Live from the Covelli Center in Youngstown, Ohio
February 1, 2022

The limousine pulls up outside of a bank somewhere in Boston before the driver opens the door to let Cait Flanagan and Kyle Kilmeade out. She takes his arm, and heads inside and is immediately escorted to a vault filled with stacks of money. But she notices one pedestal set aside for the title she wants most. “Legendary” by Skillet begins to play as someone dashes past the camera, and the pair look out to see whoever it is with the Future Shock Championship.

My heart bleeds adrenaline
The fire I breathe is where I live

It turns out to be Luna Cortez, who darts out of the bank and around a corner at top speed with it in her hands. She doesn’t get far before Anna trips her up, and takes the title away from her with a shake of her head. As she’s looking down at her sister with annoyance, the title gets lifted out of her hand before the woman holding it ducks into a parked car and starts it up. The driver is Jacqui Minogue.

Top, to the top
Ain't never gonna stop
To the top, to the top
Ain't never gonna stop

Jacqui speeds through the streets of Boston till she runs into a familiar woman holding up traffic by standing in the middle of the crosswalk. Jacqui looks closer, and sees it’s Shaughnessy O’Neill who makes a beeline for her car. Minogue locks the doors and rolls up the window before someone else rises up from the backseat...that being Alessandra Esposito. She snatches the title out of the passenger seat, and bolts from the car onto the crowded sidewalks. She only gets so far before she’s spotted. Cait, Jacqui, and Shaw close in on her before a car honks to get her attention. She hops into the Italian sports car, leaving her pursuers in the dust..

Never gonna keep me down (never keep me)
Still the one that's standing now (never falling)
Destiny is calling me
Go down in history
Every day I'll fight to be
Legendary

Watching out the window of one of the nearby buildings at the plight of the would-be champions is a very amused Angelina and Arabella before the show cuts live inside the Covelli Center. The fans roar as the show goes live, and sparklers shoot around the stage all the way down the ramp until another burst shoots from the ring posts. The camera shows the Future Shock logo on the ring mat before cutting to Zack and Claire at ringside.

Zack: Welcome to the Covelli Center in Youngstown, Ohio, as the girls of Future SHock continue their tour on the road. Nearly 7,000 people have filled this place tonight, and thank you for joining us. Claire, we ended in controversy two weeks ago in Michigan when Jacqui Minogue was…quite honestly, robbed of the Future Shock title by a woman who has made it clear she doesn’t care how she keeps the title…just that she keeps it.

Claire: It’s a pleasure to be here in the Rust Belt. As for the events of two weeks ago…well, it was never any secret that there’s no depths to which Cait won’t sink in order to be the Future Shock Champion. We saw it when she won the title. We saw it two weeks ago in her first defence. As far as she is concerned the only thing that counts is what the record books say. But I don’t know how wise it is to keep poking a bear like Jacqui Minogue.

Zack: I have it on good authority that we are going to get some news on that match, and what’s gonna happen as a result tonight. Just in time too, considering the Calgary Stampede event is in 2 weeks on FFW All Access. Cait’s not only irritating Jacqui, but something tells me Adam isn’t going to stand for this too long either.

Claire: That’s probably a good thing. We’ve seen how Jacqui reacts when she feels like she is treated unfairly - remember she was denied entry to the first Future Shock Global Wars tournament as a punishment for running rampage backstage. I’m sure Adam would like to avoid that level of destruction in every arena we visit across the country this year.

Zack: We have a very full show on tap. And speaking of Jacqui, her cousins will be in non-title tag team action as they prepare to meet the Laurie Jane Experience in Calgary. But their opponents tonight? Well I’m not sure how much preparation for that match Luna and Anna Cortez are gonna be.

Claire: The Laurie Jane Experience are quite a singular and unique team; they have a completely different philosophy to almost any other tag team I’ve ever seen. But they make it work. Still, Luna and Anna are a good mix of technique and high flying ability that they could be a good warm up for the Doomsday Sisters ahead of their title defence in 2 weeks time.

Zack: We’re also gonna see a public workout tonight as Ashley Marie Chase steps into a Future Shock ring for the first time. I’m not sure what that’s all going to entail, but Ashley has never been short of confidence, especially still carrying around the defunct SVW Aggression Championship as we saw last time.

Claire: I’m sure it’ll be quite something that Kyle and the Beverly Hills Helion will have set up to give us a brief glimpse of everything that the self-proclaimed Forever Champion is capable of in the ring.

Zack: Ashley is just one of the new arrivals in Future Shock. We met Aviva Miller last week as well. But tonight, we’re going to meet Gwen Margolis, also formerly of SVW. Adam announced her signing a few days ago, and SVW fans are well familiar with her. He’s really stocking the shelves around here.

Claire: For those who aren’t, she is a fantastically talented young woman. A ferocious competitor and, despite her young age, has a wealth of experience that she can draw upon. I’m not at all surprised that Adam was so desperate to snap her up and bring her into Future Shock when he got the opportunity.

Zack: Two fan favorites will meet for the first time tonight when the former Anarchy Champion Madyson Stone meets an Aussie phenom by the name of Luci. Who do you like here?

Claire: It’s a tough one call, Zack. We know that Madyson can both take and give out one heck of a beating and is one of the toughest women in Future Shock. But Luci is one of the world’s best and brightest wrestling talents. She’ll certainly be a challenge for Madyson to overcome tonight. I can’t wait to see them meet.

Zack: In our main event, it’ll be champion versus champion and former allies in FFW to boot. Charlotte Harker, the reigning Anarchy Champion, will meet our new Nova Champion one on one, Angelina Fantastica. That’s a lot of power trying to catch greased lightning.

Claire: It’s a classic power vs speed match up as the two New Yorkers collide. And you know that Angelina will be more than happy to take the fight to the Moose from Buffalo and look to prove that speed kills, while Harker will be trying to build a little more momentum behind her.

Zack: Like I said, it’s gonna be a packed show tonight in Youngstown. So let’s send it up to my new broadcast partner on Saturday nights. She’s a woman of many hats and shorter dresses. Take it away, Lexi!

The blonde bombshell ring announcer is busy trying to make the fans get louder before she faces the camera and begins the introductions.

Lexi: What’s up, Ohio?! The opening contest of Future Shock is scheduled for one fall to a finish!

“All of the kings have their queens on the throne
We will pop champagne and raise a toast
To all of the queens who are fighting alone
Baby you’re not dancing on your own”

Ava Max’s “Kings and Queens” comes out over the speakers, bringing a cheer from the crowd in attendance. The Australian wrestler steps out from behind the curtain, with Vincent by her side. She stops in the centre of the stage to take it in, looking around her with a smile on her face.

Lexi: On her way to the ring, for Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, please welcome LUCIIIIIII!

Still smiling widely, Luci heads down to the ring with Vincent beside her. He overtakes her near the bottom, and ascends the steps. Reaching down, he helps his wife to the apron, then pulls the ropes apart so that she can step through. Once there, she goes to her corner and hops onto the middle turnbuckle, throwing her hands into the air and grinning. As she comes back down the music fades out.

Zack: Luci will be heading to Canada in 2 weeks at the Calgary Stampede event on All Access to try to reclaim the Nova Championship when she meets Angelina in a ladder match. Fantastica, so far, is the only loss on her record since joining Future Shock.

Claire: You know that one slight blemish is probably preying on Luci’s mind, driving her on and fuelling her, making her more and more determined to right the wrong and reclaim the title. Tonight is going to be a good opportunity for her to build some momentum ahead of the ladder match.

The lights go out completely as “Sisters Are Doing It for Themselves” starts to play. A lightning effect of white and blue pyrotechnics erupt, lighting up the stage for a second at a time. In each of the flashes the silhouette of three female figures standing in a line on the stage.

We said, "Sisters are doin' it for themselves"
Standin' on their own two feet
And ringin' on their own bells
We said, "Sisters are doin' it for themselves"

The pyrotechnics finish and as the lights come back up a sound like thunder plays on top of the music track and a puff of smoke comes from the bottom of the stage, still hiding the female figures for a moment. The smoke clears to reveal the three Stone sisters; Melody, Madyson and Mikayla standing hand in hand with their heads raised, looking towards the ceiling.

Now this is a song to celebrate
The conscious liberation of the female state
Mothers, daughters and their daughters too, oh yeah
Woman to woman, we're singin' with you

Lexi: Introducing alongside Melody and Mikayla of Trinity, this is…...MADYSON STONE!!

They unlink their hands and take off to the ring at a run and all jump up onto the apron at the same time. Melody and Madyson stand at a corner each, while Mikayla jumps up to sit on the top rope; all facing out towards the crowd. The two older sisters climb through the ropes while Mikayla stands up on the top rope and then backflips into the ring to land between them with a smirk. The three make their way to the corner and share some hushed words as the music comes to an end.

Zack: This is the first time we’ve seen Madyson since her violent Anarchy title match against Charlotte Harker last November. She and Luci have a lot in common as it pertains to leaving a title behind, and I’m sure she’s as eager to start 2022 with a win as her opponent.

Claire: Absolutely. Madyson has had a chance to recover after her and Charlotte almost killed each other over the Anarchy championship. I’m sure she’ll be looking forward to this chance to face one of the biggest names and most highly regarded talents in Future Shock and start 2022 with a big win.

Referee Ashley Pruitt checked both women for hidden objects, and found none before she called for the bell. Luci and Madyson met in the center of the ring, and shook hands in a show of respect. They locked up from there, and Luci quickly took over by transitioning into a rear waistlock. Stone tried to catch her with a couple beck elbows, but the Aussie ducked them and drove her chest first into the corner. She still had her arms around her waist though, took a step back, and put her down with a belly to back suplex. Still though, Luci retained her grip and pulled Madyson back to her feet to drive her chest first into the corner a second time followed by a full nelson slam that finally saw her release the Wiccan.

