Live from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois
September 24, 2022

The FFW logo appears on the screen before the show cuts live inside the United Center, where the fans are already making a tremendous amount of noise as they see someone on the stage they recognize.

Kat: Ladies and gentlemen…..here to perform the theme for this year’s Sin & Sacrifice….”Don’t Start Now”..... DUA LIPA!

The arena goes dark as the stage comes to life when the song begins as the pop starlet heads out onto the stage.

Thinking 'bout the way I was
Did the heartbreak change me? Maybe

As she sings, the viewers at home see highlight footage of the returning Crystal Zdunich who appeared earlier this year to a roar as she faced “Killer B” Bainca Reed as a surprise opponent. Both of her matches with Bianca are shown in clips. Then we see how she earned her shot at the Pure Championship tonight from her match at Unstoppable 13.

If you don't wanna see me dancing with somebody
If you wanna believe that anything could stop me
Don't show up, don't come out
Don't start caring about me now
Walk away, you know how
Don't start caring about me now ('bout me now, 'bout me)

Dua Lipa continues to perform on stage as the video continues showing clips. Now they are of the recent run of Missy from her match winning the Pure title at FFW vs. Future Shock and then her match at Unstoppable 13. She thrusts the title over her head with a defiant expression on her face.

Don't show up (don't show up), don't come out (don't come out)
Don't start caring about me now ('bout me now)
Walk away (walk away), you know how (you know how)
Don't start caring about me now ('bout me now)

The pop star finishes off the song to a roar from the Chicago crowd as she takes a bow to plenty of noise and then we head down to Zack and Lexi in the booth.

Zack: Well that was a helluva surprise! I didn’t realize Dua Lipa was here tonight, but welcome to the 13th annual FFW Sin & Sacrifice! We’re live from the Windy City of Chicago, Illinois in the home of the NBA’s Chicago Bulls…the United Center! Thank you for joining us wherever you are across the globe on FFW All Access.

Lexi: That was definitely a surprise and a massive treat for the fans watching here and at home!

Zack: Tonight has a little bit of everything including the Pure Championship on the line for the first time on a Pay Per View outside of Future Shock. You saw the clips as we get ready to see Crystal Zdunich challenge a seemingly unstoppable Missy!

Lexi: Missy has definitely been on a roll lately hasn’t she? I’m betting there are at least a few that are wondering just what it will take to stop her at the moment.

Zack: The Phoenix title is also on the line in what I feel is becoming a very crowded division when Ruby Steele finally gets her shot at Mara Werth that she should have had at Unstoppable 13. Who do you like here?

Lexi: Ruby has had to wait longer than she should have done to get her shot, but Mara is another one who has been on incredible form lately so I’m finding it real hard to bet against her, ya know.

Zack: Two #1 contender matches are also on tap. Mikayla Stone makes her FFW Pay Per View in-ring debut against the “Million Dollar Baby” Cait Flanagan! The winner of that will meet Mara or Ruby at our next major event, Red Alert, in November.

Lexi: I know that Conor has been working with Mikayla to get her ready for her first FFW PPV, but with the kind of shenanigans that Cait and Kyle usually get up to, it’s hard to prepare for that kind of thing.

Zack: Caitlyn Storm will have the chance to get back in the ring with the Evolution Championship on the line if she can get past “Killer B” Bianca Reed. We know the Princess of House Reed made it her mission statement upon returning to get a crack at that title again.

Lexi: Biance really has made it clear that the Evolution Championship is her goal, hasn’t she? I’m sure she’s gonna make this a long night for Caitlyn. Of course I have all the faith in the world in Caitlyn though.

Zack: Future Shock will take center stage when River Campbell finally goes one on one with Ashley Marie Chase after the socialite attacked her manager and has been parading that SVW Aggression title around for months that many say she stole from River before SVW closed.

Lexi: I’ve been practicing getting outta the way quick for when I announce that one. River has no love at all for Ashley with good reason, and I’m damn sure I’m not gonna accidentally end up in the middle of them when the bell rings!

Zack: Scarlett Kincaid, the 5 time FFW Champion and Hall of Famer, resumes her in-ring career after Unstoppable 13 against the obnoxious Vee Chandler. We’ve seen how dangerous Vee can be both at ringside and in the ring, how do you think she’s gonna stack up to Scarlett?

Lexi: I think Vee is going to have her work cut out for her tonight, even with her usual entourage at ringside. Scarlett’s no stranger to having the numbers game against her after all.

Zack: We’re also going to see Rebecka Hate and Brittany Williams meet tonight. But first, we got a #1 contender match on the docket. So let’s send it to Kat Grayson and get Sin & Sacrifice under way!

The camera switches back to the ring with the beaming face of Kat Grayson looking at the camera before she begins to speak.

Kat: Chicago, Illinois…..Welcome to SIN & SACRIFICE!!

That gets a loud pop from the fans before she starts to speak again.

Kat: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and the winner will earn a FFW Phoenix Championship match!

Zack: We’re about to see two former Future Shock standouts meet up, but trust me when I tell you they are standouts for wholly different reasons.

Lexi: This isn’t the first time they’ve met either, though it’s been a while, so it’s going to be interesting to see the difference a couple of years makes.

The lights go out completely as the opening of Legendary by Welshy Arms starts to play. A rumble like thunder can be heard, getting louder and louder until a lightning effect flashes across the stage. The lightning strikes again and again, each time catching a glimpse of a female figure descending from the rafters on a trapeze-like swing.

Take a look around me
Taking pages from a magazine
Been looking for the answers
Ever since we were seventeen
You know the truth can be a weapon
To fight this world of ill intentions
A new answer to the same question
How many times will you learn the same lesson?

I think they got it all wrong
We just gotta hold on
And on, and on, and on

The lightning strikes come to an end as the lights come back up as they do, the female figure stands up on the trapeze swing a few feet off the ground, facing away from the crowd and then backflips off it to land in a crouch with her head lowered looking at the stage.

'Cause we're gonna be legends
Gonna get their attention
What we're doing here ain't just scary
It's about to be legendary
Yeah, we're gonna be legends
Gonna teach 'em all a lesson
Got this feeling in our souls we carry
It's about to be legendary

As the word legendary is sung, Mikayla Stone leaps to her feet with her arms in the air to a pop from the crowd. She soaks it in for a second before she takes off towards the ring at a run.

This is what we came for
And we couldn't want it anymore
We could never turn back now
Got to leave it all on the floor

Kat: Introducing at this time from Salem, Oregon…...MIKAYLA STONE!

When she reaches the ring, Mikayla jumps up onto the apron and turns around to smile at the crowd before she climbs to stand on the top rope. She gives the crowd a wave and then backflips into the ring to land with a smirk. She makes her way to her corner as her music comes to an end.

Zack: Mikayla Stone is one of the brightest new talents to come down the pike in a long while. She proved how good she is while she was in Future Shock with her sisters, and is now the first of them to make her FFW debut. Not bad for the baby of the sisters, is it?

Lexi: If I recall correctly she was also the first of them to win a title, so I don’t think anyone can dispute that she’s definitely forging her own path. And doing it with style too.

The opening of Madonna’s “Material Girl” begins playing as Cait Flanagan steps out onto the ramp. With a wink, she licks her index finger and touches it to the ground and as she passes the spot, flames shoot up behind her. She reaches into her tights and pulls out a wad of cash, fanning it out for the crowd to see. Kyle follows after her with a smile on his face.

She tousles her hair and fans herself with the money, then shrugs and tosses it behind her, letting it get eaten up by the flames. Cait puts her hand up to her mouth as she seems to realize what she’s done, but then she shrugs her shoulders and cackles.

You know that we are living in a material world, and I am a material girl…

Still laughing, Cait skips the rest of the way down to the ring, tossing her hair over her shoulder and blowing mocking kisses to the men in the audience. She ascends the steps and ducks through the ropes as Kyle opens them for her, as she’s winking at the referee.

Kat: From Belfast, Northern Ireland, she is The Million Dollar Baby, Cait! Flanagan!

She seems to thank Lexi for her introduction and goes to her corner, laying across the turnbuckle and giving her opponent a cheeky little wave as she discusses planning with Kyle.

Zack: Cait Flanagan is one of the most insidious women you’ll ever come across, and you won’t if you’re lucky. She is a former Future Shock Champion, a title she’ll tell you she never lost. But tonight, she could stamp her name down as the next challenger to either Mara or Ruby, which we’ll determine later tonight.

Lexi: How insufferable on a scale of 1 to 10 do you think Cait and Kyle would be if Cait gets herself into title contention tonight?

Referee Melinda Davis calls for the bell to start the match, and Mikayla glances back towards the entrance for something or someone. When she hears Cait approaching though, her attention snaps back to the ring before the two meet in the center and lock up together. It’s a bit of a stalemate as neither one of the girls is known for their strength, but Stone surprises the redhead with a drop toe hold to the canvas. Stone quickly grabs her arm to pull her back to her feet and then uses a judo throw over her shoulder to take her to the mat. That doesn’t keep Cait down for long as she pops back to her feet, only to get caught with a spinning elbow from Mikayla followed by two more with a snapmare to put her down again.

Zack: I think Mikayla has a little bit of a quickness advantage here, and that’s something Cait isn’t used to dealing with, given some of her recent opponents. Any idea where Conor is? I figured he’d be out here.

Lexi: I’m sure he’ll be on his way. Mikayla said from the start that she wanted to come out on her own for her matches because she doesn’t want to seem like she can’t handle business on her own. She knows that for certain appointments she definitely needs him at ringside to counteract their shady shenanigans though.

Cait rose to her feet again, only to get pulled into a couple shoulder blocks before Mikayla whipped her chest first into the corner. Flanagan landed hard against them before the witch surprised her with a backstabber and quickly rolled her over for the cover with a leg hook.

Zack: Mikayla’s not punching a time clock, is she?!

ONE!!

The former Future Shock Champion kicked out as soon as the one landed on the mat. Stone popped back to her feet, pulling her opponent with her before taking off with a corner bulldog. It drove the top of Cait’s head into the middle turnbuckle, and Mikayla was on the move again. As Flanagan was starting to get up to her feet, Mikayla caught her with a running kneelift to the head that dropped her back to her knees. She used the middle rope for a springboard knee to the jaw and quickly went for the cover once more.

Lexi: Mikayla definitely is not getting paid by the hour, she’s looking to end this match early!

ONE!!

T-NO!!

Once again, Cait kicked out after the one count and shoved Mikayla away from her. That didn’t stop Stone though. She took off for the far side as Cait was getting back to her feet, and went for a handspring back elbow…except Cait dropped down and pulled the top rope with her so Mikayla could fall over and tumble to the floor.

Zack: That’s the best offense Cait’s managed since the bell rang, and Mikayla’s definitely in the wrong neighborhood between the “Million Dollar Baby” and her manager.

Cait remained in the ring as she tried to recompose herself, while Mikayla slowly made it to her feet on the outside. Davis began her ten count as Mikayla shot a glance towards Kyle, who was standing in the nearest corner. He made it clear to the referee he wasn’t within arm’s reach of the witch as she got to her feet, only to catch a wrecking ball dropkick through the ropes from Cait. It sent her stumbling backwards before the redhead joined her at ringside, and drove her back first into the barricade. The Chicago crowd had already turned to booing as Flanagan whipped her into the ringside steps.

Zack: I don’t blame Mikayla for keeping a watchful eye on Kyle there, but it gave Cait all the opening she needed. Flanagan is happy to use everything she can out here at ringside to get her the win and the Phoenix title shot.

Lexi: Cait’s always made it clear that she has no issue with taking every short cut that she can find to win a match.

Mikayla sank to a seat on the floor after the collision just before a running knee to the head crushed her head against the steps. Cait scooped her up, and threw her back in under the bottom rope before slipping in after her. The redhead watched her as she started to get up again, only to grab both of her arms into a double underhook DDT before rolling her over to make the cover. Davis dropped into position to make the count.

Zack: Vicious DDT from the “Million Dollar Baby” and she may be next in line for a Phoenix title shot!

ONE!!

TW-NO!!

Mikayla got her shoulder up before the two landed on the mat, and Cait quickly got to her feet to stomp her head a few times. She dragged Stone back to a vertical base before whipping her into the ropes. The witch rebounded into a running European uppercut from Cait before she dropped her with a twisting neckbreaker. This was about the time that Conor started towards the ring from the back.

Lexi: If nothing else, Conor coming out will give Mikayla a bit of moral support and he should be able to rally her a little.

Cait dragged her opponent to the ropes to drape her neck across the bottom before standing on her back to choke her. Davis got to a four count before she stepped off and back again for another count. Cait counted with her that time to mock her before pulling Stone away from the ropes. The witch tried to get back to her feet, but didn’t stay up long before Flanagan delivered a gutwrench suplex. Kyle gave her nothing but praise from ringside as he looked on.

Zack: Cait is certainly well in control now. Like him or not, Kilmeade knows how to get his clients ready for their matches especially on big nights like this one.

Lexi: I’m definitely gonna go with the not liking him team. He’s far too smarmy for my liking.

Flanagan moved to the far side, seemingly measuring her opponent as Mikayla used the ropes to pull herself back to her feet. When she did, the millionaire darted towards her with a running clothesline. But Stone ducked down as she approached and dumped her over the top rope….right into the waiting arms of her manager who caught Cait. She beamed ear to ear and told him “You’re the best!” before he stood her on the apron. Mikayla wasn’t impressed though as she and Flanagan started trading right hands until Cait snapped her neck across the top rope when she dropped down to the floor.

Zack: Look at that, Kyle caught Cait like a new bride getting carried over the threshold and saved her from a nasty splat on the floor.

Lexi: I think this crowd would have preferred to see the latter honestly.

Stone staggered backwards trying to catch her breath before Cait immediately slid back into the ring after her. She caught her with a bulldog leg drop to drive her face down onto the mat, and immediately pulled her head into position for her finisher. But Mikayla quickly ran her backwards into the corner to knock the wind out of her. The brunette kept her head in place though as she hoisted Cait upside down over her shoulders and into an Alabama slam. She darted across her for the cover as Davis dropped into position.

Zack: Mikayla felt that IRISH GOODBYE coming, and had a fantastic counter that may earn her a Phoenix title shot!

ONE!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

TH-NOO.

Cait’s shoulder came up in time before the three, and Mikayla rolled onto her back as both women now laid side by side on the mat for a few seconds. Stone was the first to sit up as the referee had gotten to a four count.

Lexi: Conor has trained Mikayla well and he’s worked on her stamina, which I think is showing in her sitting up first here.

Conor pounded the mat as he tried to get Mikayla back to her feet. She was starting to do that with the crowd solidly behind her. That was when he headed over to the broadcast booth to flirt with Lexi. With the crowd behind her, Mikayla got her second wind and took off for the far side. But as she rebounded, Kyle grabbed her foot from under the bottom rope while the referee was looking down at Cait. Stone faceplanted on the canvas before Kyle moved away, while Conor was still chatting up his girlfriend.

Zack: Hey Conor….the match is behind you, big guy.

Lexi: Conor baby, you might wanna go keep Kyle in check!

Cait was up next, finally having pulled herself together. She went to get the rising Mikayla, but was stunned with a jawbreaker instead. It sent her backwards a couple steps before Stone was back to her feet again, and unloading with furious right hands in a flurry. She whipped Cait across to the far side, and dropped her with a Thesz press on the rebound with more mounted punches landing in rapid succession.

Zack: Mikayla’s about had enough of dealing with Cait and now Kyle too, but it’s the redhead who’s getting all her focus now! Look at those right hands!

Lexi: I think Mikayla learnt her lesson earlier to keep her attention on Cait rather than Kyle.

Conor had finally returned his attention to the match as Stone pulled Cait up to her feet. A pair of forearms landed on the side of her head before she fired her into the corner. Mikayla followed her in with a handspring back elbow that sent her stumbling forward, allowing the brunette to hop to the top rope. She walked it like a highwire act before launching herself into a poisonrana on Cait that landed perfectly before she hooked her legs for the cover.

Zack: That was breathtaking! Mikayla’s got herself a title shot!!

ONE!!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NO.

At the last second, Cait got her shoulder up in time. Mikayla looked up to the referee to ask if she was sure, but still got two fingers from Davis. The Chicago crowd was getting very loud now as Conor encouraged her to put Cait away right now!

Lexi: Conor’s right on the money there, Mikayla needs to end this now and get herself that Phoenix Championship shot.

Mikayla nodded her head as she heard him and listened to the crowd and then took off towards the ropes as Cait was getting back to her feet very slowly.

Zack: I think it’s about time for a little….

Stone used the ropes to deliver her handspring stunner that bounced the millionaire off the mat before she made the cover, hooking both legs tightly.

Zack: SMOKE AND MIRRORS!!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

Davis called for the bell to a pop from the crowd, as well as a lot of applause from Conor before the big man stepped into the ring to help her to her feet. The referee raised one hand, and Conor did the same for the other.

Lexi: Mikayla’s done it! Despite the usual underhand tactics from Cait and her manager.

Kat: Your winner by pinfall……………..MIKAYLA STONE!!!

The brunette had a tired smile on her face as Conor congratulated her. She climbed the nearest corner to rally the crowd louder before Conor sat her on his shoulder.

Zack: Mikayla Stone continues her winning ways, and now has her sights firmly set on the Phoenix Championship held by Mara or Ruby before the night is over. Congratulations!

Lexi: I’m predicting big things in Mikayla’s future! She’s hit the FFW roster with a splash and now she has the opportunity for her first title on this roster. Well done, Kayla!

Conor got the crowd louder with Mikayla sat on his shoulder before the show cut to a commercial for Tuesday’s Future Shock Cup Special.

A Gem Stone in Disguise?

The next thing we see is what looks like surveillance footage from earlier in the day. The video shows Emerald McAdams once again approaching a locker room. She has a document in one hand. But this time she finds it locked as opposed to the previous time. She rattles the door, not able to get in before she leans down and slides the document halfway under the door and leaves. Then the footage is fast forwarded to see Allison Marx finding the paper sticking out and picking it up to investigate. That’s when we come back to a live shot, and find the reporter with the reigning No Surrender Champion and her husband. Colin almost sounds like he’s interrogating Allison when he begins to speak.

Colin: Alright, Allison! What’s going on here? You working with the Gem Stones now? Are you going to be Amethyst? Maybe Aquamarine? That was the reigning and defending No Surrender Champion’s locker room and you were caught red-handed taking something that wasn’t yours.

Allison: Excuse me, I’m a reporter. When I see a document sticking out from under a door, I get curious and I want to see what it said. Amethyst?!

Colin: Did I get the name wrong? Are you Citrine? Maybe Garnet?

Lilly: Maybe she might fancy being a Topaz. Or the new Ruby.  Or perhaps Jade. What’s up is the name Allison not exotic enough for you? Always harboured a dream of being a rock…pop…umm… music star? I guess.

She grinned at the reporter.

Lilly: You’re lucky, you know. I talked him out of bring his big flashlight and shining it into your eyes while he asked these questions. You wanna, maybe, fill us in on the scoop Allison? And what was in that document you ‘found’ laying in the hallway under my door? Or should we be calling you Pearl?

Allison: You can have it, it’s right here!

She reached off camera and took the aforementioned document to hand it to Colin. He started pouring over it for a few seconds before he responded.

Colin: Oh! Okay… it’s a contract. Diamond wants a crack at the reigning and defending No Surrender Champion. Isn’t that in one of her nicknames? The uh…Sorceress of Submissions or something?

Lilly: Diamond. She wants a crack at the No Surrender Championship. Because….once upon a time she used to be ‘Lil Miss Tap Out’ or whatever? And c’mon Colin, the only person who knows all the nicknames that she goes by is her. Possibly Emerald. The rest of us tune her out the moment that she gets a microphone. And if she really wants a shot…after choking against Mara for the Phoenix Championship…if Starla’s happy to sanction it, sure thing. Let’s do it. I’ll have her hand beating down on the mat like she’s performing a tribute to a Dave Grohl drum solo; like she’s trying to take Animal’s place with Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem.

Colin: You think maybe she is of the mind you two might be related so she can just ask you for stuff like a sister or a cousin or something?

Allison: Isn’t she the reason your brother changed his name? And possibly why you decided not to hyphenate after you married your husband?

Lilly nodded her head.

Lilly: Yup. He never had a problem with Samara…in fact I think he and Samara would probably have gotten along if it wasn’t for the bullshit he went through with her and Mika over in SVW. Diamond…or Kate as she was then…well she was hyperactive and seemed to have almost no common sense whatsoever, lurching from one bad idea to another and just being generally embarrassing. We decided it was just easier to change our names than run the risk of anyone thinking that we were in any way at all associated with her - let alone being related to her.

Allison: Now the mystery is solved, folks. Diamond Steele wants a shot at the No Surrender Champion and her title. I’ll be following up with Starla soon to find out if she wants to make this match happen.

The reporter shook her head as she looked back to Colin for how he spoke with her before we go back to the ring for the next match.

