fisk to make sure it was just a two count. After confirming it, she charged towards Emma as she got back to her feet. She grabbed her from behind, but Emma countered with a cutter that put them both on the mat! For the second time, the referee began his ten count.

Missy: That would have been something if Emma had managed to get the three count, but it’s the ten count she needs to worry about now. Which one of them is going to get up first is the question now.

The referee had made it to a six before Emma sat up, once more shaking her head. Her eyes were somewhat glazed as Ryan moved around in front of her, trying to help her focus on him. The champion’s mouth hung open as she gasped for breath, and then slapped herself a couple times before she began to come around.

Missy: Ryan giving Emma something to focus on is going to help her a lot to pull herself together. But she needs to do it quickly to get any advantage over Leona here.

Zack: Leona has worked on her head for a while now, and you can see Emma’s trying to get her marbles together right now! You saw the champion slapping herself to get her wits about her.

Emma looked over her shoulder towards the unmoving Leona, and got back to her feet. A look of anger formed on her face as she screamed at Leona to get up to her feet. The challenger was slow to do so before Emma launched towards her, leaving her feet and connecting with her headscissors DDT finisher and planting Leona on top of her head! She dove for the cover as Ryan turned to the crowd, and counted with the referee!

Zack: PLAYING WITH SCISSORS!! Emma’s gonna retain the title!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! NO!!

Leona’s shoulder came up before the three, and Emma and her husband looked at the referee dumbfounded. The Phoenix crowd roared.

Missy: I really thought she had her there, and you can tell that Emma did too! Leona is somehow still in this.

Emma asked the referee more than once as she got back to her feet, making sure it was just a two count. He reassured her it was as Ryan hopped up on the apron, and pulled his attention away as he got in the referee’s face. Emma shook her head, looking back at Leona on the mat before she went to get her. The champion reached down to grab her...only for Leona to pull her down into a small package that surprised both her and the crowd! But the referee was still arguing with Ryan as the fans began counting.

Fans: ONE!!!! TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!  THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

The referee finally turned around, and dove into position with the crowd counting the fall once again!

Missy: Where the hell did that come from?! Leona might be about to cause a massive upset here.

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NOO!!

Zack: THAT CLOSE!! We almost had a new champion again! I think we would have if it hadn’t been for Ryan.

Emma kicked out of the small package, and sat up with her teeth gritted in anger, while the crowd was chanting for Leona. Ryan was still on the apron as Leona’s manager started heading for the ring.

Missy: That was too close… but if I was Ryan I’d think about being elsewhere about now. Christian is on his way, he’s had enough of the distractions I think.

Zack: Here comes CK, and look at Emma’s face! She’s seething right now! She almost got caught by Leona right there, and I don’t know what either of them has left.

Ryan continued yelling at the referee until Christian yanked him back down to the floor. Ryan went to swing at him, but it was blocked and Christian decked him with left from the casted arm and hand that put him on the floor. Emma headed for the top rope, muttering to herself as she perched herself up top.

Zack: A hard left from that casted arm for Ryan, and Emma’s looking to end it right here!

Missy: I did say he might want to be elsewhere! You can see that Emma is irritated, and I really wouldn’t want to be in Leona’s position right now.

The champion launched herself into swanton bomb off the top rope, but Leona rolled out of the way and Emma face-and-body planted on the mat. The challenger nipped up to her feet to a roar from the crowd as Leona yanked Emma to her feet and over her shoulders into her fireman’s carry gutbuster! She quickly made the cover with a hook of the leg as Fisk dropped to make the count!

Zack: Can you believe that?! EL PILOTE!!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Fisk called for the bell as Leona sat up, a huge smile on her face when she heard the bell sounding. She climbed to her feet, and had her hand raised to an eruption.

Kat: Here’s your winner….AND FOR THE SECOND TIME…..THE NEEEEEEEEEEEWWW FFW CHAMPION…………………….LEONA VEGA!!!

Missy: I think I’m in shock… I was sure that Emma had that there! I knew that Leona was going to be a tough challenge for Emma tonight… and she was that and then some.

Leona was handed the FFW Championship before launching into a hug onto her manager. Christian returned the hug, and raised her hand himself as she held up the title with the other hand.

Zack: Tonight in Phoenix on a rare televised defense of the FFW Championship, the damn thing changed hands! Leona Vega is a two time FFW Champion, and she would not be denied again!

Fireworks shot off around the arena as the fans shared in the celebration as Leona pumped the title over her head with enthusiasm. Christian gave her a round of applause as well.

Missy: Leona is understandably over the moon and you can’t blame her. She’s just hit the jackpot for the second time and nabbed the biggest title in FFW!

Zack: History has been made, thank you for joining us for a historic edition of Velocity! We’ll see you at Breaking Point with a brand new FFW Champion! And then, Global Wars here we come!!

Leona’s celebration continued with a very excited crowd as Velocity faded off the air.