Zack: Luci’s showing us her technical expertise, and that’s one area she’s probably gonna excel over Madyson. We know Madyson likes to throw hands, knees, feet, and elbows.

Claire: Luci’s also making good use of the corners - almost like having a tag partner in there - to just take a little bit more of the starch out of Madyson in the early going. That could well help her dictate the course of this contest.

Stone started to get up, and found herself in another rear waistlock. Once again, she tried to catch her with a couple elbows, but Luci buried her head out of harm’s way. Then the witch leaned over to try to grab her feet, and that’s when Luci snapped off a German suplex. She rolled through to deliver a second and then the third released her Madyson into a heap against the middle turnbuckle. The brunette tried to get her bearings quickly, only for Luci to follow in after her with a double knee strike to her chest. A quick grab of her legs yanked her out of the corner, and Luci applied the STF from there.

Zack: Luci’s using that rear waistlock to set up everything, and it’s working gangbusters right now. And there’s the STF, I haven’t seen her use this before.

Claire: It’s a painful submission hold too, puts pressure on the back and really allows Luci to wrench on her head and neck too.  Stone is going to have to find a way out of this quickly before the damage is done.

Madyson’s free arm wasn’t far from the ropes though, and she began dragging herself and Luci closer to the ropes. She finally got her arm around it, prompting the referee for the break. The Aussie did so as soon as she was asked, and got to her feet to hammer double ax handle blows to Madyson’s back to pound her down to the mat. She yanked her to her feet, and fired her across to the far side. The witch rebounded just as Luci looked to be going for a spinning backfist. But Stone stopped herself and ducked, only to find out it was a phantom punch as Luci quickly delivered a code red into a pin attempt!

Zack: She ducked to soon, and Luci with a code red for the win!

ONE!!!

TW-NOO!!

Stone kicked out, and immediately rolled out to the floor on her feet. Her sisters offered her some advice and support as Luci got to her feet, waiting inside the ring.

Claire: Smart move by Madyson. Rolling to the outside buys her a couple of seconds to regroup and just might break up Luci’s momentum. There’s a chance Stone might get an opening and get out of the blocks thanks to this.

Luci stayed in the center of the ring, opting not to go out after her. And at the referee’s count of six, Madyson was back on the apron. When Luci went to get her, she ended up catching a shoulder block to the stomach between the ropes. It stopped her in her tracks long enough for the Wiccan to get back into the ring, and start throwing punches. A barrage of right hands landed on Luci’s head before the brunette whipped her into the ropes. Unlike Luci though, Madyson threw and connected with her spinning backfist. It rocked the blonde backwards into the corner before Stone fired her across to the far corner. She followed her in with a codebreaker, and went for the cover.

Zack: Now we got Madyson looking for a three count, this is her kinda fight right now!

ONE!!

TWOOO!!

Luci got her shoulder up in time, and Stone got back to her feet. She favored her back a little as she stood up straight though, and dropped the rising Luci with a running neckbreaker.

Claire: I’ve got to give Madyson credit, she has excellent form when it comes to throwing those hands, just look to the effect they’ve had on Luci already. Then the neckbreaker…proves she’s much more than a one trick pony.

When she saw the Aussie starting to get up again, she pulled her into a facelock to drive knees into her body and head. It dropped Luci to her knees, and Madyson hit the near side ropes with a running knee trembler to the jaw that toppled her over to the mat. Stone headed for the corner, and hopped up onto the second turnbuckle from the inside to deliver a double stomp…only Luci rolled out of the way. Madyson landed on her feet on the mat, and avoided a roundhouse kick aimed at her head. As Luci brought her leg back down, Madyson grabbed it and spun her around into an atomic drop. She took off for the near side ropes, using them to get some speed before decking Luci with a flying forearm into another cover.

Zack: Madyson’s rocking and rolling now, and Luci’s catching shots from every direction! Here’s a cover!

ONE!!

TWOOOOOOO!!

Once again, the blonde kicked out of the pin attempt and shoved Madyson away from her. That didn’t slow the Wiccan down though as she pulled her back to her feet and spun her around. It looked like she was going for a wheelbarrow facebuster, but Luci grabbed her head and turned into a bulldog instead.

Claire: Luci with an excellent counter there! Madyson gave her just the briefest of openings and Luci is more than talented enough to take advantage of that.

Neither of them were very fast to get up at this point, but it was Luci who was back to her feet first. She grabbed Stone’s head as she was getting up to deliver a corner bulldog, driving the top of Madyson’s head into the middle turnbuckle. It staggered the brunette backwards a step until a spinning leg lariat from Luci put her down on the mat. The former Nova Champion took a half second to get her breath before snatching the witch into a gutwrench powerbomb and holding her there for the cover.

Zack: She might not look it, but Luci doesn’t miss arm day, does she? And there’s a gutwrench with a three in mind!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THR-NO!

Stone rolled her shoulder off the mat, and Luci got to a vertical base again. The blonde beauty glanced over to her husband, who shared a few words with her just before she went to grab Madyson in another rear waistlock.

Claire: There’s the rear waistlock again. It brought her a lot of success earlier, but will it do so again? Or has the witch conjured up a way to counter this?

This time, Madyson didn’t go for elbows or a leg grab. As soon as Luci clasped her hands together, the witch used a headbutt into her face to stop her. The back of her head struck again, finally shaking the Aussie loose and giving Madyson room to connect with a Pele kick that dropped Luci like a tree to the mat. She knelt on one knee as she tried to get herself together, while her sisters encouraged her from ringside.

Claire: The effects of this match are both starting to take their toll! I’m not sure what either of them has left in the tank at this point!

Zack: They are throwing everything but the kitchen sink at each other, and Madyson’s proving she’s quick on her feet. She was ready for Luci that time when she went to the well once too often.

Luci started to rise up behind her though, and Madyson stopped her with a mule kick to the stomach. The brunette fired her into the far corner, and followed in after her with a running European uppercut that snapped her head back. She let Luci stumble out of the corner before hopping onto the second turnbuckle for a missile dropkick when she turned back around. The witch headed back to the corner again, and came off the middle rope with a knee drop…only for Luci to roll out of the way and let her drive her knee into the mat. Madyson grimaced in pain on impact, kneeling on one knee and clutching the other as Luci was getting up.

Claire: Nobody home!! We call it a mat but let me tell ya folks, it’s not much more than a thin layer of foam over a whole lot of wood and steel. There’s really not much protection when you land hard.

Zack: There’s no soft landings anywhere in that ring, and Madyson’s knee is screaming at her right about now.

As Madyson tried to get up, that’s when Luci went for her finishing knee strike. But the witch ducked it. Luci spun around and went to get her feet under her again when Madyson caught her with a short knee to the body followed by her inverted double underhook facebuster! She dove across her for the cover with both legs hooked.

Zack: Luci looking for SHATT–No! Madyson with a little of that old BLACK MAGIC!!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

The referee called for the bell, and Madyson sat up to catch her breath. She glanced towards her approving sisters before getting to her feet to have her hand raised by the referee.

Lexi: Your winner by pinfall………………MADYSON STONE!!!

Claire: Madyson saw the knee strike coming and was ready for it! Devastating impact from Black Magic and no-one was coming back from that - not after everything that they’d already gone through tonight!

Mikayla and Melody raised her hand as well before the middle sister of the Stone family offered Luci her hand to help her get up again. The Aussie took it as her husband joined them in the ring.

Zack: Madyson proves once again she can hang with technical wizards just as well as the brawlers tonight. Neither of these two women left anything in the locker room, and I’d be interested to see this again down the road.

Claire: You have to hand it to Madyson, she keeps on finding a way to pick up victories no matter who she gets paired up against. And she was certainly up against it tonight with one of the best, brightest and hottest prospects in wrestling across the ring from her.

The trio of witches headed towards the back, greeting many of the fans along ringside before the show cut to a commercial for the Calgary Stampede event 2 weeks from tonight.

Albert, Harry, Sam and Jack

The show goes backstage, and finds DOC reading something off his phone before he’s joined by the reigning Diamond Champion, who gets a warm reception from the fans watching in the arena. DOC stuffs his phone away and puts an arm around River’s shoulders.

DOC: Two weeks from tonight on the first big event of the new year, the reigning and defending Diamond Champion here meets Leighana for her title. Now we talked about Leighana back in Muskegon, but here’s a new wrinkle! Now Nadia has been confirmed as the mandatory challenger for whoever leaves the cleanest city on the planet with the highest mortgage fraud in Canada with the title.

River: You are really proud of those two facts about Calgary, aren’t you? Like almost scarily, creepily so. Just saying, you know. Like you really want to drive home the good and the bad parts of the city. It’s also the home of the world famous Calgary Stampede. You think we might get to meet a real life cowboy? You think they’ll be as hunky as I’m imagining them in my head?

DOC: You’ll have to let me know. DOC likes trivia, what can I say? I should go on one of those quiz game shows. I even did some research on Youngstown tonight. Did you know Pat Bilon was born here? Pat Bilon, by the way, played E.T. in the movie, you seen that one?

River nodded her head.

River: Yeah, I saw E.T. I think almost everyone on the planet has probably seen E.T. A young Drew Barrymore. Elliot being told to phone home. The glowing finger and the super sweet message. Classic, classic movie. And Pat Bilon comes from here? Who would have believed it?

DOC: Also Denise York is from here, she’s the owner of the San Francisco 49ers. Ray “Boom Boom” Mancini too, lightweight champion of the world in boxing! And possibly most famously, Albert, Harry, Sam and Jack…the Warner Brothers! They make movies from time to time, you know.