Kat is next seen as the show returns to the ring, and she looks ready to introduce the opponents for the next match.

Kat: The following contest is scheduled for one fall to a finish.

Zack: Scarlett may not have had the lion’s share of support when she made her return at Unstoppable in July, but I’m pretty sure she’ll have all the support tonight. Don’t you think?

Lexi: I definitely do think. There’s no way this crowd is going to support Vee Chandler over anyone to be honest.

“Bad Guy” by Billie Eilish begins to play throughout the arena causing an immediate booing from the crowd. Dante walks out carrying a microphone that gets even bigger boos from the crowd

Dante: Kat take a break because I will be handling this! Ladies and Gentlemen get up on your feet and show your respect for the greatest manager in wrestling and also the greatest wrestler in all of FFW. She is the beautiful and sexy star of FFW, give it up for “Vivacious” Vee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loud boo’s as Vee walks out with Michelle Storm. She has a huge smirk on her face and raises her arms in the air getting rapid applause from Dante.

So you're a tough guy
Like it really rough guy
Just can't get enough guy
Chest always so puffed guy
I'm that bad type

Vee starts making her way down the aisle jawing at the crowd as she walks to the ring. Michelle walks behind her with a huge smile on her face

Make your mama sad type
Make your girlfriend mad type
Might seduce your dad type
I'm the bad guy
Duh

Vee walks up the steps and wipes her feet on the apron as Dante sits on the ropes opening them for her. Vee steps inside and extends her arms out and spins around to a chorus of boos. Dante yells at the crowd to show his friend proper respect, Vee climbs the ropes and yells at the crowd that their favorite is about to get got.

Kat: Introducing the--

Dante snatches the microphone for himself from Kat.

Dante: Introducing the best looking manager in all of wrestling, tied for first with me, none other than.....'VIVACIOUS' VEE CHANDLER!!

Zack: Vee has shown some flashes of brilliance since she made her roster debut at Unstoppable. I’ll give her credit for that, she knows what she’s doing. But it doesn’t make her any less insufferable to have to listen to or see.

Lexi: There are very few that are as insufferable or more insufferable than her on this roster, that’s for sure.

The lights in the arena began to flash as “Ready, Set, Let’s Go” by Sam Tinnesz started to play one light shining down on Scarlett Kincaid as she was down on one knee in the middle of the stage, looking out at the crowd.

“No pain, no victory
Your reign is history
'Cause we're not stoppin' 'til we break through
So take your best shot, make your move

Oh, step right up, who's next?
You're messin' with the best”

As the word “best” was sung Scarlett popped up to her feet, throwing her hand up into the air, a single finger raised to the sky before she slapped her chest with one hand.

“We're death defyin'
Coming in like lightnin'
Look out, we're strikin'
Ready set, ready set let's go
This fire's blazin'
We're troublemakin'
We got you shakin'”

On the word “Go”, Scarlett took off down the ring at a sprint and slid into the ring under the bottom rope, getting to her feet in the middle of the ring before she once more hopped up to her feet and headed to the ropes, climbing to the middle where she stood up straight and beat her chest with one hand once more before raising her fist into the air. She headed to the opposite side of the ring and repeated the action.

Kat: Standing 5’6” tall, weighing in at 128 lbs and hailing from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Please welcome a five time FFW Champion and an FFW Hall of Fame Wrestler…. SCARLETT KINCAID!!!

She headed to the corner, leaning back in the corner against the turnbuckles where she pressed a kiss to the tips of her two fingers which she then pressed to the initials embroidered into her top.

Zack: Kat said a mouthful right there with all of Scarlett’s FFW accolades. This is the promotion that made her become who she is in this business, and I think Vee has her work cut out for her tonight.

Lexi: Scarlett is a world class talent and a living legend in the FFW annuls, Vee definitely has her work cut out for her tonight.

Referee Kevin Fisk calls for the bell to start the match as Vee is already talking smack to the Hall of Famer as she approaches the center of the ring. Scarlett takes a deep breath before she joins her, and Chandler raises her hand up asking for a test of strength. Scarlett gives her a curious look for a second before obliging her and raises her hand. Vee grabs it, and then raises her other hand. And as the Cajun goes to grab it,, Chandler tries to jam her thumb into her eye….but the veteran caught her by the wrist. She yanked her forward into a headbutt to the face that dazed the brunette. Scarlett started peppering her with knees to the body as she held her hand up still before scooping her onto her shoulders for a Samoan drop. Vee rolled back to her feet, and stormed towards. She only caught a kick to the body for her troubles though before Scarlett dropped her again, this time with a fireman’s carry into a slam.

Zack: Vee’s learning real quick that Scarlett’s seen it all, and her usual nonsense isn’t going to catch her off guard tonight. That’s twice now she’s been dropped to the mat.

Lexi: Scarlett is experienced in dealing with just about every kind of nonsense known to wrestling. Vee isn’t going to catch her out easily, if at all.

Chandler started back to her feet, only to catch a knee lift to the side of her head. It wobbled her for a second before Kincaid sent her head first into the middle turnbuckle. The brunette dropped to a knee for a half second before she found herself caught in a rear waistlock and then sent to the mat with a belly to back suplex.  The Cajun quickly got to her feet and rebounded off the near side for a one-handed bulldog before making the cover with a leg hook.

Zack: The Cajun’s looking to pitch a shutout tonight in Chicago!

ONE!

Vee kicked out and shoved her away before she started back to her feet again. But Scarlett was already on her feet, catching her around the waist with another rear waistlock. Vee tried to fight out of it this time, throwing back elbows with both arms. A few landed on target onto Kincaid’s head before Vee hit the far side ropes and came back with a sling blade clothesline.

Lexi: Vee might have been wiser just to stay down when Scarlett had her pinned. She’s delusional to think Scarlett will be kept down this easily.

ONE!!

Scarlett kicked out at the one count, and Vee punished her for it by grinding her forearm against the redhead’s face for a few seconds. She got back to her feet to applause only from Dante at ringside before she yanked Scarlett up with two handfuls of hair. A flurry of quick knees to the face followed before she threw Scarlett through the ropes to the apron.

Zack: I’m not sure what this is going to accomplish. She isn’t going to pin Scarlett on the apron, that’s for sure.

Vee’s ideas were soon clear as she yanked Kincaid up and pulled her head through the ropes for a hangman’s DDT. It snapped her back into the ring before Vee rolled her towards the center. Chandler quickly bounced off the near side ropes for a falling elbow to the Cajun’s head before sitting up on her knees with a wide grin across her face. She started talking smack again as she asked Scarlett if this is all it took to keep a former FFW Champion down.

Zack: I’d be doing a lot less running my mouth right now if I were Vee. I imagine she’s doing a fine job of motivating Scarlett whether she realizes it or not.

Lexi: You’d think people like Vee would learn this kind of trash talk does nothing to help them… but they never do.

She dragged the Hall of Famer back to her feet again, hammering her with forearms to the side of her head before she whipped her into the far corner. Scarlett landed back first and hung there before Vee charged in after her looking for a corner clothesline. But Kincaid stepped forward and scooped her up into a flapjack on the top turnbuckle that dropped the mouthy former manager to the mat before Kincaid hooked the leg as she made a cover!

Zack: That’s what happens when you run your mouth, Vee! She may be unconscious!

ONE!!

TWOOOOOOO!!

TH-NO!

Unfortunately for Scarlett, she was too close to the ropes and Dante pulled Vee’s foot across the bottom strand. The referee didn’t notice him but did see the foot and waved the count off. Kincaid cast him a long glare as she got to her feet, while Dante told the referee he’d done nothing.

Lexi: I think Dante spent too long watching Kyle Kilmeade at work when he was on commentary in SVW.

Scarlett got herself together, and pulled Vee back to her feet. A pair of forearms to the head landed before she scooped her up into a slingshot suplex to the canvas. She hammered shots across the back of her head before the Hall of Famer trapped the arm and applied a crossface submission. Fisk darted around in front of Vee to ask if she wanted to stop the match, but didn’t get any such answer as Vee tried to stretch her free arm for the ropes. But she wasn’t close enough. The referee checked again, still not getting the answer he needed.

Zack: Vee’s really got a task ahead of her. She’s not going to reach any ropes with that one hand without being able to drag Scarlett with her. I just can’t see how she’d do it right now.

Lexi: If Vee was smart she’d just tap out, but I think we’ve all realized she’s a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

Scarlett kept the pressure applied, showing no signs that she was planning to release the hold. Vee tried to free her other arm, but wasn’t having much success either since Scarlett had locked her ankles to keep a firm grip. Another check from the referee showed Vee hadn’t changed her mind about stopping the match. That was when Dante slid into the ring behind Scarlett and grabbed both of Vee’s feet to pull her out of the Cajun’s grip. It worked too till Scarlett AND the referee caught sight of what he was doing. Fisk read Knox the riot act before Scarlett advanced quickly on him as he was trying to get out of the ring.

Zack: Throw him out of here! Better yet, drop him on his head and then throw the little twerp out of the arena! Get rid of Michelle while you’re at it!

Lexi: Give Scarlett five minutes in the ring with him, that’ll teach him a lesson… if he remembered it by the time she was done with him.

Scarlett pulled him back into the ring as Fisk told him that he and Michelle were being ejected from ringside. Kincaid plastered him with a right hook to the jaw that sent him through the ropes into Michelle’s grasp before Vee’s tag partner started arguing with the referee saying she did nothing. The referee didn’t seem to care about that defense as he leaned through the ropes to speak with Kat before she made the announcement.

Kat: The referee has informed that if Michelle Storm and Dante Knox do not leave the arena within 30 seconds that he will award this match to Scarlett Kincaid!

That decision got a pop from the crowd, a very loud one.

Zack: Good! They should do that at the start of every match these goofs are in, I don’t care which one is wrestling.

Lexi: That’s one of the best things I’ve heard all night!

Scarlett waved bye to them as the pair backed up the ramp, none too happy with the decision as the referee kept his eyes on them. Unfortunately, that gave Vee a chance to recover and she caught Scarlett with a low blow before rolling her up for the cover!

Zack: No no no! Vee with a low blow and the biggest upset of 2022 is seconds away!!

ONE!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NOO!!

Scarlett got her shoulder up in time before the three, but was still favoring her lower abdomen as she rolled onto her side. Vee made it back to her feet next, still reeling from the offense she’d been receiving. Chandler headed to the corner, making her way up top before delivering her swanton bomb and make the cover again!

Lexi: Vee is pulling out desperation moves now she’s lost her backup!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEE-NOOOOOOOO!!!

Scarlett kicked out again before the three, and Vee was getting more and more livid as a result. She got back to her feet, and started getting in Fisk’s face for a second till she saw Kincaid beginning to get up again. As soon as the redhead was vertical, Chandler landed a yakuza kick to her chest that dropped her again.

Lexi: Vee would do better to fully concentrate on Scarlett than on squaring up to the referee.

She doubled back to the corner she was just in to make her ascent a second time. Muttering angrily to herself, she went for a frog splash….only for Scarlett to roll out of the way. Vee crashed hard into the canvas with a thud before the Chicago crowd was getting louder for the Cajun once again. Kincaid struggled back to her feet finally, while Vee sat up on her knees holding her ribs. Scarlett started firing kicks into her chest one after another, each one sending Vee backwards a bit on her knees before a spinning heel kick to the jaw finally toppled the brunette to the mat. Kincaid was picking up steam now as she pulled her elbow pad down and started winding her elbow up while Vee was using the ropes to help her get up again.

Zack: Scarlett’s got this Chicago crowd eating out of the palm of her hand now, and I think I know where that elbow’s about to land!

Lexi: Scarlett’s about to close in on her first win back in FFW!

Chandler got to her feet finally before Scarlett pulled her around by the arm for her ripcord elbow strike that landed perfectly….but sent Chandler through the ropes to ringside instead of the canvas. Scarlett shook her head at the situation as the referee started his mandatory ten count on the former manager.

Zack: She got every bit of that BATON ROUGE BOMB….but it sent Vee out of the ring instead of down to the mat. Does she go after her or see if Vee makes it back in before 10, Lexi? What would you do?

Lexi: Personally I’d drag her back in by the hair, but I’m not exactly a patient person to be honest.

Vee was taking too long for Scarlett’s liking, and she rolled out as the referee got to five to retrieve her. The brunette was getting back to her feet as Scarlett went to grab her to throw her back into the ring. But Chandler surprised her as she approached with a discus punch that stumbled her since she didn’t see it coming. Vee quickly planted her head between her legs, and used a powerbomb against the apron to put the redhead down on the floor. When she heard the referee was up to eight now, Vee rolled the Cajun back into the ring and slid in after her to stop the count.

Zack: That apron is the hardest part of the ring, fans. That’s where the metal framework is. When iron meets flesh, iron wins and Vee is back in the driver’s seat.

Lexi: I’m not sure how long she’ll stay in the driver’s seat though, Scarlett’s not known for being a passenger in matches.

She pulled the redhead up into position for her reverse STO finisher until Scarlett started throwing right hands into the side of her head. It caused Vee to drop her and fall back to a seat on the mat. Kincaid struggled to get up as she clutched her back from where it hit the apron. But Vee was up to greet her, looking for a roundhouse kick. Kincaid ducked the contact, kicked her into the stomach and dropped her with her spinning lifting double underhook facebuster! The fans came to their feet as she made the cover with both legs hooked.

Zack: BAYOU BUSTER!!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Fisk called for the bell to a pop from the fans as Scarlett had difficulty getting to her feet and standing up straight at the moment. The referee raised her hand in victory when she did though.

Kat: Your winner by pinfall……………….SCARLETT KINCAID!!!

Lexi: That’s got to feel damn good for Scarlett!

The response from the crowd seemed to bring a smile to Scarlett’s face despite the pain she was feeling. She raised her hands up slowly with a grimace before stepping out onto the apron.

Zack: Vee gave Scarlett plenty of reasons to remember this match, but the Hall of Famer is back on track in the position she’s most familiar: with her hand raised. Well done, Scarlett!

Lexi: Scarlett’s back with avengence judging by that match we’ve just seen, and I for one can’t wait to see what she does next.

Zack: I’m being told…what? Him again?! Fans, we’re gonna take it to the back right now. Apparently Malcolm Parks is backstage and looking for the Future Shock Director.

Lexi: Oh joy. Just what we all wanted!

As Scarlett heads towards the back, the show cuts elsewhere inside the United Center to see what Zack was talking about.

Parks’ Last Stand

The show cuts to the back and sees disgraced former referee Malcolm Parks moving through the hallways of the United Center. He just passes the gorilla position before getting where he wants to go, finding the office of the Future Shock Director and knocking on the door. Adam opens the door and rolls his eyes as soon as he sees the former referee. He glances to someone inside his office the camera can’t see.

Adam: Can you use that walkie talkie and signal for security for me? Thanks.

When he turns his attention back to Parks, the referee looks apologetic.

Malcolm: I didn’t come here to cause trouble! I just want a fair hearing. You saw what happened in Sydney, right? You saw what happened to me on the last show too, yes? Don’t you think I’ve paid the price for whatever wrongs you think I’ve committed?

Adam: The fact you call them ‘whatever wrongs’ tells me you don’t know why I fired you still. And it also says you don’t think you did anything wrong. Well…you did. There’s no place in this company for biased referees, especially ones who want to use their authority to get in well with the women who compete in the ring. Latina Heat used you. You spent a lot of money on them, and got very little, it sounds like.

Malcolm: What about what Jake did to me? What about what Arabella did to me?!

Adam: You had both of those coming, as far as I’m concerned. So you won’t be collecting any fines because I’m not charging them anything. You are no longer part of FFW. In any way, shape, form or fashion. You’re fired. You no longer have employment here. Good luck wherever life takes you next, Malcolm.

Malcolm: Let me see Miss Star.

Adam: You don’t need to. If I didn’t fire you, she told me she was going to do it herself. There’s plenty of places to earn a living. FFW is no longer an option for you. Take care and have a good night.

The camera heard a commotion and spun around to see Scarlett Kincaid leaving the gorilla position with one hand pressed against her back from her match a few minutes ago. Cody joins her as he was watching on the monitor. As the pair start to head back to her locker room, Parks is heard muttering something as Adam turns his attention to whoever was in the office that was talking to him. That’s when the disgraced referee produces a taser. It makes a crackling sound a half second before he tries to hit Adam with it, only for Cody to shove the Director out of the way and end up taking the shot himself in the ribs. The former CEO of SVW shouts in pain as it hits, and that’s when Scarlett blasts the former referee with a stiff elbow to the side of his head. Parks stumbles into the wall as Scarlett blasts him again with a backfist that sends him to the floor as security finally arrives. So do a pair of trainers.

Adam: I’m alright, help Cody!

The trainers kneel down next to Cody as Adam was still on his feet when the door opened. Missy stepped out next. Scarlett joined the trainers to attend to her husband when Missy grabs Parks by the head and starts slamming it into the wall again and again. A DDT follows that before security drags the unconscious referee out. The brunette makes sure her husband is alright, and then sees Cody. She and Scarlett exchange looks, almost as if there were an unspoken understanding between them. And as Adam watched the trainers help Cody, his expression seemed a little softer too before the show cut to a commercial for Red Alert in November.

Kat: The following match is scheduled for one fall to a finish!!!

Zack: Let’s keep the action rolling, and I’ve got Christian Kincaid here in the booth with me. Welcome to Sin & Sacrifice.

Christian: Thanks. I’d have been here anyway since Missy is competing, but always happy to do a little commentary.

Hot and dangerous
If you're one of us, then roll with us
'Cause we make the hipsters fall in love
When we've got our hot pants on and up

And yes, of course we does
We running this town just like a club
And no, you don't wanna mess with us
Got Jesus on my necklace-ace-ace

Got that glitter on my eyes
Stockings ripped all up the side
Looking sick and sexified
So let's go-o-o (Let's go)

Kat: Introducing on her way to the ring. She is wrestling’s royalty. Third Generation superstar “Princess” Brittany Williams!!!

We R Who We R by Ke$ha begins to blast across all the speakers. Princess Brittany Williams emerges from behind the curtain wearing a Tiara on her head and a scepter in her hand. She smiles as the crowd welcomes her with cheers. Paparazzi snap photos of the little heiress as she walks to the ring doing a royalty wave. Brittany slides into the ring as she slowly takes her Tiara off and raises her scepter high into the air. She throws them to the side waiting for her opponent to come out next.

Zack: Brittany didn’t have the best of debuts on our last show, and it looks like she’s going from the frying pan into the fire. She’s really going to have her work cut out for her tonight, to say the least.

Christian: You got that right. I’ve known and trained her opponent for several years. Brittany’s second match in FFW is not likely to go much better than her first.

The lights fade before the viking horn starts in.  As the first verse starts, Becka comes out dressed like a viking warrior.

Ships on vigor of the waves are skimming
Barren summits to the verdant plains
Each horizon is a new beginning
Rise and reign

Far from the fjords and the ice cold currents
Ravens soar over new frontiers
Songs and sagas of a fate determined
Shields and spears

Vows of favor or the thrill of plunder
Pull together for the clan and kin
Clank of hammers and the crash of thunder
Pound within

Becka makes her way down the ramp, high-fiving fans as she makes her way to the ring.  Along the way, she picks out a little girl and gives her the faux-fur cloak that she is wearing.

Oh-ho-oh
The echoes of eternity
Oh-ho-oh
Valhalla calling me
Oh-ho-oh
To pluck the strings of destiny
Oh-ho-oh
Valhalla calling me
Valhalla calling me

Becka’s outfit looks similar to what Lagertha would wear when she wasn’t in battle sans the sword.  Becka takes a lap around the ring, soaking in the cheers from the fans before stepping up onto the ring apron.

Sails a' swaying on the crimson rivers
Blood and glory in the fighting fields
Shields a' shattered into splintered timbers
Iron and steel

Fires are rising and the bells are ringing
Glory take us into Odin's halls
Golden glimmer and the sound of singing
Asgard's call

Becka smirks to the crowd as she hooks her arms on the top rope and leans out away from the ring.

Oh-ho-oh
The echoes of eternity
Oh-ho-oh
Valhalla calling me
Oh-ho-oh
To pluck the strings of destiny
Oh-ho-oh
Valhalla calling me
Valhalla calling me

Kat:  Hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana, weighing in at 168 lbs.  She is the harbinger of vengeance.  Introducing………….REBECKA HATE.

Wind and the waves will carry me
Wind and the waves will set me free
Wind and the waves will carry me
Wind and the waves will set me free

Oh-ho-oh
The echoes of eternity
Oh-ho-oh
Valhalla calling me
Oh-ho-oh
To pluck the strings of destiny
Oh-ho-oh
Valhalla calling me
Valhalla calling me

Becky climbs into the ring and sits on the turnbuckle as she waits for the bell to ring.

Zack: I’ve said it before and it bears repeating. I think Rebecka Hate needs to be in line for a Phoenix Championship match after defeating Cait recently. That said, she could possibly cloudy up the title picture if she lets Brittany get past her tonight.

Christian: I’m with you. I believe Becka has more than earned her shot at the Phoenix title. And if Brittany can get the job done here… well I’d say the same for her but I might be a little biased.

Stephen Wilson was the official in charge of the match and checked that both wrestlers were ready and getting the okay from Rebecca while Brittany was busy giving a royal wave to the fans. The official asked her again but once more got no response from the third generation wrestler as she was still playing to the fans. Hate shook her head then charged her foe, catching her with a running big boot to the side of the head, sending her down to the mat. Williams rolled and started to push upwards only for Rebecka to jerk her up in a rear waistlock and hurl her down to the canvas with a German suplex.

Zack: Rebecka isn’t interested in wasting time tonight, is she? Brittany can have fun with the crowd after the match is over.

Christian: Rebecka isn’t a time waster. She’s out there to win matches and cash checks. The fans are great, don’t get me wrong. But they can’t win the match for her, she does it herself.

Brittany hit the mat hard and used the momentum of the move to roll back up to her feet as Hate came back to a vertical base and Williams charged forward, leaving her feet and delivered a busaiku knee to the power house, sending her down to the mat. Rebecka rolled to the side and pushed up to one knee where the third generation wrestler caught her foe with a shining wizard to the side of the head. Rebecka fell to the side, catching herself on an outstretched arm and took a second before she straightened up, allowing Williams to drop back to the ropes and deliver a running knee lift to the jaw. Hate pushed upwards to get to her feet and as she did so, Williams leapt onto the ropes behind her foe, using them to springboard off, catching the head of the Powerhouse wrestler and drove her down face first into the canvas with a bulldog. As Rebecka rolled onto her back, Williams made the cover, hooking the leg as she did so.

Zack: Brittany looking for a big upset early!

One–

Christian: That must have been for vanity, because there’s no way she was going to do it that fast.

The hand had hit the mat and Hate kicked out with authority, sending Williams up into the air and backwards, to land on her hand and knees behind the New Orleans based wrestler as Rebecka sat up. Brittany scrambled back to her feet and once more launched herself towards Hate, using a rolling neckbreaker, snapping her head forwards before she fell back to the mat once more. The Princess rolled through to her feet and immediately sprinted towards the ropes and came back towards her foe, leaving her feet as she did so to land a hesitation dropkick to the chest. Rebecka rolled to the side and started to push up to her hands and knees before the third generation superstar leapt into the air with a mushroom stomp to her opponent’s shoulder, Hate staying on all fours despite the stomp and even pushing up to her knees. Williams shook her head as she saw the powerhouse continue to rise and began to unload with a series of martial arts kicks into her opponent’s chest. Five landed and only seemed to cause Hate to hold her body with one arm as she pushed up to her feet. It saw Brittany start another volley of kicks to her opponent, this time targeting her legs before she grabbed hold of Rebecka by the wrist, planted her feet and with a grunt of effort propelled her across the ring and into the corner.

Zack: Rebecka has Brittany outmatched on just about every scale, and she’s learning on the job it’s not easy to get her to go where you want.

Christian: Even if you have the power to do it, it’s hard to force Becka to go where she doesn’t want to go. Brittany certainly isn’t capable of doing it with ease when she’s upright.

Rebecka hit the turnbuckles back first and Brittany darted after her, leaving her feet to catch Hate with a shotgun dropkick as she stepped out of the corner, sending her straight back into the corner as she did so. The Princess once more rolled back to her feet and launched herself into a shoulder thrust into the gut of her foe. Another followed it as the referee called for the break and starting the count, Williams backing up and leaving her feet as she launched herself into another shoulder thrust to the midsection. And another. And another. But as she landed the last one, the former SVW Champion caught her foe around the waist. Williams scrabbled trying to get away from her opponent only for Hate to jerk her up into a powerbomb position before Hate took off across the ring and hurled Williams into the opposite corner with a buckle bomb.

Zack: Good Lord, a turnbuckle powerbomb! That’ll screw up every disc in your back and that was probably what Hate had in mind.

Christian: That’ll put you in traction if she lands it right. Brittany’s actually lucky she didn’t get worse damage from it.

Brittany hung in the corner for a moment before Rebecka crashed an open handed chop into her foe’s chest. William’s eyes went wide as a hand immediately went to her chest and tried to step out of the corner only for Rebecka to shove her back into the corner and delivered a second open handed slap to her foe’s body - the impact cutting through the cheers of the fans. A third and fourth followed it before the SVW Hall of Famer pulled her foe out of the corner and sent her down to the canvas with a hip toss to the mat. The Princess rolled to the side, eyes open wide as she started to come to her feet where Rebecka mowed her down with a running clothesline. Again Williams rolled to the side and started to push upwards, making it back to her feet only for Rebecka to deliver a kick to her gut, doubling her over and then delivered a snap DDT. Williams rolled onto her back and Hate made the cover on her.

Zack: Becka looking to seal the deal and cement herself as a challenger to either Mara or Ruby!

One…

Tw-

Christian: Not there yet, but she’d pose all kinds of problems for either one of them.

Brittany kicked out before the two could come down and rolled away to the side as Hate looked to the referee and accepted the two count from him. Rebecka came back to her feet and met Williams as she also made it back to a vertical base and tagged her with a forearm to the side of the jaw. A second forearm followed that before Hate grabbed hold of the third generation by the wrestler and used all her power to send her across the ring and into the corner. Williams hit the turnbuckle pads spine first and started to step out of the corner only for Rebecka to once more grab hold of her wrist and once more fired her across the ring with a second Irish whip. Again the Princess hit the turnbuckles back first and went to step out of the corner only for Rebecka to charge across the ring and this time landed a shotgun dropkick of her own to the chest, sending her back into the corner. Hate rolled backwards to her feet and launched herself into a shoulder thrust into her gut. The referee told Rebecka to let her opponent out of the corner and landed three more shoulder thrusts, each one lifting Williams a couple of inches up off her feet before she finished off by wrapping her arms around her body, pulling her foe away from the turnbuckle, carrying her to the middle of the ring where she slammed her down into the canvas with an Alabama slam. Rebecka fell on top of her foe and hooked the leg for the cover.

Zack: Williams’ body bounced off the mat right there like a crash test dummy, and it could be over right now!

One…

Two…

…TH–

Christian: Close as she’s been all night. It doesn’t take long for moves like that to wear downn your resistance.

Brittany kicked out of the pinfall once more and Hate looked towards the official, nodding her head as he showed the two once more and the powerhouse wrestler brought her opponent up to her feet and walked her back into the corner once more where she drove a lifted knee into her gut. Another knee lift followed that before Rebecka stepped back, pushed Williams head back with one hand as she held a finger to her lips to shush the crowd then crashed another open handed chop down into her foe’s chest. A second and third followed that as the official was trying to get her to allow Brittany out of the corner and had started the count. The former SVW Champion stepped back quickly to the middle of the ring as he reached four only to stampede forwards and crush Brittany in the corner with a clothesline. The Princess started to slump in the corner only for Rebecka to drop a shoulder and lift her opponent up to sit her on the top turnbuckle. As Williams sat there, Hate delivered another vicious chop to the chest before she started to try and pull her into position for a muscle buster. Brittany, though, started to fight the move off and began to drive elbow strikes into the top of her opponent’s head in rapid succession.

Zack: Brittany knows that ride isn’t going to end well, look at her throwing those elbows. I don’t blame her a bit.

Christian: She’s got the right idea. I’m just not sure if she has the strength in her arms to make a big effect on someone like Becka. We’ll see.

Rebecka stepped backwards, taking a moment to recover from the elbow strikes to her skull before she went to step back towards her foe once more, only for Williams to stand on the middle rope and catch her foe with a kick to the jaw. Rebecka took a half step backwards and the Princess caught her with another kick to the jaw, sending her another half step back. As Hate staggered, the third generation wrestler stepped up onto the top rope and launched herself off into the Molly-Go-Round senton that drove Rebecka back down into the canvas. Williams popped straight back up to her feet, stumbling forwards a step or two as she did before she spun around and saw her opponent sitting up. Quickly she began to run forwards, stepping on Hate’s shoulders and the back of her head, stomping down as she stepped over her and into the corner where she climbed to the top rope. Williams perched there and gave a wave to the fans before she started to wave the rising former SVW Champion the rest of the way to her feet.

Zack: Like i said before, Brittany can fire up the crowd after it’s over. I wouldn’t be wasting time like this waving at them or Rebecka.

Christian: That’s something she got from her mom, I think. They both love to play to the fans, and it can be a bad decision more often than not.

As the powerhouse made it back to a vertical base, Brittany launched herself off and caught her opponent with a diving corkscrew European uppercut to the jaw. Rebecka stumbled backwards, but managed to keep her feet underneath her before she glared a hole through the third generation superstar. Brittany took two steps backwards, almost looking afraid for a second before she shook her head and told Hate to come and get her. Rebecka charged her and Williams slid underneath the bottom rope and took off around the ring. Hate followed after her, as they circled the ring before Brittany slid back in and headed towards the corner. Hate was still pursuing her and closing in as Williams suddenly slammed on the brakes and left her feet to deliver a dropkick to Hate’s kneecap that took her legs out from underneath her and sent the powerhouse wrestler face first into the middle turnbuckle. Brittany popped back up to her feet and once more used her speed to take off across the ring, bouncing off the ropes and came back to deliver a hip check to her foe, driving her head back into the middle turnbuckle once more.

Zack: I take back what I said earlier. One area that Brittany may have over Hate is her speed, she’s got it in spades.

Christian: You’re right. It does make it easier when you’re the smaller opponent. I’ve made a career out of being faster than opponents bigger than me.

Williams took a moment to play to the crowd as she leaned back, keeping Hate’s head pressed against the turnbuckle before finally stepping out at the referee’s instruction. Rebecka used the ropes as she started to come to her feet while Brittany moved to the opposite corner, measuring the powerhouse up and as Hate was getting to her feet, the Princess dashed towards her, leaving her feet to deliver a splash to her back which the SVW Hall of Famer chest first into the turnbuckles. As Hate started to back out of the corner, Brittany wrapped her arms around her waist and jerked her downwards into an O’Connor roll pinning combination.

Christian: Nice execution, not sure she’s gonna keep her down though.

One…

Two…

Zack: Williams didn’t have enough leverage to keep the powerhouse down.

Rebecka kicked out with authority, sending her opponent forwards and through the turnbuckles and the ring ropes, crashing shoulder first into the steel ring post before she landed on her knees on the apron. Williams held her shoulder for a couple of seconds before she started to rise to her feet and climbed to the top rope. In the ring, Rebecka was also rising, making it to her feet as Brittany made it back to the top and the Princess launched herself off, flipping over her opponent and taking her down to the canvas with a blockbuster. As Rebecka hit the mat, Brittany scrabbled towards her, sitting on her chest as she grabbed hold of both legs for the pinfall.

Zack: A blockbuster and I don’t think Hate saw it coming! Is it over already?

One…

Two…

…TH-

Christian: Damn, that was close! It’s always the ones you don’t see coming that hurt the most.

Rebecka kicked out, sending Brittany falling off to the side. The Princess looked to the referee, with three fingers raised and looking hopeful only for the official to confirm the two. The Third Generation superstar nodded her head and came back to her feet. As Hate rose, Williams once more set off across the ring and came back looking to deliver a running neckbreaker but as she hooked the head of the former SVW Champion, Rebecka stood up straight, lifting Brittany up with her and shoved her off, causing the young wrestler to crash face first into the mat. The Princess started to push up to her feet as Hate dropped back to the ring ropes, bouncing off them and came back to drive a one footed dropkick straight into her foe’s jaw as she made it to her knees, rocking Williams to sit back on her heels. Rebecka came back to her feet, holding her neck as she did so and delivered another stiff chop into the chest of the third generation superstar, followed by another before she hooked her head and lifted her upwards, holding her upside down for almost thirty seconds before she dropped her to the mat with the stalling suplex.

Zack: You can hear those chops reverberating throughout the United Center, and Brittany had time to think about it with all the blood rushing to her head!

Christian: The reason wrestlers do that is to disorient the opponent before driving them down.

Hate sat up, rubbing her neck as Brittany started to sit up, rubbing her chest with one hand while the other held her back. The two wrestlers began to rise back to their feet simultaneously and as they did so, Rebecka spun her foe around and began to pepper her jaw with ferocious forearms, causing the Princess to stagger backwards before the powerhouse once more hooked her head and lifted her vertically, holding her upside down for just a couple of seconds this time before she dropped her down to the canvas with a falcon arrow this time, slamming her chest first into the canvas as she sat out in delivering the move. Williams landed hard and instantly pushed back up onto all fours, a hand moving to hold her chest as Rebecka sat up, staring daggers at her foe and slapped the taste out of her mouth with a huge open handed blow to the side of the jaw. Brittany fell so that she propped herself up on her elbows in response to the blow, one hand still on her chest, the other rubbing her jaw as she kicked one foot against the canvas. Then she was pulled up to her feet by the powerhouse, Hate, grabbing hold of her wrist and pulling her arm away from her chest to allow her to deliver another vicious open handed slap to her body unobstructed before she fired her with an Irish whip into the nearest corner, Williams striking the turnbuckles chest first.

Zack: The sound of the slaps are making my chest hurt, and I’m all the way over here with you. Imagine how Brittany feels!

Christian: I’d rather not. I hate chops, and it never matter to me who was giving them. I didn’t want to take one ever.

Brittany staggered backwards with a look of pain on her face and the powerhouse scooped her up off her feet, into a side suplex position but rather than fall backwards and drive her spine into the mat, Hate turned around and shoved her forwards to drive her chest first into the canvas. Williams writhed in pain as she landed hard on the mat, kicking her feet against the mat as she pushed up onto her knees, holding her chest with both arms only for Rebecka to stand over her for a moment then she wrapped her arms around her waist to jerk the third generation wrestler back up and straight into a release German suplex that saw her crash against the corner, and land in a sitting position against the turnbuckle pads.

Zack: Brittany’s back to getting the crash dummy treatment, and this is child’s play for Rebecka! She’s got power to burn, and Brittany is feeling all of it tonight in Chicago.

Christian: Brittany’s best strategy would have been to keep Rebecka down on the mat. Don’t let her get up, because if you do, this is what you get.

Hate rose to her feet and stepped towards the middle of the ring before she turned and measured up her opponent while she still sat in the corner and charged towards her, leaving her feet and delivering a bronco buster to the Princess, bouncing up and down on her body as the referee called for the break and started the count. As he reached four, Rebecka stood up and stepped backwards, grabbing hold of Williams by her boot and jerking her out of the corner before Hate fell to her knees to make the cover, hooking the leg as she did so.

Christian: Brittany’s got a lot more resilience than we knew, but that might have been where the tank went dry.

…THRE—

Zack: Well done to Brittany, who’s still in this fight despite taking some hellacious shots.

Brittany’s shoulder came up before the three count and Rebecka stared at the referee, asking for the three but was told the shoulder came up in time. Hate nodded her head as she came back to her feet while Williams rolled onto her front. Rebecka grinned as she saw it and delivered a stern stomp to her opponent’s spine before she stood over and dropped down on her haunches and pulled Brittany upwards into a camel clutch, interlocking her fingers underneath her jaw as she pulled her head backwards. The official dropped down to ask the Princess if she wanted to submit and got a defiant, pained ‘No’ which only saw Hate lean back further as she sat lower, applying more pressure in the hold. Again the referee asked the question and got another refusal from the third generation wrestler causing Rebecka to continue to pull back as much as possible in the hold.

Zack: I applaud Brittany’s determination in the face of getting tortured by Rebecka here. I’d have already tapped out long ago.

Christian: When Becka starts applying those submissions, it usually means you’ve really gotten under her skin because she generally prefers to pound the daylights out of you.

Again the referee got another defiant ‘No’ from Williams as the question was asked which caused Hate to pull her head back a little further, exposing her chest enough for the powerhouse to club away with forearms. Brittany let out pained cries as each hammerlike blow landed to her torso before Rebecka once more used both hands around her foes jaw to pull back on her hand and apply more pressure to her spine and body in the submission hold. The referee asked the question of the Princess once more, getting another ‘No’ as the third generation star wriggled and squirmed in her opponent’s grip to try and escape the hold. Her movements caused Hate’s hands to slip up around her mouth which allowed Brittany to bite down on her finger. Rebecka immediately released the hold and stood up as she checked her finger for blood; Brittany taking a moment to hold her back and chest before she started to crawl towards the ropes.

Zack: Brittany just wants some separation here, and Becka may be thinking about a tetanus shot after the match is over.

Christian: Along with chops, getting bit is also one of the things I hate most about being in the ring.

As she neared them, Hate shook her head, stepping forwards and bent down to hook her foe’s arms, lifting her up and off her feet as she tried to apply a Full Nelson submission. Brittany, though, fought with everything to try and stop the hold from getting locked in, thrashing her feet wildly, her boots catching Hate’s knees and thighs as she tried to free an arm before she finally kicked out her feet in front of her, finding the middle rope and using it to launch herself backwards, Hate losing her balance and her grip on one arm as the sudden shift in momentum spun her around and allowed Williams to take her foe down to the mat with an arm drag.

Zack: A fantastic counter and quick thinking by Brittany there! She’s learned a lot from her mom, no doubt about it.

Christian: Her mom is a very talented woman, there’s no question about it. She wouldn’t be where she is in this sport if she wasn’t.

Hate rolled through and came back to her feet as Brittany was on all fours, holding her an arm across her chest with a look of pain still on her face. Rebecka stepped towards her and went to pull her upwards, only for Williams to grab hold of her head and drop to her knees for a jawbreaker. Rebecka staggered backwards and as she did so, Williams popped back up to her feet and quickly stepped towards her, leaping upwards as she grabbed hold of her arm and grapevined the other with her legs, using her weight to jerk the powerhouse of balance and slam her down on the back of her head and shoulders with a crucifix driver, holding it for the pinfall.

Christian: I give her credit for that, that was beautifully done!

Zack: A little closer for B-Brat as she’s called by some, but Hate is a load to keep down.

Hate kicked out and landed on her knees as Williams held her chest and forced herself back to her feet while Rebecka also started to rise, rubbing her neck as she did so. When she made it upright, Williams skipped forwards and caught the former SVW Champion with a superkick to the jaw. Rebecka stumbled backwards and the Princess quickly followed it up by pulling her downwards into a small package pinning combination.

Zack: A quick rollup might get the job done though!

One…

…THR–

Christian: You’re not going to catch Becka on a rollup like that. She’s too wily of a veteran.

Again Rebecka kicked out before the three count could be completed and Brittany shook her head as the official showed her the two count. Still the Princess didn’t argue with the count as she came back to her feet and when Hate sat up Williams caught her with a trio of quick, vicious kicks to the sternum, causing her to lay back flat on the canvas before she turned and took off towards the ropes, using them to deliver a springboard moonsault that landed perfectly across the chest of the SVW Hall of Famer. Williams knelt up for a moment, holding her body before she threw herself forwards into the cover.

Christian: Brittany’s aerial skills are impressive as hell, Zack.

One…

…THR–

Zack: I agree, and we almost had an upset right there!

This time as the three was coming down, Rebecka sat up, holding her opponent across her chest and kept her there as she continued to rise to her feet. As she got back to a vertical base, she adjusted her grip on the third generation wrestler and sent her flying back to the mat with a fall away slam. Brittany rolled through to the ropes and used them to slowly pull herself to her feet as Hate took a couple of moments to sit up, rubbing her neck as she did then continued to push up. She made it to her feet and watched as Brittany used the top rope to finally make it all the way up and then Hate waved the Princess forwards, telling her to take her best shot. Brittany nodded her head and charged towards, her foe, ducking underneath the clothesline attempt from the powerhouse and continuing to the opposite ropes which used to springboard backwards, looking to connect with a disaster kick…only for Rebecka to get her boot up and catch her in the gut, causing the third generation wrestler to land hard on the mat and immediately curl up into a ball.

Zack: That’s one massive boot to land right in your stomach, to say the least.

Christian: You’re right about that, that’s a size 16 boot she wears. They don’t get much bigger in women’s sizes.

The SVW Hall of Famer stood over her young opponent as Brittany started to rise slowly, pulling her thumb across her throat as she told everyone that the Kalfu was coming. Williams staggered backwards unsteadily as she made it to her feet and Rebecka stepped towards and went to drive a boot into her midsection only for Williams to catch the foot as it came towards her. Rebecka glared daggers at her as she hopped up and down and Brittany shoved the boot away from her, causing Hate to spin away and allowed Williams to leave her feet once more and crash a spinning wheel kick into the side of the powerhouse’s head. Rebecka staggered a step backwards as The Princess forced herself to come back to her feet and quickly unloaded with the Boom! Headshot! Roundhouse kick to the temple. Rebecka’s legs buckled beneath her, sending her down to one knee. Hate immediately tried to rise to her feet and as she did so, Brittany stepped past, jumping into the air and drove Rebecka down into the canvas with a jumping neckbreaker before she made the cover, hooking the legs as she did so.