River: Or at least they did…I’m pretty certain Albert, Harry, Sam and Jack Warner have all passed on by now. I don’t think any of them pulled a Walt Disney. I don’t think any of the brothers have got their heads frozen and stored in the water tower for Yakko, Wakko and Dot to use as an ornament.

There was a shake of her head and a smile.

River: You’re like a veritable walking Wikipedia, DOC. But…you think we should maybe talk just a little bit about the Diamond Championship and seeing as how we’ve talked about Leighana in Michigan, I’m guessing you wanna hear what I think about Nadia here in Ohio, just a stones throw from the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.

DOC: I was getting to them. I am just trying to tell the fans here that they got a lot of big names that came out of this city. Like “Boom Boom” that I mentioned, he has a radio show now. And that Denise lady…well hell, I’m pretty sure she’s doing well as owner of the 49ers. They had a good season this year!

River: Yeah, they did better than the Jags and the Jets and the Giants…and I’ve found that’s a phrase you can use about football and people believe you know at least something about the sport.

She grinned.

River: But yeah, anyone who can afford to own an NFL team must be doing okay for themselves. Not exactly a struggling artist, I’d imagine. And you’re right the fans here have a lot to be proud of. I’m sure they’re loving FFW being here for the first time. Ever. Selling out the Covelli Centre, with the last few flying out of the office as some lucky, lucky people got to meet myself and Angelina. I tell ya DOC, they’re wonderful people and - unlike some I could name - they can’t fill a phonebook with nicknames they’ve given themselves.

DOC: Well that’s true. But I want to send a message out to Nadia. First up, well done on the win on the last show! DOC was impressed as hell by that, and welcome to the title picture. Secondly, if things ever go south with my man, Kevin, we can exchange numbers. He won’t be offended, don’t worry.

DOC made a phone sign to his ear mouthing the words “Call me!” before giving his attention back to River.

River:  Dude, seriously… I hope you asked his permission to ask his girlfriend out in the event that they ever split up. I mean, seriously, is that part of the guy code or something? Anyway…yeah…I’m sure Nadia will keep it in mind.

The musician took a deep breath and let it out slowly.

River: Anyway, Nadia… I’ll let you deal with DOC’s offer anyway you see fit, it’s personal between you and him. However, I will add my congratulations on picking up a big, big win last time out against Leighana, forcing your way into contention for the Diamond Championship and making sure you’re the next in line once we’re done in Calgary. Honestly, if I keep hold of this title, if I rack up another successful defence of the Diamond Championship then I’m going to look forwards to meeting you one on one in that ring and testing myself against another hard hitting, high flyer with so much talent. I’m sure you and I will have an excellent match against each other.

DOC: Not to mention with all these new people Adam keeps bringing, the line to a Diamond title match is gonna really get long. You got Gwen, who will be here tonight from SVW. And then there’s AMC still carting around the Aggression title. Plus you got the first Israeli athlete in FFW history Aviva Miller, mixologist turned pro wrestler.

River: Yeah. We know Gwen is an absolute superstar in the making who, despite her young age, has an awful lot of experience inside the ring behind her already. AMC…I know alot about already. Been in the ring with her, tussled over a title before - the one that she’s currently carrying around with her, unfortunately. And then Aviva Miller is something of a mystery right now. Like everyone else I can’t wait to see what she can do in the ring. Either way, yeah, the line is getting longer and I’m looking forwards to hopefully getting to defend this title against them all - not that I want to get too far ahead of myself or look past Leighana…BBBBBBUUUTTTTTT it is exciting times to be the Diamond Champion with all these new names and faces.

DOC: That reminds me. Did you know any of those girls on Breaking Point that was with Ka…uhh, Diamond Steele? I know she said one of them was coming here too, Sapphire Taylor, I think. I know you and she used to run in similar circles back in the day.

River: Look, DOC, don’t you think that it’s kinda telling that the only musicians who are willing to play with Katherine these days are, you know, related to her? All sisters, half sisters…or first cousins seventeen times removed…or whatever? And then the drummer they picked up out of a dorm room somewhere? Way back when Kate was intolerable and it seems like she’s only gotten worse calling herself Diamond and having her own nicknames scrawled from wrist to elbow so she can remember them all. The only Steele’s I actually liked and got on with was Samara and their father….and I swear that man was either a saint or spent a lot of time out of the house to be able to put up with her mother for as long as he did.

DOC: I’ll take that as a no to my question then. Anyway, Calgary! We’ll see you in two weeks!

He pats River’s shoulder as they head off camera, and the show goes to commercial.

The show returns from the commercial break back to the ring, where Lexi is ready once again to handle the introductions.

Lexi: The following non-title tag team contest is scheduled for one fall to a finish.

Look out, they're closing in on you now
Wake up, or you’ll wake up six feet down
Nobody's got your back in this town
Knock 'em. In the. Teeth. NOW!

The intro to Set It Off's "Killer in the Mirror" starts on the sound system, and lights start blinking in random colors as Luna and Anna Cortez walk onto the entrance ramp, soon joined by her manager Christian Kincaid. Him and Anna wait for Luna to strike her dance-like pose… Before Anna just softly shrugs her shoulder and marches down the ramp towards the ring. Anna is quick to snap back into motion as she dashes towards Anna to match her twin’s pace.

Lexi: Introducing first, escorted to the ring by Christian Kincaid... From Fort Worth, Texas... LUNA AND ANNA CORTEZ!

When the twins climb into the ring, Anna makes her way to the far turnbuckles and steps on the second rope and sitting on the top rope, staring into the audience without breaking contact with them, while Luna makes her way to the ropes facing the hard camera, stepping onto the second rope and sitting on the top rope, her back turned to the hard cam and the audience, as she makes a pose similar to the one she did atop the ramp. They eventually back down from the ropes and take their place in the corner, strategizing with Christian before the match starts..

Zack: Tonight could be a very big night for the Cortez girls. A win here would likely guarantee them a shot at the tag titles somewhere in the future. And we know all three of them love to collect titles. And if the champions have tunnel vision to Calgary tonight, they will be making a big mistake.

Claire: Any time that you manage to pick up a win over a sitting Champion, you’re going to put yourself towards the head of the queue for a title match and this could be a golden opportunity for them. We know that they are a very talented duo who will exploit any weakness or moment of distraction the Doomsday Sisters might show.

The lights go out...

The intro of music of “Giant Press” by Unknown Artist (NPJW) hits the arena, prompting the arena to erupt to thunderous reaction.

As the song begins, the spotlight is beaming on the stage, where Victoria Havoc & Sienna Danger comes out and steps onto the stage. Sienna goes down on one knee while Victoria stands behind her, both ladies having their arms positioned in a flex position. After a while, the ladies stop posing and form their hands together in the symbol of a triangle, representing their faction. After Sienna makes it to her feet, the ladies menacingly stomp their foot on the stage, causing the four corners of the ring to shoot out fog, accompanied by a thunderous booming sound. Just then, the ladies make their way to the ring.

Lexi: Making their way to the ring, representing The Matriarchy... at a total combined weight of 390 pounds…from Melbourne, Australia…they are the reigning Future Shock Tag Team Champions…..”The Lady Beast” Victoria Havoc & “The Python” Sienna Danger…They are…THE DOOMSDAY SISTERS!!!!!

Once the ladies get to ringside, they walk around the ring, doing a little trash talking with the fans at ringside. The ladies climb up to the apron, wipe their feet on the apron, and step over the ropes to enter the ring. Victoria & Sienna then walk over to opposite corners where they climb up and pose, yelling back at the crowd at every chance. They then go towards the other two opposite corners to do the same routine after climbing up. After coming down and the lights come back on, Victoria & Sienna go to their corner of the ring as they wait for the match to begin.

Zack: I guarantee you neither Anna nor Luna have ever faced anyone with the strength possessed by the tag champions. Sienna and Victoria are forces of nature, which is why they have those titles. That said, I’m not sure they’ve faced anyone…as slippery as their opponents can be…at least in the case of the former Miss Future Shock America Luna.

Claire: Luna is more than happy to take a shortcut. Though I’m not sure I’d recommend it when you’re going up against a pair of powerhouses who could probably snap you in half and would do so without thinking twice about it. And the Doomsday Sisters are going to have to exploit that power advantage tonight to slow down and ground the Cortez Sisters.

Victoria stepped out to the corner for her team after all four women were checked for illegal weapons. Luna stayed in for her team as referee Stephen Wilson called for the bell. As soon as Sienna began to move, Luna waved the referee over and started pointing to a neutral corner. Wilson gave her a confused look as Luna continued to complain to him about something in one of the corners as Anna rolled her eyes.

Zack: Well that was the bell, but I’m not sure what’s going on now. Luna’s pointing to one of the neutral corners, and I have no idea what the problem is. The referee looks a little befuddled too.

Claire: I’m not sure either. To me it looks just like a standard, ordinary, run of the mill wrestling ring corner. But Luna obviously has something that she wants so…

Sienna stood with her arms crossed as the referee responded before finally throwing his hands up. Wilson headed to Luna’s corner, untied the tag rope and went to tie it to the adjacent corner, causing Anna to move to that corner on the outside. Then he went to Sienna’s corner to get that rope.

Zack: Luna wants the tag ropes rearranged so her team can be in the next corner. The referee is actually moving the tag ropes, Claire. And now he has to change the corner for Doomsday Sisters. A neutral corner is a neutral corner, if you ask me. What’s the difference?

Claire: As far as I’m concerned, absolutely none at all. They’re all made from the same materials and put up in the same way… perhaps Luna’s discovered Feng Shui over the holidays and has to tag in a corner that points in a certain direction?