Zack: Beautifully executed by Brittany, and this might be all she wrote for Hate!

…THREEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christian: She keeps getting closer and closer. I wasn’t sure she’d last this long against Becka. I’m impressed.

Hate kicked out at the last moment and Brittany sat up on her knees, with an almost begging, pleading expression on her face as she asked the referee for a three while he had the two fingers raised. He shook his head, telling him the kick out came before the three landed, Brittany telling them that wasn’t possible…and that she’d make him a knight - Sir Stephen Wilson. But still the referee told her that it was just a two count. For a moment the Princess pouted, shaking her head, telling him he could never be a member of her round table now and started to come back to her feet as Rebecka sat up. Britney took a couple of moments to wave to the crowd as Hate continued to rise. When the former SVW Champion made it up to one knee, Williams mimed placing a crown upon her head and then charged towards her opponent as Rebecka made it to her feet, jumping into the air and went for the Coronation DDT…

Zack: Brittany’s giving us the call sign for the CORONATION….

Christian: Not if Becka has any say about it!

…only for Hate to shove her off. Williams landed on her feet and stumbled backwards a step or two, trying to find her balance and Hate came forwards to crash a jumping knee into the underside of the jaw of the third generation star. Brittany was about to collapse backwards only for Hate to catch her by the arm and jerk her forwards, lifting her up onto her shoulders and holding her there before she dropped her into a single knee gutbuster. Williams landed on the mat, holding her midsection as her body spasmed in pain, rolling away from her foe and towards the ropes before she curled up into a ball and Hate made the cover, hooking both legs as she did so while the referee dropped down to make the count.

Zack: A gutbuster from the second floor with Hate’s height, and that’s gotta be all!!

One…

Two…

…THREEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christian: If I’m in her corner, I’m telling Becka it’s time to go for her favorite move. Nothing else is working tonight.

Williams' shoulder came up just before the three came down and Rebecka Hate stared a hole through the referee as he held up the two. She asked him for the three, but got a shake of the head from the official as he explained the shoulder came up in time. The SVW Hall of Famer didn’t bother to argue as Brittany rolled onto her front, next to the ropes. Rebecka once more came to her feet and slashed her thumb across her throat and started to pull her foe upwards, feeding her arm between her legs as she went for the Kalfu pumphandle slam. As she lifted Williams up, though, the Princess grabbed hold of the top rope in both hands in a vice like grip. Rebecka tried to jerk her away from the ropes but with no success, the referee calling for the break and starting the count as Hate once more tried to yank her free for her to deliver the move. As the referee’s count reached three, Rebecka went to throw Brittany up into the air off her shoulders but as she did so, Williams wrapped her legs around her opponent’s head and threw her weight towards her, spinning her around and taking her down to the mat with a headscissors takedown.

Zack: Brittany is showing me a lot tonight, not to mention the fact she’s been able to hang in this long against the veteran!

Christian: I’ve said it throughout the match. Brittany impresses me, there’s a world of potential there.

Hate hit the mat on the top of her head and landed on her back before she sat up, rubbing her neck and with a look of discomfort on her face. She started to push back up to her feet as Brittany did likewise the pair making it upright at the same time. Quickly Williams charged towards her foe and left her feet, looking to deliver a superman punch to her opponent’s jaw…but as she did so, Hate’s hand shot out and wrapped itself around her throat, catching her in midair. Brittany clawed at the hands around her throat only for Hate to drive her spine first into the canvas with a chokeslam. Brittany rolled to the side and started to push upwards, Hate once more making a slashing motion across her throat before she pulled Williams upwards and into a single knee facebreaker. The former SVW Champion didn’t release her grip on her opponent, pulling her back towards the middle of the ring where she lifted her up into the KALFU psycho pumphandle slam and drove her into the canvas in the middle of the ring, hooking both legs as she made the cover.

Zack: That’s gonna do it! Hate hit her favorite move, KALFU! Brittany won’t get up from that!

One…

Two…

…THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christian: Should have hit that about four minutes ago, but better late than never!

Wilson called for the bell and Hate rubbed her neck as she slowly rose to her feet, standing over Brittany and staring down at her for a moment before she held out her hand for Wilson to raise, which he did.

Kat: Here is your winner, by way of pinfall…REBECKA HATE!!!

Zack: What a statement win for Rebecka Hate! And whether it’s Mikayla or Cait later tonight, I maintain this woman right here absolutely has earned a Phoenix title shot too!

Christian: If I have my way about it, she certainly will have one.

As Brittany rolled onto her side, holding her back and chest and the referee checked to make sure the Princess was okay, the SVW Hall of Famer stood over her opponent and made a title belt motion around her waist, telling the Phoenix Champion that she’d see them real soon before the show cut elsewhere.

Refereeing Ain’t Easy

Kayla Palmer has to look up to her guest, as the person is quite a bit taller than her and clearly not a member of the FFW roster. That would be Colby Morrison. Kayle also has a book under her arm.

Kayla; Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here with former SVW star Colby Morrison who will begin this coming week training to become a full fledged referee for FFW. He’ll be reporting to training classes in Boston starting Monday, and we’ll be documenting his progress as he progresses. Welcome to Sin & Sacrifice, Colby!

Colby: Hey Kayla. Hey everyone out there in FFW-land. Like she said, I’m a former SVW wrestler…and as you can probably tell, I’m pretty tall. 6’8, 300ish pounds of solid Canadian muscle and soon to be hitting your screens in a black and white striped shirt, trying to keep control of some of the madness that seems to go on in wrestling. I figure I should be pretty good at it. I’ve already got the basics down - I can slap my hand against a mat three times. I can count to ten like a boss if I need to. Now it’s just to brush up on a couple of the rules that you think you know when you compete and trying to learn some of those that are rarely seen. It’ll be one heck of a ride.

Kayla: For fans who don’t know, all our referees have to complete a training course and pass a test before they are licensed officials in this promotion. Especially as it pertains to the fact this is an all female promotion. So Colby, you’ll have to be careful how you handle some situations. After all, you can’t do a lot of things you might do if it was a man cheating in a match, right? That’s why….

She pulled the book out from under her arm.

Kayla: I took the liberty of getting your course guide for your training. It’s 119 pages, and you’ll need to be familiar with every page to pass our course. Were you a good student when you were in school?

Colby: Weeeeeeeelllllllllllllll….I was… you know…solid B. Ya know. Sometimes A-. I was always good at sports if that counts at all.

He took a deep breath.

Colby: But look, school was a long time ago. And I’ve been on the other end of a referee’s decision making, so at least I have that going for me, right? I’ve been there. I know what the competitors are going through, the stresses and strains they’re under. And while I might not be able to memorise all 119 pages word for word, comma for comma, I do hereby swear that I will do my best to uphold the honours, traditions and ideals laid down in this exalted tome and required by the State Athletic Commissions across the country.

He held up three fingers.

Colby: Scouts honour.

Kayla: Well let’s test that knowledge a little, shall we? Admittedly I’ve never been a referee so I don’t know the answers to everything either.

She leafs through the course guide for a moment.

Kayla: Okay, here’s one on page 81. What do you do if you suspect one of the opponents in the match is hiding a weapon of some variety? I’m sure you’ve watched FFW before, and you know some of the girls do hide things in areas that…well you can’t exactly go grabbing. Lacey is an example, she seems to always have red powder stashed away in her gear. Do you know what referees are allowed to do when they suspect a weapon is hidden?

He hesitated for a moment.

Colby: Well…I’d have to double check the book obviously but if it’s before the match starts I would explain to her my suspicions, and in a very respectful fashion, pat her down to check for anything that shouldn’t be there.

He hesitated again.

Colby: Or maybe…can I deputise Kat for like a minute to check? Or call up Lexi from the broadcast booth?

Kayla: In Lacey’s case, it’s usually hidden in her top. And you’re not allowed to pat any woman on certain parts of her body. And no, there’s no deputizing people to do it for you. So that’s one area you’ll want to consult the manual during your training. One more….

Kayla flipped a few more pages before she began again.

Kayla: In a submission only rules match which we have often with the No Surrender division, what is the length of time you have to give an opponent if they are no longer responding to your questions and her arms are tied up to where you can’t lift them up three times like usual? This is a very important detail that could save someone’s career, after all.

Colby: Believe me, I know. I’ve seen people have their careers cut short and get put on the shelves from the effects of submissions. Obviously this is something that I’d need to review to get the answer spot on but if they had stopped responded completely and were just hanging limply in the hold, obviously unconscious, I’d call it on the spot to protect them. If they looked to still be awake but not responding for other reasons, I’d ask them, give them a warning and if she still didn’t respond in any fashion then I’d call it.

Kayla: I think we’ve shown here that being a referee is more difficult and intricate than how it appears on television. But you know what? You can have this book and start preparing now before you begin your training. Would you like that?

She asked him before holding out the handbook for him. He nodded his head.

Colby: Thanks Kayla. I think I need it. I’ve got a lot of revising and book learning to do I think. Otherwise I might never pass this test. Is there like…a referee summer school? Just in case this doesn’t all go in the first time around?

Kayla: No, you just have to take the course over if you don’t pass. You get 3 chances before you’re considered ineligible.

Colby: Okay. I think I can probably manage to pass it by then. Get that licence and be presented with a brand new referee’s shirt. Who knows, maybe next year I’ll be on Unstoppable, refereeing one of the opening contests and getting to experience that show first hand in front of all those people. This could be a great, brand new start for me. A wonderful new career to embark on.

Kayla: Good luck, and we’ll certainly be charting your progress, Colby.

As he takes the handbook and starts to look through the pages, the show returns to the ring for the next match.

When we return to the ring, that’s where we find Lexi instead of Kat. the dazzling blonde beams a smile at the viewers before she begins.

Lexi: The following contest is a Future Shock spotlight match scheduled for one fall with a 15 minute time limit.

Zack: Glad to welcome Claire Black to the broadcast booth with me for this match. For those who don’t know, she’s my broadcast partner on Tuesday nights. If you’re not watching Future Shock, you should be.

Claire: It’s a joy to be here to call this Future Shock spotlight match and highlight some of the best and brightest talents in the whole wrestling world. Talents that you can see live on Future Shock on Tuesday nights, including this Tuesday when the Future Shock cup will be on the line in Wildwood, New Jersey

"Dangerous Woman" by Ariana Grande begins to play as two ladies in evening dresses walk out to the top of the rampway and unroll a red carpet. A golden spotlight shines on the stage

Don't need permission
Made my decision to test my limits
Cause it's my business, God as my witness
Start what I finished

AMC rises up from under the floor wearing a beautiful Golden flowing robe with her arms outstretched. Her manager Kyle Kilmeade walks out from the back and stands behind her applauding. AMC steps forward a few feet and stops at the top of the ramp and slowly spins in a circle as Kyle applauds his client some more.

Don't need no hold up
Taking control of this kind of moment
I'm locked and loaded
Completely focused, my mind is open

Lexi: Coming down the aisle accompanied by Kyle Kilmeade and hailing from Beverly Hills, CA.   She is the FOREVER CHAMPION AND “THE GOLD STANDARD” OF PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING!!!!!!  ASHLEY MARIE CHASE otherwise known as  A…. M…. C!!!!!!!!!!

All that you got, skin to skin, oh my God
Don't ya stop, boy
Somethin' 'bout you makes me feel like a dangerous woman
Somethin' 'bout, somethin' 'bout, somethin' 'bout you
Makes me wanna do things that I shouldn't

AMC slowly makes her way down the aisle and upon reaching the ring she walks up the steps, taking a moment to wipe her feet on the apron and removes her robe revealing her SVW Aggression Championship as Kyle gets on the apron and holds the ropes open.  AMC Slowly bends over to get in the ring and shakes her ass giving Kyle a great view causing him to smirk. Once in the ring Kyle removes her championship and kisses her hand causing loud boos from the crowd. AMC then climbs the ropes and raises her hands in the air to louder boos.

Zack: You could argue this has been brewing since the day Ashley arrived carrying the former SVW Aggression title, now in possession of the woman she’s about to face. As a matter of fact, it was River that Ashley took that title from in SVW by nefarious means.

Claire: I think with the way that she beat River for it in SVW before it closed…and then to come to Future Shock, parading it around and calling yourself the Forever Champion? That was always bound to rub a couple of people the wrong way, River included.

The lights extinguish inside the arena only for a hockey style goal horn to sound; causing a spotlight to snap on and highlight the one, the only, River Campbell stood at the top of the stage playing to the crowd, waving her arms to get them to join in with the clapping and the opening “Whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh’s…” of “The Enforcer” by Monster Truck. She nods her head, reveling in it as the lyrics kick in.

“I'm not looking for a fight
If you come at me tonight
I'm gonna make you sorry.
Don't try my patience, son
There's a reason I'm the one,
People stand aside for.”

With a smirk on her face she sets off down the ramp, beating her chest as she does so. When she reaches the ring she climbs up the ring steps. Entering the ring, the musician continues to play to the fans by standing on the middle rope and raising her hand in the air. She repeats this on all four sides of the ring before returning to her corner and waiting impatiently for the match to start.

Lexi: From New York, New York, weighing 133 lbs, standing 5’7” she is...RIVER CAMPBELL!!!

Zack: It’s not just revenge for how she lost the title to Ashley in SVW that River’s fighting for tonight. Chase attacked her nearly 70 year old manager a few weeks back with that same title. Suffice it to say, she’s got plenty of reasons to want Ashley’s head on a spike.

Claire: Attacking DOC for absolutely no reason at all when he respectfully went to her locker room to ask for a match…and doing it while she knew River was competing in the ring…just poured a whole lot of gasoline on the situation and the musician has pretty much told Chase to come win the belt back if she wants it.

Referee Stephen Wilson is about to call for the bell when the fans start making noise once again. River looks towards the back to see DOC making his way down to the ring, and getting a warm reception from the Chicago crowd. He moves towards River’s corner, who looks a little surprised to see him before leaning through the ropes. She tells him he doesn’t have to be out here, but DOC insists he wants to be in her corner for this match. But before he can finish his thought, Ashley goes on the attack with a running knee into the side of her head before she can duck back through the ropes. The bell sounds before that, and Chase immediately begins driving knees into River’s head before using a hair mare to toss her to the mat. The fans boo the brunette before Ashley sits on her back and fishhooks both sides of her mouth till the referee gets to a four count.

Zack: River and the rest of us weren’t expecting to see DOC out here, and the surprise gave Ashley the jumpstart she was looking for. I can see why this match might have significance for him though.

Claire: He’s not normally at ringside for River’s matches but like you said, this is a match with added significance given what happened to him. He caught be all that pleased that River took her eye off the ball at the start of the contest.

After letting go, Ashley spikes River’s face into the mat and scrubs it against the canvas before getting back to her feet. The guitarist tries to get to her feet as well before Chase grabs her arm, and begins to kick her in the ribs repeatedly. She finally pulls the musician to her feet, yanking her forward into another short knee to the body. It stumbles the former Diamond Champion before Chase scoops her up for a vertical suplex but instead drops her body across the top rope. Campbell hung over the top for a couple seconds before the brunette used the ropes to slingshot her back into the ring.

Zack: It wasn’t all that long ago that River’s ribs were pretty banged up, and it certainly appears that Ashley plans to see how strong they are tonight. Or at least that seems to be her target.

Claire: Everyone seems to have targeted River’s ribs since Sydney took a baseball bat to them. Mostly all they’ve managed to prove is that River is as tough as they come and that she’ll keep on fighting even when she’s coughing up her own blood.

A double knee drop into Campbell’s chest kept her on the mat before Ashley pulled her up by the arms to deliver stomps to her chest one after another. Six of them connected before the seventh struck her face to put her down again. The Forever Champion sat on her chest and directed the referee to make his count.

Zack: More shots to the body, and I don’t care what she’s done so far…this cover isn’t going to get the job done!

ONE!!

T-NO!

River shoved her off as the two count was coming, and Chase rose back to her feet. River tried to do the same, only getting to her hands and knees before a hard stomp to her back landed. Chase pulled her arms up behind her into a standing surfboard submission as Kyle encouraged the referee to ring the bell.

Claire: I don’t blame Kyle for wanting the referee to end this while his client is on top. If River gets a chance to fire up, Ashley could be in big, big trouble.

Wilson ignored the manager as he dropped down in front of River to see if she wanted to submit. The guitarist showed no signs that she did, causing Ashley to mercilessly stomp her back a few more times before grinding her heel deeper against her spine. The referee checked a second time, and River still refused through gritted teeth to stop the match. Meanwhile from her corner, DOC had started a chant for the musician among the Chicago crowd.

Zack: DOC’s really getting these fans behind Future Shock’s Wrestler of the Year. Unfortunately for River though, she’s pretty much at Ashley’s mercy in this hold, isn’t she?

Claire: She is, it’s a case of how long can Ashley keep her held in this hold before her arms get tired, after all, I don’t ever recall seeing River tap out and I don’t think tonight’ll be the night that changes with the animosity between this pair.

A few more stomps landed against River’s back as Ashley demanded that she submit. But Campbell wasn’t interested in that, which seemed to frustrate the brunette before she finally used a curb stomp to the back of her head before releasing the hold. She pulled the former Diamond Champion up to her feet before lowering her shoulder to drive her backwards into the corner. It knocked the wind out of her before Chase fired her across to the far corner, where River struck back first yet again. When Ashley charged her with a running shoulder block, River got her knee up and caught the socialite in the jaw. It staggered her backwards before River hopped onto the second rope to deliver a blockbuster that put them both down, and caused the guitarist to clutch her ribs in pain on impact.

Zack: Good timing by River, and she made Ashley pay right there. But she also paid a price herself for that blockbuster.

Claire: River is really feeling it after the torture that her ribs have been going through. But we saw that as Diamond Champion that she’ll sacrifice her own body to win.

Campbell got to her feet, clearly favoring her midsection before she saw Chase beginning to get up too. That’s when she began unloading with hard right hands to the brunette’s head, sending her backwards into the ropes. The fans responded to every blow before she whipped Ashley across for the ride, only to catch her on the rebound with a rolling elbow to the jaw. Ashley dropped to her hands and knees dazed before River landed an ax kick to the back of her head before making the cover.

Zack: River’s been watching some of Lilly’s matches, I think!

ONE!!

TW-NO!

Ashley got her shoulder off the mat before the two landed, and River pulled her back to her feet. A flurry of forearms landed against the side of her head before she whipped her into the ropes a second time, only for River to use a high back body drop to send her to the mat.

Claire: Huge air for Chase right there and one heck of a crash landing. River is building momentum which is bad news for the self proclaimed Gold Standard of Wrestling.

The fans were getting louder behind Campbell now as she took off towards the ropes. Ashley started to crawl to the other side of the ring, using those ropes to help her get up when River caught her with a bicycle kick that sent her through the ropes on the outside. DOC applauded his client from her corner as Kyle moved next to Ashley to attend to her. The referee began his ten count as River held her ribs in pain.

Zack: Looks like River is gonna wait Ashley out on getting back in the ring here. That could be a mistake before all is said and–

Before Zack could finish his sentence, a baseball slide from River to Ashley’s chest sent her staggering backwards into the barricade. The crowd was much louder now as Campbell grabbed her head and bounced it first off the top of the retaining wall and then the apron to drop her to her knees. She was about to grab her again when she spotted Kyle moving closer to their location, and quickly spun around to face him. That stopped the manager in his tracks.

Zack: Unless Kyle has his major medical paid up, he may want to stay out of arm’s reach of River tonight. He hasn’t done anything in this match yet. And “yet” is the operative word.

Claire: Which is a surprise. Though, River can’t get too caught up in whatever Kilmeade might have planned because she’s only giving Chase time to recover and there’s a lot on the outside that she could use to really go to work on the ribs tonight.

Kyle backed up a few steps with his hands up like he’d been caught by the police. And that was all Ashley needed as she swept River’s legs from under her to deliver a wheelbarrow facebuster on the floor. The musician’s face and body smacked the ground before Chase made it back to her feet, smiling at her manager before she tossed Campbell back into the ring. The brunette quickly followed after her to make the cover with a leg hook this time.

Claire: Big impact on very thin padding over a hard concrete fall! River’s only saving grace might be the time it took to get her back in the ring.

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOO!!

T-NO.

River got her shoulder off the mat as the two struck the mat, and Chase rolled her onto her stomach. She pulled her up for what looked like a gutwrench suplex but Campbell landed on her feet! Ashley’s eyes widened only a half second before a discus lariat mowed her down.

Zack: What agility by River! She landed on her feet like a cat, and nearly sent Ashley’s head into the third row here in the United Center!

It took something out of River too though as she dropped to a knee to pull herself together. DOC had began rallying the crowd for his client again as she got back to her feet. When she spotted Ashley beginning to get up again, River used a bulldog to put her down before heading towards the ropes to hop off the second with an elbow drop to her back. The impact didn’t do her any favors though, causing her to grimace before she rolled Ashley over for the cover.

Zack: Every impact practically sends shockwaves through those ribs, and River’s ready to hear the bell right now!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOO!!

THR-NOI!!

The brunette got her shoulder up in time, and River slowly got back to her feet. She dragged the brunette up with her, and whipped her into the corner with velocity. Chase’s body struck the corner before she staggered out, only for River to catch her going forward with a ghetto blaster to the back of her head. It dropped her where she stood before Campbell headed to the next corner.

Claire: River looking for a knockout shot!! And I think she’s about to try and put this one away!!

She dropped down into a three point stance, causing the audience to know what was coming next. DOC got them to get even louder as Campbell started pawing her foot against the mat. When the brunette was finally back to her feet, River bolted out of the corner with her clothesline from hell that landed perfectly before she dropped to make the cover!

Zack: There it is, the RAGIN’ RIVER!!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

The fans came to their feet as River rose to hers. Wilson called for the bell and then raised the guitarist’s hand in victory.

Claire: Chase almost had her head taken off of her shoulders!! That was a thunderous clothesline from the former Diamond Champion!!

Lexi: Your winner by pinfall………………RIVER CAMPBELL!!!

Kyle pulled Ashley out of the ring towards him to check on her as DOC joined his client to congratulate her. He also raised River’s hand, giving her applause as well.

Zack: River Campbell made her point tonight, and got her pound of flesh too after the months of having to endure the obnoxious Forever Champion. I’ll give Ashley her due, she certainly gave River a fight.

Claire: River is definitely going to be feeling this one for a while with the number done on her back and ribs. It was an excellent gameplan from Chase and one that almost paid off for her…but River endured and the Ragin’ River continues to be one of the most deadly finishers.

DOC and River exited the ring together before he raised her hand once again for the crowd. That was when the show went to a commercial for the Future Shock Cup edition coming up on Tuesday.

Kat: The following match is scheduled for one fall to a finish and it is for the FFW PHOENIX CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

Zack: It’s time for the first of two championship matches you’re going to see tonight at Sin & Sacrifice in Chicago. This one has been owed for a while, by most estimates.

Christian: You don’t mind if I stick around for this one, do you?

Zack: Be my guest.

"I Wanna Dance With Somebody" by Whitney Houston begins to blast all across the speakers and as it does, we are able to see Ruby Steele emerging from the curtain. She is clad in a sparkling ruby glow in the dark jacket. The jacket shines brightly and she excitedly sprints to the ring.

Kat: Introducing first, the challenger. Making her way to the ring weighing in at 112 pounds Ruby Steele!

Ruby however is over the top excited as she does some cartwheels before finishing up with one massive backflip. She giggles before she slowly slides into the ring. She nips up to her feet and blows kisses to the crowd before she bounces about waiting for the match to begin

Zack: Ruby won herself a lot of fans after she superkicked Diamond’s jaw into the 8th row at Unstoppable 13, Christian. If you ask most, she should have been the one in Diamond’s spot that night. But better late than never.

Christian: She seems like a good kid. I haven’t really spoken with her much since she arrived, never was a big fan of the company she kept. But I agree she’s earned this. But so has Becka.

"I'm only human
I'm only—I'm only—
I'm only human, human

“Human” by Rag’n’Bone Man starts to play over the soundsystem as the video screen shows a jail cell door sliding backwards and a pair of black ring boots with legs going all the way up to a simple blue skirt step out onto the landing only to suddenly stumble as if given a push in the small of the back from the man who appeared behind her in shiny black shoes and black pants.

Maybe I'm foolish,
Maybe I'm blind
Thinking I can see through this
And see what's behind
Got no way to prove it
So maybe I'm lying

As the pair pass by, the camera gets a shot from behind before it cuts to more grainy CCTV footage that shows the guard escorting the raven haired prisoner across a prison yard of patchy grass and into another building. There’s another cut as we see a shot of exposed midriff on the other side of a counter that has a pack of gum, some loose change on it and a hair bobble on it. A hand reaches forward, picking up a pen and signs a name quickly before scooping up the possessions as she stiffly pushed to move onwards.

But I'm only human after all,
I'm only human after all
Don't put your blame on me
Don't put your blame on me

There’s another cut; this time to show the back of the black haired woman as she reaches up to tie her long loose hair back with the bobble while still walking forward, coming to a stop in front of a large closed door. The camera cuts to the opposite side of the door and low down, watching as it swung open and the woman stepped out; only for the blazing sun to obscure her face and body; the video screens becoming a blazing yellow-white sun glare with a spotlight shining bright as the same woman has appeared at the top of the entrance ramp. The spotlight dims to reveal Mara Werth standing there in her black boots, blue skirt and white vest top with her title belt slung over her shoulder.

Take a look in the mirror
And what do you see?
Do you see it clearer
Or are you deceived
In what you believe?

Kat: Ladies and gentlemen please welcome from Tuscaloosa, Alabama… the FFW PHOENIX CHAMPION... MARA WERTH!!!

'Cause I'm only human after all,
You're only human after all
Don't put the blame on me
Don't put your blame on me

With a smile on her face she begins to head down the ramp to the ring, running up the ring steps. She moved down the apron, facing out to the crowd and threw her arms up into the air, raising the title aloft before she stepped through the ropes. Heading to the corner, the girl carefully stepped up onto the middle ropes, throwing her hands up into the air again, holding the title above her head before she bounced back onto her feet and passed the title belt off to the referee. She stretched as she waited for the match to start.

Zack: What a fantastic champion Mara has been since she became the champion. There’s no challenger she’s turned away, and you can see how proud she is just by looking at her face.

Christian: She’s definitely a fighting champion, no two ways about that. She or Ruby either one will have a fantastic match against Mikayla when the time comes.

Melinda Davis took the title and showed it to Ruby before she raised it over her head to show the crowd then finally handed it off to Kat on the outside. She checked with both that they were ready to compete and getting the okay, called for the bell. The two wrestlers came out of their corners and to the middle of the ring where they shook hands before stepping back, separating from each other for a moment as they circled each other and then locked up. Steele tried to dig her heels in but Werth managed to push her backwards, shoving her all the way back against the ropes, the pair rolling along them till Ruby found herself in the corner with her back against the turnbuckles. The referee called for the break and started the count, Mara releasing her hold and skipped backwards to the middle of the ring.

Zack: We now know that it’ll be Mikayla Stone who will face the winner of this match. That match is already set for our next major FFW event, Red Alert, this November. Do you think she has a preference as to who she’ll face?

Christian: I doubt it. I don’t get the sense form Mikayla that she’d mind whichever of the two that ends up facing her. She’ll probably just be glad to not need eyes in the back of her head.

Ruby nodded her head for a moment before she stepped out of the corner and headed towards the middle of the ring and once more offered to enter into a lock up but as Mara stepped forwards, Steele used a drop step to ghost behind her and apply a rear waistlock. Werth quickly grabbed her foe’s hands and pulled them apart before a standing switch saw the defending Phoenix Champion go to lock in a rear waistlock. Before she could lock her hands though, Ruby grabbed hold of her right wrist with both hands and pushed it away as she transitioned into an arm wringer. Mara reached for her shoulder for a moment as she did so, Ruby rotated the arm once more, applying more pressure in the hold and causing a look of discomfort to appear on Werth’s face as she grabbed her shoulder again for a moment before she looked to lessen the tension in the hold with a cartwheel and  then a forward roll. As the former jailbird came back to her feet though, Ruby took her down to the canvas with a clothesline.

Zack: It might just be me, but I think Ruby really has shown a lot of growth since she left the Gem Stones. It’s nice not having Diamond or Emerald or the others screeching at her from ringside, I’m sure.

Christian: It’s probably nice for a lot of people around ringside not having to listen to them. But yeah, Ruby definitely qualifies.

Werth sat up and as she did so, Ruby dropped down behind her and locked in a rear chinlock on her opponent. Werth pulled at the arm that was underneath her jaw, trying to pull it away from her but Steele had the hold tightly applied. Instead Mara began to rise to her feet and as she did so, Ruby rose with her and transitioned the hold into a side headlock, flexing her arm to wrench the hold in tighter. Werth again tried to use her strength to separate her opponent’s grip but still had no joy which saw the Phoenix Champion walk back to the ropes and fire Ruby off of her and across the ring. Steele came off the ropes and ran straight into a shoulder block from Mara that sent the challenger down to the mat. Ruby rolled to the side as Werth waved her hands, trying to get the crowd louder as they cheered for both competitors. As Steele came to her feet, Mara slapped her shoulder and invited Ruby to try her luck with another shoulder tackle and Ruby nodded her head as she took off towards the ropes and came back, running straight into Mara again and once more getting sent to the mat as Werth planted her feet and met her head on.

Zack: Mara’s as stout as anyone you’ll find in FFW, and trying to knock her down when she’s at full strength is not the best idea Ruby’s had today.

Christian: If I were managing Mara, I’d have had her watching the match with Diamond on repeat for this match. Because that was one of Mara’s strongest performances.

Again Ruby rose to her feet and told Mara one more time, the Phoenix Champion nodding her head and waving Steele forwards as the challenger once more dropped back to the ropes and this time as she bounced off them she surprised Mara with a leaping high knee into the chest, sending Werth backwards a step of two and as the Phoenix Champion found her balance, Ruby took her down to the canvas with a deep Japanese arm drag which she instantly rolled through and transitioned into a kneeling arm bar on the right arm of her foe. Mara again grimaced as she reached for her shoulder, holding it as she started to come to her feet. As the two competitors made it back to a vertical base, Ruby once more twisted the arm around in its socket and then went to twist it again but as she brought the arm over her shoulder she dropped down to her knees, snapping the limb over her shoulder for an armbreaker. The former jailbird reeled away, holding her arm in pain as Ruby came back to her feet and quickly stepped towards her opponent and used a dropkick to the chest, sending Werth stumbling backwards before she fell through the ropes and to the outside where she landed on her right shoulder.

Zack: That was a hard fall for the champion, and seeing what she landed on could spell big trouble as this match progresses.

Christian: She did land in an awkward way. Usually when you’re falling, you try to land flat on your back. When you land on parts first, that….that can get tetchy.

Immediately the referee told Ruby to back up to a neutral corner and began the count on Mara. The brunette held her arm on the outside, rubbing it  with a look of discomfort on her face as she sat up. The referee continued to count as Mara took her time, making it back to her feet and shaking the arm out before she slid into the ring at the count of eight and immediately popped back up to her feet. As she did so, Ruby smiled across the ring at her and made the title belt motion around her waist as she told her the belt was coming home with her tonight. Mara shook her head and charged towards her foe, only for Ruby to step out of the way at the last moment. The Phoenix Champion stopped herself before she hit the corner and turned around only for Ruby to hop up onto the middle rope and come back with a springboard disaster kick into her foe’s face causing her to stagger back and gave Ruby the chance to scoop her opponent off her feet and drop her down with a shoulder breaker to the right shoulder.

Zack: Ruby’s making the smart decisions now, and taking advantage of the damage she saw moments ago. That’s what you have to do.

Christian: Yeah, there’s nothing wrong with that. Same as if your opponent comes in with an injury, you gotta exploit it.

The Alabama native rolled to the side, holding her shoulder as she did so and Ruby quickly moved forwards to hook her head, twisting her right arm up behind her back before she lifted her up and delivered a snap suplex, dropping Mara and all of her weight on top of her injured right arm.  Immediately the Phoenix Champion sat up, once more holding her arm and as she did so, Ruby once more locked in the hammerlock on the right arm, twisting it up behind her shoulder blade and then started to drive elbow strikes downwards into the shoulder. Mara kicked out her foot, hooking it over the bottom rope and the official called for the break, starting the count and getting to four before Ruby released the hold and rolled away. Werth did the same thing as she rolled out of the ring, underneath the bottom rope, trying to massage life back into her arm as she came to her feet. This time the referee told Ruby to back up to a neutral corner and Steele started to head across the ring as the official leaned through the ropes, checking that Mara was okay and the challenger bounced off the ropes, using the referee to leapfrog over the top rope and caught Mara with a cross body block from high in the air causing both of them to crash into the floor.

Christian: Now she’s doing stuff that really grabs my heart. That was beautifully executed too, just a little too high risk for a match of this importance, in my view.

Zack: You sound like you prefer your talent to use a bit more conservative approach when they challenge for titles.

Christian: Absolutely. Doesn’t mean they listen to me all the time though.

Ruby took a moment to get back to her feet, pulling Mara up with her and following the referee’s direction as she rolled Mara back into the ring underneath the bottom rope, sliding in after her and making the cover, making sure to hold her right arm down by pinning the wrist against the canvas.

Zack: Good cover here by Ruby, look how she’s keeping that arm at an uncomfortable angle.

One…

Two…

Mara rolled her left shoulder up from the mat to break up the pinfall only for Ruby to make another cover, this time pinning both wrists to the mat.

Christian: One good pin deserves another, eh Ruby?

One…

Two…

Mara with a whimper of pain managed to force her right shoulder up this time and Ruby shook her head as she released the right wrist and drove three quick elbow shots into the right shoulder before she again pinned Mara down to the mat by both wrists for the cover.

Zack: If at first you don’t succeed, try try again! That’s what Ruby’s doing here.

One…

Two…

…THR–

Christian: Near fall after near fall. But close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.

This time, Mara escaped the pin by bridging up out of it. Ruby shook her head and kicked her feet up into the air, looking to bring her knees down into Werth’s stomach but as did so, Werth let out a roar, shoving her left arm up into the air, spinning Ruby around in mid-air and as she Steele landed, the Phoenix Champion applied a rear naked choke and a body scissors around her body. Quickly the referee checked the hold and deemed it legal, asking Ruby if she wanted to quit and getting a ‘No’ as Ruby clawed at the arms wrapped around her neck. Werth tried to tighten up her grip further in an effort to put her opponent to sleep, a look of pain on her face as she did so and Steele was able to wriggle and squirm enough to be able to kick out her own foot and reach the bottom rope with her toe. The referee saw it quickly and called for the break, starting the count and getting to four before Mara shoved Steele away from her and rolled in the opposite direction to come to her feet, holding her right arm as she did so.

Zack: You can see very clearly how much the champion’s shoulder is bothering her, and I doubt Ruby’s done with it tonight if she has a choice.

Christian: Not if she’s as smart as I think she is. You have to exploit those openings, like I was saying earlier. If you don’t, you’re doing yourself a disservice.

The challenger took a moment to catch her breath before she came back to her feet and turned towards the middle of the ring only to find Mara right in front of her; the champion immediately caught her with a stiff left hand to the jaw. A second and third left hand followed that, causing Ruby to lean back against the ropes only for Mara to send her in for the ride, following behind her a moment later and caught her opponent as she came back off the ropes with a running knee to the midsection that sent her flipping over to the canvas. Werth rubbed her right arm as it hung by her side while Ruby once more started to rise to her feet, only getting as far as one knee before the former jailbird caught her with a big boot to the side of the head, sending her back down to the canvas. Once more Ruby started to push upwards only for Mara to use her left hand to pull her upwards and into a single knee facebuster. It sent Ruby staggering backwards a step before Mara once more caught her by the wrist and Irish whipped her into the ropes, this time lowering her shoulder as Steele came off the ring ropes and sent her up into the air with a back body drop which saw the challenger land hard on the canvas.

Zack: It almost looked like Ruby stepped on a spring with the angle Mara got on that.

Christian: Kinda like a Road Runner cartoon, wasn’t it? That was one hard landing too.

Ruby sat up almost immediately and as she did Mara started to deliver rapid fire stiff kicks into her foe’s spine, causing the former Gemstone to wear a look of pain upon her face. After landing 6 or 7 kicks in a matter of seconds, Mara backed up and waved her opponent back up to her feet. Steele started to rise and as she did so, Werth took off across the ring, hitting the ropes behind Ruby, came back and hit the set in front of the challenger before the Phoenix Champion launched herself into a Thesz press, taking Steele down to the canvas. Werth took a moment to steady herself with her right hand, grimacing as she did before she began to hammer away at Ruby’s face with left forearms while the referee demanded separation and started the count. Steele covered up as the blows rained down upon her, the referee getting to four before Mara rolled off her opponent and came back to her feet once more, waving her upright again.

Zack: The champion’s starting to feel it now, and she’s wanting Ruby back on her feet. This is something that Mikayla may have to deal with come Red Alert.

Christian: That she will, but whoever wins this is gonna end up facing who I feel may be the quickest in FFW right now.

Once more Ruby started to push upwards from the canvas, making it to her knees as Mara yet again dropped back to the ropes, using them to build momentum as she charged forwards and caught her opponent with a running knee lift to the jaw. Immediately the Alabama native pulled her foe the rest of the way up to her feet and this time she sent her across the ring and into the corner, the former  jailbird following behind the British wrestler and catching her against the turnbuckles with a running clothesline in the corner with her right arm. Werth spun away, holding her right arm with a look of pain on her face after delivering the move, shaking the limb as she turned back towards Ruby as the challenger started to step out of the corner only for Mara to kick her in the gut, grab hold of her head and send her straight back against the turnbuckles with a kneeling jawbreaker. The Phoenix Champion popped back up to her feet and took hold of the top rope as she started to lay stiff kicks into her opponent’s midsection - the official once more calling for the break and starting the count, getting to four before Mara stepped back.

Zack: Mara didn’t hold that as long as some would have that we’ve seen in the past, Christian.

Christian: I wouldn’t expect her to. She has always impressed me as a stickler for the rules, and Ruby hasn’t done anything to make her abandon that.

Ruby hung in the corner for a moment only for Werth to pull her out of the corner by the wrist, jerking her forwards as the defending champion lowered her shoulder and once again sent Steele high into the air and crashing into the canvas with a back body drop. Again Ruby sat up almost immediately but as she did so, Mara used a handful of hair to jerk her back down to the mat and as the referee started to reprimand her, Werth stepped back against the ropes and came back to deliver a leg drop across her opponent’s chest before she made the cover.

Christian: That’ll drive all the wind out of you in a hurry, not sure it’s gonna get the win though.

One…

Two…

Zack: The former Gem Stone got the shoulder up with barely a second to spare.

Ruby kicked out and Mara nodded her head in acceptance of the referee’s count as she knelt up, rubbing her right arm as she came to her feet, once more bringing Ruby up with her, pulling her up to her feet so that the former jailbird could begin to deliver a series of forearm blows to her jaw with her left arm before she spun Steele to face the ropes and stepped behind her as she jerked her down into a backstabber. The challenger bounced off the knees of the Tuscaloosan and fell forwards over the middle rope and hung there as the Phoenix Champion came to her feet and took off across the ring. On her return, Werth launched herself into a tiger feint kick that saw her crash her boots into Ruby’s face as she hung over the middle rope and sent the challenger falling backwards into the ring while Mara landed on her feet on the apron. She pointed to the top rope as the half of the crowd that was supporting her, cheering her loudly. In response the brunette stepped towards the corner and climbed to the top rope where she took a moment to get her footing and measure up Steele before leaping off into a senton.

Christian: I was talking about this earlier, it’s smarter to be conservative in title matches!

Zack: Big time flight…big crash landing! No one was home!

And only got mat as Ruby rolled into the corner at the last moment. Immediately Mara’s hand went to her spine as she sat hunched over on the canvas for a moment, her face a mask of pain while Ruby used the ring ropes to pull herself up to her feet and skipped forwards to drive a penalty style kick straight in her foe’s back. Mara rolled off to the side immediately, still holding her back as she pushed up to her knees only to receive a knee strike to the side of her head before Ruby pulled her upwards into a standing headscissors. Steele took a moment to coral her opponent’s right arm, twisting it up behind her back into a hammerlock then a second later Ruby used her other arm to hoist Mara off her feet, flipping her over and causing her to crash back down to the mat in a modified low powerbomb with the right arm still trapped underneath her body. Werth went to roll to the side but before she could, Ruby had grabbed both of her legs and rolled through into a jack knife pinning combination.

Zack: Ruby’s thinking on her feet, and she’s got the champion all hemmed up!

One…

Two…

…THRE–

Christian: Closest call of the match so far too. She’s giving Mara a lot more trouble than I expected. Hell,, Diamond should have used this strategy when she faced her.

Mara bridged up out of the pinning combination, bringing the pair up to their feet and the former jailbird tried to twist and roll to keep control of her opponent only for Steele to shove her away. Werth stumbled a few steps backwards towards the center of the ring and as she found her balance, Ruby charged towards her only to run straight into a leaping knee to the jaw. This saw Steele’s legs turn to spaghetti as she staggered back, trying to stay upright as the Phoenix Champion grabbed her by the wrist and once more sent her into the ropes with an Irish whip. As Ruby returned, Mara ducked her head down looking for another back body drop but this time Steele telegraphed it, slamming on the brakes before she reached Mara in the middle of the ring and delivered a toe kick into her chest. The former jailbird stepped backwards and as she did so, she was doubled over by a thrust kick into the chest from the challenger who then jerked the Alabama native forwards in a standing headscissors that a moment later became a Canadian destroyer as the challenger spiked her foe’s head into the canvas, causing her to crumple to the mat. Ruby dove on top of her to make the cover, hooking the leg as she did so.