Sienna followed the referee as he went to tie the tag rope in the next corner, and that’s when Luna went on the attack. She charged Sienna from behind with a barrage of forearms to the back. The referee finished tying the rope as Sienna turned around as Luna was about to nail another forearm, causing the former Nova Champion’s eyes to widen before she was tossed by the neck into the Doomsday Sisters corner. And that’s when Sienna started hammering forearms into Luna’s chest and body, pounding her into the corner.

Zack: Now we know why she wanted to do it, Claire! She wanted to get a cheap shot in…and has that ever backfired!

Claire: That’s a textbook tactical error right there. Luna’s picked one of the biggest, meanest wrestlers in Future Shock to cheap shot, failed to put her down and didn’t get the hell out of dodge while she still had the chance.

Sienna tagged her sister into the match before they both grabbed an arm, and yanked her out of the corner and fired her back into it again. Luna’s body was treated harshly as she was repeatedly pulled out and fired back into that same corner several times. Havoc measured an elbow into her head before using a massive beal to send her flying out of the corner to the canvas. Luna tried to get back to her feet, only to get grabbed from behind by a handful of tights and yanked into a kidney punch. Victoria shoved her back into her team’s new corner, and tagged Sienna in again before the two hoisted Luna up for a double knee gutbuster.

Claire: The way this is going Anna’s only going to be a spectator tonight!

Zack: How’s that new corner working out for you, Luna?

Sienna tagged Victoria once again as they both shoved Luna into their corner, and used a double foot choke in the corner until the referee got to a four count. As Danger left the ring, Victoria scooped Luna up for a snake eyes to bounce her face off the top turnbuckle, only for Cortez to stagger out into a scoop powerslam followed by two hands pressed against her chest for a cover.

Zack: You’re seeing why the tag champions are just that, I’ve lost count of all the tags! But this cover ain’t gonna work! You gotta at least hook a leg on Luna, I think.

ONE!!

TWOOOOOOOOOO!!

Luna kicked out as the two hit the mat, and Victoria asked her sister if she wanted some more before leaning back and making another tag. Havoc jerked Luna to her feet, throwing her into Sienna who dropped her with a spinebuster before making the tag again.

Claire: With the frequency of these tags, the Doomsday Sisters might not get a chance to break a sweat here tonight.

The two joined forces again as they pulled Luna to her feet, and whipped her across to the far side. A double big boot to the chest put her down once more before Sienna stepped out long enough to get the tag to come back. Anna was pacing on the corner as Christian had a very concerned look on his face now as he shouted some advice to Luna. Sienna dragged the former Nova Champion to her feet, and applied an abdominal stretch before driving her fist into Luna’s ribcage a few times.

Claire: Christian can shout all the advice he likes but with the way the two powerhouses are working, I don’t think it’s going to do all that much good. Luna’s not even looked like coming close to landing a blow in anger since those opening forearms.

Zack: Conversely, this is the longest either one of the tag champions have been in the ring this whole match, I think. The Laurie Jane Experience are gonna have their work cut out for them in a couple weeks.

The referee asked Luna about quitting, but she made it clear she wasn’t going to do that. Sienna rained a few more punches into Luna’s ribs, at least until she used one hand to jam a thumb into Sienna’s eye. That stopped her for a second, and Luna managed to get away from her. But Sienna wasn’t fazed long, and went to get her. She grabbed Luna’s long black hair from behind to pull her to her. That’s when Cortez grabbed the referee to pull him to her to obscure her using a mule kick between Sienna’s legs to stop her. Wilson broke her grip with a curious look as Sienna dropped to her knees on the canvas.

Zack: It took a thumb in the eye and a low blow to do it, and that’s been Luna’s best offense the whole match so far. She may be poking the bear though if Sienna gets back to her feet.

Claire: That’s the absolute last thing that she needs to have happen. No matter what it takes, she has to try and keep Sienna off her feet and in a position where she can’t use that power of hers.

Cortez got her wits about her, and an angry look on her face as she turned back around to drive repeated elbows into Sienna’s face. That kept the Aussie down long enough for Luna to measure a standing sidekick to the side of her head to topple the tag champion to all fours on the mat. She bounced the near side for a guillotine leg drop to put her down on the mat, and then utilized a Garvin stomp with Danger face down on the mat. Anna held out her hand, asking her sister to tag out and recuperate but Luna ignored her to deliver more punishment.

Zack: Not a bad idea from Anna there, is it? Luna was getting clobbered there for a while, and she could probably use a little R&R in her new corner.

Claire: It would be a good idea. Like you said, Luna’s taken quite a beating already…but if she gives Sienna a chance to get back to her feet, she could be sending her sister right into the teeth of a buzzsaw.

Luna pulled her arms behind her and began stomping the back of her head repeatedly. One last big stomp sent Sienna face first into the mat, and Luna turned her back to the official for a moment as he checked on Sienna. She turned back around with her hands behind her back, waving for Sienna to get up. It didn’t take long for the tag champion to do that, and Luna immediately applied a sleeper hold with the help of some loose wrist tape under her arm around Sienna’s neck. She got Danger on her knees pretty quickly as the tag champion was choking and gasping for air, which gave the referee pause since that wasn’t the usual response to a sleeper.

Claire: Luna’s rolling the oldest tricks in the book here to deal with the powerhouse, but I guess the reasons these are the old ones is because they’re so damned effective.

Zack: I realize she may want to get a pound of flesh from how this began, but I still think I’d make a tag here. Anna’s the freshest woman in the match, and her high speed offense may be ideal for someone like Sienna.

Wilson finally started investigating what was going on, and started to reach under Luna’s arm. But Cortez turned Sienna around, still with the hold applied. Danger was beginning to fade as she was trying to get her wind. Wilson moved around, and tried to feel under Luna’s arm a second time but she turned again. Victoria had had enough though, and stepped into the ring. She grabbed Luna by the hair with two hands, pulling her backwards and causing her to drop the wrist tape to the mat. Wilson admonished her and told her to get out of the ring before Luna kicked the tape to the floor before he could turn around. When the referee refocused on the match, Luna had applied a bow and arrow submission at that point.

Claire: Good job from the Cortez sister to cover her tracks and this hold will certainly do a number on the core strength of Sienna. And who knows, if she can keep it locked in for long enough, she could actually start to negate most of the Australian’s offense.

Zack: Neither one of these two women have a lot of fanfare surrounding them. Only Anna really has a following of supporters, and she’s the only one who hasn’t been allowed to compete.

Luna pulled back on her arms, trying to make the pressure even worse. Wilson asked about stopping the match, only for the Aussie to bark a loud “NO!” at him. Meanwhile, Cortez was steadily talking trash behind her, which seemed to be riling the champion up more. Luna’s talking stopped though as she was starting to lose control of the hold. Sienna showed immense strength as she was bringing her hands together! She almost completed it before Luna let go of her hands, and scampered quickly to her corner to tag Anna while Sienna was getting up with an angry expression.

Zack: She’s….she’s breaking that submission! I’ve never seen her do that! I think Luna’s had enough payback now!

Claire: Yeah, I think she wants to get the Hell out of here before she has a repeat of the beating from the start of the contest. Unfortunately, Anna might find herself getting picked apart instead.

Anna bounded over the top rope into the ring just as Sienna swung for her head. The eldest Cortez ducked the shot, and then ducked a second swipe before darting towards the ropes. She ran up them like a cat as Danger turned around into a hurricanrana that spiked her on top of her head. The Ohio crowd was getting behind Anna as she darted for the far side. She scaled the corner like a cat, and launched herself off when Sienna was back to her feet….and into a dragonrana for the cover!

Zack: Look at the speed….and a dragonrana for the first time in Sienna’s career, I bet!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

TH-NO!!

Danger kicked out before the three, and Anna bolted to her feet. She darted for the other corner, and caught Victoria with a jawbreaker that propelled her off the canvas to the floor. Anna dropped to all fours in that corner, and started pounding the mat.

Claire: Anna’s laying down a blueprint if the LJE are watching… but the question is, how long will she be able to sustain this success?

Cortez pounded her fists into the mat waiting for Sienna to get up before she blasted out of the corner with a jumping mid-air knee strike to the jaw that floored Sienna before she made the cover with an outside leg hook!

Zack: Where have I seen that move before?! Right on the button that says “Good night, Sienna!”

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THRE-NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Sienna kicked out again, and Anna rolled away to kip back up to her feet. The Ohio crowd was 100% behind her now as she headed for her team’s corner to make her way up top. She perched herself and waved for Danger to get up again!

Claire: Anna was half a second away from picking up a victory there…but I don’t know if it’s wise to let Danger get back to her feet - even after that knee strike!

Sienna finally got to her feet, and turned around as Anna came off the top rope with a cutter that bounced the Aussie off the canvas before she rolled her over for the cover again!

Zack: Good Lord! It’s over…it’s gotta be over!!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-WHOA!

Anna got yanked out of the ring by her foot, courtesy of Victoria. She landed on her feet, and the pair started trading blows…only Victoria was winning.

Claire: This is not where Anna wants to be and not the contest that she wants to be partaking in. Her success has been in sticking and moving, standing and trading hands is only going to favor the Tag Champs.

Victoria’s hands were landing more quickly, causing Anna to wobble on her feet…until Luna raced down the apron and connected with a blockbuster that floored Havoc literally. Anna tried to get her bearings before rolling back into the ring, while Luna put the boots to Victoria at ringside.

Claire: Luna with the save! Anna’s got a chance to put this one away, while those stomps give her insurance…maybe.

Sienna was very woozy at this point, and was just beginning to get to one knee shakily. Anna leaned against the corner, trying to summon her faculties as well. As Danger made it to her feet, Anna charged her and left her feet….onto to get caught around the neck by two big hands and into a sitout powerbomb that put them both on the mat.