Zack: A flip piledriver that Shaw would have been proud of! New champion in three!!

One…

Two…

…THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Christian: I don’t see how she got her shoulder up honestly. I can count on one hand the number of people I’ve seen kick out of that…and have plenty of fingers still.

A hair's breadth before the official’s hand hit the canvas for the three, Mara’s arm shot up from the mat, breaking up the pinfall and causing the official to instantly wave off the count. Even as Ruby popped up to her feet, hands raised in victory. The official made sure the timekeepers and officials at ringside knew it was a two count and then came to her feet and told Ruby that the three count had been waved and that it was only a two. As Steele questioned it, Davis told her that it was a two, explaining that the shoulder came up in time. Ruby looked crestfallen as she confirmed it once more. This time as Davis was explaining that the shoulder came up, Mara pulled herself together enough to jerk Ruby down into a schoolgirl pinning position with her right arm, Davis sliding into position to make the count.

Zack: The champion looking to surprise the challenger and retain it all right now!

One…

Two…

…THR–

Christian: I don’t know if she had enough leverage on the rollup there though.  It’s hard to gauge that kind of thing.

Ruby kicked out on the two and as she did so, she caught hold of Mara’s wrist and immediately looked to transition into a cross armbreaker on her foe, quickly trying to jerk the arm straight to apply as much pressure on the limb as possible. Almost immediately though Werth started to fight the attempt, trying to jerk her arm free of her foe’s grip before she locked her fingers in a ‘S’ grip, gritting her teeth and with an expression of pain and determination looked to hold on for death life to stop Ruby from straightening out the arm and getting the submission applied. Steele shook her head as she continued to violently tug and jerk and yank on the arm, trying to break the champion’s grip and even started to drive kicks into her head. Still Mara’s grip stayed strong as the Alabaman still looked to escape, pushing up to her feet and with a look of increasing pain on her face she started to lift Ruby off the canvas before she slammed her back down onto it. Still the Brit kept hold of her arm and again started trying to straighten it and Mara again with a roar of effort and pain, agony etched on her face made another attempt to lift Ruby up, bringing her up higher of the mat this time before again driving her down into the canvas, dropping her more on the back of her head this time and finally getting her the release. Mara staggered away, holding her right arm against and managing a couple of steps before she dropped to her knees.

Christian: I know one thing. If I’m Mikayla, I have taken a lot of notes just watching this match. I can see a few areas that both of them could tighten up in their game.

Zack: I’m sure Mikayla will be watching this back again and again before she meets whoever has the title at Red Alert.

Ruby held the back of her head as she rose back to her feet and immediately charged towards Mara, looking to step up and deliver a Shining Wizard to the side of Mara’s head only for Werth to get her right arm up in the nick of time and on instinct to block the impact. The Tuscaloosa native letting out a cry of pain as the kick jarred her arm. Quickly the challenger came back to her feet and stepped towards Mara who was still down on one knee and the moment that the British wrestler was on top of her, the champion exploded upwards into a European uppercut to Ruby’s jaw, delivered with her left arm. Steele staggered backwards and Werth leaned back against the ropes before she fired herself forwards and into a flying forearm, leading with her left into her foe’s jaw. Ruby staggered backwards and Mara quickly hooked her head and with a cry of pain, snapped off a suplex, floating over as it landed and made the cover on the challenger.

Zack: That shoulder is giving the champ all kinds of problems, but it may be moot in 3 seconds!

One…

Two…

…THRE–

Christian: Not just yet. She is very attached to that title, and has come a long way since she thought it was cursed.

Ruby once more kicked out and Mara didn’t even bother to look to the referee for confirmation as she pulled the challenger back up to her feet, hooked her head with her left and forced her right to trap her opponent’s arm before she stood Ruby on the top of her skull with a single arm DDT. As Steele crumpled to the mat, Mara once more threw herself on top of the opponent, reaching down with her right arm and weakly hooking the leg as Davis slid into place to make the count.

Zack: Mara wants this done ten minutes ago, and that DDT might grant her wish.

One…

Two…

…THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Christian: Nope, not yet. If I had a dollar for every time you thought there’d be a pinfall win when there wasn’t… heh.

This time Ruby’s shoulder popped up from the canvas with barely a heartbeat to spare. Davis once more waving off the count and making sure that the timekeepers and all the officials knew and informed Mara that the shoulder came up in time as the former jailbird sat on the canvas, asking for three with a look of disbelief on her face as the referee told her that the match was still going.

Zack: Mara’s face tells you everything that you need to know, Christian. She thought her night was done, but Ruby just keeps hanging in!

Christian: I give Ruby a lot of credit. I never saw this kind of dedication when she arrived as part of the band. She’s really turned a corner, in my view.

Mara nodded her head and struggled to get back to her feet where she started to stalk her opponent, rallying the crowd who cheered her loudly as they knew what was coming. Werth waved the challenger upwards and as Ruby was getting back to her feet, the former jailbird charged forwards and left her feet looking for the WERTHWHILE shining knee strike to the temple. It connected perfectly and Ruby collapsed to the mat with her eyes glazed over and the Phoenix Champion quickly threw herself on top of her opponent and hooked the leg for the cover.

Zack: WERTHWHILE! If Ruby gets the shoulder up this time….

One…

Two…

…THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christian: Yeah, that was going to be it. No one gets up from that spinning knee Mara uses.

This time Davis completed the count and called for the bell. Mara sitting up and holding her right arm against her body as she did so, looking up to the official who showed her the three before she went to retrieve the title from the ringside attendant. After doing so, she helped Mara to her feet, presented her with the title belt and raised her hand in the air.

Kat: Ladies and Gentlemen, here is your winner, by way of pinfall…AND STILL FFW PHOENIX CHAMPION!!!! …. MARA WERTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zack: Mara played through the pain and did what champions do. She found a way to win, but I give Ruby a helluva lot of credit! I’m positive she’s not done chasing that title yet.

Christian: Oh, I’m sure she isn’t either. But Mikayla has next, and if I have my way, Rebecka will be in there with Mara or Mikayla too. It’s been real, Zack, but I want to do some final prep with the Pure Champion before her match. Later.

Mara raised the title belt in the air in one hand as the crowd cheered before she dropped down to one knee and checked on Ruby, starting to help her vanquished foe to rise back to her feet. Mara raised Ruby’s hand, the pair of them getting a loud cheer from the crowd and then Werth offered her her hand. Ruby shook it and as the handshake between the two broke, the show cut elsewhere.

Shooting with Samantha, Part 2

The show goes to an interview set with posh furniture set up with a glass table. Seated on one side of the table is FFW reporter Kayla Palmer. Seated on the other side is the owner of the company Samantha Star. A smiling Kayla addresses the camera.

Kayla: This is Kayla Palmer, and this is part two of my interview with the owner of FFW, Samantha Star. In the first part of the interview, we discussed some of the history of FFW and how it came about as well as her thoughts on a few topics. In this part, I wanted to give a few names and have Miss Star give us her thoughts. And depending on the answer, there may be follow up questions.

Her attention turns to Samantha, who is sat across from her.

Kayla: Thank you for continuing our conversation. Shall we begin if you’re ready?

Samantha: Certainly, Miss Palmer.

Kayla: Let’s get into it then. We’ll be talking about talent from the current roster and past members as well. And I’d like to start with the recently returned Scarlett Kincaid.

Samantha: Scarlett was one of the homegrown talents for FFW in its earliest days. She made a very strong connection with the fans early, and that is a very difficult thing to create. It has to be organic, and that’s what it was with her. When she wanted to come back to the ring, there was no question where she wanted and we made a deal.

Kayla: The reigning FFW Champion Kelly Kincaid.

Samantha: Also a homegrown talent for FFW. She was far more confident in those days than Scarlett, and has been and continues to be one of the most consistently excellent performers we’ve had throughout the history of FFW.

Kayla: Missy.

Samantha: A franchise player for FFW. My only regret is that we didn’t bring her here sooner. I’d say the same for her sister too, in case you were about to name her.

Kayla: Caroline Dallins.

Samantha: Exceptionally gifted and talented woman. She may have spent too much time inside her own head, but it drove her to be who she became. Can’t fault that.

Kayla: Lacey.

Samantha: She reminds me so much of myself when I was an active competitor, almost down to the appearance. I have a fondness for her in that regard.

Kayla: Angelina Fantastica.

Samantha: Regret there, not for anything she did wrong. I didn’t see what kind of pressure she was feeling when she had her break. But she returned, and is clearly very happy now where she is.

Kayla: Isis Morales.

Samantha: One of the biggest draws in Future Shock’s history there. She wasn’t beloved by the fans by any stretch, but she certainly could sell tickets and Pay Per Views. They were fascinated by her.

Kayla: Assistant Director Brianna Singer.

Samantha: When Mr. Grant wanted to hire her, I was quite skeptical and he had to talk me into it. People don’t know what all she does behind the scenes now for the brand, but he was right to want to bring her in.

Kayla: Crystal Zdunich.

Samantha: She’s really skyrocketed since she returned, hasn’t she? She’s one of those names that virtually everyone who follows this sport knows of. So her name value carries a lot, when she is focused, she can be one of the best. Obviously since she’s in the main event of Sin & Sacrifice.

Kayla: Cait Flanagan.

Samantha: She also reminds me a lot of myself when I was still competing. Also a smart businesswoman. I think we have mutual investments in some of the same businesses.

Kayla: Rebecka Hate.

Samantha: The best of her sisterhood that I’ve seen. Rebecka has always impressed me, and one of the very first people we reached out to when SVW folded.

Kayla: Wendy Briese.

Samantha: A fantastic draw for FFW in her active days. There was no middle ground with fans or wrestlers when it came to her. They either admired and respected her or they thought she was overbearing. I didn’t always agree with her, but we both made plenty of money due to that.

Kayla: Isabella Pazzini.

Samantha: Another cornerstone of FFW in its formative years. Also was one of my closest friends.

Kayla: Was as in past tense? You don’t keep in touch.

Samantha: No, I’ve not spoken to her in several years. I wish her well.

Kayla: Arabella Townshend.

Samantha: One of Future Shock’s pillars, as far as I’m concerned. She has been offered more than once to come to the FFW roster for increasing sums of money, but has asked to stay right where she is. She loves Future Shock. She considers herself its soul, I think. And as long as she competes on one of the two rosters, I’m content with that.

Kayla: Valerie McKinley.

Samantha: I adore Valerie, and we’ve been friends almost from the day she arrived in Future Shock. I can see her on top of this company one day.

Kayla: Is there anyone from the previous years that isn’t here that you’d like to bring back?

Samantha: Certainly, but saying their names would be unintelligent if and when the negotiations to make that happen take place.

Kayla: I appreciate you taking the time to chat with me today, and give our viewers some insight into what your mindset is on several things and people. Thank you again. Let’s send it back to the show.

Kayla shook hands with the FFW owner as the show returned live inside the United Center.

Kat: The following match is scheduled for one fall to a finish and it is to name a new Number One Contender to the FFW EVOLUTION CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

Zack: One of the two women we are about to see will be challenging Casey Atherton for her Evolution Championship. And with the reign she’s having, it’s going to be a long night at the office for whoever earns the shot. I’m joined by Carson Black. What brings you to the booth?

Carson: If you must know, Mr. Hudson, my client has been unimpressed with your calling of her matches. So I promised her I would provide a less biased perspective tonight.

Zack: Oh really?

Carson: That’s correct, what say I don’t have to reiterate everything I say and we let Ms. Grayson do her job?

Diamonds are a girl's best friend, diamonds are a girl's best friend
Southern girl in me I ain't afraid to catch a case, VVS's on me and I flooded out the face
Diamonds are a girl's best friend, diamonds are a girl's best friend
I don't need you, I've got flooded out baguettes
I don't need you, all my diamonds dripping wet (Cartier)

Blue lights flood the arena with two spotlights centered on the entrance ramp as Bianca Reed walks out, stopping at the top of the ramp and lifting her shades to the top of her head. She rolls her eyes at the crowd and treats them to some smack talk as she struts down the ramp, making a “blah blah blah” gesture as she gets closer to the ring.

Kat: From Atlanta, Georgia, she is the Princess of House Reed, “Killer B” Bianca Reed!

I'm a super shero, bitch, don't try me hoe, bad like a villain, I pop it and then I reload
All the best things in life come for free, but don't you think that applies to me
I do what I want 'cause I know that I'm hot, I ain't a band but you know how I rock
Don't need no clippers to give you a chop, took me to dinner then I took him out
I like it when you call me crazy, long as you keep callin' baby

Upon reaching the ring, Bianca hops up onto the apron and leans back against the ropes, flashing a cocky smirk at the crowd before waving and ducking through into the ring. Walking to the center of the mat, she poses and takes off her sunglasses, tossing them casually to the side. Flicking her hair over her shoulder, she makes her way to the corner and stretches out over the top turnbuckle, giving a little wave to her opponent as she waits for the match to start.

Zack: When Bianca Reed showed up again in FFW, she made it immediately clear that she has unfinished business with the Evolution Championship. Tonight, she can book herself a title shot but it’s going to be a lot easier said than done.

Carson: I will take nothing away from Caitlyn Storm. She is a finely honed athlete, proven by her track record and the fact she has half of the Unity titles. However, Miss Atherton is not on this card. My client is, so let’s focus on her or her opponent.

Ah-ooh!
If you got troubles let 'em go
Let 'em soar so high, high into the sky
Just like a red balloon

“Red Balloon” by Charli XCX begins to play as red balloons fall from the ceiling, just before Caitlyn comes out through the curtain, looking up in amazement at the balloons showering down on the crowd before tapping the Championship belt around her waist with a smile and looking down to the ring.

Monday morning
Shoot up like a rocket
Yeah, the sun is shining
Keep it in my pocket
Got this golden feeling
Never gonna stop, it just goes on and on

The balloons start getting tossed around in the crowd as Caitlyn makes her way down the ramp to the ring. The former fitness instructor hops up onto the apron and over the top rope to high five a smiling Kat.

Kat: Introducing at this time....Hailing from New York City, New York and weighing in at One Hundred and Twenty-Six pounds...She is one half of the FFW Unity Tag Team Champions! She is Caitlyn Storm!

Today, I opened my eyes
And now I'm so happy and free
I've got my friends by my side
And that's all that matters to me
So, come on, get up and join in
'Cause this is just what you need
Let's do it all day long

Caitlyn heads for the corner, and climbs up to the second turnbuckle. She glances around the crowd raising her Championship high in the air to a pop from the crowd. The music fades out from there as Caitlyn climbs back down and removes her Championship as she awaits the start of the match.

Zack: Caitlyn challenged for the Evolution title at Breaking Point’s 200th episode. She came as close as anyone I’ve seen that’s challenged Casey. I think she can do it if she gets a second chance.

Carson: I appreciate the level of belief you have in Miss Storm. Personally I’d like to see her focusing on the title she has, and allowing my client to focus on the Evolution title.

Storm handed her title to the ring side attendant, stretching out for a moment as she told the assigned official, Jennifer Stringer, that she was ready for the match to begin, Bianca Reed giving the same okay to the official as she dropped off the turnbuckle pads and began to swagger towards the middle of the ring. Already Reed was starting to trash talk her opponent, telling her that she was going to find herself flat on the mat, pinned for the three and she could watch from catering while Reed became the next Evolution Champion. Caitlyn rolled her eyes as she stepped out of the corner as the official called for the bell. Bianca waved her opponent forwards, offering her a lock up and as Caitlyn went to meet her, Reed spun out of the way, causing the blonde to stumble forwards as her opponent cockily stepped forwards, playing to the crowd who booed her loudly.

Zack: Bianca doesn’t give a damn if these fans like her or not. If you’re not talking about her, she’s probably not listening.

Carson: You say that like it’s a bad thing, Mr. Hudson. Do you like talking about things no one cares about hearing? Of course you do, my apologies.

She turned back towards the Unity Champion, telling her that she was going to have to be quicker than that and waved her forwards. Again Caitlyn stepped towards her and once more Bianca raised her arms for the lock up. As Storm went to meet her, Reed caught her with a quick slap to the side of the jaw. The bubbly blonde took a step backwards and held her cheek only to then be sent down to the canvas with a snap mare takedown. Killer B followed it up with a stiff kick to the spine. The New Yorker rolled to the side and to one knee where Reed caught her with a knee to the side of the head. It saw Storm stagger up to her feet and allowed the Atlanta native to drop back to the ropes and come back to catch her foe with a superman punch. Again it staggered the blonde, causing her to turn away from her foe only for Bianca to take her down to the canvas with a chop block to the back of the knee. As soon as the bubbly blonde hit the mat, Reed grabbed hold of her foot and twisted on ankle lock, dropping to the mat and grapevining her foe's leg with her own.

Zack: Given the run she’s been on, do you think Casey may just be unbeatable right now?

Carson: What did I say earlier, Mr. Hudson? Do you see the Evolution Champion in the ring? Please point her out to me. That’s right, she isn’t. And she’s not a concern tonight.

Stringer dropped down to check on the Unity Champion, asking her if she wanted to quit and getting a ‘No’ as the New Yorker reached out and grabbed hold of the bottom rope. The referee called for the break and started the count as Bianca rose quickly to her feet, keeping the hold applied and twice spiked the blonde’s knee into the mat before she released her hold and stepped away from her opponent with her hands raised. Storm started to push upwards, holding her knee as she did, making it as far as one knee before Killer B came off the ropes behind her, left her feet and drove her opponent face first into the canvas with a leg drop bulldog. Quickly Reed pulled the New Yorker up from the canvas and immediately lifted her up off her feet to drop her backwards with a stun gun throat first over the top rope.  Caitlyn staggered backwards away from the ring ropes, gasping for breath and Bianca measured her up as she stepped past her and fired off a low superkick to the kneecap, causing her leg to buckle slightly.

Zack: Bianca’s looking to take Caitlyn’s feet out of the match, she knows that Storm is lethal with those legs of hers.

Carson: That is not exactly a secret either. Caitlyn is very dedicated to her striking game, and that does include her feet, yes.

Storm found her balance but it was only for a moment while Bianca launched herself off the middle rope into a springboard knee to the face. It sent Caitlyn falling backwards to the mat and again the blonde started to push upwards, this time only getting as far as all fours before she once more found her ankle gripped by the Atlanta native, targeting the same leg as early as she rolled her to her back, planted her foot and fell to the side, snapping Caitlyn’s leg to the side, wrenching on the knee as she did so. Immediately Storm rolled to the other side and reached for her knee only for Reed to again grab hold of the leg by the ankle, lifting the limb into the air before she spiked it down again and again into the canvas then started to drag the bubbly blonde towards the ring ropes. As soon as she got her close, she placed the ankle on the bottom rope, pinning it there with one foot before she bounced up and came down with a curb stomp to the knee. Storm tried to roll away but found her foot was still pinned to the bottom rope as Bianca once more hopped up into the air and delivered another curb stomp to the knee, the official calling for the break and starting the count.

Zack: That’s one of the Pure Champion’s favorite moves, though she aims for the head. Bianca’s showing precise targeting of that knee.

Carson: Can you not focus on the women in the ring? Do you see the Pure Champion in the ring? Is she at ringside? Under the ring? Focus, Mr. Hudson.

Another curb stomp landed as the referee’s count reached three, Reed using the rope once more to propel herself higher into the air and this time came crashing down with an elbow drop across the joint. Caitlyn let out a cry of pain as she rolled away towards the corner, grasping at her kneecap only for Bianca to roll out of the ring to her feet on the outside and once more grabbed hold of Caitlyn by the foot, pulling her closer to the ring post and halfway out of the ring. Reed turned to stare at the crowd, telling them that she was going to wreck Storm’s leg completely, put her out of action and would do the same to Casey to be the next Evolution Champion. She turned back towards the blonde as the referee was counting her out and set up to slam the side of the knee cap into the steel ring post only for Storm to pull her leg in towards her body suddenly, jerking Bianca face first into the steel, Reed reeling backwards holding her face as she hit.

Zack: There’s no good way to run into that, is there?

Carson: There most certainly is not.

Caitlyn rolled out to the outside, limping on her injured right leg, grimacing slightly as she stepped towards Bianca and immediately began to fire off a barrage of forearms into the side of her face as she recovered before Storm jerked her downwards and into a single knee facebreaker using her good knee. Reed fell backwards against the crowd barricade and the bubbly blonde stepped towards her and started to use her injured knee, driving the joint into the midriff four times before she grabbed the back of her head, stepping towards the ring and hurling her back into the ring underneath the bottom rope. The Unity Champion rolled in after her and came back to her feet, rubbing her knee, Bianca rising up with her only for Storm to catch her with a spinning back fist to the jaw. It saw Reed stagger back a step and immediately the New Yorker left her feet and drove her opponent down on the top of her head with a leaping DDT. Storm sat up on the mat after delivering the move and went to roll the Atlanta born wrestler onto her back, making the cover as she did so.