Zack: A Rydeen bomb from nowhere snuffed Anna’s fire, but Sienna….she’s not sure right now if she’s in Youngstown or Yazoo City!

Claire: Anna ran right into Sienna’s grasp right there and was made to pay for it, but I don’t think Sienna has ever been on the wrong end of the high impact moves that she was earlier on and it’s saving the match for the Cortez sisters right here!

Wilson started counting them both as Christian was encouraging Anna to come towards him as he stood behind Luna. The middle of the Cortez sisters had her hand out as Anna started to head towards her.. Sienna sat up slowly, holding the back of her head and spotting Victoria in her corner ready for the tag. She started to head in that direction as Anna made the tag to Luna.

Zack: Anna was closer, and she got to her corner first! And Luna better stop Sienna in a hurry, if she knows what’s good for her!

As soon as Danger got to her feet, Luna jumped on her back and immediately applied a kata ha jime (Tazzmission) submission! Danger toppled backwards to the mat as Luna locked the hold in with her less than 3 feet from her corner.

Claire: One of the most deadly holds in all of wrestling!! Luna’s got it locked in tight and Sienna could be mere moments away from passing out!!!

The camera picked up Christian say that was the “Luna Lights Out” as she tightened her grip. Sienna flailed as she tried to get free, but couldn’t reach the ropes or get her hand onto Luna either. Victoria held out her hand to reach for the tag, but her partner was too far away. When Wilson finally started letting her hand drop, Victoria came in after the second drop and stomped Luna’s head to cause the break. Wilson immediately got on her case to get out of the ring, while Sienna was flat on the mat.

Claire: Victoria saw her sister fading and was determined the match wasn’t going to end like that - not with Sienna so close to the corner and the tag!

Zack: She damn near stomped Luna’s brains out too, and now Sienna has to make a tag. She’s absorbed about as much punishment as Luna was put through earlier.

Luna held her head, and crawled away a couple feet as she tried to get to her feet. Victoria stepped to the other side of the corner, reaching down and finally getting a tag from her sister. Luna had barely gotten back to her feet before a lariat from an oncoming Victoria flipped her in mid-air to the canvas.. She had a foul look on her face as she paced back and forth for a moment.

Zack: That was almost a decapitation on live television! And Luna’s in major trouble now!

Claire: She never even saw it coming! It was like stepping in front of a freight train and there was only ever one winner there.

Victoria hit the corner, and blasted Anna off the apron with a high knee. She turned back to the ring, and pulled Luna up. She planted her head between her legs, but Luna wasn’t able to stand up and collapsed to the canvas, which seemed to make Victoria happy.

Zack: She’s out. That lariat put Luna into the next postal code, and Victoria can finish this whenever she likes.

Claire: I think she’s wanting to put an exclamation point on this and send a message to the Experience just two weeks away from the title match in Calgary.

She leaned down to pull Luna up again, planting her head between her legs. But as soon as she wasn’t holding her, Luna fell back to the mat. The referee knelt next to Luna, trying to get a response from her as her manager was kneeling on the apron with some concern on his face. Victoria caught him with a boot to the face to send him off the apron before doubling back. Havoc shrugged her shoulders, and dropped down to make the cover.

Claire: Luna’s not moved a muscle of her own volition since she hit the mat. This count is academic.

ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NO!

Anna used a baseball slide to send Victoria rolling off the cover. Wilson went to get her as Havoc got back to her feet, and stalked towards her. And when she passed Luna, that’s when the former Nova Champion began to move.

Zack: Anna with a save for her team, and now she’s got all of Victoria’s attention. She may not want it though….and Luna…..she’s moving!

Victoria grabbed Anna before she could get out of the ring, one hand holding her top while the other rained punches into her head. Luna made it back to her feet, trying to get her wits about her before she scooped Havoc up from behind into a victory roll. Wilson dove to the canvas to count!

Zack:: Luna with a victory roll! Victoria was focusing on Anna!!

ONE!!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NO!

Victoria kicked out with force, and sent Luna rolling away from her. She got back to her feet, and quickly scooped the former champion into position for her muscle buster finisher! She dropped down to make the cover immediately.

Zack: She calls that CODE RED!! And I don’t think Luna has it in her to get up this time!

ONE!!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Wilson called for the bell as Havoc got to her feet. Sienna was starting to get her feet under her at this point, and rolled back into the ring.

Lexi: Your winners by pinfall………….VICTORIA HAVOC AND SIENNA DANGER…..THE DOOMSDAY SISTERS!!!

The referee went to check on Luna as Victoria told him to raise her hand. He held up a finger to ask for a moment. Sienna joined her sister, demanding their hands be raised before Christian pulled Luna out of the ring to assist her, along with her sister.

Claire: That’s just indicative of the power Victoria and Sienna possess. There was no way on earth that Luna was going to kick out. Hell, I swear she bounced like a basketball when she landed!!

Wilson finally raised their hands before they demanded their titles returned to them. He went to get them, and handed them back to the Sisters…..before they both chokeslammed him. Havoc leaned down and told him that was for Jacqui, and this was going to be a warning for the other referees when Sienna pulled his lifeless form back up to his feet.

Claire: It looks like Stephen Wilson was unfortunate enough to pick the short straw tonight and, well, we’ve seen just how devastating the Matriarchy can be when they’re in a petulant mood.

Zack: He wasn’t the official for that match or the backup referee either! This doesn’t prove anything to anyone!

Sienna picked the referee up into position for a tombstone piledriver until Laurie and Jane took off towards the ring. Jane went after Victoria as Laurie pulled the referee back down to the mat, and started firing shots at Sienna.

Zack: I think the Laurie Jane Experience may be about to get this under control!

Claire: Laurie and Jane are certainly taking the fight to the Champions right here, but even after that match, I still wouldn’t want to stand and throw hands with them if I were the challengers.

Jane nailed Sienna with a neckbreaker before rolling out to the floor and retrieving a couple chairs from under the ring. She slid one towards Laurie, and rejoined her with her own chair. That was when the Sisters went to the floor just as Jane was coming towards Sienna.

Zack: Thank goodness for the Experience! The tag champions will meet these two in Calgary for the gold. And it’s like you said earlier, Claire, Anna may have laid out a blueprint for these two two weeks from tonight!

Claire: Hit hard. Hit fast. Stay out of reach as best you can because as the Doomsday Sisters proved, if they get to lay their hands on you, you’re going to have some real rough rides and very bad landings.

The Doomsday Sisters held up their titles at ringside to boos from the crowd, showing them to the former tag champions as Future Shock took a commercial break.

Welcome to Future Shock, Gwen

After a commercial for the Future Shock merchandise site, the show returns to the ring. But this time, we find Sara between the ropes, not her usual spot in the arena.

Sara: Ladies and gentlemen, it’s no secret that Future Shock Director Adam Grant has been quite busy bringing in new talent to this roster. And one of those women is my guest at this time. She was most famously one half of the Illunimati PROJEKT in SVW, so please join me in welcoming…..GWEN MARGOLIS!!

The lights go down and the video screen goes black as the opening to Blondie’s “One Way or Another” starts playing throughout the arena. A spotlight roams the arena until it finally stops at the top of the steps, where Gwen Margolis strikes a pose with her hand raised to the sky and a huge smile on her face.

One way or another, I’m gonna find ya
I’m gonna getcha getcha getcha getcha
One way or another I’m gonna win ya
I’m gonna getcha getcha getcha getcha

She takes off down the steps, high fiving fans as she makes her way down to the front row and vaults over the barricade. Gwen rushes up the ring steps and throws her hands up into peace signs before ducking through the ropes, high fiving and hip bumping Sara as the music fades out and she gets a very warm welcome from the Ohio crowd.

Gwen: Ohioooooooo! How’s everybody doing tonight?

Fans: GWEN! GWEN! GWEN!

Sara: First and foremost I….and it sounds like everyone in Ohio….wants to welcome you to Future Shock, Gwen!

Gwen: Thank you, Sara! I’m so excited to be here, and it makes me really hyped that everyone else is looking forward to it as much as I am.

Sara: According to tweets I read from Adam, it seems you two have been in communication for a while now. Is that what brought you to Future Shock? Or was there something else that made it your next home as opposed to everywhere else out there?

Gwen: Yeah, we have. When my uncle and I first came to SVW, I was also intrigued by Future Shock because I mean hey, if you wanna be at the forefront of women’s wrestling, that’s where you go. So I got in touch with Adam early on, but I’d wanted to focus on my tag team with my uncle. When SVW closed, I ran out of excuses to keep from going solo. And for all you Illuminati PROJEKT fans out there, don’t worry! Uncle Monty’s gonna be managing me here in Future Shock, so you’ll still see him around, even if it’s not in the ring.

Sara: I was actually going to bring that up. You competed almost as often on your own as in a team with your uncle in SVW. Do you think it’s going to be much of a change for you to be solo all the time now?

Gwen: Oh, I know it will. Like yeah, my uncle’s still going to be here and he’s still got my back, but this’ll be the first time in my career that I’ll be primarily a solo competitor - and if I am in a tag match, it’ll be with someone who isn’t Uncle Monty. So it’s definitely gonna be an adjustment, but I’m ready for it. Gotta spread my wings sometime, you know?

Sara: Last but not least, Gwen, tell us if there’s a goal you’ve already set for yourself. An opponent you’d love to meet or a championship that’s caught your eye?

Gwen: Coming in, I’ve got my eye on the Diamond Championship, and a lot of that’s got to do with River Campbell. I saw a ton of her matches in SVW and some of the ones she’s had here, and she’s awesome. I would love to tear it up with her in a ring someday. Eventually yeah, I want to be Future Shock Champion - doesn’t everyone? But that’s a long term thing. Right now my goal is to get myself established here as a solo act, and get myself into contention for the Diamond Championship.

Sara: I’m positive River will welcome that challenge. Gwen, I speak for everyone here in Ohio and watching when I say I look forward to seeing your debut. And once again, welcome to Future Shock.

Her music starts again as Sara steps out of the ring, and the crowd gives her plenty of love as the show heads to a commercial break.

When the show returns from the break, the ring is empty and Lexi is standing by on the floor as if she’s waiting for something.

Zack: Fans, it’s time for the public workout of Ashley Marie Chase. Whatever this is isn’t going to be an actual match, I’m told. It’s more an exhibition, and Lexi doesn’t know who she needs to introduce other than one woman in particular.

Claire: I’m sure that this will be a very revealing and informative display from one of Future Shock’s newest signees.

Three women head towards the ring: a blonde, a brunette, and a redhead. They are all wearing matching ring gear as well as they climb between the ropes. Each of them start warming up and stretching a little as they await their opponent.

Zack: I can’t say I recognize any of these three girls in the ring. I didn’t figure Kyle would want to use anyone on the active roster of Future Shock, but he got them all matching outfits so none of them would stand out too much.

Claire: I’m sure Mr. Kilmeade has only hired some of the best and most impressive trainees for this demonstration. I’m sure we’ll hear about how he has handpicked this trio in order to push his client to her limits and allow her to show all of her potential.

"Dangerous Woman" by Ariana Grande begins to play as two ladies in evening dresses walk out to the top of the rampway and unroll a red carpet.

Don't need permission
Made my decision to test my limits
Cause it's my business, God as my witness
Start what I finished

AMC steps out from the back wearing a beautiful flowing robe. Her manager Kyle Kilmeade follows closely behind her. AMC stops at the top of the ramp and slowly spins in a circle as Kyle applauds his client.

Don't need no hold up
Taking control of this kind of moment
I'm locked and loaded
Completely focused, my mind is open

Lexi: Coming down the aisle accompanied by Kyle Kilmeade and hailing from Beverly Hills, CA.   She is the FOREVER SVW AGGRESSION CHAMPION!!!!!!  “The Beverly Hills Socialite” A. M. C.!!!!!!!!!!

All that you got, skin to skin, oh my God
Don't ya stop, boy
Somethin' 'bout you makes me feel like a dangerous woman
Somethin' 'bout, somethin' 'bout, somethin' 'bout you
Makes me wanna do things that I shouldn't

AMC slowly makes her way down the aisle and upon reaching the ring she walks up the steps, taking a moment to wipe her feet on the apron and removes her robe revealing her SVW Aggression Championship as Kyle gets on the apron and holds the ropes open.  AMC Slowly bends over to get in the ring giving Kyle a great view of her ass causing him to smirk. Once in the ring Kyle removes her championship and kisses her hand causing loud boos from the crowd. AMC then climbs the ropes and raises her title in the air to louder boos.

Zack: Notice none of the three girls got entrances, but here’s Ashley. And she brought the title with her again. I don’t know about you, Claire, but I’m kinda hoping one of these three girls shows her up…if not all of them.

Claire: It would certainly make a highlight reel and help these girls make a name for themselves if that were to happen. But I don’t think I’ll put any money on that. Something tells me that probably wouldn’t be a wise bet.

The three girls stand in one corner as Ashley holds up a finger towards them, and does a few calisthenics in her corner. She stretches both legs, does a few jumping jacks, and a few squats as she loosens up.

Zack: I’m no wrestler, but I’d assume doing your warm up routine would take place in your locker room. Because I think we can agree no one on this roster is going to stand around and wait for Ashley to loosen up.

Claire: Usually….but I guess for a ‘public workout’ the Forever Champion wants to approach things a little bit differently.

Ashley finally finishes and waves the brunette forward. Kyle tells the camera her name is Audrey as she does as she’s told, and walks into a deep armdrag takedown. She pops back up, only to catch two more before Ashley fires her across to the far corner. Audrey stiffens up for a moment as she sees what’s coming, and Ashley fires off a trio of knife edge chops into her chest and gets monkey flipped to the mat. Chase kips back up to her feet, and uses a baseball slide to send Audrey to the floor. The Forever Champion dusts off her hands, and cracks her knuckles.

Zack: I guess that means Audrey is done then. I don’t think she has to worry about Adam calling her anytime soon. She didn’t even put up any kind of defense, just took whatever Ashley threw at her until she was done with her.

Claire: I hope she got whatever money Kyle promised her upfront. Still at least we’ve seen that Ashley has a pretty decent armdrag and monkey flip. Let’s see if the blonde or the redhead can mount any more offense tonight.

Ashley holds up a finger to the other two girls before picking up a water bottle in her corner. She gulps down some of it, and waves the redhead forward. Kyle informs that her name is Brittany. She came out of the corner in a hurry as she tried to surprise Ashley with a clothesline…but stopped just short of actually connecting with it. That gave Chase a chance to “counter” with a discus elbow to the mouth. A trio of right hands landed upside her head before she got whipped across to the far side, and scooped up for a spinebuster on the rebound. When she tried to pull herself up with the ropes, Ashley nailed her with a spinning backfist that sent her out to the floor. Chase grinned, and stopped for another swig of water.

Zack: Yeah. I’m not holding out any hope that we are going to see Brittany in Future Shock anytime soon either. I thought she was actually gonna try to land a shot at the start, but well….I was wrong.

Claire: Yeah… I believe in the NFL Ashley would be classed as having a red shirt workout here. Kind of non contact. Still…at least she’s able to stay properly hydrated while she’s expending all of this energy. We shouldn’t downplay the importance of hydration should we?

Kyle shouted to the blonde that it was her turn, and the camera hears him call her Sabrina. The blonde bounces on the balls of her feet, hearing the boos of the crowd at this display and actually charges out of the corner. It looked like she was going for a double leg takedown, but it turned into more of a waist hug before Ashley began raining forearms down across her back. A couple knee strikes to the face had her reeling on her knees, and Ashley bounced off the near side with a running boot to her jaw that knocked her to the canvas. As she tried to get up, Chase bounced off the near side to connect with her curb stomp finisher before rolling her out of the ring to the floor. She got back to her feet, and raised her hands in victory.

Zack: She calls that the FULL FACIAL. And thank goodness this is over. I’m not sure what was accomplished here other than three human crash test dummies taking a beating to fuel Ashley’s already considerable ego.

Claire: No, I think that’s about all. Kyle gets to hype up the latest talent he’s brought to Future Shock and the three women laying at ringside hopefully got a pretty good payday from the whole thing, given how Kyle was bragging about his financial success recently.

Kyle hopped up on the apron, praising his client as she raised the defunct Aggression Championship over her head. Then got herself another gulp of water before she was handed a towel to dry her face, despite the fact she hadn’t even broken a sweat. As she faces the camera celebrating, the boos start diminishing as another woman makes her way down to the ring. She’s also in her ring gear, and steps through the ropes with a smile on her face. Ashley turns back to see she has company, and the smile fades quickly.

Zack: Well now…this finally got interesting. Maybe there’s a fourth woman who wants to test Ashley…that’s Aviva Miller! We saw her on the last show, and I’m very curious to see what happens here.

Claire: Well, we’ve seen Ashley get a public workout in. It’s only fair that Aviva gets to do the same and give us an inkling of what she can do. This could be quite a marker to lay down with the Forever Champion in the ring.

Aviva told Ashley she wanted to be part of the workout, and asked the crowd if that’s what they’d like to see. The newcomer got some cheers as Ashley demurred, saying the public workout was over and that she was stealing her spotlight. She told her to leave, which got more boos from the crowd.

Zack: Ashley’s not interested in that idea, because I’m pretty sure Aviva would fight back. And where’s the fun in that, right Forever Champ?

Claire: Heaven forbid that tonight she shows us what she is capable of against someone who won’t pull their punches or refuse to lay a glove on her.

She told her again to leave, and Aviva shrugged her shoulders and headed towards the ropes. That was until Ashley charged her, and started attacking her from behind. Several forearms landed across her back before Chase spun her around. She went to nail her with a right cross, but that got blocked as Miller started firing back. Five quick punches landed on her jaw before Miller scooped her up for an inverted atomic drop. It caused Chase to stumble with her knees together, and gave Aviva a chance to hit the ropes behind her and come back with a one-handed bulldog.

Zack: This public workout is definitely starting to look like more of a workout! Aviva didn’t get the memo she wasn’t supposed to actually hit Ashley!

Claire: Chase went for the cheap shot and Miller is cleaning her clock for her!! Kyle might want to get his client out of here in double quick time!!

Ashley got back to her feet in a huff, only to get spun around into a bell clap that staggered her again. Miller raised her hand, and brought down an open hand clap against Chase’s chest that resonated through the arena, and Ashley immediately bolted out of the ring with one hand pressed to the spot Aviva struck.

Zack: What a shot! If Chase ever had any work done on her chest, it may have just ruptured with that. And there she goes to ringside, I think the public workout is over.

Claire: Chase’ll have a handprint in black and blue on her chest for the next couple of days with the way Aviva laid in that last shot!

Ashley grabbed the Adrenaline title, and complained to her manager about the handprint on half of her chest. She showed it to him, and glared back at Aviva in the ring. Miller held up her hands with a shrug, and had clearly won over the crowd with that display.

Zack: Ashley’s leaving, which is a shame because it certainly looks like Aviva came to have a match tonight. I’m really looking forward to seeing her in a match now, and it sounds like the fans have taken a shine to her already.

Claire: Certainly gained herself a following amongst the FFW faithful with this display tonight and I’m sure it’ll not be too long before Adam grants these fans their wishes. I’m sure it’ll be one heck of a debut too.