Zack: Caitlyn looking for it early here!

One–

Carson: I could have told her that wasn’t going to work, but a lowly one count can relate the news too.

The one landed and Bianca kicked out, causing Caitlyn to sit up and once more rub at her knee cap before she pushed up to her feet and again met the rising Reed with a European uppercut to the jaw. A second and third followed that before Storm grabbed hold of Bianca by the wrist and fired her into the corner. The blonde followed in hot on her heels and launched herself into a splash, driving Bianca spine first into the turnbuckle pads. Quickly the New Yorker stepped backwards, giving herself enough space for her to launch herself into a handstand headscissors takedown, bringing Reed out of the corner. Storm came straight back up to her feet and immediately climbed to the top rope where she looked over her shoulder and saw her foe was back on her feet already and turning towards her before the blonde leapt into the air and delivered a moonsault that saw the pair crash down to the canvas; Caitlyn landing  on top of her foe.

Zack: Caitlyn seems to be making good progress on that knee after Bianca targeted it, and I suspect a lot of that may be adrenaline.

Carson: It wouldn’t surprise, she’s always seemed fairly hyper backstage and in the ring.

Again Storm came back to her feet, rubbing her right knee as she did so, a slight grimace on her face. Killer B sat up and looked to push up further only for Caitlyn to drop back to the ropes and step forwards, building momentum before she delivered a bionic elbow, driving the point of the elbow down into the top of the head. It dropped Reed down to her hands and knees before the bubbly blonde went to pull her upwards and went to double underhook her arms but before she could Bianca grabbed hold of both her foe’s legs and used a double leg takedown to dump her on the canvas. The Atlanta native kept hold of both of her opponent’s legs as she managed to stay upright and while she trash talked the New Yorker she started to drive kicks into the back of the right knee. She landed ten in quick succession as the official told her to let the Unity Champion up from the canvas only for Bianca to turn her vicious tongue on Stringer for a moment before she went to lock in a figure four, applying all the pressure onto the right knee.  As she spun to start to apply the hold, Storm tried to fight her off by pulling her leg into her chest, Bianca leaned in to try and fire off hands into her opponent’s face so that she could finish applying the hold but as she did, Caitlyn grabbed her arm and pulled her down into an inside cradle pinning predicament, Stringer diving into position to make the count.

Carson: A noble attempt but this won’t catch my client off guard.

One…

Two…

…THRE–

Zack: Close but no cigar for Caitlyn. Bianca is nothing if she’s not resilient as hell.

Bianca kicked out in the nick of time and rolled away, coming to her feet and giving the referee a tongue lashing as she accused Caitlyn of pulling on her hair to get her into the pinfall. Stringer told her there was no hair pulling while the blonde held the back of her knee for a couple of moments before she started to push herself upwards. As the New Yorker made it to her feet she tapped Bianca on the shoulder while she was still berating the referee. It caused Killer B to turn around and as she did so, Caitlyn caught her with a pair of forearms to the side of the jaw before she went to deliver a kick to her foe's gut. Reed caught the boot before it could make contact and a second later caught a foot to the side of the head as Caitlyn leapt into the air to deliver an enzuigiri. The Atlanta native stumbled back towards the ropes and the blonde girl forced herself back to her feet and charged forwards, to leave her feet with a flying forearm to the jaw.

Zack: What a forearm. There’s plenty of good dentists here in the Windy City if Bianca wants to see one.

Carson: I appreciate your concern for my client’s dental work. If she doesn’t begin to appreciate your commentary of her matches, she may introduce you to one of those dentists.

Reed leaned back against the ropes as the blow landed, holding her face as she did so which allowed Caitlyn to grab hold of her wrist, planting her feet and firing her across the ring with an Irish whip, grimacing slightly as she did so. As Bianca hit the ropes, Storm charged forwards to catch her foe with a kitchen sink raised knee to the midsection, flipping her opponent over to land hard on the canvas. Reed sat up as Caitlyn went into motion once more, hitting the ropes behind her opponent and came back with a rolling neckbreaker that snapped Bianca’s head forwards before she fell back to the mat. Storm rolled through to come to her feet and again took off towards the ring ropes, bouncing off them and as Killer B sat up once more the bubbly blonde delivered a cannonball senton that drove her back down to the mat with the New Yorker landing on top of her chest, Caitlyn reaching back to hook the legs for the cover.

Zack: Caitlyn with big impact, and she may be having a date with Casey!

One…

Two…

Carson: Hardly.

Bianca kicked out on the two count and rolled to the side, using the ring ropes to pull herself up to her feet only for Caitlyn to already be vertical and, having accepted the referee’s count, stepped forwards and caught her with a roundhouse kick to the side of the head. Reed stumbled into the nearest corner as Storm retreated to the middle of the ring where she measured up her opponent before charging forwards, stepping onto the middle rope and delivering a high knee to the underside of her foe’s jaw. The bubbly blonde dropped to the mat and stepped to the side, letting Bianca stagger out of the ring and the New Yorker hopped up onto the middle rope and launched herself towards her opponent to slam her head into the canvas with a knee drop bulldog. Again Caitlyn rolled her foe onto her back and made the cover, hooking the leg as she did so.

Carson: Again, it’s a noble attempt but I don’t think it’ll work.

One…

Two…

…THR-

Zack: Bianca is proving why she’s so hard to win again tonight, still very much in the fight.

Bianca’s shoulder came up before the three count could come down and Stringer showed the two count to the Unity Champion who nodded her head in acceptance. Caitlyn rubbed her right knee before she came back to her feet and circled around her foe as Bianca started to rise. Reed made it to her feet and as she did so, Caitlyn caught her with a bicycle kick to the jaw. It saw Killer B fall backwards, through the ropes which she tried to grab to stop herself and failed before she hit the floor on the outside. Reed quickly started to pull herself upwards by the ring skirt, getting to her feet as Storm came forwards, looking to catch her opponent with a baseball slide to her chest only for Bianca to step aside, pulling up the ring skirt as she did so to trap Storm against the apron. Quickly Killer B began to unload a series of kicks to her body at the same height as the steel bars that formed the apron. Bianca finished the volley of kicks with a leaping kick to the face, causing the blonde to drop down to the floor.

Zack: We talked about Caitlyn’s foot speed and how dangerous it can be. She hasn’t got anything on Bianca, look at those shots!

Carson: I’m shocked. You made a positive comment about my client. Not Casey Atherton, not the dentists of Chicago…but Ms. Reed! And it only took….what…about 10 minutes.

Reed wasted no time at all as she ignored the referee’s pleas to bring the match back into the ring as she grabbed hold of Caitlyn’s legs, pulling her halfway out from under the ring before she fell backwards to catapult Storm body first into the ring apron. Again the official leaned through the ropes, telling Bianca to bring the match back into the ring. Reed nodded her head in agreement, telling the referee that’s exactly what she was going to do as she bent down once more, pulling Caitlyn up from the floor and rolled her back into the ring underneath the bottom rope. Storm rolled away and Bianca used the ring ropes to pull herself up onto the apron and immediately headed to the corner, climbing to the top rope and came off with a double foot stomp to her opponent’s shoulders as the New Yorker pushed up to all fours, driving her straight back down into the canvas. Storm rolled onto her back and Killer B dropped to make the cover, hooking the leg as she did so.

Zack: Reed looking to punch her ticket to a shot at Casey!

One…

Two…

…T-

Carson: Well that is the point of the match, now isn’t it?

Caitlyn kicked out of the pinfall and Bianca shook her head as she started to trash talk the bubbly blonde once more, pulling her upwards and peppering her with a barrage of closed firsts to the head and chest before she Irish whipped her into the corner. Storm hit the turnbuckles and began to step forwards towards the middle of the ring, only for Reed to charge towards her, leaving her feet and delivering a two footed low shot gun dropkick to the right knee, taking the leg out from beneath the Unity Champion and causing her to crash to the canvas. Quickly Reed rolled through, grabbing hold of Storm’s right foot as she again lifted the limb into the air and spiked her knee cap into the canvas four times in rapid succession before she adjusted her grip on the leg and then drove the knee into the mat once more with a leg DDT. Once more Bianca refused to let go of the leg, rolling through and applying a single leg Boston Crab. Stringer dropped down to ask Storm if she wanted to submit, Storm shaking her head as Bianca began to fire off closed fists into the side of the knee, the Atlanta native telling her foe to quit.

Zack: You can tell her all you want, but I don’t think she has it in her. I can’t recall the last time I saw Caitlyn quit.

Carson: If you did see it, I doubt you’d mention it aloud. I’m Ms. Reed’s agent, are you Miss Storm’s?

Stringer asked the question once more but still Storm refused to quit as she instead started to claw at the canvas to pull herself and her opponent towards the ring ropes. Again Stringer asked the question and got another ‘No’ as Caitlyn was starting to get close to the ropes. Bianca stood up, keeping hold of the leg as she did so and dragged Storm all the way back across the ring, away from the ropes and started to fire elbows into the side of the knee before she flipped the blonde onto her back and this time successfully managed to lock in the figure four this time. Stringer again dropped down to ask Caitlyn if she wanted to quit, getting another ‘No’ and while the referee was checking on the blonde, Bianca grabbed the middle rope, using it for leverage. Storm dropped back to the mat, writhing in pain as all the pressure was applied to her knee, the referee checked the shoulders and started the count.

Zack: Caitlyn looks to be in major trouble here….

One…

Two–

Carson: She certainly is. My client is nothing if not effective and the best at what she does.

Caitlyn rolled her shoulder to stop the pinfall before she slapped both her hands against the canvas, shaking her head. The referee looked over to Bianca a moment after she had let go of the ropes. The official turned her attention back to Storm, asking her again if she wanted to quit and getting another ‘No’ as Bianca again grabbed hold of the middle rope and pulled herself up to apply more pressure in the hold. Caitlyn’s shoulder yet again rested on the mat and the official started to count once more.

Carson: She’s just making Ms. Storm burn up energy here, it’s very wise.

One…

Two–

Zack: Caitlyn’s shoulder is damn near allergic to the mat tonight, and won’t stay down for anything.

Again Storm got her shoulder up, refusing to quit as Bianca let go of the rope a second before Stringer looked around once more. Storm started trying to rock from side to side, looking to turn the hold over but as she did so. Bianca grabbed hold of the middle rope once more. Storm refused to submit, her shoulders falling back to the mat as she slapped her palms against the canvas in pain and frustration, Stringer moved to check the shoulders once more and just as she was about to count, she saw Reed holding onto the middle rope and called for the break, starting the five count. The official reached four before Reed released the hold and started to come to her feet, berating the official for making her release the hold while Storm writhed on the canvas holding her knee. Reed turned her attention back to Caitlyn and went to pull her upwards only for Storm to drop to her knees for a jawbreaker, letting out a cry of agony as she landed and immediately gripped her right knee; Bianca reeling back against the ring ropes.

Zack: Uh oh….Caitlyn is definitely in a bad way. Bianca has been laser focused on taking that knee out tonight.

Carson: Yes, she has. What would have her target against an opponent who relies heavily on her kicks? An earlobe?

The Atlanta native took a moment to recover before she stepped away from the ropes and looked to catch Storm with a big boot to the face only for Caitlyn to dodge out of the way while still on her knees. Bianca stumbled as she missed the boot, gathering her balance just as the bubbly blonde rolled her up with a school girl pinning combination.

Zack: Caitlyn going for the element of surprise here!

One…

Two…

Carson: And you see what it got her, don’t you?

Bianca didn’t bother kicking out but instead reached up and grabbed hold of the bottom rope with both hands. The referee called for the break and Caitlyn nodded her head, coming back to her feet while still having hold of both Bianca’s legs as she went to jerk her away from the ring ropes. Reed kept a tight grip on the bottom cable causing Caitlyn to try to once more jerk her away from the ropes again, lifting her higher up in the air and this time as Reed kept a tight grip on the bottom rope, Storm let go and allowed her to crash hard back first into the mat. Bianca sat up, hand moving to the small of her back and with a look of pain on her face only for Caitlyn to pull her to her feet and unleash a stiff chop across her chest. Two more stiff chops followed as she forced Reed back against the ropes then sent her in for the ride. As Bianca returned, Caitlyn caught her with a snap powerslam, driving her spine first into the canvas. Storm immediately held her knee with a look of pain on her face as she landed the move.

Zack: That knee is giving her fits, and the worst part for her is that it is one of her primary offensive weapons in every match. Bianca has done a tremendous job of going after it.

Carson: She’s a world class athlete…and again, you complimented my client! My goodness, it’s not her birthday.

Bianca took a couple of moments before she started to rise to her feet, Caitlyn likewise starting to push upwards, holding her knee as she did so. The pair made it to their feet at the same time and Caitlyn was the first to press home the advantage as she delivered a Mongolian chop to her opponent before she grabbed hold of her wrist once more, spinning it around as she jerked her towards the middle of the ring, raising her boot as she fell backwards to deliver an inverted stomp facebreaker. Bianca fell back to the mat, rolling onto her hands and knees as Caitlyn forced herself to her feet, holding her knee for a moment before she stepped forwards, forcing herself to move as quickly as possible and jumped into the air to deliver a curb stomp to the back of her foe’s head as the Princess of House Reed pushed up to all fours. Bianca’s face bounced off the mat before she rolled over onto her back and Caitlyn made the cover, hooking both legs as she did so.

Carson: It’s going to take more than this, I’m afraid.

One…

Two…

…THRE—

Zack: You might not like her but you have to respect how damn tough Bianca is.

Reed kicked out and Storm sat up, nodding her head in acceptance of the referee’s count as she started back to her feet and stepped towards the ropes. She measured Bianca up as Killer B started to rise back to her feet before the blonde stepped forward and jumped into the air and delivered the Storm Force scissors kick to the back of the head. The Georgia native collapsed straight back to the mat, Caitlyn dropped down to one knee beside her and took a couple of seconds to force her to roll to her back before she made the cover, hooking the leg once more as she did so.

Zack: STORM FORCE!! But has she taken too long?!

One…

Two…

….THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carson: The answer to your question is yes.

Bianca’s shoulder rolled at the last possible moment, the Atlanta native rolling through to her front as Caitlyn once more sat up and looked towards the referee in disbelief as she asked for the three count. Stringer, though, showed her the two once more, causing Storm to shake her head, holding up three fingers. Again the official told her it was only a two, explaining that the shoulder came up in time. Reed stayed face down on the mat as Caitlyn nodded her head to accept the count and came to her feet, stepping towards the ropes. The bubble blonde kicked her foot up onto the rope, grimacing slightly as she stretched out, rubbing her right knee as she did so. The crowd cheered for her loudly as she began to wave Bianca upright.

Zack: How much do you want to bet Casey is somewhere watching this….and fleecing some rubes out of their money at the same time?

Carson (sighing): I don’t care what Miss Atherton is watching. You and I are supposed to be watching this match, not daydreaming about what else someone could be watching.

Reed looked to be struggling up to her feet, getting back to a vertical base and Caitlyn hopped up onto the middle rope, using it to springboard into a spinning heel kick - the Storm Rising…but only got air as Bianca threw herself down to the mat and rolled out of the ring landing on one knee on the floor; Caitlyn landing on her feet and stumbling forwards holding her knee with a look of pain on her face. The referee told Caitlyn to say back as Bianca was still on one knee on the outside, the ring skirt flipped up and looking for something. Bianca stood up with a plastic cup behind her back and started to pull herself up onto the apron; Caitlyn moving towards her and as Storm neared her, Reed hurled the contents of the cup towards, sending cockroaches flying at the blonde who went to bat them away while Bianca leapt from the apron to the top rope and launched herself into a flying clothesline that took Caitlyn down to the canvas.

Carson: That was brilliantly timed and executed by what I feel to be one of the best strikers in the business. Did you want to talk about how wonderful Miss Storm is again?  Or perhaps if someone is looking for a dentist in Chicago?

Zack: ………………

Storm rolled to the side and started to make it back to her feet only for Bianca to hook her head and charge towards the ropes, using them to deliver a Tornado DDT that stood Caitlyn on her head before she pulled her straight back up from the mat and once more used the ring ropes to deliver the Avalanche (shiranui) that spiked the back of Caitlyn’s head into the mat and once more made the cover, hooking the legs as she did so.

Zack: The AVALANCHE!! Bianca’s gonna challenge for the Evolution title!

One…

Two…

…THRE–

Carson: I did not expect that, well done to Miss Storm.

Caitlyn rolled her shoulder and Killer B glared at the referee, trash talking her as she saw the two count, and demanded the three, the official telling her again that it was only a two. Bianca shook her head but turned her attention back to Storm as she pulled her back up to her feet and again hooked her head. This time Killer B jerked the bubbly blonde towards the corner, picking up the pace as she did and drove the top of her head into the middle turnbuckle with a battering ram. The Unity Champion staggered backwards a step or two and allowed Bianca to hit her with the Jumpin’ Jack springboard side kick to the face, dropping her to the canvas. Reed made the cover and hooked the leg as she did so.

Zack: Reed’s come close more than once tonight, and this might be the time that sends her to meet Casey!

One…

Two…

….THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carson: It should have done, but that’s alright. Ms. Reed is very capable of doing much more, if needed.

Storm rolled her shoulder once more before the three count could be confirmed and once more Bianca Reed subjected the referee to a tirade of abuse as she demanded the three count. Stringer tried to explain that it was only a two count and that the shoulder came up in time but could barely get a word in edgeways as Bianca told her that she wouldn’t stop her from winning this match, from facing Casey and slapping the stupid of the false prophet. Stringer just showed her the two once more, Reed rising to her feet and heading towards the corner, where she climbed to the top. The crowd booed her as she waved Caitlyn upwards. Storm slowly started to come to her feet only to dive and grab hold of the top rope, causing it to shake; Reed losing her footing and landing hard on the top turnbuckle.

Zack: Ouch….that’s nowhere fun to land whether you’re male or female.

Carson: Thank you for that keen insight.

Storm headed towards the corner and climbed up to the top where she started to pull Bianca upwards, trying to get her into position for a superplex. Reed, though, held onto the turnbuckle arm to prevent herself from getting lifted up and then began to try and fight the blonde off of her, throwing a trio of punches into her midsections. Storm wobbled slightly on the top rope before she fired back, landing a clubbing forearm to the side of her head. Another forearm crashed into the side of Bianca’s head once more, Storm weathering another shot to the midsection. Caitlyn changed tack to deliver a pair of quick elbows to the top of her opponent’s head before she finally managed to pull her up and delivered a superplex that saw them both land hard on the mat and stay there unmoving. Stringer went to check on both wrestlers; beginning a slow ten count on them.

Zack: The last thing we want to see is this end in a draw. The question is who can get up first and how fast can they do it?

Carson: Well we agree on that. I have no interest in a draw. When’s the last time you ever called a match where both of the wrestlers stayed down for ten? That’s what I thought.

As the official made it five, both wrestlers started to move, Caitlyn sitting up and rolling to the side, making it to the ropes where she began to pull herself upwards. Bianca meanwhile had sat up and was holding her back with one hand, a look of pain on her face. Slowly Reed rolled onto her knees and started to rise. Caitlyn looked over to her as she made it to her feet a moment before her opponent, jumping onto the middle rope and launched herself back into the Storm Rising springboard spinning heel kick. It caught Reed perfectly on the jaw, sending her back down to the canvas and Caitlyn made the cover, hooking both legs as she did so.

Zack: That’s the move…STORM RISING!!

One…

Two…

…THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carson: Well….that’s unfortunate.

Stringer called for the bell as Caitlyn rolled away and took a couple of moments before she sat up, the referee helping her to her feet and raising her hand in the air while Reed curled up in a ball on the canvas.

Kat: Here is your winner, by way of pinfall… CAITLYN STORM!!!

Zack: What a match! My goodness, Caitlyn weathered through the pain and now has herself a guaranteed rematch for the Evolution Championship!  And several days of rehabbing that knee too, I’m sure.

Carson: I assure you once she faces Miss Atherton, I will do what is needed to make sure Ms. Reed is next. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve grown tired of listening to you.

The referee checked on Bianca who shoved her away before she rolled to the apron and gingerly came to her feet on the outside, holding her back as she did so, starting to slowly head towards the back. Inside the ring, Caitlyn had her Unity Championship returned to her and was stood on the middle rope, holding it aloft to cheers from the crowd as she used her free hand to make another title motion around her waist, telling the crowd she was going to add another title belt before the show cut elsewhere,

Jenny from the Block

The next shot we see is that of Amber Carano, and she’s surrounded by one very familiar face and another not as much to FFW fans.

Amber: Please welcome JENNY & EMILY WILLIAMS! Ladies, welcome to the 13th annual Sin & Sacrifice show!

Jennifer smiles as she is joined by her blue haired daughter Emily. The pint sized powerhouse smiles a bit as she looks back at Amber.