Zack: OH! From your mouth to God’s ear, Claire! It’s official, just handed down by Adam! Aviva Miller will debut at the Calgary Stampede….against Ashley Marie Chase 2 weeks from tonight on FFW All Access! I’m not sure the Forever Champion will be thrilled when she hears about this.

Claire: Ashley can look at the bright side - she only has to wait two weeks to get her revenge on the woman who stole her spotlight tonight. Though on the basis of tonight, she’s certainly going to be in for a long night when we arrive in Calgary on February 15th.

Aviva flashed a bright smile as she dropped back to ringside, greeting a few of the fans along the barrier as she told the camera she thought Ashley wanted a workout tonight.

Zack: I’m certainly looking forward to what will be the official debut of both Ashley and Aviva in Calgary. Not a bad way to make your debut on a Future Shock event. No, Aviva. She wanted three tackling dummies tonight. But all of Youngstown certainly appreciates you interrupting this nonsense.

Claire: Them, us and I’m sure everyone at home shares that sense of relief. I’m equally sure that they’re all looking forward to seeing these two meet in the middle of the Future Shock ring and really show everyone what they are capable of.

As she heads towards the back, the show cuts to a commercial for the upcoming Calgary Stampede event on FFW All Access.

Calgary Is Calling

The show cuts to a split screen, and we find the broadcast team on one side and the Director of Future Shock on the other.

Zack: Adam, I understand you got some news pertaining to the show in Calgary two weeks from tonight on All Access. And then Claire and I might pick your brain a little.

Adam: I do have some news on that show. You already announced the match I just added between Ashley Marie Chase and Aviva Miller for the show. But after what happened on the last show in the main event, I’ve done some thinking. If nothing else, the Future Shock title match proved that Cait will do anything she can to retain…even in a loss. And she’s said that, and referred to as champion’s advantage. That is a thing, but I think we need to remove that advantage for her next defense.

Zack: How so?

Adam: I think we all agree Jacqui deserves another shot at the title. So in Calgary, I’m going to make it a triple threat for the Future Shock Championship. Cait will defend against Sydney in her hometown, which I suspect will give her a hero’s welcome. And Jacqui Minogue, obviously deserving of another chance. That way, there is NO champion’s advantage and she’s actually gonna have to pin or submit someone to leave with the title.

Claire: Jacqui definitely deserves another shot at the title and a Triple Threat match definitely takes away some opportunities for Cait to escape with the title. Hopefully the rest of the Matriarchy will be close at hand too - after all, we know how Kyle’s Gold Standard can operate at times when they’ve got the chance of a numerical advantage. Hopefully the Doomsday Sisters might make them think twice and we get the rightful winner and a worthy Champion.

Adam: That’s the idea. Both Sydney and Jacqui deserve their chance. Sydney earned hers in Global Wars like the others, and Jacqui won the Winner’s Circle. And they all need to decide who leaves with the title the old fashioned way: making someone submit or pinning them. And all three of these ladies are capable of doing that. Now what did you want to ask about?

Zack: We’ve seen quite an influx of newcomers to Future Shock and FFW lately. But I’m only asking about this roster for these purposes. With Aviva, Ashley, Sapphire, and Gwen all coming on board, that’s a lot of new talent. Are there others we haven’t seen yet?

Adam: Absolutely. As you have noticed, both Samantha and I have invested a lot in new and hopefully exciting talent. Those names you mentioned? I look forward to all of them, but they are by no means all of the talent that is on the way.

Claire: You’re certainly keeping those cards close to your chest. Any chance you can drop any hints as to what surprises you might have still up your sleeves? Some lil tidbit of information that can set the hares racing amongst the internet faithful; get the Sherlock Holmes’ amongst our fanbase trying to piece together clues and throw out their best guesses?

Adam: I can meet you halfway, Claire. One of them has never been in Future Shock before, either on the roster since the reboot or part of any of the seasons from years ago. The other was part of the seasonal format, but has never been part of the show as we know it now. I’m not at liberty to talk much about anyone else just yet, but there’s two inklings.

Claire: Thank you. That certainly narrows down the field a little bit, takes a couple of names out of the running anyway. I’m sure there’ll be a whole host of guesses starting to get thrown out there already.

Zack: When are we going to see any of them?

Adam: At least one of them, I guarantee, will be at the Calgary Stampede two weeks from tonight on FFW All Access. As a matter of fact, I confirmed her travel with her just before we went on the air tonight. So that’ll be something for our All Access subscribers to anticipate.

Claire: I think that’s something that we’ll be anticipating and I’m sure that whoever they are will make quite the impact when we get to see them in Calgary. Ladies and Gentlemen, if you’ve not already signed up for FFW All Access, there’s no better time to do so then the moment we go off the air tonight. And you’ll not only get to see every show FFW has ever produced, but you’ll also get to see Calgary Stampede from one of the best seats in the house.

Zack: Thanks for chatting with us, Adam. Don’t budge an inch. When we come back, it’s main event time as former members of the Franchise and reigning Anarchy and Nova Champions meet. It’ll be Charlotte and Angelina one on one right after this.

The graphic for the match appears on the screen before the show goes to a commercial break.

The show comes back from the commercial break with Lexi in the ring for the final time this evening. She quickly begins the introductions.

Lexi: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is a Champion versus Champion match!

The stage is bathed in pink light as “Raise Your Glass” by Pink starts playing. After a moment, Angelina Fantastica comes out in a pair of baggy black pants and a pink cropped tank top, her hair tied back in two French braids, threaded through with silver ribbons. She makes her way up to the ring, bopping to the music and grinning at the fans in attendance. Using the bottom rope, she pulls herself up onto the apron and smiles for the camera before gripping the top rope and backflipping easily into the ring.

Lexi: Repping Staten Island, New York, it’s the Shaolin Stunna, the OG, the prodigal daughter of Future Shock, the one and only Angelina Fantastica!

Angelina looks at Lexi and then climbs the turnbuckle, raising her fist in the air while facing the crowd before jumping down, turning to face her opponent.

Zack: One half of the Shaolin Belles and the reigning Nova Champion, Angelina had a fantastic 2021 overall. She made plenty of history, and I don’t think she plans to do anything less than that in 2022.

Claire: She definitely enjoyed one heck of a year in 2021 and tonight she has the opportunity to carry that on into 2022. A win against a woman like Charlotte Harker, the reigning Anarchy Champion and one of the longest reigning Unity Champions would certainly be a statement.

“Start Me Up” by the Rolling Stones begins to play as Charlotte Harker comes out of the back and bounces on the balls of her feet, taking a moment or two to soak in the atmosphere of the crowd while taking a couple of deep breaths. As the crowd booed her loudly, she shook her head and rolled her eyes, slapping her hand against the faceplate of the title resting on her shoulder to incite more jeers from the crowd.

Lexi: Please welcome the reigning Future Shock Anarchy Champion, standing 6’2” and weighing 157 lbs, she comes from Buffalo, New York….CHARLOTTE HARKER!!!

Finally she began to head to the ring, peacock strutting Mick Jagger style all the way there. Climbing up the ring steps, she stands on the apron for the moment, asking the crowd to get louder before she enters the ring through the ropes. Charlotte circled around the ring, holding her title aloft and reveling in the reception that she got from the crowd. Returning to her corner she climbed onto the middle rope, raising the championship belt aloft. Finally she dropped down to the canvas and proceeded to do a couple of last minute stretches, waiting for the referee to come and collect her belt and start the match.

Zack: Charlotte Harker ended last year right where she wanted to be: as the new Anarchy Champion. She showed how badly she wanted that title she’s carrying in the Falls Count Anywhere match she had with Madyson Stone this past November.  Angelina’s got an uphill battle tonight, in my view.

Claire: By no means will this be an easy match for either wrestler. Angelina is as fast as they come and one heck of a striker. But if she gets caught by Charlotte, then that’s going to be a whole different ball game. Harker has the pure, raw power that can inflict a lot of pain in a very short space of time.

Referee Melinda Davis checks both women for hidden objects, and then calls for the bell after Lexi has left the ring. The Ohio crowd is very much behind Angelina, and their chanting of her name brings a smile to her face before she meets Charlotte in the center of the ring. The Anarchy Champion locks up with her, and easily begins to push her backwards into the ropes. As soon as she gets her to the ropes, the referee calls for a break and Charlotte lifts her hands up before taking a step back. That’s when Angelina uses a drop toe hold to send her neck first across the top rope. It stuns the powerhouse for a half second as she tries to get her breath back, and Angelina starts attacking her left ankle with a flurry of low kicks.

Zack: That’s what Angelina has to rely on most: her speed. And she’s going right for Charlotte’s ankle, that’s a good way to avoid all that power.

Claire: It will certainly weaken her base and with a weak foundation, there’s no chance at all that Harker gets to enjoy the full benefit of her strength. That and sending her throat first across the top rope will definitely slow the Moose down.

Harker gets her wind back, and shoves her backwards with one hand. But Fantastica follows up with a baseball slide into her left ankle to wobble her. The Nova Champion bounces off the near side for a chop block into the back of Harker’s knee to take her down to the mat before Angelina grabs her foot. But Charlotte brings her feet up, and uses them like a piston to shoot her opponent backwards. She makes it back to her feet, and turns around into a shotgun dropkick to her chest.

Zack: It’s been a fast break offense from the Nova Champion, and she’s trying her best to get Charlotte on the mat and keep her there. But that’s a lot easier said than done.

Claire: Yes it is. But it’s the right strategy from Fantastica. She has to keep on hitting and moving. She has to keep the pace high because the moment Charlotte catches her, things could get bad in a hurry for the Staten Islander.