Jenny: Damn it feels really good to be here tonight and the fact that I can stand side by side next to my daughter is honestly an honor.

Emily: You got that right and I am just happy that I can spend more time with my cousin Brittany, and my Aunt Crystal. It’s going to be one huge family reunion in FFW and I know for a fact that it won’t be long until we gain some ground and really start to take off.

Amber: Let’s start with the most obvious question to you, Jenny. What brings you back to FFW after a long layoff? And I’ll assume that Emily here may have played a role in it too.

Jennifer nods her head before she looks over at Emily.

Jenny: Well Emily did have a huge part to play but to be honest there are some things that I left unfinished. There is ground that I do want to make up. There is one thing especially that has eluded me during my time here and despite having a few cracks at it I have never managed to obtain it. So perhaps this time around I can break through that ceiling and really achieve it. Also I want to watch my daughter grow. She has some serious potential as does my niece. As the oldest member of the Williams family I feel it is my job to be a mama bear and watch over the cubs. Also making sure that everybody knows that I haven’t lost a step either. In the words of my brother, maybe it’s time to make my dreams become a reality and…

Jenny reaches at her side and shows off a lightsaber that is burning red.

Jenny: For Darth Dream to rule over FFW as the strongest Sith Lord to have ever stepped in the ring.

Emily: On top of that she wants to reclaim her position as being the biggest gaming girl in all of wrestling. What could be quite better than using the power of the force to serve her and leveling up at the same time?! Nobody can come close to the way her stats are positioned.

Amber’s attention turned to Emily next.

Amber: I do know that you and Brittany have some experience as a tag team together. Is it safe to assume we’ll be seeing you two chasing the Unity titles going forward?

Emily: That is the ultimate plan. I know that Brittany has had some struggles as of late but don’t count her out. She is wrestling’s royalty and PRINCESS Brttany is ready to reign supreme. The best thing is that we are both made up of the same blood over being Hiltons and Williams. So we will instantly mesh as my father is Auntie Crystal’s brother. So being double related gives us a double boost of why we should gel well together.

Jenny: Emily’s pint size power mixed with Brittany’s speed and aerial assault might take them far. There’s nothing wrong with being the Williams Clan 2.0… Although as we all know the remake cannot be better than the original.

Emily: Right… Says the woman who couldn’t win a unity title with auntie, and only tasted team gold when you had Casey Atherton on your side.

Jenny: TWO TIME TRIOS CHAMPION EMILY AND LONGEST EVER WHILE AT IT!

Jenny smiles as she looks to the side and claps her hands together. Instantly she is thrown cans of Mountain Dew and she smashes them together. She lifts them up and guzzles them down before she claps again, and this time cans of Code Red are handed in her direction. She gives a can to Emily and also to Amber.

Jenny: Care to join in on some fun Amber?! You ready to walk in the path of a Sith Lord?!

Amber seems skeptical at first, but finally gives in.

Amber: I’m game, but my Star Wars knowledge is not that great.

Jenny: It’s okay one can always walk with the force. Let’s just enjoy the moment and take it in shall we?!

With that Jenny smashes her can against Emily’s and Amber’s, and begins to guzzle down the over sugary drink. And that’s where we leave the trio.

When the show returns to the arena, the only light hangs over Kat Grayson until she starts to speak. The arena returns to full illumination immediately from there.

Kat: The following contest is your main event scheduled one fall under Pure Rules for the FFW Pure Championship!

Zack: Fans, Pure Rules are pretty straight forward. No punching allowed. No managers allowed at ringside. You have a 20 count instead of a ten, and three rope breaks available. This will mark Missy’s first defense of the title since she defeated Shaw on July 5th at the FFW vs. Future Shock event available on All Access. Welcome back to the booth, Claire. We’ve called every Pure title match, we got a streak to continue.

Claire: It’s a pleasure to be here and to be back calling the first defense of the Missy-era and in the Main Event of one of the biggest events in the FFW Calendar; the first time this title has been defended on a main roster show too. And this should be one heck of a contest between two of the best technical wrestlers in the business.

A keyboard could be heard playing across the arena, and as soon as it does a huge red carpet could be seen rolling all the way to the ring. The Mega Man 3 Intro Remake is loud as all of the fans begin to get up in excitement. Across the curtains we can see something charging up like a Mega Buster and as soon as it finishes charging a huge pyro goes off as a figure emerges through the curtains in cyan and blue wrestling attire. She smiles twirling around as the fans begin to go nuts. A blonde emerges from the curtains as she claps her hands for Crystal.

Kat: Ladies and gentlemen making her way to the ring being accompanied by her wife Seleana standing at 5’5 115 pounds she is the “Burning Rose” Crystal Zdunich!!!!!!

Crystal is excited as she sprints to the rope clapping the hands of all of the fans that are cheering her on. She jumps onto the apron and without hesitation she jumps up as high as she possibly can before doing a split to enter the ring. She blows kisses to the fans before bouncing about looking at the entire crowd. Seleana takes her place at ringside smiling. Crystal waits anxiously for the match to begin.

Zack: Crystal earned this shot when she defeated Savannah Star at Unstoppable 13, and we all know Savannah is a perennial contender for the FFW Championship. It was a huge win for Zdunich, and she has a chance to be the top woman across two rosters in moments.

Claire: It’s a massive opportunity for her. A win tonight and not only would she leave with one of the most highly regarded titles in the company but she’d also be putting down a huge marker. There’s a chance here against one of the best in FFW history for Crystal to remove any question marks that might have hung over her since her return.

The lights in the arena go off before a single purple spotlight hits the stage. As the opening bars of Wild Side by Cross My Heart Hope To Die starts to play Missy appears at the entrance way. Missy stands perfectly still, as her head stays bent, looking towards the ground and her manager Christian Kincaid walks out to stand behind her.

I've been on my best behavior
But I've heard that good girls finish last
And once you're gone they say no one can save you
But who knows if I go I may never want to ever come back
We've all fell victim to temptation
It seems that I'm the last one holding on
What's the use in fighting for my salvation
And why does it feel so damn right to want to be so wrong

At the side of Missy purple lights flash on and off, looking almost like fireworks, as she remains perfectly still. As the lights subside, Missy raises her title high up to the air and a single white spotlight accompanies the move.

I just wanna dance with the devil tonight
I wanna know what it feels like
I wanna close my eyes, put my hands in the sky
I wanna walk on the wild side

Kat: Introducing at this time…. Hailing from Leeds, England, the reigning and defending FFW Pure Champion … she is MIIIIISSSSSY!

Missy makes her way down the ramp to the ring keeping her eyes straight ahead, focussing on the ring, with Christian following a few steps behind. When she reaches the ring she slowly climbs the steel steps, surveying the crowd as she does until she reaches the top. She steps onto the apron and gives one final look around before she enters the ring between the top and middle rope. She raises the title in the air again, before leaning over the top rope to share a few last minute words with her manager as her theme music ends. He then hops down to the floor and heads towards the back.

Zack: There you see Christian heading to the back, I don’t think anyone had to worry about him if he had stayed. Missy has turned back Shaw and a 5 time FFW Champion in Scarlett Kincaid last July. She’s also pretty well warmed up after what we saw backstage with Malcolm Parks earlier.

Claire: There’s no-one else on the FFW roster who can boast of beating Shaw twice and for a title on both occasions. And then followed that up with a victory over one of the most decorated of FFW’s homemade veterans. She’s looked almost unstoppable since losing the FFW Championship to Kelly Kincaid too.

Referee Jennifer Stringer took the title from Missy and showed it to the challenger. Kat left the ring with the Pure title after that, and the bell sounded from there. Crystal offered the champion a handshake when she reached the center of the ring. Missy looked to consider it for a second, and returned the gesture. But as she was about to step back, Crystal hadn’t let go of her hand yet and yanked her forward into a belly to belly suplex. She quickly floated over into a rear waistlock as she pulled Missy back to her feet. The champion’s facial expression got much sterner before Zdunich ran her chest first into the nearest corner. She walloped the back of Missy’s head with forearms before snapping off a German suplex to the canvas.

Zack: Missy’s giving up several years of experience to Crystal, and the challenger may have already gotten under her skin with how that handshake played out for her.

Claire: Crystal used the handshake to get herself the early advantage. It’s a smart move in a way because you really don’t want to allow a competitor like Missy to get an opening. Zdunich needs to stay on top of her and keep control.

Missy started back to her feet before Crystal caught her with a kick to the ribs. She pulled her back to a vertical base before whipping her into the corner again. This time, Missy landed back first as Crystal was a second behind her with a rolling elbow to the jaw that snapped her head backwards. Zdunich turned her towards the crowd and began using shoulder thrusts into her lower back in a rapid fashion before connecting with a full nelson suplex into a bridge for the cover.

Zack: Crystal has dizzying speed…and she’s already looking to put the champion away!

ONE!

Missy kicked out as the one hit the canvas, and Zdunich quickly got back to her feet. She didn’t allow the champion to get up too fast though before firing another kick into her ribs. That stopped Missy for a half second and Zdunich yanked her up to deliver a side Russian leg sweep.

Claire: Missy’s one of the most resilient and toughest women I’ve ever seen. Crystal is going to have to do a lot more to take the title away from her tonight.

The champion started to rise again, only to get scooped up by Zdunich and dropped across her knee with a backbreaker. She didn’t let her fall back to the mat though, and instead lifted her back up for a fallaway slam to the canvas. The champion got to all fours to try to get up again before Crystal rolled her up with a magistral cradle before Stringer dropped to count.

Zack: And another cover early on, Crystal’s looking for a huge upset!

ONE!

She only got another one count though before Missy kicked out again. The look on the champion’s face was getting more and more irritated as she got to her feet. The challenger took off for the far side as Missy got to her feet, and Zdunich rebounded with a flying shoulder tackle….until Missy caught her in midair with a spinning roundhouse kick to the head. It dropped Crystal like a rock to the mat.

Claire: And that was always the danger for Crystal in trying to maximize her speed advantage tonight. She was always going to leave those split second openings for the Champion to turn the tide.

The Pure Champion leaned down to shake Crystal’s hand again with a scowl on her face before she dragged the dazed veteran to her feet. Keeping hold of her hand, Missy delivered one elbow after another to the side of the challenger’s head. Each shot rattled Crystal before she got shot into the corner. Missy followed after her with a jumping knee strike to the side of her head. Zdunich collapsed to a seat in the corner after all the shots, and the British champion took off for the far side with a face wash boot across the jaw that sent Crystal in a slump over the bottom rope.

Zack: Wow! Just looking to knock people out tonight, are you champ? Nothing but hard strikes from the champion and Crystal may not know if she’s in Chicago or Czechoslovakia.

Claire: I think Missy is still a little steamed about Parks earlier and Crystal is bearing the brunt of it - not helped by her exploiting the handshake earlier.

Missy grabbed her by the foot and dragged her out of the corner before she dropped down to make the cover with a leg hook. Stringer was in position immediately.

Zack: She may have legitimately knocked Crystal out here!

ONE!!

TW-NO!

But the challenger got her shoulder up in time before the two was about to land on the canvas. Missy wasted no time in pulling her back to her feet. She scooped her over her shoulders into a Death Valley driver followed by a standing fist drop into her face.

Claire: Missy needs to be careful. If the referee deems that a closed fist, she could get a warning or maybe even be risking losing one of her rope breaks - we saw in the match against Shaw how vitally important they can be.

When she spotted Crystal rolling over to all fours to get up, Missy hit the near side ropes for a guillotine leg drop that drove her face down onto the mat. She followed up by scooping her feet under both arms and catapulting her chest first into the corner. Crystal just missed hitting the post before Missy ducked between her legs and snapped her back to the mat with an electric chair.

Zack: Missy’s really focused on Crystal’s body, it appears. Almost every blow except those knees earlier has been doing damage as she tries to keep the high flier firmly on the canvas. We haven’t seen too many high fliers challenge for this title, have we?

Claire: For a lot of them, submission wrestling doesn’t always marry up well to the high speed attacks they like to lead off with. Like with Crystal, it’s maybe something they start to focus on a little later in their careers - either when they’re looking to add more to their arsenal or when injuries take their toll and they start to slow down a little.

Missy watched for a moment as Zdunich was rising again. This time though, she scooped her over one shoulder and took off towards the corner with a running powerslam in mind. But the challenger slipped out of her grasp, landing on her feet just as the champion stopped herself from hitting the corner. Before she could turn around, Crystal landed a backstabber that flipped Missy to the canvas. Zdunich rolled over, struggling to get back to her feet. But she finally made it, and headed towards the corner.

Zack: Crystal with some inspired timing right there, and despite her body being as ravaged as it is, it looks like she’s going up!

Claire: She’s just got an opening and a chance to turn this back in her favor, but this might jeopardise it all and allow Missy to put her away and score the retention.

Crystal headed to the top rope slowly, and Missy was able to get up before she made it. When the champion went to grab her, the challenger used a mule kick that caught her in the face as she was halfway up to the top. It sent Missy stumbling backwards before Crystal made it, turned around and came off with a top rope meteora that flattened the Brit. Zdunich hooked both legs for the cover as Stringer dropped to count it!

Zack: A meteora from the heavens, and possibly a new Pure Champion in three seconds!!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

T-NO!

Missy got her shoulder off the mat as the three was coming, and Crystal rolled away from her. She clutched her ribs in pain for a moment before working to get back to her feet. Missy wasn’t too far behind her in doing the same thing, causing Crystal to catch her as she turned around with a pump kick to the chest followed by a single knee facebreaker.

Claire: Zdunish still seems to be in a lot of pain, but you get the feeling she might be smelling a little bit of blood in the water. She might see a path to victory right now.

Crystal was still hurting though, but pushed through as she headed towards the corner once again. She climbed a little faster this time, and peered between her legs to make sure Missy was still there before she launched into a moonsault! But she came down across Missy’s knees, causing her to shout in pain and collapse to the mat. Missy made it back to her feet to apply a Boston crab with one knee planted in Zdunich’s back.

Zack: Missy got the knees up in time, and now Crystal’s in trouble! Those ribs have to be screaming right about now for the challenger!

Claire: The Englishwoman has picked her body part and she’s going straight back to work on the body. Crystal needs to do something and quickly because we know how methodical the Pure Champion can be!

Missy repositioned slightly to dig her knee in deeper as Crystal’s face showed the agony she was feeling. The veteran took stock of her surroundings though, and started stretching as far as she could. The referee asked her more than once about stopping the match, but Crystal wouldn’t and managed to get two fingertips onto the bottom rope. Stringer called for the break, which Missy gave just before Zdunich rolled out of the ring.

Rope Breaks
Crystal Zdunich - 2
Missy - 3

Zack: Crystal getting out of Dodge to buy herself some time after burning one of her rope breaks. She’s got a 20 count to get back inside, but I don’t know that Missy’s gonna let her use all of it.

Claire: I would be surprised if she did. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise me if Missy wants to get her back in the ring as quickly as possible, lock in another submission and entice her to burn another rope break.

Zack turned out to be right as Missy rolled out of the ring as well. Crystal headed around the corner as Missy quickly gained ground on her. As she approached though, Crystal spun around towards her with a palm thrust to her throat. That stopped the Brit in her tracks as she gasped for breath. Zdunich scooped her up and spun around to give her a spinebuster on the floor. The champion’s body arched in pain as Crystal sat across from her while trying to pull herself together. She rose back to her feet, and started to pull Missy up. She rolled her back inside before climbing onto the apron and returning to the corner again.

Zack: That spinebuster may have been just what Crystal needed to stop Missy! I’d go for the cover first, but she’s heading back to the high rent district!

Claire: This is a mistake. Missy’s already had a couple of seconds on the outside to recover and she’s only getting more as Crystal heads upstairs.

Missy was still prone on the mat when Crystal went for her 630 splash that landed perfectly on target. The impact hurt her too though as she sat up, clutching her ribs again for a few seconds before falling back across the champion to make the cover.

Zack: She calls that the MEGA BUSTER, and we may be about to crown a new champion!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NO!

Crystal had taken too long to make the cover when Missy’s shoulder popped up and fell back to the canvas. She checked with the referee to make sure it was just two, and that was confirmed before she looked up to the corner again and held up a finger as if to say ‘one more time’ to the Chicago crowd.

Claire: Crystal thinks she’s got it right here, but she might want to move a little bit quicker while her championship window is still open.

Crystal got back to her feet finally, and headed towards the same corner one more time. She was slow to get to the top rope before she started to perch herself. It looked like she was about to go for the splash again until Missy charged the corner. She scaled it like a cat and snatched Zdunich off with a cyclorama that made a massive impact! The fans came to their feet as Missy went for the cover with both legs hooked!

Zack: A cyclorama! Where did that come from?! Missy’s gonna retain the title!

ONE!!!

TWOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

THREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-NO!

Crystal couldn’t have gotten her shoulder off the mat with any less time to spare as Stringer’s hand was practically touching the canvas. Missy rolled away from her, still feeling the effects of the offense as she struggled back to her feet.

Claire: Barely a coat of paint between Stringers palm and the canvas but Crystal’s got a two and she’s still alive in this contest!!

Crystal hadn’t hardly moved at all at this point, but was beginning to stir finally. Missy was able to stand herself up straight with a grimace on her face as she doubled to get the challenger. As soon as Zdunich felt her grab her from behind, Crystal surprised her with a shotgun dropkick to the chest that bounced the champion off the mat. The high flier slumped forward in a seat on the canvas as Missy lay face up on the canvas.

Zack: Where are they finding it?! One hell of a dropkick from Crystal! If she could make the cover, we might have a new champion! There can’t be much left in either of them!

Claire: We’re seeing two women leaving it all behind in the ring tonight. Both of them badly want to leave here with the Pure Championship around their waist. This could be determined by whoever makes the next mistake - no matter how small that might be.

Crystal got her bearings and started to crawl towards Missy. The Pure Champion was very slow to get moving again, but started to sit up. Zdunich saw that and started to get back to her feet now. She used a short running knee trembler to the side of Missy’s head to put her down again. WIth some of the fans behind her, Crystal darted towards the ropes and went for a springboard moonsault! But Missy rolled out of the way and let her faceplant to the mat instead.

Zack: Crystal’s pulling out one high impact move after another, and they both still keep finding a way to hang in a little longer! She went to the well one time too many right there though.

Claire: And it’s hard to blame Crystal for the strategy. It’s brought her so much success in the past, it’s got her to this point…but she has to recognise that Missy has answers to it and do something to adjust on the fly.

Missy struggled back to her feet before she dragged Crystal to the center of the ring and applied a scorpion crosslock submission that lifted her opponent off the canvas. Stringer dropped down in front of the challenger, checking for a submission as Crystal’s face showed what kind of torture her body was feeling.

Claire: This is the methodical nature of the Pure Champion. Straight back to the body and the ribs of Crystal, torturing her as she her all tied up in the middle fo the ring.

Zack: With as many times as she’s gotten caught tonight with some of her offense and landed on the ribs, I’m positive Crystal’s abdomen feels like someone is setting it on fire.

The referee asked again and again as Crystal’s eyes darted around, finding herself stuck in the center of the ring. Missy glared a hole into the back of her head as she tried to tighten up her grip to make it worse. Still getting asked by the referee, Crystal shouted in pain and finally tapped her side. The senior referee called for the bell as Missy dropped her back to the canvas.

Zack: Wow! Crystal made a wise decision! She had nowhere to go, and did the only thing she could! And Missy is still your….you tell’em, Kat!

Kat: Your winner by submission……….AND STIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILL FFW Pure Champion………..MISSY!!

Christian headed back towards the ring applauding the champion as she sat on the canvas collecting herself. He joined her in the ring and helped her to her feet before the referee raised her hand in victory.

Claire: You can see what this has taken out of Missy - one of the best and most resilient in the business today, but she did what she does best. Found a way to win tonight and retain the Pure Championship.

Zack: Missy showed us new wrinkles to her arsenal tonight. She didn’t use any of her pet moves or holds. She posed a whole different riddle for Crystal to try to solve.

Christian returned the Pure Championship to his client, and Missy raised it above her head with both hands as she was taking in deep breaths.

Zack: I’m telling you that woman is on another level right now. That’s 3 Hall of Famers in a row she’s put in her win column, and I’m not sure who it is that will be the one to stop her!

Claire: She is on one of the most impressive runs in FFW history. Whoever it is that stops her will have to put forwards a Herculean, superhuman effort. They’ll have to be prepared to go through the fires of Hell and walk on out the opposite side. They’ll have to be able to think on their feet and outduel Missy…and right now, I’m not sure that can be done.

Zack: Thank you for joining us on what has been a historic night in FFW! We’ll see you Tuesday night for the Future Shock Cup, and good night from the Windy City! Missy’s still the alpha female!

Christian held the ropes open for her to step out, and she did just that before raising the Pure title over her head one more time as she stood on the apron. Sin & Sacrifice then faded off the air on FFW All Access then.