The dropkick doesn’t take Charlotte down though, only causing her to stagger backwards off balance. Angelina bolts past her as the Anarchy Champion swipes at her and misses. As soon as Harker turns, Angelina uses the ropes for a springboard into a quebrada that finally puts Charlotte on the mat before she hooks the outside leg for the cover.

Zack: It’s like trying to catch the wind for Charlotte, and Angelina’s ready to hear the bell!

ONE!!

T-NO.

Harker shoves her off the cover as the one hits the mat, and Angelina quickly gets back to her feet. She hits the far side ropes this time as Charlotte is regaining a vertical base, and uses a baseball slide into her left ankle to send her into the ropes, which keeps her from falling down.

Claire: All the work on the leg and ankle is starting to pay dividends right now. Look at Harker, she’s barely able to stay upright and pay weight on her ankle at this point.

Fantastica wastes no time though as she hammers blows across Harker’s back, trying to get her down to the mat. But they don’t work too well, causing her to take off for the far side again. But when she rebounds this time, she runs into a big boot from Charlotte to the jaw that puts her down with one shot. It’s clear that her opponent’s targeting of the ankle was starting to pay off as Charlotte stepped forward gingerly with an agitated look on her face.

Zack: That’s rawbone power. Angelina was stinging like a bee, and it took a few shots to get Charlotte off her feet. One boot from Harker, though, turns the tide quickly.

Claire: At least for now. But the high octane wrestler is getting a chance to regroup while the Anarchy Champion tries to walk off the pain.

She spotted the former Future Shock Tag Champion beginning to rise though, and shoved her into the nearest corner by her neck. Harker followed her in with an elbow across the jaw, and then twice more. She followed that up with that left foot against her neck for a brief choke until the referee got to four. The Anarchy Champion whipped her across to the far corner, letting her crash chest first before a slightly slower rebound off the near side saw her catch Angelina with a sling blade clothesline before she fell into the cover with a leg hook.

Claire: That’s what Charlotte needs to do - keep this in a phonebox as much as possible if she doesn’t pick up the win here!

ONE!!

TWOOOOO!!

Fantastica got her shoulder up in time after the two count. Charlotte got back to her feet, still moving a little slower than normal due to her left ankle. She pulled the 2021 Future Shock Cup winner to her feet, and whipped her into the nearest corner. A trio of shoulder thrusts into her body landed after that before Harker used a beal to send her flying out of the corner to the mat.

Zack: Angelina got launched out of the corner. A beal isn’t too devastating of a move….unless you’re being propelled by someone with the size and power advantage of the Anarchy Champion.

When the Italian beauty began to get up again, a running kneelift to the body almost lifted her off the mat. Charlotte used clubbing blows to her back to put her on her knees again before scooping her up into a slingshot suplex off the nearby ropes. She stomped her back, and planted the foot before grabbing both arms behind her into a standing surfboard submission. The referee knelt in front of Angelina to check for a submission, but didn’t get one as Charlotte began to grind her foot into Fantastica’s back as she pulled back on the submission.

Zack: This is one of those holds that your best hope is that your opponent gets bored, Claire. There’s no way I can see out of it otherwise.

Claire: She really doesn’t. Harker can keep this applied for as long as she wants and this will weaken and strain her foe’s core strength which will stop her from flying around.

After a few seconds, Harker stomped her back in the hold and resumed grinding her boot between her opponent’s shoulder blades. It was clear how much pain Angelina was in by looking at her face. Her teeth gritted, and she grunted every time Charlotte stomped her back. The Anarchy Champion told her to quit, but it didn’t seem like Angelina was going to give her the satisfaction. A couple more stomps landed before Charlotte crossed Angelina’s arms behind her into a X shape as she kept the hold applied tightly.

Zack: That’s an even worse variation of the surfboard! Charlotte is increasing the pain tenfold like this, and Angelina’s showing a lot of grit still trying to suffer through this submission.  It’s not like she can tap out if she wanted to, she’d have to tell the referee she quits.

Claire: It’s not just torturing her spine anymore, it’s restricting the amount of breath that she can take and there’s a very real risk that she could end up passing out in this submission.

The Ohio crowd continued to chant for Angelina, trying to rally her as she was being contorted in pain. Charlotte stomped a couple more times before pulling her up enough to stomp her body back into the mat. Davis checked again, still getting a firm “NO!” from Angelina before Charlotte dropped her arms and drilled a knee drop into her back before rising again. Feeling more confident now, Harker rebounded off the near side and looked to land a big stomp to her back. But the Nova Champion rolled out of the way, and Charlotte stomped her left foot into the mat instead. That caused her to wobble after all the damage done earlier, and Fantastica pushed back to her feet to deliver a bicycle kick that sent Charlotte backwards into the ropes, where her arms got caught between the top and middle.

Zack: Charlotte sent shockwaves through that ankle when Angelina moved, and now….NOW she’s caught in the ropes. That’s not a good place to be!

Claire: Charlotte’s a sitting duck!! We’ve seen in the past the damage that can be done when the arms are tied up like that - Stacey Sky comes immediately to mind with her barrage of superkicks, just leaving her foes out cold when they were finally freed.

With the fans cheering her loudly, Angelina started unloading with straight right hands to Charlotte’s head. The powerhouse wasn’t able to stop her as the shots landed furiously before she took off for the far side with a running high knee that caught her on the jaw. She clutched at her back for a couple seconds before gritting her teeth and taking off for the ropes again. This time, she rebounded with a dropkick to her face. Davis tried to get her to stay back as Charlotte was more than a little dazed. The referee tried to free her arms as Kyle pulled on the ropes in the other direction as they finally managed to get her free. Charlotte slowly got to her feet, and turned into a superkick from Angelina that felled her like a tree before she went for the cover!

Zack: All those shots to the skull, and one emphatic superkick may have just skyrocketed Angelina’s momentum!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NO!

The Anarchy Champion got her shoulder up in time, and Angelina struggled back to her feet. Her back was clearly hurting her still. When Harker sat up finally, Angelina quickly grabbed her left foot and turned her over into an ankle lock submission!

Claire: Charlotte got her shoulder up on instinct I feel! Fantastica’s looking to make sure she doesn’t get that opportunity again with this ankle lock!

As soon as she felt her ankle twist, Charlotte’s face showed absolute agony. Angelina twisted her left ankle tightly, causing the Anarchy Champion’s movements to be more animated as she was trying to get to the ropes. The Youngstown crowd cheered her on as Angelina applied a little more pressure, causing Charlotte to push up on her hands and try to pull them both towards the nearest set of ropes. She almost made it before Angelina walked her back to the center, and added a little more pressure.

Zack: That’s one part of your body you can’t train to absorb more punishment. And no pun intended when I say it may well be Charlotte’s Achilles heel. The only one!

Claire: It’s morale sapping too to get that close to the ring ropes and then pulled all the way back to the middle of the ring, back to square one but having to deal with so much more pain and agony this time. Angelina could well break her opponent’s ankle here - the way Cassandra did to Lydia Charisma!!

Davis checked again and again for the submission, but Charlotte shook her head even as she clawed the mat in pain. As she started to pull them again, Charlotte got her other foot under her and countered by spinning through into a quick rollup.

Zack: What a brilliant counter by Charlotte!!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THR-NOO!!

Fantastica kicked out in time before the three, and quickly got back to her feet. She immediately went for Charlotte’s ankle again, but the powerhouse outwitted her when she leaned over by applying a triangle choke instead!

Claire: The Nova Champion went to the well one time too many and Charlotte caught her in a vice like grip!! Fantastica’s gotta find a way to escape this hold!!

Angelina became very animated now as she desperately tried to find the ropes, even though she couldn’t see them with the positioning. Charlotte’s teeth gritted as she tried to apply as much pressure as possible as quickly as possible, due to her very hurt left ankle. The chants for the Nova Champion began again as the Ohio crowd tried to help her as much as they could, while the referee asked over and over if she wanted to stop the match.

Zack: The clock’s ticking on Angelina getting out of this hold, because it’s only a matter of seconds before it starts taking full effect and the lights go out!

Claire: And the longer she takes, the more Charlotte is going to be able to flex her muscles and tighten her grip, making it even more effective.

Davis continued to ask, but the answers soon stopped coming after a few more seconds. Charlotte rocked back and forth on the mat with a vicious expression on her face as the referee checked Angelina’s arm once, twice, and finally a third time before calling for the bell. Harker shoved her fellow New Yorker away, and tried to get back to her feet….only to stumble to a knee with her ankle in agony.

Zack: Angelina’s out. Like I said, it doesn’t take long with that hold! And Charlotte picks up the win in tonight’s main event.

Lexi: Your winner by submission……………..CHARLOTTE HARKER!!!

Claire: The Anarchy Champion picks up the win by submission but you can see that she’ll be feeling this match for a while. She can barely stand on that ankle after all the work Angelina has done to it.

Charlotte had her hand raised by the referee before she rolled out to ringside. Kyle put her arm over his shoulders to help her stand as her ankle was still very sore.

Zack: It was smart thinking by Charlotte going for the triangle choke, Claire. I don’t think she could have hit her favorite finisher, that side slam backbreaker, tonight.

Claire: I think she might have been asking too much of herself to try and support not just her body weight but Angelina’s too. Not given how she’s looking at the moment. If she’d tried, I’m sure it would have only led to misery for the Moose.

Zack: Two weeks from tonight, fans, it’s the Calgary Stampede on FFW All Access! Make sure you join us the day after Valentine’s for the first major Future Shock event of 2021! Good night from Youngstown, Ohio!

Charlotte stopped at the top of the ramp to raise her hand again before Kyle returned her Anarchy title to her. She clutched it against her body as the show faded off the air.
